Kaka & Kiki are kinda like Laios & Falin… Kaka being stoic and giving repressed energy like early Laios, Kiki being cryptic and always smiling and kinda soft-looking. Autism siblings 2, ostracized and othered as kids and have a deep bond due to sticking together through it all, though unlike with Laios their parents are very loving so Kaka developed family as a big value more than Laios (bc asides for Falin Laios doesn’t care much about it).

In the gnome festival comic you can see Kaka is more emotive than he seems! Full with a :3 face, and he’s the one crying at the end. He’s insecure about his legs and being tall… It really got to him. Conceal don’t feel. In the gnome festival comic you also see him sensing others’ gaze on him and that something is off unlike Kiki, again Laios-like in the way that judgement from others gets to him more than her.

they're smaller than twisted dandy... im thinking more around twisted pebble size?

the basic story i have for them rn is that they got beat up by twisted pebble and got almost completely split in half. razzle stitched them back up (dazzle was unconscious) but something happened in the twisting process and now theyre lethal or something im still working on the last part (dandy intervention? happens post-twisting? not sure yet)

anyway here's their reworked non-twisted design (will probably end up changing it again)

I'm so tired of going into any other character (or ship)'s tags and half the posts are about Astarion (but they had to tag every other character that gets a glancing mention under the sun... and yet half the time they can't bother to tag any of the numerous Astarion ship tags I have blocked!!!). and I'm sooo tired of literally every fucking discord server I find (about OTHER characters) still having half the fucking convos be about that stupid pale elf

I don't even dislike him!! I just hate the fucking chokehold he has on the fandom and the way his fans can't seem to comprehend that not everyone else is as obsessed with him as them and might not actually appreciate getting his ass shoved down our throats every fucking where we go (ESPECIALLY in places explicitly meant to focus on characters OTHER THAN HIM! SHUT UP ABOUT ASTARION SHUUUT UPPPPP ABOUT HIM I S2G!!!!!!)

anyways. I've half joked about making a BG3 server where mentioning Astarion gets you kicked and every time I get a discord notification and it turns out to be someone spamming screenshots/fanart of or starting a discussion about that motherfucker again, I get closer and closer to making that a reality lmao
