The fact the extras for the prom scene audibly gasped and were shocked when gale and randy started kissing at the end so much so that they heard them is hilarious to me, I get it was unexpected for the time and they were young school kids. But also... guys, come on, you're literally witnessing two men locked in the most romantic embrace, twirling each other around on the dance floor, being serenaded by a beautiful soundtrack where the protagonist is singing about love and longing and the enduring power of love. Yet the moment they lock lips at the end it was like... WHAT IS GOING ON HERE?!

reading vol.4 of 2ha is so surreal because this has to be the most yearning i’ve ever read from mo ran and it literally aches, but all i had been thinking for a certain couple of chapters is “wait isn’t this our token of love burns red from ao3? 🧐”
