A masterpost for Bogleech's Noisy Tenant universe - including works set in the same universe but not made by him.

I've decided to put together a masterpot in order to direct people to both Awful Hospital and the two other series in the Noisy Tenant series, including a web game that may or may not be canon.

Awful Hospital is the first and most obvious work you see when Noisy Tenant comes to mind. First started on late-July 2014 by one Jonathan Wojick aka Bogleech, this interactive play-by-post webcomic has gone on strong for nearly nine years at this point. A must read for those who love horror.

Don't Get Spooked is a webgame put up by Bogleech on 2013, coinciding with the Burgrr ARG by him and Slimebeast. In this game, you play as a visitor checking out a haunted house, encountering many beasts along the way. During your journey, you'll meet quite a few spooky characters, including parodies of famous creepypastas (Candle Cove and Slenderman come to mind) and a couple staples of Bog's original work (Magboils and a little cameo from Dr. Phage). Definitely a good game to play!

Gusherbug's Strange School: Even Stranger is a reboot of the original Strange School, which was inspired by Awful Hospital. It follows "The Troublesome Trio," three students who often cause trouble around the School and solve various mysteries, many of which seem to relate to the School itself. It's definitely something that's earned it's place in the Noisy Tenant universe.

And last but not least, here's "Frank and the Guardians," written by yours truly. Of course, I can't give it high praise since it's my own story I'm talking about, so it's up to you to find out if it's good or not. It's currently serializing every Friday on Wattpad, so be sure to catch up to all the parts currently available so you won't be lost!

That's all I've got for this year. I'd include the early works Bogleech did for the Noisy Tenant series ("Dr Phage's Hospital," "Dr. Fleagood Does It Again," the "Dr. Dementist" story, and the "Burgrr Inc." series), but they're included in Awful Hospital's "Library" function (which shows up around 200-300 layers in). Hope you enjoy them all!

I will keep it short, since time is of essence here and it would be better to act now than later:

On November 6 2024, Suad ( @suad-khaled ) updated her gofundme and wrote that she has not been able to provide her newborn son with either milk or baby formula. The blockage imposed by the occupation has resulted in high inflation rates, and Suad has not been able to buy anything nourishing for a long time. As of now baby Khaled is having to drink rice water as a substitute.

Every basic necessity for childcare has shot up in price ( a pack of diapers can cost as high as $50 USD). This is impossible to afford, and children are falling ill, when families are having to make do with cheap and expired products. Khaled suffered from diarrhea last month after drinking cheap baby formula.

Another important thing is that Khaled needs regular medical attention. He is suffering from painful chest infections due to breathing in toxic debris dust and asbestos that is now present in the air of Gaza Strip after more than year of incessant bombing by the occupation forces. Khaled, who is only five months old needs daily nebulizing sesssions and other medicines which are expensive.

Suad is trying her very best to save her child but tumblr keeps shadowbanning her and thus makes it difficult to reach out to people on here for help. So please follow Suad on her blog and pay attention to her posts. Things have been especially difficult for her, often with no donations coming in for days. Everything costs tenfold now and Suad writes: I am, trying to give my child some small sense of security in the midst of chaos. I can’t help but wonder, is $20 too much to ask to keep him alive?  For a child who’s already suffering from malnutrition, a small donation could mean the difference between life and death...

Mahmoud's family is staying in Nuseirat, where earlier today, Israel bombed a school sheltering hundreds of displaced families! At least 17 people were killed, including 9 children! The youngest of the martyrs is a baby who is only 11 months old! Children were literally torn to pieces according to eyewitnesses! This is the 196th school in Gaza that Israel has bombed!!

Mahmoud has 17 family members, including 10 children stuck in Nuseirat right now. When I heard that 17 people had been killed, among which are multiple children, I was so worried for Mahmoud’s family. I was so worried that the worst had happened to them. School should have been a place where they can study and learn, not a place they are sheltering in because their home has been destroyed, not a place where they have to worry about being torn into pieces by bombs!

Life for these 10 children is very difficult. In addition to facing frequent bomb threats, they have lost their home, and they also lack most basic necessities. Food and clean water are hard to come by, and if they are available, they are very expensive. Prices in Gaza have skyrocketed to 300% of their normal price, so often they cannot afford to buy daily necessities like food and medical supplies! Please help them reach $4500 by the end of this week so the children will not go to sleep hungry! You literally have the ability to save the lives of these children!

My name is Heba, I am 28 years old, a mother of two beautiful children, and my husband is a dedicated doctor. In December 2023, our lives were shattered when our home in Gaza was bombed. I was trapped under rubble with my children, struggling to breathe as dust filled the air. When I finally managed to get to my husband, I found him badly injured, his head and ear severely damaged. TIME SENSITIVE: HELP AHMED AND HIS FAMILY ESCAPE GENOCIDE

I don't understand how after multiple people - including YouTubers with sizeable followings - have promoted Ahmed and his family's campaign, they STILL haven't reached their goal and their fundraiser has virtually stagnated so close to the final target.

This is unacceptable for a family who has been displaced 11 times, possibly more, who has struggled with disease and starvation and the threat of murder by bombing with three small children to care for. With the situation in Gaza -- where my friend and his family are trapped -- changing near daily, the border may open and they may not have enough to pay to leave, rendering them stuck beneath the shells and sniper bullets of the zionist occupation of their land. Please don't let this happen. Ahmed asks me sometimes why donations have stopped and if there is anything I can do, and I resent the idea of telling him that despite the efforts of many, people choose to withhold even 5 euro to save he, his wife, and their babies.

It can be because they lost a phone, or it was damaged. Maram wanted to talk to you all so bad and share her story, but her phone screen was burned and she couldn't campaign as much as she wanted to. So now that she has tried her best to reach out again, please just give her 5 minutes of your time. 

Maram is only 26 years old and she has been forced to go through unimaginable pain for more than a year now. 

She has two very young kids: Amir and Hoor. Hoor is only 10 months old, which means she was born during the genocide. Maram had to go through unimaginable pain during her pregnancy. 

I want to remind you that this genocide is a feminist issue, too. Expecting mothers were forced to give birth in awful and unhygienic conditions, where they risked death. Women lacked both food and medicine and newborn babies couldn't  breastfeed properly  because their mothers were malnourished.

Maram was heavily pregnant when she was displaced from North Gaza. Currently her family  is living in a torn tent in Nuseirat, which we know is prone to IOF attacks. Being very close to the Netzarim corridor, there are frequent explosions and the family is under constant threat of displacement. 

With the temperature dropping rapidly, Maram is scared for her children. She might need to replace the tent and she will definitely need to buy blankets. Your contribution will also help Maram provide little Hoor with milk and diapers. Amir, who is only 3 years of age, needs new clothes for winter. 

I know that things have been difficult lately but still we should not give up on the Palestinian cause or blame Gazans for the rise of fascist sentiments in the Imperial core. Gaza is being bombed continuously and mothers are still clutching at their kids in fear. Not many of us here have known this evil, and so as privileged citizens of this world ( privileged to not face an escalating genocide), it is our duty to continue to stand in solidarity.  So please donate, even if it is a little. It might make a difference between life and death for Maram.

Let me tell you about the largest and most dangerous prison in the world—a prison of genocide. This prison, called Gaza, stretches 41 kilometers in length, with a width varying between 6 to 12 kilometers, covering an area of 360 square kilometers. Inside this prison, children, the elderly, and even animals and cats live in fear. Everyone is punished here, and the cruelties seem endless.

In this prison, people are burned alive without reason. Others have their limbs amputated without anesthesia, because medicine is simply unavailable. There are those who are shot just for searching for water or food for themselves and their families. This is what happened to Ahmed’s cousin—he was out to get water for his children, only to be struck by a bomb. He died, leaving behind his children, including a newborn baby.

In this place, random shelling never stops. Everyone is constantly threatened—death, burning, or being imprisoned in an even smaller cell, where torture is inevitable. And of course, there is barely any food or water here. Only kind souls like you provide the little that helps these families survive in this massive prison.

Inside this prison, people are punished without reason, without trial, because international courts can do nothing, and injustice has become the norm. Everyone in Gaza must endure their sentence, though no one knows how long they will survive—whether they will succumb to hunger or be killed by the bombs before they can taste freedom.

This is the brutal reality for our families in Gaza. Please, don’t leave them to suffer in this prison. Help them escape this torment and breathe the air of freedom. Help evacuate Ahmed’s family—your generosity or even sharing their story can make you the reason they are saved, the reason they survive this cruel, unjust imprisonment.
