I decided to make a rp/ask blog for murder drones ocs whoops.

So here's some rules; - Mun is an adult; however there isn't going to be anything explicit here. However there might be suggestive stuff, in which it be tagged with #suggestive. This is just text, nothing visual - I match roleplay lengths to the best of my ability. - I don't have emotion/reaction images as of yet. [strange-and-dynamic]

Dateline: October 4th, 2024

Had a dream last night that was about several things (like how most if not all of my dreams are) but the main and biggest part I can remember of it, is about a 90s anime style side scroller beat em up! And I was the character designer for it!

This chapter of the definitely dream had a whole lot of brown featured in it (thus why I chose the brown dividers, dividers by @/dollywons btw!! Def go check her out her graphics are so pretty!!!) and searching up the meaning of the color brown in a dream states it symbolizes groundedness, warmth, and comfort, all of which I need rn, so that feels good (´▽`)

Anyways! Onto the main aspects of the dream!

I was the main (and only) character designer, on a small team consisting of me, the coder, and the music producer, I was on a phone call with one of those 2, as she was my friend, and said friend called me to be the character designer

The gameplay I could see of it was like streets of rage, but the artstyle was a 90s anime style reminiscent of 90s Clamp and little enemies that look like they’re from sexy parodius

And now on to the part that I’m most excited about; THE MAIN CHARACTERS!! I was able to remember them well enough once waking up for me to quickly type out their characteristics into my notes app! I, obviously, can’t remember them perfectly, since a character design isn’t just something I remember clear as day from my dreams, but I remember 3 of them well enough!

Get ready cuz this list is long girl,,,

Character 1, the main character • Long platinum blonde hair, bangs swoop to the left (viewer’s left) • Yellow eyes • Skin was tan • Costume cat paws (both hand and foot paws) bikini top and bottom, and cat ear headband, all fluffy and were a milk chocolate brown, no cat tail included • Wielded a normal, wooden baseball bat • Hands underneath the cat paws are pitch black and clawed, reminiscent of raccoon paws

2nd character • Mid length brown hair, spiky pigtails • Eyebrows usually furrowed, was the childish fiery personality one • Had a normal long sleeve Japanese schoolgirl sailor uniform on • Civilian clothes was a white polo dress with blue accents • Brown eyes

3rd character • I can’t remember a single thing about specifically her for some reason, other than her hair being straight and long with blunt bangs, and possibly a deep brown or black

4th character • Was the fat kinda jokey character, loved food • Her name was Han (pronounced Hah-n, think of Usahana) shes the only one I can remember the name of because Dreams™ • Only got pulled to help in the groups battles because of flattery from character 2 • Had the same outfit as character 2, but skirt was either a blue or green plaid instead • Long brown hair, same shade of brown as character 2 (maybe they're sisters? 🤔) • Can’t remember if eyes were black or brown

That's all the playable characters! In the context of the dream, you'd steadily unlock them by just going through the campaign, which really thinking about how little you need to do (You start out with 2 playable characters, the main and character 2, and then unlock characters 3 and 4 far before you reach the final boss) this beat em must be a pretty fun game to get 4 friends on!

little tibits I can remember from the Inset Dream Context™:

There was this art I drew of the main character standing in the foreground with her aforementioned baseball bat, one hand (paw?) on her hip and looking triumphantly to her left, with the HUGE roster of bosses and enemies all behind her, not defeated but just kinda there, I either drew this as promotional art or box art

-> I really want to recreate this memory!! As well the main's design ref too!

I keep remembering this little cartoony elephant in the bottom corner of the box art, he was one of the bosses!

All playable character are girls, and judging by the continuous school uniforms, they all went to the same school, though the main character could also be older than the others and not attending school, judging by the fact character 2, her best friend, is shorter than her and mainly wearing the schoolgirl fit, and character 1 is never seen out of that cat bikini thing
