i’m so mad bc i’m realizing that i can’t escape my emotional and psychological issues by thinking them through or literally running away from them. i have to FEEL my feelings? in my BODY???
like i know i’ve been avoiding that kind of work for a long ass time but goddamn. i wanted to keep avoiding it. i wanted to keep being self punishing with intense workouts and not ever slowing down and hoping that’d be enough physicality to deal my emotions but nooooo. i have to actually feel them. wtf

sigge's yellow teeth, save me... and his gums are receding because he doesn't brush at all... i don't think he be insecure about it, though, i think he goes out of his way to show off his teeth; whenever he's in photos, he pulls on his mouth to better expose his teeth and stuff 🤔🤔

I can't wait for the new jewelry I ordered to arrive so I can downsize my labret. Any swelling has disappeared weeks ago and now the post is too long and I'm starting to worry about gum recess because the flat back is poking out of the nest and touching my teeth all the time. I also don't want it to sit at a weird angle because it's too long and for it to heal askew or get stretched by its own weight.
I know I'm not supposed to change it myself, but I downsized on my own once already (after I went to my piercer to upsize to allow for swelling and they allowed me to switch back on my own), and I had no problem putting the jewelry back in and the piercing didn't get infected so I supposed I did a good job? And there's no reason I'll get in trouble if I proceed the same way? Anyway, we'll see🤞

Noticing something that I should address health wise but it’s not a pressing symptom so it gets put to the back of the list of things that I should see a professional about but ✨won’t✨

my surgery is next week and I’m just feeling like it’s unnecessary and that they’re taking advantage of me. especially as I’m paying all out of pocket. I’m like I have gum recession on my front teeth I’m worried about it I had bad oral hygiene last year because of my mental health I know the buildup ate at my gums I can tell because the gums are gone between some of my teeth and my bottom teeth look bigger. they’re like your teeth are looking bigger because your front teeth aren’t aligned and your bottom teeth want to meet your top teeth so they’re coming upwards and your frenulum is pulling down the gums in the front (what I’m getting surgery for)
