👉 This is something I see pretty often in the gym and I cringe every single time I see it. - By @nattyknowledge . - You should not hyperextend your lower back when you deadlift. 👉 ANALISYS OF THE BENCH BAR PATH: NEWBIES vs ELITE LIFTERS⭕️⁣ By @pheasyque . . Here's a quick analisys difference between the bar path of the bench press performed by novice lifters & elite lifters. ⁣ ⁣ As we can see, a novice lifter will tend to drive his bench press more perpendicularly, almost drawing a straight vertical line of pushing force on the concentric part of the movement. ⁣ ⁣ On the other hand, the elite/competitive style of bench press will drive the bar in a more curved motion, allowing to produce more force by making the technique of the lift feel more optimized, if not "easier". ⁣ ⁣ This is also one major reason why I don't recommend benching (but neither squatting) on the Smith Machine. Post abbuffata - HIIT
Ciao a tutti... vorrei parlarvi di cosa mi fa sentire bene dopo una cena-abbuffata. Non è una regola da adottare qualora capitasse anche a voi, ma solo cosa faccio io per dimenticare il senso di colpa. 
Ieri sera sono stata al Tramvai, noto franchising che cucina il galletto allo spiedo e altre cose che...come si fa a dire di no? La cena di ieri è stata una vera e propria abbuffata, premeditata, quindi tutta la giornata di ieri si è svolta in previsione della quantità di cibo che avrei mangiato. Sull'alimentazione ne parleremo magari nei prossimi post.
Stamattina, con qualche senso di colpa e un po’ di gonfiore, ho optato per una colazione light, con macro nutrienti bilanciati e tanta acqua (io sono la fan numero uno del té: nero, verde, in bustina, in foglia... ne consumo tantissimo ed è un ottimo escamotage per introdurre nel corpo tanta acqua).
Subito dopo sono andata ad allenarmi optando per un allenamento a circuito nella prima fase ed un allenamento standard nella seconda.

L’allenamento:
Circuito (ripetuto 4 volte):
Estensione gamba e braccio opposti x15 each
Plank x30″
Slancio gamba in quadrupedia x15 each
Fire hydrant (o pipì di cane) x10 each
Side plank semplificato con abuzione della gamba sopra x20 each
A questo punto ho introdotto dopo 1 minuto di riscaldamento camminando, 10 minuti di hiit sul tapis alternando una corsa blanda a 9 km/h per 30″ ad altri 30″ di corsa a 14 km/h.
L’allenamento hiit porta tantissimi vantaggi al nostro corpo. Innanzitutto alza il metabolismo basale per parecchio tempo anche dopo aver terminato l’allenamento; in secondo luogo si otterranno migliori risultati in tempi ridotti rispetto a delle classiche sedute cardio (che sono anche parecchio noiose!). In ultimo, ma assolutamente non meno importante, è l’allenamento più adatto per perdere massa grassa e preservare la massa muscolare. 
Terminati questi 10 minuti ho optato per un allenamento standard con esercizi base per la parte alta del corpo. Ha senso?, penserete voi. Per me si; scelgo sempre esercizi che hanno anche una funzione posturale e che allenano i gruppi muscolari che ritengo più carenti. 
Shoulder press 3x12
Lat machine 3x8
Pulldowns 3x12
Dips 3x10
Defaticamento di 5 minuti, BCAA e doccia.
