It's Times Like This When Danny Regrets Putting Off Learning How To Make His Own Portals, Cause Now He Is Very Much Stuck For The Foreseeable Future And He Has No Idea Where Or When He Is. Luckily For Him However Central City Isn't Too Far Away, Unlucky For Him However Is That Once In The City He Realizes This Isn't His Dimension. So What Do You Do When Supernatural Bullshit Fails You? You Fall Back On Your Mad Scientist Roots And You Make A Portal Gun. So That's Exactly What Danny Plans To Do.

Unfortunately Staying Alive And Building Questionably Safe Portal Technology Requires Money And Supplies, So He Ends Up Wandering From City To City Doing Odd Jobs/Fixing Up Busted Tech For Cash Or Unwanted Electronics For His "Operation: Get Home" Needs. This Obviously Ends In A Few Superhero Encounter Shenanigans.

Though He Always Ends Up Back Near Central City, Both On The Off Chance The Natural Portal Will Open Up Again And Because Out Of All The Superheroes That Apparently Exist In This Universe The Speedsters Are His Favorite (Red Robin Is Solidly His Second Favorite Ever Since The Gotham Vigilante Gave Him A Large Coffee Filled With Enough Caffeine To Kill A Man).

Unbeknownst To Danny However Is That Every Hero/Vigilante He Has Encountered Has Come To At Least One Of The Following Conclusions; 1. Run Away Meta Who Is In Desperate Need Of A Good Meal/Adoption Bait. 2. Possibly Red Robin/Tim Drake Clone 3. A Good Kid But Could Possibly Be A Future Rouge If Left Unsupervised. 4. Did Bats Get A New Kid And Why Is He Here?

All Flash Knows Is That He Saw The Kid First And Therefore Has Dibs. Suck It Bruce.

One DNA Test Brought To You By Paranoid Bat Concerns Of A Possible Red Robin Clone Later And They Find Out That Dannys DNA Matches One Ra's Al Ghul.

in the nicest and most non-confrontational way possible. i feel like some of you think that anything that isn't directly openly spelled out for you within a story is "missed potential" or "unexplored." like. sometimes there are implied narratives. sometimes the point is that you as the reader are supposed to think and draw your own conclusions and participate in the story. the writers not directly spelling every little detail out for you doesn't mean that the story is poorly written or missed its own plot details somehow. PLEASE.

realised yesterday just how often hozier actually used to sing about being not quite alive, not feeling like a person, about loving someone in a way that defies death and made him more alive, about suffering death for love. it's like he was constantly being buried underground and unearthed by love, over and over, which, while romantic in a way, is also incredibly sad. but i think it's interesting how his latest album (literally called 'unreal unearth') takes this idea and makes it its central theme. that's what this album is, one man's descent into the underworld. except, crucially, he makes it to the other side, and ends the album saying the darkness will come again, but this time he is "never going back [to hell] again." it feels like such a full-circle moment considering the rest of his discography and i'm so very excited to see what comes after this

The Westley to Bri's Buttercup, Ben was rather happy with the work that was put in to his costume, though, in light of recent events, perhaps that ROUS should be around his waist than his back. Unfortunately for the Dread Pirate Robets, one of those nasty rodents took part of his leg. The sword had to be replaced with a set of crutches, but he's not traveling too far, thankfully.

My girlfriend and I have been together for a while and I’ve just introduced to my feedism fetish. She’s up for exploring things, but doesn’t understand how a woman can feel sexy being big/fat (especially as society tells us that slim is sexy).

What is it about getting big that makes you feel sexy/confident?

i’m not really sure how to answer this, tbh. i’ve always been more comfortable being fat than at any lighter weight.

but let me try to answer!

i think, as you get bigger, it’s a chance to let go of that constant pressure from “society.” sure, it’s not something you can completely separate yourself from (as you can’t not participate in society if you’re a functioning person), but you can finally explore yourself—do things for yourself, forget that presence yelling you to be skinny—because it truly doesn’t matter.

part of it is finding yourself attractive and not looking for validation from outside sources. when the ideal of being skinny finally doesn’t matter, you have time for finding out you want to look like, what styles suit you, how you enjoy dressing, what foods you prefer and make you happy. you happen to live in the most bountiful point of time on earth. so much goes to waste, it would be a crime not to enjoy yourself.

there’s no judgement worse than your own, and if you’re the type that’s constantly worried about your weight, having a chance to indulge yourself is AMAZING. it’s the release that’s finally made me able to feel “sexy,” to finally have that confidence i lacked 100lbs ago. that and knowing my ancestors that endured decades of famine are cheering me on with every bite 🥰

i’ve never felt better or been more confident than at 300lbs!

that being said—getting fat asf is NOT everyone’s cup of tea, and that’s okay! feedism is the chance to finally let yourself indulge in these hedonistic things society tells you will make you fat and ugly. because, obviously, that’s a lie and you’re your own person. if you gain a few lbs and decide that’s enough, that’s totally fine! it’s not the end of the world, and if anything, you will be better off because you know yourself better.

imagine being edwin payne and going to hell in 1916, then escaping hell and coming back to earth in the late 80s. the technology and culture shock would be fucking insane. like we joke a lot (rightfully) about his lack of understanding in the internet, but what about the instant shift he had to have made from occasionally getting to listen to classical music through a pre-radio gramophone, to hearing bass-boosted synth-heavy new wave pop blasting from nightclub speakers on every other london street corner? electrical appliances were basically just barely being introduced to the average home in the 1910s, then suddenly edwin has to wrap his head around every house having a refrigerator, a washing machine, a dryer, a microwave, a television– let alone what all this stuff is and what they all do. and let’s not even get started on social progress– women having rights, men on magazine covers wearing flashy makeup, legitimate interracial marriages existing, etc etc etc.

all this to say; he’s doing pretty good for someone that had to try and catch up on 70 years of technological and societal progress– not quite getting what the internet is yet seems pretty understandable in the scheme of things.
