situation in which M catches wind through the gossip mill that Bond and Q are Involved TM and he has sort of a passing thoigh of hm should he be worried about this should he look into this, for form's sake if nothing else- this could be a case of a field operative taking advantages with support staff blah blah. not that Q can't take care of himself, but, well. you know,. Bond. It shouldn't hurt to just check in with Q, right?

but like the next possible moment M might have to check in with Q is when they're about to have a joint briefing and Bond is about to show up at any moment. M is like debating with himself if he should bring it up- but then Bond comes sauntering in, so he's lost the moment.

anyway in the course of the briefing, M is surreptitiously observing the two to see if there's any red flags- none that he can see, they are their usual snarky selves. but then Bond leans in a certain way or leans into Q's space a certain way, and against his will, he catches a glimpse of... leather? against Bond's throat underneath his shirt collar. And unfortunately now that he saw it, he can't unsee it, nor the like subtle things in which they are interacting with each other... So he has gone from hm should I at least as a formality be worried about this, to quickly learning/realizing (1) he did NOT need to know this about his two subordinates slash friends(? -inasmuch as spies can be friends and a boss can be friends with his subordinates even if the trials they've been through together have blurred the lines on that and forged bonds amongst them), and (2) yeah no this was a foolish worry, Q has the situation well in hand (hah)

I feel like now me being the core is weird because there are two other versions of the body that are essentially age-locked at specific, stressful periods in my/our life

despite me not remembering in complete (or coherent) detail what life was like when I was 7-9, [deadname] does. and she's stuck at that age and she's a trauma holder because of that.

same with [a name I used to go by]. she's stuck at whatever age we were right after middle school started but right before covid limitations were lifted (so maybe 7-8th grade). they explained that they're stuck at that age and have a full recollection of what went on then, whereas I don't. or it's...fuzzy enough to feel unreal.

like, I remember it, but I don't have any real connection to it. it makes me feel weird. but I know those periods were very Bad for me, just like this current period of my life is, and that's why I'm here to deal with it

Donate to the ACS Palestinian Scholarships Fund

Hi Tumblr friends, it is my birthday! For my birthday I would like it if people could donate to an institution that is near and dear to my heart, the American Community School of Beirut, Lebanon, in order to support Palestinian refugee youth.

My mother attended ACS Beirut when she was a teenager, and I grew up with the alumni association being a big part of my life. Mom's stories were very important to me, and they're actually how I learned so much about the Middle East, and specifically about the Israel-Palestine conflict. She lived through the Hundred Day's War and has many harrowing stories from that time.

It turns out ACS has a fund specifically for scholarships for Palestinian refugees, which can be found here:

Making sure that Palestinian youth who have managed to flee Israel can get access to an excellent education is crucial during this horrible time.

If you have a few dollars to spend, I would greatly appreciate it if you could throw money at this. While many people in Lebanon are doing their best to support their neighbors in Palestine, the Lebanese economy is in crisis and that makes it VERY difficult for them to provide material support to refugees. This is one avenue by which I know the money will go to helping Palestinian youth.

I FINALLY AM GETTING A NEW IPAD! It'll be delivered tomorrow ;_;

I'm going from a 10inch screen iPad Air with 64 gigs of storage to a 12.9 inch iPad Pro with a terabyte of storage I'm so damn excited!

This means my art will hopefully go a little faster since I'll have more layers to work with and won't have to debate which layers to flatten before I want to lol. It'll also help with commissions because right now on my little iPad, an 8x10 canvas only gets me 10 layers which is REALLY HARD to work with ;_; and I've made it work but I'd like that to be a little easier for me lol.

I'm also going to explore more animation work! Because I'll have so much storage and it'll have more ram to it, I'll be able to actually download a nice animation program.

I'm currently trying to work on an art portfolio which is why I've been so quiet lately lol.

Ugh - I've wanted this since August so I'm happy I finally have enough money lol.

Thank y'all who have bought the coloring books and who have commissioned me! I'll be making more coloring books [the next one probably coming out in June] and I will be opening commissions soon as well! <3

And of course, I already plan on my first drawing on this new iPad to be of Dean and Cas! xD
