S2 MUSINGS
IRONRATH
gwyn could die in an incident that occurs because of the two houses’ rivalry/a misunderstanding?
soldiers tried to capture her and bring her back to highpoint?
she and asher (if he’s alive lol) could also reignite their romance, which would lead to more conflict between the two houses
or the whitehills essentially winning by the end of the game could sour asher on any whitehill, period, regardless of how he used to feel about gwyn
house forrester’s collapse might be especially hard on talia
arthur glenmore’s flaying and death in season 1 really seemed to be a turning point in her development
season 2 might’ve seen her become more cynical and ruthless, echoing her mother’s desire to not repeat the fall of her house at all costs
if the traitor wasn’t killed, he might bear the responsibility of kindling her compassion and sensitivity or encouraging her to become more jaded and nihilistic
talia refuses to sing anymore after season 1
might find it childish because “life is not a song” (bitter) or she just can’t think of any songs worth singing/writing (depressive)
(i’d hope that throughout s2 she finds a reason to hope and persevere and regain some of her past innocence. maybe by the midpoint or by the ending, she’s inspired to write and/or sing again)
NORTH GROVE
if gared brought his north grove army over the wall = big culture clash
two unsocialized bastards living in the wilds beyond the wall and an army of possessed wildlings, all being led by a deserter of the night’s watch? that would not go over well
if gared did reunite with the forresters, then the family could possibly use blood magic, which could cause a big moral dilemma
KING’S LANDING
mira would have to navigate her way through being the prisoner of morgryn using her political savvy
would be especially difficult since she’d be imprisoned in his stronghold
she might be struggling with guilt for letting tom die in her place
lots of stealth and secrecy
maybe she’d write letters to her family and try to send them in secret
every action would be under scrutiny if the servants were instructed to keep a watchful eye on her/keep her confined
mira might find a way to turn some of morgryn’s household to her side—maybe by being kind to them, as that’s what sparked the possibility of mira and tom’s alliance
on a darker subject, mira might also have to try to thwart morgryn’s attempts to get her with child
maybe her s2 story could even start with her wedding to morgryn; the first obstacle would be avoiding the consummation of the bedding ceremony
maybe she could manipulate morgryn into letting her stay a maiden, at least for a time; she’s got a time limit!
if she’s on good terms with sera (who married lord tarwick), she could even write a letter to her asking for help
maybe the tarwick retinue could visit morgryn’s holdfast; sera and her could reunite
mira could even possibly go to copperfall (the tarwick holdfast) once she’s escaped morgryn
the tarwicks might be in a position to help house forrester overall
mira could sway morgryn’s political allies (who he bought off) into allying instead with house forrester
she could appeal to westerosi conceptions of honor and chivalry; could reveal that she, a highborn maiden, was forcibly married to and imprisoned by an upjumped merchant lord
some of morgryn’s contacts might be swayed to help her instead (maybe for honor’s sake, or because it proves morgryn is a bad investment)

History
Gwyn Whitehill is the eldest and only daughter of Lord Ludd Whitehill.
Gwyn is from House Whitehill, and therefore is from their family seat of Highpoint. At some point in her youth, she fell in love with Asher Forrester, when they were seventeen and began a secret love affair. However their fathers Gregor Forrester and Ludd Whitehill, bitter rivals found out and bloodshed ensured between the two rival houses, and Asher was exiled across the Narrow Sea to Essos, ending their relationship. Unlike her father and younger brother Gwyn has a more caring side and is not arrogant, selfish and greedy like Ludd and Gryff.

closed starter for @ofsecondsons || the stark wedding celebration
Men, women, and children alike all danced and ate in celebration for the King in the North’s wedding to Mira Forrester, a name that slightly stung in Gwyn’s complicated history with the family. While none of House Whitehill was in attendance, as now the Lady of House Lake, she was all but required to be there. The only comfort she found is that she would have to retire early with her younger daughters, the older two who were running about with other children, and her infant wriggling in her arms. She made small talk with some other ladies and drank wine and plastered a smile on her face, but this night, and for so long before, it was all simply for show.
At the loud drop of a mug just behind her, little Rosie began to wail, and Gwyn quickly excused herself, slightly thankful for the escape, but not all too happy that her baby was frightened, even if by accident. Gwyn managed to find a quieter place outside one of the entrances, dark as well which made it easy for her to soothe and rock her young daughter. “Shhh, shh, little Rosie.” She murmured, humming as she swayed the baby, who quickly calmed. Gwyn gave a sigh of relief, enjoying the moment of peace, before she looked up and saw the shadow of a man that made her jump ever so slightly, luckily not enough to startle the little one she held. She squinted her eyes, still adjusting to the change in light, and her heart quickly sank into her stomach. Her face grew hot, tears pricked at her eyes. She almost didn’t want to say it out loud for fear it was a mistake, but she knew in her soul it wasn’t. “Asher? Is that you?”

Top 10 Coolest Game Protagonists
There’s a lot of games out there, and with them, a lot of people you gotta play as. And I know the word ‘cool’ is kind of relative, but here’s the 10 I reckon get the T-shirts for the kickarse club. Oh, and one character per franchise. Hope u agree with my picks!
Spoilers ahead!
Tumblr media
10. Ren Amamiya (Persona 5)
Tumblr media
The general rule of life that I’ve learned is, no one is as cool as this guy is when they’re like 17. Joker, or Ren Amamiya as he’s known in the P5 anime, gets himself arrested and put on probation for basically nothing at the beginning of the game and spends the rest of it slowly building a lovable group of friends, dating someone way out of his league (or, you know, age range if you went with the teacher) and becoming the leader of an internationally recognised group of thieves who change the hearts of the wicked. Ren pretty much has his shit together from day 1, and I think we were all a bit jealous. Plus, look how cool he looks in that persona costume.
9. Asher Forrester (Game of Thrones)
Tumblr media
This may seem like an extremely odd choice, but those who’ve played the Telltale Game of Thrones will know exactly what I’m talking about. In a game that revolves entirely around the disgraced Forrester family, Asher is arguably the most disgraced of the lot. Asher is exiled from his hometown of Ironrath after his dad catches him trying to have a cheeky affair with Gwyn Whitehill, the daughter of a rival house, and instead now spends his days wandering about Westeros being a mercenary with his equally awesome also mercenary friend Beskha at his side. During his stint in Game of Thrones, Asher kicks the arses of a group of bandits, negotiates with Daenerys and rides back to his besieged hometown with a bloodthirsty band of freed slaves in tow. He’s funny, he’s a bit reckless, but he definitely stands out as the coolest member of the Forrester family.
8. Kratos (God of War series)
Tumblr media
Kratos is pretty much iconic at this point. He’s stoic, strong, has a much more in depth character since the reboot came out and then managed to run away with Game of the Year against the likes of Red Dead 2. Kratos, the bald angry axe guy turned quiet, collected father figure (but he still has an axe), Kratos doesn’t tend to be too subtle about how cool he is, but that’s because he doesn’t need to be.
7. Emily Kaldwin (Dishonored series)
Tumblr media
I debated giving this spot to Corvo, but I think Emily just about beats him out mostly because of the huge development you see in her throughout the games. After witnessing her mother’s death and being kidnapped by aristocrats for their own personal gain in the first game, she’s rescued by Corvo (oh, and then she’s kidnapped again. And rescued again) and eventually becomes empress. Then she gets dethroned anyway, and immediately jumps into kicking the behinds of everyone involved with the coup in excellent fashion, with the aid of her flashy new Outsider powers. So yeah, Corvo is undeniably brilliant, but I thought Emily wielded that folding sword just a little better.
6. Leon Kennedy / Claire Redfield (Resident Evil 2)
Tumblr media
And here they are, the first day cop and the college student who really aren’t having a good day, but still tackle the apocalypse head on with the aid of lots of guns and a motorbike. I couldn’t decide which of these guys to give the spot tom, so they get to share. Considering the sheer amount of zombies, horrible mutants and crazed scientists they have to sift through during their unwanted journey, I’d say it would be a little insulting to leave them out after everything they go through. Plus, I think it’s pretty much bi culture at this point to want both of them to step on you, so Leon and Claire were mandatory picks.
5. Lara Croft (Tomb Raider series)
Tumblr media
The mother of all adventure game protagonists has come a long way since polygonal temples and triangular boobs, and nowhere is this more clear than in the reboot trilogy, which has given as a brilliantly gritty rendition of Lara Croft that makes her much more badass than she ever was beforehand. Now that her character has been much more fleshed out, the iconic status really feels like it has some important character depth to back it up, and no list like this would be the same without her.
4. Joel / Ellie (The Last of Us)
Tumblr media
Oh, look I’ve broken the rules again! But I really couldn’t pick one or the other, so both of the trauma bonded duo that made us all cry back in 2013 get a spot on my list. They both went through pure, bleak hell and maintained most of themselves throughout it all. Joel, who lost his daughter within the first hour of the spore outbreak, has been living in Understandable Man Pain mode ever since, but then Ellie comes along, and the two basically becoming an unstoppable, bandit killing team. And nowhere does both of their pure cool factor come out better than during the stint of the game’s only proper antagonist, David, where both Joel and Ellie get some shining character moments that make you truly see how awesome they are for making it through. Looking forward to seeing them both again in the sequel!
3. Samus Aran (Metroid series)
Tumblr media
More than anything, I feel just a bit sorry for Samus. I can’t imagine fighting the same purple dragon pirate who killed your parents for over 30 years is doing much good for her mental health at this point. But it’s fairly clear that she can handle it. Samus has been shooting the hell out of anything that opposes her since 1984, whether that be a huge brain in a tank or literally the Wii Fit Trainer, she’ll gun it down without a thought. And as one of the very first female protagonists in gaming, along with having a sick ass power suit, she has to be here.
2. Bayonetta (Bayonetta series)
Tumblr media
She can summon demon limbs basically at will. She has guns on her feet. She can slow time and kick your arse, and then speed it up again and continue to kick your arse. She’s one of the last surviving umbra witches and still somehow pulls off librarian glasses with the witch motif. When Bayonetta graced our screens, I think Morrigan from Dragon Age knew when to relinquish her Best Witch crown.
Before I unveil my pick for objectively the coolest game protagonist since Pac Man, here’s a few that didn’t quite make the cut:
Cloud Strife (Final Fantasy VII)
Solid Snake (Metal Gear Solid series)
Booker DeWitt (Bioshock Infinite)
Aloy (Horizon Zero Dawn)
Link (The Legend of Zelda series)
Clementine (Telltale’s The Walking Dead series)
Sam (Until Dawn)
Commander Shepard (Mass Effect series)
Arthur Morgan (Red Dead Redemption II)
1. Geralt of Rivia (The Witcher series)
Tumblr media
My number one pick is the only game character I’ve seen who pulls off the ‘gruff, stoic dude’ so extremely well that he doesn’t lose any of his complex, interesting character in the process. Geralt earns most of his kickarse points from being a no-nonsense monster hunter, who always keeps his head and know he has the upper hand in pretty much every encounter without flaunting it. But on top of that, he’s light, funny, sarcastic and has a great level of emotional depth. Oh, and he’s pretty much immortal. This guy defines cool.
So there’s my picks! Drop in at some point in the near future for a countdown of my personal top 10 LAMEST game protagonists, so we can see the flipside and take a look at the considerably less badass side of playable characters. See you then!

harsh and horrible battle-worn steel, wielded with the grace of a dancer ; snow on the trees, snow on the ground, but beads of sweat dripping, dripping, steam rising in the cold
Tumblr media
THE STORY SO FAR
Asher Forrester was born to snowfall, to winter. It seemed he was destined to adopt the harsh exterior necessary to survive the long, cold nights - and so he did. Born the second son, Asher never had the pressure to smooth out his edges like his brother did. There were few expectations of him; he would never become lord, would never marry into a great family. All his father asked of him was to train hard with his sword, and not bring dishonor to the family name. As a youth, he took this first half to heart; Asher was a force to be reckoned with as a swordsman from the moment he was given live steel. As for bringing honor to his family, well, that was another story.
With few responsibilities, Asher discovered young that he loved women and women loved him. Rarely did a night pass where he couldn’t be found with a drink in his hand, a woman on his arm. Some nights Rodrik would join him, and while Asher loved the antics him and his brother could get up to, he loved taking on the world on his own just as much. Known amongst the castle as the man to share a drink with, Asher reveled in his carefree youth. And then he met Gwyn Whitehill. Bitter rivals by blood, Asher probably should’ve hated her. And he did, at first. Never had he met someone so unlike him; at the tavern merely as the product of a bad day, rather than for the company, Asher was drawn to the challenge the fierce Northern woman presented. Their love was tumultuous, passionate, wild enough to tame Asher for a time, his sharp edges softer in her presence. His father could never know, his siblings sworn to the utmost secrecy. One day they’d run away together, they both knew - but instead, there was a confrontation, bloodshed, and next thing Asher knew he was on board a ship across the Narrow Sea, alone with the knowledge that he would never see his home, his family, his love ever again.
All the anger Asher felt as a youth grew tenfold when he arrived in Essos. In many ways, he was perfectly suited to life on the other continent. Armed with his sword and armor and enough of his father’s coin to last a year or more, he’d journeyed around for some time, seeing the sights he’d only learned about from the maesters. When he grew tired of inns and whores and travels, he’d turned without a second thought to the only other thing he was good at: swordsmanship. Making it as a sellsword in the Free Cities was simple enough, with his level of skill, and he was never short for coin or company. In truth, he loved life as a sellsword, if for no reason other than it came easy to him, but his ultimate goal was always clear: Asher would one day return home to his family, pardon or not.
Asher was in Volantis when news of Robert Baratheon’s death reached him. Sitting in a port tavern, he’d demanded all the information he could get out of the poor sailor - at a hefty price - and his path became clear. For not only did the sailor bring news of the King’s death - he also brought news of dragons. What better way to return to his homeland than in the employ of a conquering queen? Following the snippets of news of Daenerys Targaryen’s movements from port to port, he found himself in the Slave Cities. In truth, it was mostly luck that gained him a position in the Second Sons Company; an acquaintance from jobs passed vouched for him, and next thing he knew he was crossing the Narrow Sea once more, sworn to the Stark-turned-Targaryen king’s cause. Back in Westeros, he fought long and hard for a cause he scarcely believed in, awaiting the day where he could reunite with his siblings.
HEADCANONS
Growing up, Asher made himself the protector of his siblings, whether or not they liked it. If he heard of some slight to Mira, some cruel comment to Ethan, he took it upon himself to ensure such offenders were appropriately dealt with. While this often resorted to violence - he could not count the times he’d been dragged before his father for giving someone a bloody nose or a bruised jaw - Asher never truly got in trouble for it. Though it earned him quite the reputation, Asher cared little, for it also meant his family remained safe.
Although he’s been with many a lover since his exile, Asher still keeps a locket containing Gwyn’s hair. If asked about it, he’ll insist it’s one of his sisters’, or perhaps his mother’s, but it’s stayed with him throughout his travels. Realistically, he knows it’s unlikely they’ll ever so much as meet again, but Gwyn Whitehill holds a strong place in his heart, no matter who else shares his bed. Once, he lost the locket in a drunken game of cards. Rather than surrender the trinket, he’d waited til the man returned to his room to sleep and stolen it - and the rest of the man’s valuables - back, slipping away in the dead of night.
A term of his exile was that Asher could not write to any of his family. Instead, he sends them coins from each place he goes. He leaves no name with the messenger and does not definitively know if the coins are ever delivered, but after so many years he’s sure at least some have reached their destination. Whenever he sends a new one, he wonders if his siblings even know that he is the one sending them. He hopes they do, for it is the only tie he still has to his beloved family.

TTGOT S2AU: What happened after 8x06, and the future:
Tumblr media
Men of House Forrester fought bravely during the Battle of Ice and Fire. For their undying loyalty to the Starks even under the Boltons’ rule they were awarded greater tracts of land by Queen Sansa I Stark, including (but not limited to) the old lands of House Degore at the request of Talia Forrester.
Lord Rodrik and Lady Elaena issued five children between 302 and 320AL; Harrold, Elisabeth, Ashlynn, Godric and Mira.
Talia Forrester founded a cadet branch at the old Degore keep, the Wolf’s Cradle, and issued two children with her husband Harlen Hardy, a Crownlands squire; twins Elbert and Grayce.
Ryon Forrester fathered a trueborn son after eloping with Roslin Snow. The two conspired to afford their son a decent life and assigned him the name Renard Birch, his surname reflecting a tree with white bark as tribute to both their houses.
Gared Tuttle, along with allies he had collected during his journey, oversaw the Whitehill-Forrester Ironwood venture and in his later years helped rebuilt Tuttle into a larger settlement for those displaced.
Tumblr media
Though he swore fealty to both Jon Snow and Sansa Stark, Torrhen Whitehill was threatened with great repercussion on his house if he made a single wrong move in future, though it was kept in mind that he had neglected to aid House Bolton during the Battle of the Bastards which spared him from execution.
Torrhen and his wife Greta bore three more children in addition to Roslin and Karl; twins Warrick and Elyse, and Meredyth “Merry” Whitehill.
Gwyn still refused offers of marriage.
Gryff remained at the Wall despite its partial destruction, working to become more temperate following the death of mentor Astor Greyson. He finally began to command true respect as he matured at Castle Black, remaining there until he grew old and grey. He would occasionally be visited by his grandnieces and nephews, specifically Roslin and Warrick.
Tumblr media
Following the truce between the Forresters and Whitehills, Lord Nestor became unstable with thoughts of injustice and left Timberwatch before winter hit its peak. He would be found dead days later, leaving his grandson Hugar Greyson as Lord.
With his wife Dacey Holt, Hugar fathered three children; Saera, Robert and Rosey. In contrast to his grandfather, he was regarded as a kind Lord of honorable standing.
Oriele Greyson was wed to Tobas Brownbarrow. Though their marriage was childless and free of true romance, the two of them proved somewhat beneficial to each other emotionally.
Aaren Greyson and Maester Ebbert continued their love affair, as did Rhaesa Greyson and Emely Elliver.
Jonah Greyson returned to Timberwatch at the behest of Hugar.
Tumblr media
Lord Davyn Bole was wed to Alora Wicke at the behest of Torrhen Whitehill. Despite his protests, he fathered two children - Marcella and Samwell.
Winnie Bole and Lyanna Ashwood took it upon themselves to care for abandoned smallfolk boy, Eli.
Tumblr media
Lord Marcyn wed Sanira Woods and fathered four children; his heir Edwyn, and triplets Hugo, Leslyn and Lyra.
Elinor Elliver wed Lord Edvard Norton of Sentinel Crest.
As for Houses Glenmore and Brownbarrow..? Well, you’ll just have to wait and see.

Hope this isn’t too late, but I really enjoyed reading your thoughts about Gared would it be okay to request Asher Forrester for the character ask?
It isn’t late at all anon!! I would gladly do this with every character I have ever loved XD And Asher Forrester is my 3rd/4th favourite character of all time!!! So it is absolutely okay!! :D
Why I like them
AsherForrester is a perfect example of the type of character I love. Witty, sarcastic and has a true heart of gold underneath all that blood :P I honestlyfell in love with him in the first scene we saw him in. He’s one of thefunniest characters in ttgot. He’s one of the little brothers, the one who wassent away, the one who was branded as angry before we even met him. But he canbe quite level-headed if you play him that way.
Ijust love how sarcastic he is! His banter with Beskha! Wanting to do right byMalcom. Still being loyal to his family even though he was sent away! He’sincredibly loyal for a 21-year-old who was exiled to Essos when he was 17. That’ssuch an important character trait, especially if you saved him, he says henever wanted to be lord, but there he is, trying to be the Lord Forrester everyoneneeds.
I lovehim so much, he’s such a good character!
Why I don’t
This is so hard!! Like with Gared, I have to be really nitpicky here XD
Okay, so this isn’t really Asher’s fault. But when picking what you wanthim to say, his options can seem really calm in text, but then he’ll just saysomething I completely didn’t mean him to say. It’s almost like even the playercan’t control him, which is… fair for his character :P
Favorite episode (scene if movie)
Again, this is a hard one! But I have to say ‘The Ice Dragon’. He makessuch a good lord for that brief time Ironrath was still with the Forresters. He’sgrieving his big brother, but my Asher knew that killing Ludd was the only wayto truly get back at the Whitehills. He let his own mother poison herself forthe good of the house. I mean… my Asher also gave Gwyn his word nothing wouldhappen but hey ho, maybe she shouldn’t have relied on that. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Anyway that episode really showed a lot of sides to Asher we didn’tpreviously get to see. And, despite his injuries, he survived the battle. He willalways be Lord Forrester to me in my post canon fics :)!
Favorite season/movie
Season 1 because there was only one season ;)
Favorite line
Okay, this is hard because nothing really stands out but one I get in my mind a lotis: “What in all the gods of fire and fuck?” He has a lot of funny linesbut I loved that one at the time!! :)!
Favorite outfit
His one in episode 6!! It’s so good to see him in another outfit and itsuits him so well! Makes him look lord like. It has a really cool colour schemetoo!!!
OTP
Well……. This one is obvious! Assoldier! Aka Asher x Random ForresterSoldier #167. A complete crack ship invented on the forums and I was one of thefounders back then. It had a whole shipping thread and was one of the bestthings I’ve ever been involved with! So yes, it’s a total OTP.
To Assoldier! All born out of one line: “My Lord! we have to get you-”
Brotp
Beskha and Asher! Pretty self-explanatory. I love how they call eachother brother and sister and I love how they have each other’s backs throughthick and thin. It’s one of the best examples of found family out there. And Ilove it!
Head Canon
So pretty much since I’m never gonna say it anywhere else, I think ifyou chose Asher in ep 5 and he survives everything and gets Ironrath back andHouse Forrester’s reputation is restored all before season 8’s timeline, Ibelieve he would have bent the knee to Daenerys as soon as he could. Especiallyif she gave you the gold.
Like he hears Daenerys is in the North and he’s like – “Wait, hold on, Igotta bend the knee! As soon as! Like right bloody now!”
I believe my Asher would have gone down that route because he owed a lot toDaenerys.
I also think if House Forrester was brought back in time, he would have foughtto retake the North from the Boltons. That would have been important to Asherand House Forrester as a whole since Ramsay fucked them over so royally. A lotof what happened with the war with the Whitehills was down to that son of abitch.
Anyhow….. Yeah, I think Asher would have bent the knee to Daenerys atthe first opportunity and as soon as he realised what she had done, he wouldhave freaked the fuck out. After all, he knows fine well what kind of damage Drogoncan do.
I also think he’d be very happy with Sansa being Queen of the North. TheForresters would surely be back in business after all that ;)
Unpopular opinion
Hmm. I don’t know if any of my opinions on Asher are unpopular??? Ithink the choice in episode 5 was pretty much 50/50, although I remember theforums were more in favour of Rodrik. I don’t know. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
A wish
I want to know what happened to him! Gimmie a reference in a spin off!Anything! Mira totally 100% got a reference! The rest of the Forresters deserveone too! Or at least let someone, anyone, tell us wtf happened!! I just wannaknow :(
An oh-god-please-dont-ever-happen
I guess I can’t say I never wanna see him die because…. well…. I supposeI’d never wanna see a silly romance with him and anyone ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. AND I NEVER WILL! Because we’llnever see him again XD
5 words to best describe them
Awesome. Badass. Sarcastic. Loyal. Strong-willed.
My nickname for them
I don’thave one!! Which is a shame because he deserves one! But I don’t knoww! XD
--
Thank you for letting me talk about Asher!! I could gladly talk about ttgot all day! And Asher is one of my faves, so this really got me thinking and allowed me to talk a little about what I hope happened to him post canon :)!

House Whitehill of Highpoint is a noble house from the Wolfswood in the North of Westeros. They are loyal vassals of House Bolton. Their seat is the stone castle of Highpoint. They are one of the few houses in the North to practice the Faith of the Seven.
House Whitehill's heraldry is a white pile inverted on indigo, with a single four-pointed star above. Their house words are "Ever Higher."
Following the Red Wedding in which House Bolton betrayed House Stark and usurped their position as rulers of the North, House Whitehill becomes embroiled in a conflict with their longtime rivals, House Forrester, for the castle of Ironrath and control of the Ironwood trade. Though many on both sides are killed, House Whitehill ultimately acquires the castle and exiles House Forrester. However, with Jon Snow retaking Winterfell from Ramsay Bolton and leaving House Bolton extinct, House Whitehill's position is currently unknown.
House Whitehill are bitter rivals of House Forrester of Ironrath, and have served House Bolton as bannermen for five centuries, despite their location north of Winterfell far west of The Dreadfort. Their sigil represents the barren hill on which their seat is situated - stripped bare of ironwood trees centuries ago.

Military
Since they are a vassal of House Bolton they participated in the Red Wedding and did not suffer as much as the surviving Stark vassal houses such as House Forrester.
Their military strength seems to number at around 500 men-at-arms as evidenced by Ludd's army size in the Battle of Ironrath. However, that number likely has decreased due to the high number of Whitehill casualties sustained during the battle.
