OK, just to preface i see cole as a stoner of Sorts and uses the excuse "it gets me closer to my element"

With that in mind cole let lloyd try it and now sometimes when he is told to unwind, of feels like he needs to take a chill pill he and Cole spark up

in the beginning of his leader ship role, he used to Say;"kick ass and take names" and if things went wrong he had the fuck it we ball mindset, but got better with time. There are still times they wing it, though.

if he isnt in his gi he almost exclusively wears his pajamas (aka a Hoodie, tshirt and sweats)

Vv tired, and now has a raging addiction to energy drinks due to his lack of Sleep.

He used to eat worms as a kid bc he Thought he it was evil.

Lloyd in a relationship:

Hes very distant in the beginning, it'll take time to warm up to you.

He tends to be orage cat vibes.

On the cat trend, he gets close for a bit Before becoming distant. Going through waves of affection, kinda.

He hasn't had like, any good relationships in his life so he tries to "protect" himself when he feels he gets to close to you, and so he pulls away.

The night we met

Established Newt x gender neutral!reader

Set during tdc + flashback to tmr (movieverse)

Warnings: blood and injury, extremely fake medical procedures, language

The Gladers' laughter echoes into the sky, and you stand outside the circle of raucous celebration.

Despite the hot night air, you shiver at the sound of metallic screeches beyond the walls of the Maze; the walls of this trap.

You stand there, shaking slightly, until you feel something warm and soft being placed around your shoulders, and you turn and see him.

"You 'right there, Greenie?"

You remember Newt placing a gentle hand on your shoulder that night; your first night in the Glade, and offering quiet comforting words.

You remember the glow of firelight casting his hair into a halo, and that was the moment he became your guiding light, your beacon of warmth.

His hands are cold now, his eyes staring unseeingly into darkness.

“Y/n.” Minho’s voice is broken, choked in a way you’ve never heard before. “We have to- we’ve gotta follow Thomas.”

No. “I won’t leave him,” you say.

“Y/n…”

“I won’t,” you repeat. “We- we have to bring his body back. I can’t leave him like this.”

“We can’t just drag him there,” says Gally, gently, in his best attempt to be comforting.

“You guys go on,” you say. “Come back for us later.”

Minho exchanges a look with Frypan.

“Please,” you whisper.

Brenda reaches out a hand to squeeze your shoulder as she goes, and the four of them reluctantly leave you there, following Thomas' path towards WCKD.

Gone. The reality comes crashing down as you sit with Newt, alone, and something in you snaps.

The tears pour steadily faster, and you scrub then away roughly. “I’m sorry,” you whisper thickly. “I’m so sorry.”

“Damn it. You can't leave me like this,” you tell him. You card your fingers through his hair. “I love you. I love you, and I need you. I can't live without you, Newt.”

“Newton.” Newt wrinkles his nose as you reach up and ruffle his hair, and you laugh at his scrunched up face.

“What? Newt’s gotta come from some other name." You hum slightly, face tilted with an exaggerated thinking expression. "Newtie?”

“Slim it, shuckface.” He grabs your hand out of the air and keeps it tightly clutched in his so you can’t mess with his hair. You grin at the tiny smile on his face, and wiggle your fingers in his grip.

You reach for the knife in his chest, gripping it against your palm and pulling it out, before draping your gloves over the wound to cover it.

You wipe the blackened blood on your pants, swallowing bile as you gaze at the smear.

Blood. Blood. What if…

Teresa said Thomas’ blood was the cure, but what if yours works too?

You gaze at the knife in your hands.

“You’d say I’m stupid for doing what I’m about to do,” you tell Newt. “But I think I’d do anything right about now, if it could bring you back.”

You cut into your wrist, bright red blood springing out immediately.

Shuck, where do I-

You expose the chest wound again and pour your blood into it. Please, please work.

More, you need more. You cut your other wrist open and Newt’s too. Get it into his veins.

Your vision starts to blur at the edges, as you pour your blood into Newt, trying to pour life back into him.

You feel yourself fading, and you fumble to bandage your wrists quickly before letting yourself fall into darkness, slumping against the boy you love. Please come back to me.

You wake up slowly, fighting to cut through the haze in your mind.

As you sit up, your eyes fall on Newt, still lying beside you, unmoving.

He's gone. Stupid. Stupid to think you could've brought him back.

Suddenly you can't look at his face anymore. You lurch to your feet and stumble away, walking out of this shadowed place, out of the building, away from the streets.

You end up sitting on some hill nearby, alone in the grass hugging your knees, the wind blowing through your hair and drying the tears as they flow down your face.

You don't know how long you sit there, before you feel something being placed on your shoulders, the action achingly familiar.

You don't turn at first, not wanting to hope, until you hear a soft "Alright there, Greenie?"

You whip around, and there he is. Kneeling in the grass beside you, a smile on his face and tears in his eyes.

A sob escapes your throat as you dive towards him, throwing your arms around his body, feeling it warm, solid, alive.

The force of your body colliding with Newt's knocks him into the ground, flat on his back against the grass, but he just laughs and pulls you closer, his arms tight around you as you feel him press his face into your hair.

"Newt-"

"I'm here, I'm sorry,"

You shake your head, pulling back to look at his face.

It's gone, you realise, running your thumb across his cheek. The black veins that were streaked across him just hours ago have faded.

"You're okay," you murmur, more for yourself than him.

Newt smiles. "Yeah, I'm okay." He leans up, closer to you, and captures your mouth in a kiss. He tastes of black bitterness and salt, but you chase his lips anyway, until you're both out of breath.

You break apart as you hear static in your walkie-talkie. "...Y/n, you there?"

You grab the device to reply, one hand still clasped in Newt's. "Yeah, I'm here."

"Where?" asks Minho. "We're back where you were earlier; Jorge and Vince found us at WCKD, we've got a Berg nearby, but Thomas got shot so we have to get going."

"I'm just on a hill nearby," you tell him. "I'll come to you, stay there."

You turn to Newt. "You ready?"

He nods. "Yeah, let's go."

You walk in together, and you see the moment everyone's faces change, snapping to shock.

Minho's eyes jump to yours, like he's asking for confirmation, and you nod, a smile forming on your face.

Newt gives a little wave, almost nervously, and then Minho moves, dropping the gun in his hands and charging towards Newt, grabbing him into a hug.

Brenda's next, punching Newt in the arm before embracing him tightly, then Gally, and then Frypan, who doesn't let go until Minho butts in with a "alright guys, we should probably get going, Tommy's bleeding out, and we've got a safe haven to get to."

Newt holds your hand in his, tossing his free arm over Minho's shoulder. "Yeah, let's get going. Let's go home."

Oh my gosh thank you I needed this😭😭😭 modern Westeros settings!

Aemond: oh my mannnnn I think he’d take you to a museum or somewhere that he has a lot of knowledge about! Maybe to the Red Keep that’s turned into an exhibition! He’d probably talk none stop about the stories behind everything you see but since he is passionate you’d be surprised how much you’ll like this date. I’ll give him a solid 7.5/10 for his efforts but he could do better just give him some time!

Aegon: night club. That’s it. Lots of drinking, dancing, more drinking and even more dancing! He’s a party freak you’ll have an AMAZING night at the club (not to mention how handsy he’ll be the entire time. He has a sexy partner👀) A good 8.5/10 because he will make sure you have fun but sometimes he might overdo the drinking and you’d need to take care of his mess.

Helaena: oh my sweet girl ermmm I’m thinking she’d take you to a butterfly zoo! Not a typical place for a night out and certainly at night I think she’ll persuade you to go there at evening and after there you’ll probably go to a cafe and listen to her rant all the time and buy you some beautiful butterfly hairpins! I’ll give her a good 7/10 for her effort but she just wants you to know more about her passions!

Gwayne: oh baby he’s a CLASSIST!!! A dinner date at the best restaurant he can find! He’ll pick you up, pull out your chair for you, guide through the restaurant with a hand on the small of your back, then drop you off NOT WITHOUT A KISS ON YOUR KNUCKLES. 9.5/10 that is a rich luxury gentleman but he might give you the ick if he starts talking about his family wealth a bit🤭

Daeron: oh sweet baby he’ll definitely take you to a theme park!!! He’s so charming and funny and easy going and you’ll have like the most fun ever with him!!! 10/10 that boy is such an extrovert and fun!!!

Alicent: you won’t probably go out or even if you do it won’t be a really fun place. You’ll probably go shopping and have a quick dinner. This woman has never been on a date so you’ll be in charge of the dates after this night lol but she isn’t complaining at all!!! 6/10 cause she spends money on you!!!

Otto: he is soooo busy!!! He probably won’t have enough time for dates and night outs but he’ll take you to extravagant places and parties with powerful people not to mention how he spoils you with his subtle touches and kisses! 7.5/10 because when he does take you out he’ll get invested in business so you’ll feel a bit lonely from time to time:(

Another one I have is he has a really bad memory when it comes to names so he has nicknames for everyone which he associates with a persons look or characteristics like Luigi being greenie or Mario being red plumber and he doesn’t realize it’s rude and he really doesn’t mean to be I think I’ve seen a post before with this same head cannon

I feel like Bowser doesn’t call others by their real name not because of memory problems, but rather that he just doesn’t care or doesn’t bother to remember. I say he would forget his castle staffs names, doesn’t bother with people like wario, waluigi or Daisy, and confused Lemmy and Larry sometimes. (I hc the nicknames for wario, waluigi and Daisy as “garlic breathe”, “purple pole” and “prickly princess”)

To me, when Bowser call Mario “red prick” or Luigi “green twerp” he did it out of disrespect (let’s face it there’s no way he would forget Mario’s (or Luigi’s) name. He whispered those names every day with malice and bitterness in his voice). He eventually call Mario by his real name because they are now rivals and bowser think Mario is deserving of his respect, but Luigi’s various nicknames just stuck because it roll easier on the tongue, and it rub salt onto that insecurity of Luigi being forever inferior to Mario.

When he mellowed out and get into a relationship with Luigi, I imagine he have to start practices calling Luigi by his name. sometimes a “Greenie”, “Greenbean” or “Greenstache” might slip out, though this time it’s more of an affectionate thing and not malice. Not that Luigi mind, he’s been called “green” his whole life.

Sorry for venting in your inbox, but I need to talk about something

I did not participate in that discussion you had with that user who more or less said that it's rude to add negativity to a post (I won't make names, but you know what I'm talking about). And yet, I found out that I was blocked.

I have two hypotheses: one, they found out that I comforted you when I wished you a happy birthday (literally the only time I even mentioned the incident in public), so I was put in the category of "people who would attack me", or two, I am simply commonly associated with the Bad People, maybe there's a blocklist going around.

Isn't it fun? I barely even talk about IDW and I don't really interact much with the Sonic fandom anymore, but I'm still worth being blocked by association <3

I didn't follow that person so I won't sleep over it. But you know. Makes you wonder why we stick with the "bad clique" :^)

Possibility three: someone told them about your associations with us and they responded accordingly. This is what I'm talking about with keeping tabs on people. Someone is always holding a microphone up to your mouth, even when you say nothing.

You can never be taken on an individual basis because you're not an individual, you're part of The Haters(tm). That's why everyone was all "ummm isn't Your Group going to issue a statement? omg Greeny ur the only moral one" about Random's tweet.

All the more sickening when they mock us for being part of a "clique," as if A.) they don't belong to "cliques" of their own, and B.) gee I wonder why.

Funny how they got annoyed when I took "I consider only what you, the collective, write" to mean they tar us with the same brush. Maybe because, uh, you do.

At least their actions align with their words in that regard, though. That's all I'll say on the matter.

No, I do not have a "narrative" I'm pushing, somehow it just never occurs to people that I'm only trying to explain things as I see them. And yeah, I do get upset, because it's an upsetting experience, to be told that merely being a little snarky is the same thing as harassment.

It's not. I don't know how to explain that in a way that won't get taken as "harassment" - doing it calmly and doing it loudly will produce the same disdain anyway - so there's no reason to try.

You go get changed in your bathroom, as well as brush your teeth and hair, and other hygienic processes, before stepping out.

"Ah, looking swell as always my dear! Are you ready?"

You nod, rubbing your eyes sleepily, and link your arm with the one he offered you as you drew closer.

Yeah, you've dealt with shit. But, sometimes, it's all worth it when you finally find your family, or in some cases, your tree. (of a semi adopted father)

🧍🏻‍♀️i’ve come here to say i finally got around to rereading/finishing wading in waist high water and it was lovely and adorable and delicious and everything i could have ever wanted and while i was working this evening (also baking) it was all i could think about. i felt like one remus john lupin, also having a mild panic attack as my buttercream split, i got it. i felt seen despite never being brave enough to attempt pastries myself. it was solidarity.

i adore them, i want to wax poetry about them. they deserve the world i will give it to them, i really did love love love it.
