Yesterday was hard but I received a bit of encouragement from someone very special to me and it really gave me a boost I needed. It occurred to me just now that I never posted my selfie from Friday's work out. Thursday and Friday kind of sucked workout wise and I'm gonna be totally honest, I didn't finish on Friday and I barely even got started on Thursday. I tried, I really tried it I couldn't push myself any harder than I already was. So I'm moving on to the next day on the calendar and I'll take mma power by the horns the next time it comes back around. Day 3/80 Take one at cardio core and if I’m being really I’d rather repeat butt day again. I was struggling today. I was driving the struggle bus... not just riding it, driving it.
