Best Organic Green tea in India | Organicart
100% organic green tea producers focus on the harmony between their farms and nature. They don't overdo anything by using certain chemicals. On the contrary, conventional green tea uses synthetic pesticides, herbicides and many fertilizers harmful to both humans and nature.

Green Tea vs. Black Tea: Which One Is Right for You?
Green Tea vs. Black Tea: Unraveling the Brewed Battle
Green tea and black tea are two of the most popular types of tea in the world, and for good reason. Both teas have a long history of use for both their flavor and their health benefits.we will find what are the differences between green tea and black tea? And which one is right for you?
Tumblr media
The Basics
Do you know Both green tea and black tea are made from the leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant. However, the way that the leaves are processed is what gives them their different colors and flavors.
Green tea is made from unoxidized leaves. This means that the leaves are not exposed to oxygen after they are harvested. This results in a tea that is light in color and has a grassy or vegetal flavor.
Black tea is made from oxidized leaves. This means that the leaves are exposed to oxygen after they are harvested. This results in a tea that is dark in color and has a strong, robust flavor.
The Health Benefits
Both green tea and black tea have a number of health benefits. Some of the most well-known benefits include:
Antioxidants. Both green tea and black tea are high in antioxidants, which can help protect your body against damage from free radicals.
Weight loss. Green tea has been shown to boost metabolism and help you burn fat.
Heart health. Black tea has been shown to lower cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart disease.
Mental health. Both green tea and black tea can improve mood and concentration.

Which One Is Right for You?
So, which one is right for you? It really depends on your personal preferences. If you prefer a tea with a light flavor and a refreshing taste, then green tea is a good choice. If you prefer a tea with a strong flavor and a more robust taste, then black tea is a good choice.
Of course, you can also enjoy both green tea and black tea. There is no right or wrong answer. The best way to find out which one you prefer is to try both and see which one you like better.
Where to Buy Green Tea
If you are looking to buy green tea, there are a number of places where you can find it. You can buy it online, at most grocery stores, and at specialty tea shops.
I recommend buying green tea from Solshop. They have a wide selection of green teas from all over the world, and their prices are very reasonable.
Conclusion
Green tea and black tea are both delicious and healthy teas. The best way to find out which one you prefer is to try both and see which one you like better. And if you are looking to buy green tea, I recommend buying it from Solshop.

Premium Quality Loose Leaf Tea
Health Benefits: Assam tea leaves are packed with antioxidants that keeps you hydrated and moisturised. It also helps to improve blood circulation, improve dental health and increase alertness. Tea is absolutely calorie free unless you indulge into milk and sugar along with it. Tea contains almost 2 to 3 times less caffeine than coffee.
Tumblr media
It is the kind of tea that is made from whole leaves or buds instead of being produced in bags. These can be brewed in a variety of ways and are typically more flavorful than their bagged counterparts. Loose leaf tea has long been an important part of many people’s daily routines, and it remains one of the most popular types of tea today. Loose leaf tea is a great way to enjoy the full flavor of your favorite tea. It's also the easiest way to brew teas, as you don't need special equipment or tools. Loose leaf tea can include many varieties, including green, white and black teas, and herbal tea infusions such as chamomile and mint.
How Does Loose Leaf Tea Taste Different Than Bagged Teas?
The main difference between loose leaf teas and bagged teas comes down to how they’re produced. Bagged teas are made by steaming individual leaves until they become pliable enough to be squeezed into balls or pellets that can be stored for later use (or shipped).
The Benefits of Drinking Loose Leaf Tea
Is drinking loose leaf tea good for you? The benefits of loose leaf tea are many. The infusion method allows for the maximum extraction of the plant's natural goodness, making this tea ideal for those with an interest in nutritional health. The freshness and unique flavors of loose leaf tea are incomparable to other methods of brewing, such as bagged or canned teas.
Is Loose Leaf Tea Better than Tea Bags?
Loose leaf tea is healthier than tea bags. It's also more expensive, but then again, why not?
The first thing to consider when comparing loose leaf tea and tea bags is that a bag of green tea contains about 8 grams of unfermented leaves, whereas loose leaf green tea has about 28 grams of unfermented leaves. That's a lot more!
That extra amount of leaves is what makes loose leaf teas so much healthier than their bagged counterparts. The main difference is in their antioxidants: the unfermented leaves in loose leaf teas contain more antioxidants than the bagged versions because they don't undergo any processing during storage or transport (although they do need to be fermented before drinking). In addition to the antioxidants, another benefit of drinking loose leaf teas over bags is that they taste better.

I was tagged by the lovely @northwest-by-a-train - thank you so much!
relationship status: I am engaged to the kindest, gentlest and strangest person I will ever meet. even though we have been together for nearly five years, and engaged since last summer, it and he both boggle my mind every single day. When I met him I thought I had spent a lot of time on my own and thought I had much more solitary time to come.
favourite colour: when I was younger I much preferred lighter, softer pastel colours, but for the past few years I’ve been drawn much more to darker jewel tones. Right now I love forest and hunter greens and rich mauves and purples, but my favourite colour now and always will be dark red.
song stuck in my head: Unmade by Thom Yorke
three favourite foods: almond croissants, gnocchi alla gorganzola and any sort of homemade biscuit. Homemade dahl comes a close fourth.
last song i listened to: Sea, Swallow Me by the Cocteau Twins
dream trip: my dream trip for so long has been travelling the Baltics and Balkans from St Petersburg or Helsinki all the way south through Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Greece... I’d go to Crete and Cyprus, then hop over to Cairo or Beirut (or both!). However, I’ve spent a lot of time lately in Europe and in the Mediterranean more specifically, and I’ve been thinking lately about other places I’d love to see. I would love to see Latin America, although my dreams there aren’t so detailed - I just know vaguely that I’d love to see Mexico, Peru, Argentina and Cuba (or is Cuba in the Caribbean?), and I’m sure many other places would come up if I did the research. I’d also love to see more of Asia, especially India and Sri Lanka.
last thing i googled: ‘gigantes plaki recipe’, because that’s what I made for dinner tonight
anything i want rn: focusing only on the self rather than the big picture and only on instant gratification, I would like a cup of tea (boiling the kettle as we speak), for this weird cold I’ve had to clear up before the weekend, and a pretty copy of The Master and Margarita I found online.
I tag @dearorpheus @daphnedumaurigay @mossynerd @night-leaves !

World Bamboo Day
Discover the versatility and sustainability of a plant that offers strength, beauty, and eco-friendly solutions for various industries.
Bamboo is a fast growing, sustainable resource that uses very little water, releases significantly more oxygen into the air and performs well when used to make hundreds of different types of products, from fuel and building materials to paper and cloth. World Bamboo Day seeks to increase public awareness around the globe, making more people aware and knowledgeable about this amazing sustainable plant.
History of World Bamboo Day
Humans have been using bamboo for survival for thousands of years. Native to Asia, particularly China and India, this beautiful specimen is the fastest-growing land plant on earth and has been used throughout history as a building material, food source, and even for musical instruments. In recent years, this valuable resource has become even more important around the globe due to its combined sustainability and functionality.
For more than 30 years, the World Bamboo Organization has been working hard to promote and increase public understanding about the benefits and uses of bamboo. World Bamboo Day was established in 2009 when it was declared by the Thai Royal Forest Department at the World Bamboo Congress, which was held in Bangkok that year. Individuals, groups and businesses all observe this day to raise awareness about bamboo and to promote its use.
How to Celebrate World Bamboo Day
Check Out Interesting Facts About Bamboo
Learn and share some fun facts about Bamboo in honor of World Bamboo Day. Start with a few of these that can be shared online to increase awareness about the day:
Young bamboo shoots are harvested early, while still soft, so they can be made into delicious Asian cuisine
The leaves of the bamboo plant can be made into a tasty tea, likened in taste to green tea with similar health benefits
Bamboo is very tolerant of drought and can survive by curling up their leaves to protect from the heat
There are more than 1500 different species of bamboo plants that can be found around the world
Use Bamboo at Home or Work
An excellent way to combat some of the struggles with conservation is to substitute bamboo for products traditionally made from slow-growing hardwood trees or cotton. This fabulous plant can be used to make so many different products.
In the kitchen, bamboo can be used for small items like replacing plastic cutlery or paper coffee filters, or for larger items like tableware and cutting boards or even furniture and flooring. Bamboo can also be used to make clothing out of materials such as bamboo rayon or bamboo linen. And home crafters can use bamboo yarn to make various knitting, crocheting and other craft projects.
Try Growing Bamboo
Bamboo thrives in moist, well-drained soil, but it remains stable almost anywhere and is very low maintenance. It absorbs unhealthy greenhouse gasses and, in turn, gives off up to 35% more oxygen than other trees. These plants are pest resistant so there’s no need for pesticides – and it is not enjoyed by deer, which makes it very attractive for gardeners.
