Honestly great at it and it’s honestly not expected but also sort of expected

Hard to explain

But it’s likely that he just brings you back to the apartment he lives in with sally, Paul, and ofc Estelle because even though he sort of doesn’t want to admit it, he needs help

So (imagining you’re super sick) even if you’re a stubborn one, it’s too embarrassing to act up in front of Sally

Someone who is so caring that she makes soup just for you, checks in on you, gives you extra blankets in case, honestly anything really

This transformed more into a Sally taking care of you than Percy but I’m getting there

One day Sally has to go out for an errand and takes Estelle with her, Paul went off to work or something

Leaving you two alone and you basically a burden/j

Also… free to complain all you want

Now if you’re stubborn and make it difficult for him he will fr mock you

Literally why are you being this way when Estelle behaves way better

And she’s a baby

Eventually though, cmon now

Just be willing and maybe he’ll kiss you

Annabeth doesn’t actually know a lot aside from when she gets sick

Which happens rarely and goes away as quick as it comes

So now she’s here with you all bundled up-

Also, if you try to be stubborn and act like a big baby, she’s having none of it

You will rest and you will eat to consume your meds

She will, however, be pleased if you’re happy to comply and get you back to good asap

Although she does bumble a bit at the start- she eventually learns quickly

When she first started to struggle with what do to she’s too prideful to ask for help so she settles on asking you how to do well by you

Then she realizes how stupid (or unwise) it was to act that way and decides to just ask any of the Apollo kids she knows won’t tease her

Which is more than half

Only because she knew you’d get worse

I’d give her a solid 7/10

It’s not any longer because she gets to business and gets you healed pretty quick so 🤷

Grover Underwood

I’d say he’s pretty decent at taking care of you too

I mean he probably knows a lot about herbs and stuff that could help you alongside modern medicine that you’re likely taking

Plus when you can’t sleep for whatever reason (*cough*cough* congestion*cough*) he’ll obviously put that humidifier on but also play you a song

Either to help with sleep or just make you feel better

Also we all know he’s a saytr

So he’s likely taking care of you despite needing to be elsewhere

And if that duty calls quickly? He feels SO bad 😭 I’m not even exaggerating

He’ll apologize ten times over and try to make up for it

Instead of getting your sleep and rest it just results in you spending that time reassuring Grover

Which, in your opinion, is a time well spent

But not to Grover

Anyways if you’re reluctant to let him take care of you then he’s constantly hassling you to stay resting

Literally got to the point where campers would just see you running by, and see Grover not too behind

Or it’d be you sitting somewhere and Grover trying to convince you why going back would be a good idea

Now, if you’re more than happy to rest and take your medicine?

He’ll try his best to help you out 😭

Which he does a pretty decent job at, all he does is rely on books and what he’s heard from others

So it’s time for Nico to rawdog helping you out because frankly, he’s always been the opposite of a normal person

So, why would he ever get sick?

(Bluds body temperature is probably colder than the Antarctic)

He does the basics like making you drink medicine for your symptoms (e.g. cough, sore throat) and making you soup to the best of his capabilities

If you’re the type of person to be whiny and like to be cared after then he’d sort of tease you for it in his strange little way

Now, if you’re super stubborn and insist on him not helping you-

He takes it personally

Like I’m not even joking

He’ll just side eye you

You’re acting like you weren’t just dying of suffocation before he put the humidifier on a few seconds ago

And he lets that known

So, he asks why you’re being so stubborn and let him spoon feed you‼️

(Only because you ended up being bundled in a blanket burrito and Nico didn’t want to go through putting you in one again afterwards)

He’s honestly getting annoyed at this point so you give him a proposition

Leo is definitely way better with machines than with humans

Especially since it was now winter, despite the waystations warmth, a chill seemed to have made it way inside.

Eventually Leo makes his way back up and set down a tray

So obviously you gobbled that shit up like all the other Mexican foods Leo had made before

Eventually Leo makes you take your medicine because even though he’s all about playing around and stuff, he still likes to care for you

Now, because it’s likely snowing, Leo had to resist and refuse to let you out

You’re already sick, it could get so much worse

But you didn’t listen

Hence you running around like a maniac outside the station yelling as Leo chases you

Afterwards he scolds you but when you point out that fact that he was laughing when he was chasing after you- he shuts up real quick

Leo does realize how boring it probably is for you though so after going back inside he tries to be a source of entertainment for you

He tries to find board games and he luckily does

Which ends with you two moving to the living room (?) or common area

By the time emmie and the other residents return, the tower you built while playing Jenga was sky high and skinny asf

Then Leo crashed it and you both obviously yelled at it

Then Leo got told off for distracting you from resting (although it was done kindly)

Later after dinner, Leo snuck into your room at night and once again began to try to rid you of your boredom

you two began giggling and gossiping in the middle of the night

Then went to bed when someone knocked as kindly asked for you two to quiet down

Leo was embarrassed 💀

Frank Zhang

Surprisingly good at taking care of you

Only saying it’s surprising because I’ve never considered it before

He obviously takes care of your basic needs like meds and just covers you needing anything else like rest or water

If you’re stubborn to actually try to get better- then he’s definitely worried but also confused

Why are you acting this way and also, please just let him help you

Which is honestly sad because even if he’d like to stay by your side for more than a few hours- he really isn’t able to due to praetor duties

I mean it’s a surprise you got a pass on your chores/ duties depending on what your role is

Will definitely feel terrible for having to leave to go do his job but eventually finds someone trusted to look after you

Likely someone indebted to him

(He’d feel a bit sorry for whoever it is if you’re particularly resistful)

Let’s say you actually get sick and there’s no outside forces that can interfere

Frank is a pretty top notch- although a bit anxious - doctor

Likely learned a lot about the healing aspect of Apollo back when being his kid was what Frank wanted most

So he knows a lot from that and is really attentive

After giving you some medicine you had seemingly been knocked out cold so it was natural for Frank to turn down the lights

Before he left the room he decided to give you a kiss on the cheek

You were actually still awake and despite your boyfriends more than accommodating care-

You will be teasing him tomorrow using this instance

Overall I’d give Frank a 9/10

Hazel Levesque

Have you seen her lead the other Roman’s as praetor and even before then ? Yea she’s getting you bundled up and fed

No ifs or buts

This is how she is overall but if you try being stubborn she genuinely doesn’t see why you would be

Like why wouldn’t you want to get better??

Also please don’t sneak out to the weaponry or something because she literally CANT give you special treatment 😭

Despite her seemingly tough demeanor, she really is a fool for you

Not actually- but miss girl is smitten with you

So she sort of takes it easy, occasionally finding her voice and scolding you as lightly as she can

She tries her best to treat you but eventually gets advice and help from others in camp who know more than she does

She ofc knows the basics: consume vitamin c, rest, drink medicine, etc

But she can’t be too sure

I also honestly think she’s way better than Nico, because I didn’t include it but he definitely got some wayward damned spirit to help him out

But not her

Not that that’s bad, but she’s definitely more capable

I do think she bumbled a bit

She had ordered some other campers who specialized in healing to help her out

Before then, she had been taking care of you herself

So when they get there and see her sort of make shift stuff- she’s a bit embarrassed

Yknow, if the blush on her cheeks are anything to go by

Because we’ve already established that she’s better than Nico, I’ll give her a 8/10

Because she’s really good at taking care of you, really caring overall

Best way to say how he is at taking care of you is mediocre

He isn’t constantly attentive but just the right amount that you feel like it’s enough

Esprit he’s busy with the school he’s attending- then he’ll have to sneak out just to see you and take care of you

If school isn’t in session then he’s more than happy to go over and take care of things for you

Like doing chores, cooking food and actually taking care of you

Doesn’t mind all that much if you try to resist being treated because it’s likely that he’s encountered people who are WAY worse

Ik this is him supposed to be taking care of you but I think it’d be so funny that you’re just constantly in and out of consciousness that you only remember small snippets

In which Jason has to fill in for you and all you remember is Jason in the distance

Pretty out of place but the idea of it is so funny to me 😭

Imagine being so kind and your s/o not remembering any of it

You’d still believe him though, why should you?

THE BEST IM NOT EXAGGERATING

The medicine- eating- cooking part is alright

It isn’t much different from the others averages and not much to take note of in all honesty

But what is really the cherry on top is when after having a mind splitting headache- you’ve finally managed to fall asleep

Being a demigod and all- you immediately hear when Piper enters the room

Each creak the floor board gives continued until Piper has reached the end of the bed

Not that it’s disturbing you in anyway

So there you are snuggled in bed and you feel a weight added next to you where the bed is pushing down

You feel hands massaging your scalp and Piper -knowing how you’ve suffered with head pain- starts to sing for you

It isn’t unknown or unheard of to sing for someone to heal (demigod or non demigod wise)

So when you immediately start to feel better you can feel your would ascending into the heavens

Not actually- because that’d be the opposite affect of the singing but you get what I’m going for

Anyway aside from that she’s really attentive and sweet but I just had that idea come to me strongly idk why

Overall id rate her a 7/10

That’s because her singing is divine but her caring aspect is mediocre

"Good morning," James said softly, kissing Regulus forehead. "Classes today?"

"Y -" Regulus broke down coughing, turning so that he was expelling germs into the pillow instead of onto his boyfriend. "Yes," he finally managed. "One at nine."

His throat was burning, and he sounded awful.

Gentle fingers moved through his hair. "You sound sick, love."

"No. I'm not sick," Regulus croaked.

"You overslept," James told him gently. "And you feel warm to me."

"I'm covered in blankets," Regulus argued. "Of course I'm warm." He flipped back over. "What time is it?"

"A little before eight."

"Ugh," Regulus groaned, and then immediately fell into another coughing fit.

James rubbed his back as he suffered, each cough tearing through his throat. "Maybe class is a bad idea today?"

"I'm going to class," Regulus replied. He forced himself up and into presentable clothes, every movement feeling a little more difficult than it usually did. His arms felt heavy, and so did his head.

"Here, love." James handed him a thermos when he finally made it out of the bedroom. "Drink this."

Regulus complied, grateful when the hot tea soothed the ache in his throat. "Thank you."

"You're welcome. Do you want breakfast? I'll make whatever you want."

The thought of eating made his stomach flip, so Regulus quickly shook his head. "No, I'm okay. Thanks, though."

"Are you sure?" James felt his forehead, checking his temperature. "You still feel warm."

"I have class," Regulus argued. "And I have to go or I'll be late."

"Okay," James gave in. "Take the car today, it's cold."

Regulus agreed, sure that the tea would fix his throat in no time. He'd be fine in an hour.

An hour and a half later, he was getting annoyed looks from his classmates. He couldn't really blame them - except for the one girl who was wearing way too much perfume, because every other time he dared to inhale, the stuff irritated his throat and set off a three-minute long coughing fit.

The tea was completely gone, his head was pounding, and the professor was looking at him like he was about to keel over and die.

So it wasn't really a surprise when she came over and gently told him that it would be okay for him to just go home and promised to email him the powerpoint for today's lecture.

Defeated - and a little grateful, honestly - Regulus went back to the parking lot.

The fifteen minute drive felt longer than usual, but he eventually made it home. James was in the kitchen, but he came out when Regulus opened the front door.

"Reg? Hey, I thought your class ended at eleven."

Regulus nodded, coughing into his sleeve. "It does. Got sent home." The words came out strained, barely there.

James winced sympathetically. "Go lay down, I'll make some more tea. Do you want food? Soup, eggs, anything?"

Regulus shook his head. "Just tea."

"Alright." James pulled him into a gentle hug. "Go rest, I'll bring it to you."

Regulus nodded, grateful. He hated being sick.

But at least he had James to make it better.

No one lasted that long and maybe even their tongues got a little burned and they lost the sensation of taste for a while-

Yes, we're making white people jokes here. I admit, they're pretty funny depending on the execution. Also relatable. While I don't mind spicy food (it's not my favourite, but it's not like I'd turn my nose up at it), my mother hates it. Dad loves it, though.

Wild handles it the best because, honestly, he has a lead belly. Bro literally ate rocks. He'd probably ask for more, even if he is going to regret it later when his tummy gets the rumblies.

I actually think that Rulie likes spicy food. He can't handle it at all, but he likes it anyway. Also he gets to beg for sweets later and no one would blame him.

Four's in the corner saying how he now knows how the metal he works with feels. He's coughing and gets the hiccups after just a few bites.

Time seems to be doing well, but what the others don't know is that he's got a bottle of milk he's constantly sipping from when no one's looking. No cheating! It gets taken away very quickly and he is suffering.

Honestly, Wars and Legend have about the same level of tolerance. They make an unofficial bet on who can last longer. Also may or may not be adding more spicy stuff into each other's food to make the other lose.

Poor Wind tries to put on a brave face, but everyone can see that he's not taking it well. Mostly because of he does not have a poker face.

Twilight immediately opts out. Just the smell coming from the pot is making his eyes water. Too bad. If they all have to suffer, so does he. (Please note, do not give your dog anything spicy. It's not good for them and will end in a trip to the vet).

Sky has it the worst. Living at such high altitudes his whole life has not prepared him for a lot of things. Also I never really saw much variety of food on Skyloft, mostly pumpkins. No tolerance what so ever.

On the bright side, if they ever get something that they can't handle, they can just give it to [Name] so they don't have to waste food.

Hello! I hope you’re doing well! So, in G1, there is an episode where four Autobots ended up briefly turning into humans, called Only Humans. That episode was fun, but sadly, there were too much actions and not enough bots experiencing common phenomenons of a human body, which would have been SO fun! So may I request a similar scenario with TFP Ratchet, Optimus Prime, Arcee, Bee, and Bulkhead? But this time the times where they stayed humans were longer than that G1 episode, and during the time these guys got to experience all kinds of human body experiences like hiccups, goosebumps, throwing up, falling inside of their sleep, strung by mosquitoes, and maybe even a cold, so on and so on. And tbh I just want to know who do you think would be the ones to freak out ant goosebumps (think that bugs are crawling under them) and who would be the one to think that a 39 Celsius fever + a nasty throw up is probably normal for human body and no cause for concern? And to make this funnier I ask for a random unlucky Autobot to actually got to suffer from motion sickness (ironic, since they used to be cars themselves, and now they can’t even ride anymore without feeling like dying), and another to be truck by a tough cold/flu and had to suffer through unfamiliar symptoms like coughing, sneezing, chills, and stomach aches, and another to find out they have nasty allergies of a random kind and effect (these can all be more than one if you are feeling evil)

but of course the three kids are there to help them through this tough time— not without occasionally making fun of them a bit tho.

you can do this either in a story telling form, where you write out a whole entire story chapter, or the bullet point list regarding how different the reactions of everyone would be.

YEEEE! This request was fun to do! The bots are going to get the 'whole' human experience.

Relic accident. Enough said.

The relic, as it turned out, had the capability to turn anything of Cybertronain origin into the organic version of it depending on the planet it was on.

That was how the charges found their guardians on the floor looking dazed and confused.

Thank goodness they had clothes on.

After further inspection from Wheeljack, they all got the news.

The good news this was all temporary, they would turn back when the effects wore off.

The bad news was that this was going to last for entire week.

Which shouldn’t have been a problem… if some of them didn’t get sick.

Oh joy…

Ratchet

The Cold.

Ratchet was fine for the first day, though he was constantly complaining about the work that still needed to be done.

It was the next day that the symptoms came up.

Buddy and Raf are the only ones who manage to convince him to lay down and rest.

“Please Ratchet, your sick and need rest.”--Buddy

Ratchet trying to pass Buddy but Raf steps in front of him.

“Do it Raf!”--Buddy

“Do—cough—what?”--Ratchet

Puppy Dog Eyes activated.

“Please?”--Raf

“… fine.”--Ratchet

Buddy high-hives Raf before helping him back to his bed.

His immune system was new to its surroundings, easier for illness to sit in.

Worse that he was older than the other as well.

He was much more vulnerable to catch simple things.

Most of the bots and recently turned humans are worried about Ratchet’s health when he started sleeping more. But June and the others reassure them that Ratchet’s going to be fine.

Ratchet wants to work, but the kids and Buddy don’t let him.

Jack and Buddy oversee Ratchet’s temperature and basic medical supplies.

Buddy does their best to explain to him what is happening to his body, for reassurance.

Miko plays him classical music for once.

Blame it on the pitiful sick look on his face.

He expected some loud rock music but found it surprising when Miko began playing the keyboard softly.

Its an almost foolproof way to get him to sleep fast.

Raf sat by him telling him stories and helping him eat his food.

This wasn’t his best experience, but he certainly has much more respect on human biology and for the kids now.

Ratchet now has a mini human well-care kit in his habsuite.

Optimus Prime

The Hiccups.

Optimus was just trying some of the different waters the kids had been recommending.

“And what is this one?”--Optimus

Optimus already starting to drink.

“Sparkling water.”--Buddy

Optimus stops and looks at the water horrified.

“Why are you looking at it—OH! Wait Optimus its not ‘sparkling’s’ water is a type of water with minerals!”--Buddy

Optimus puts the water down but swallows the water in his mouth.

“Human’s drink minerals? As in the deposits?”--Optimus

“… I’m not explaining this one. Raf! Your turn!”--Buddy

Then they heard the sound.

Optimus was surprised to hear it.

Then he made it again.

He looks a bit disturbed.

He wasn’t voluntarily making the noise it was just coming out of him just like that.

Jack and Miko try to explain what hiccups are.

He gets a bit more disturbed yet intrigued.

This wouldn’t be so bad… if that noise would stop trying to interrupt him from talking and making his chest go bump!

Raf suggests ways to get rid of them.

They all go through the list until they reach the last one.

Scaring him.

They knew it was going to be a tough one, Prime wasn’t scared easily.

But Buddy had an idea.

A very dumb idea.

Optimus was talking to Jack when he noticed Buddy leaning on the railing.

He was a bit on edge seeing them so casual near the ledge.

They sat on top of it.

Then began tittering backwards until half of their body went to the other side.

Optimus is running to Buddy’s side trying to stop them from falling backwards.

Buddy just hung from their ankles looking up at him with a smug smile.

No more hiccups.

Problem solved.

He does try and scold Buddy for the recklessness… but he is also glad the hiccups are gone.

When Optimus turns back to normal, he insists to Agent Fowler to have better rails in the base.

Arcee

The Mosquito bites.

Oh, Jack had warned her about these little guys.

And now she knew why the kids were complaining about.

She wanted to eradicate every single one.

Arcee trying to squash some of the mosquitos with her hands.

“Why!”-Arcee

SMACK!

“Won’t!”--Arcee

SMACK!

“These!”--Arcee

SMACK!

“Things!”--Arcee

SMACK!

“Die!”--Arcee

SMACK!

Buddy and Jack already dosed with repellent.

“Felt that.”--Buddy

“Yep.”--Jack

The two humans fist bump while watching Arcee fail to smack another mosquito.

With some heavy rain, some had managed to get into the base. There weren’t many, maybe four, but they were enough to leave Arcee’s arms and legs littered with little bites.

The kids did get bitten too, but not as much as she did.

Arcee did try to use the repellent, it didn’t do anything for her.

Buddy and Miko help put anti itching cream on her, but she wants to scratch them all so bad.

When she thought they weren’t looking she would begin to scratch furiously.

Arcee didn’t know that her skin would show that she had scratched. She freaked out a bit when she scratched a bit too hard on one and it started bleeding.

Raf and Jack clean and disinfect the scratch which welcomes her to the pain of antibacterial spray.

She swears that it was the most painful thing she had to endure yet.

Raf decided to decorate the little scratches with band aids so she would scratch them.

When Arcee turns back to her normal self, she is relieved.

She has much more respect for the things humans have to do daily.

Will never tell Jack to suck it up when he has a mosquito bite again.

Bumblebee

The Motion sickness.

Oh, the Irony.

Bumblebee was a fast muscle car before!

He shouldn’t get sick when going over 15 miles per hour!

Now he was getting queasy in riding with Smokescreen and Buddy.

He feels awful.

Sweaty

Clammy hands

And something feels like something is trying to crawl out of his throat.

Bumblebee looking a bit pale as Smokescreen makes another sharp turn.

Buddy looks at Bee.

“Hey Smokes, you mind rolling the windows down a bit?”--Buddy

“Why?”--Smokescreen

Bumblebee groaning.

“Unless you want to see what the inside of a humans stomach holds, I suggest you open up the windows.”--Buddy

Windows immediately roll down.

Bee sighs with a bit of relief as the wind rolls past his face calming his stomach.

At first the two thought it was Smokescreen crazy driving that was making him sick.

But that wasn’t the case.

Buddy Bee and Raf were inside Ultra Magnus and he got queasy there too.

Magnus was one of the safest and slowest drivers on the team.

It was just him.

Bumblebee refused to leave the base after they came back.

He’d rather hang out with the kids on the couch and play games with them than go outside in another vehicle.

When Bumblebee returns to normal, he is so thankful the queasiness didn’t follow him.

The next thing Bulkhead knew, he was staring at a trash can with a bunch of mushy stuff with Buddy and Miko on either side of him.

Buddy had some of the mushy stuff on their arms, while Miko was rubbing his back gently.

The mushy stuff did stink a lot.

He felt something come out of his mouth and spew it into the bin, once again getting it on Buddy’s arms.

Bulkhead tried to apologize but it was hard to catch his breath.

Turns out a whole lot of junk food and soda was not good for you after all.

No matter how good it tasted before.

He doesn’t want to touch food while he is like this.

The kids try introducing him to lighter foods so he can at least eat something while his stomach recovers.

He likes the different kinds of broth they bring in.

When Bulkhead returns to normal, he asks Miko to stash barf bags in his interior.

He wants to have them just in case the kids need them.

So when Dally gets sick he complains about it ALL THE TIME but never does anything to fix it willingly (bro is very opposed to resting in bed, doctor’s appointments, or cough syrup. he’d rather just suffer loudly).

2. Ponyboy

He’s a hypochondriac 100%. One time he got a stomach bug and he was very sure it was bc his appendix was on the verge of blowing up (thankfully he felt ok a few days later).

3. Sodapop

He has a very very strong immune system, but when it does fail him he acts like this. He LOSES HIS MIND if Darry makes him see a dr.

4. Steve

Steve always has a cold or smth. His nose is always running and he’s always coughing over everything, but he doesn’t really get sick enough to be bedridden. Honestly if he washed his hands more often he’d prolly stop catching a cold all the time. He’s def gotten the whole gang sick on multiple occasions

5. Darry

Darry doesn’t believe in getting sick. He will just continue his daily routine until he physically can’t, there were a lot of times when he was in school that the Curtis parents would have to pick him up because he had a really bad flu and refused to miss classes.

6. Two-bit

Two-bit barely gets sick, he likes to joke that he drinks so much that germs can’t live in his body. When he does get sick, his mom usually takes care of him (and he’s a very good patient. he loves his mom)

7. Johnny Cade

Johnny is sick a lot, mostly because he spends a lot of time outside in the cold. Usually when it gets really bad Dally or the Curtis family take him in for a few days (and he always ends up feeling guilty. esp if they end up spending money taking him to a doctor), but he’s very thankful. Johnny’s somehow more quiet than he is usually when he’s sick tho

Recently, your boyfriend, the infamous Eustass 'Captain' Kid, got sick, and he's acting like it's the end of the world. It happens every time he catches a cold.

At first, like a good s/o, you made sure you took care of him and helped him through it. But just when you were least expecting it, he coughed on you so you'd have to stay with him. He got you sick and only laughed about it when he recovered before you! If you didn't love him so much you would have thrown him into the sea.

"Listen, all he's doing is complaining that you aren't coming in to see him. He's been yelling at me every time I go in there to just up and bring you to him. I've dealt with him for the past three days and I'm about to lose my damn mind!" Despite not wanting to, he made a point. Killer does a lot around the ship and tending to a sick and bratty kid probably doesn't make him any less stressed.

"Okay fine. I'll go see him but I'm staying by the door."

"As long as he can see you I'm okay. I just want him to shut up so I can get shit done." Sighing, you move past Killer and make your way to Kid.

"Wish me luck at least." Walking towards the room, you can hear the telltale coughs coming from Kid. He was always so loud when he's sick.

Knocking on the door, you enter thr room before telling him it was you.

"Hey baby, how you feeling?" Kid mo es slightly and you catch his eyes staring back at you.

"Took you long enough. I'm in here suffering and your out doing whatever! I'm your captain AND boyfriend! You should be next to me while I'm dying!"

"Your not dying you idiot. You've simply got a shitty immune system. Plus, I'm trying to avoid getting sick." Kid's eyes sharpen as he looks at you.

"Your being difficult." You couldn't help but giggle at how different he sounded while sick. It was cute but you weren't taking any chances getting close to him.

"Don't laugh at me!" Turning his back, Kid no longer looks in your direction. A part of your heart wanted to go to his aid after hearing him cough harshly.

The more he coughed, the more you felt bad. You finally couldn't take it anymore before offering to go get him some water and bring him more medicine. Only after he promised not to do anything.

"Whatever. Fine." Carefully, you move closer to Kid's bed to grab the empty water glass. Yet as soon as you wrap your hand around the glass, Kid jolts out of bed and grabs you. His arms wrapping around your body before throwing you down to the bed while still trapped in his arms.

"Kid! Let me go! You promised not to pull anything!" Pulling himself closer to you, you can see the shit eating smirk on his face.

"I lied." You try to wiggle away but you were no match for his strength. Panic started settling in when you heard small coughs coming from Kid.

"You better not! I swear to god kid if you do what I think your gonna do!" Kids laughter rings around room.

Just as you feared, you feel him cough directly in your face. When you tried to yell at him, you were cut short by him slamming his lips against yours. If the cough didn't spread his sickness, then it sure did now.

"Damnit Kid!" Your voice muffled through the kiss only making Kid smile.

"There. Now go to sleep I'm tired." Turning at him, you give him the look at his sheer audacity, only to see him with his eyes closed. Yelling at him a few times yet only to be ignored, made you sigh in frustration.

There was no way you were escaping his grip anytime soon so you finally had to accept your fate.

As soon as Kid wakes up though, you were gonna make sure he didn't get let off easily.

Better hope he can handle someone who complained as much as him.

It's something that I want to do a full write-up on after I finish more more quests (most especially Baizhu's) but I just want to put it out there that I am constantly amazed, as a chronic-illness haver myself, how many characters in Genshin Impact have chronic illnesses, how visible they are, and how well represented they are.

Like, it's extremely difficult to find even one character in a piece of fiction that has a chronic illness (let alone one where it isn't played for laughs, OR otherwise it completely destroys their life and they're fucking miserable, OR it's magically cured).

But Genshin? Dude you trip over a character with a chronic illness every five seconds, it feels like, and I fucking love that. Off the top of my head there's:

Anna (Mondstat), who visibly suffers from her illness and we know her brother struggles to pay for her medicine. But the traveler, through a series of quests, helps them get ahold of an affordable medication to manage (MANAGE, not cure) the illness and to return her quality of life to her.

Little Hongdou (Liyue) - who has an unspecified chronic illness. And she just does. But she's out and about and seems very happy.

Collei (Sumeru, playable) - and sure her illness is fixed by the end of the Sumeru quest, but I don't even care because of how well it's represented. She has hopes, ambitions, dreams. She participates in her work as a forest ranger even though we get visible confirmation that her illness is progressing. The people around her care and are compassionate, and do their best to make sure she takes care of herself, but she is also allowed to just...go out? and do things?? This shouldn't be such a tall order but chronic illness-havers with friends and family members who understand that, hey there are good days and there are bad days -- that's rare in fiction (and IRL for that matter).

Dunyarzad (Sumeru) - her chronic illness is a major plot-driver in an entire fucking archon quest. She has a huge amount of influence on the people around her, and her chronic illness is actually part of the whole reason we even are able to help Nahida in the first place. Her chronic illness is what makes her instrumental to the plot, but it also isn't the only thing about her, and I love that.

Dulphy (Fontaine) - an actress from Furina's story quest. What really struck me about Dulphy is how the people around her interact with her. I was half in tears by the end of the quest -- not even for Furina reasons (yes, that too), but because I was so touched by the fact that a game gave us a character who was unable to follow through with something she said she was going to do (finish her closing performance as the lead actress in a musical), and that was okay. Like, yeah, the people around her were upset -- but they were upset because she hadn't taken great care of herself and had pushed herself past her spoon limit! Nobody (including the narrative itself) treated it as a great failure when she had to call it quits on her performance. Rather, that was treated as a good thing, and they went so far as to explicitly state that her performance up to that point mattered, and that it was a meaningful contribution, even though she couldn't finish. And that just fucking got me, man. Also - again, this is a character where it is explicitly stated "this is a chronic illness. It has good days and bad days and it can only be managed, not cured. And if she pushes herself too hard then she'll need several days to recover." And that's just...part of who she is.

And, of course, Baizhu. (Liyue, playable) My beloved, my blorbo. His chronic illness(es) is an extremely visible part of his character - referenced in his voicelines, his idles, his interactions in quests, the imaginarium theater, and even your teapot house, and his emojis. Hell, he even coughs if you sprint too much with him. Nevertheless, he's arguably one of the strongest healer units in the game from a meta perspective, and from a story perspective he is immensely successful, insanely compassionate, and while he isn't necessarily super kind to himself about it, the people around him are. His chronic illness is part of him, but he is still allowed to inhabit a story where he's the most renowned and beloved doctor in his entire country & just...is an awesome, active person in general, and that means so much to me.

Just. God. I legitimately can't think of another piece of fiction where I have seen myself represented over and over and over again everywhere I look, let alone so kindly. It's genuinely so moving to have so many characters be so visibly chronically ill, and for that to just be part of their character. A neutral thing about them. And to have it be okay when they can't finish things -- even though they said they would, okay when they need to rest, okay when they have to take a break or extra care with themselves. And not just one but so many. I'm sure I'm forgetting some to boot.

(Honorable mention: Qiqi. Like sure she's a zombie but hear me out: visible chronic joint and memory issues, which is something I also deal with and it's just so refreshing to see a character who deals with them, too -- and who has so many people around her who are so kind about it).

She was born in the kingdom of Erkin in the Flower Realm, and she and her family lived there for the first 10 years of Orchid's life. They then moved to the Spice Realm and somehow Orchid's father got the title of uh Viscount or smth (I haven't decided, and her lore is more recently being established).

Elliott's family was brought on as servants, and idk that's how she met Elliott and fell in love w him

anyway they get married eventually yk

They both become Viscount and Viscountess after Orchid's dad dies

anyway fast forward a few years, Orchid has Lynch Syndrome (?).

she develops gastric / stomach cancer bc of it. she doesn't tell Elliott and she hides it pretty damn well.

Elliott goes away to war, seemingly smth he'd wanted to do for a long time, this fighting. This is a part of the reason she doesn't tell him — she doesn't want him to not go and do what he wants to do.

but anyway, once he's gone, Orchid hires a nurse, Valeria. I have never drawn Eri and I never will.

She slowly gets sicker and sicker, coughing and vomiting lots of blood, is unable to eat or drink, is constantly coughing and in pain.

she seeks out the Queen of her former kingdom / birthplace, Queen Alba. She begs the Queen to let her have some of the water from the Tree of Life / Lignum Vitae to try and cure her illness. Alba tells her the water will not save her, but only make her suffering worse. (the cancer is alive, not just a virus or smth. the lakewater would just give the tumors vitality or smth).

at this point, Orchid is beginning to regret not telling Elliott and making him stay. she doesn't even hope to survive anymore, only hopes to live long enough to see him come home, to see him for only a second one last time.

well... she doesn't live. she dies like a month after visiting Alba and a few months before Elliott's return. She instructs Valeria not to write Elliott reporting her death as she doesn't want grief to overcome him and get him killed.

so ultimately, he comes home to an empty house.

atp Elliott is like 60 or 70 or smth and the king of the ice realm, Elias wants him SOOOOO BAD. (Elias is Lou's oc)

Elliott (from what I can understand from Lou's queerbait yaoi fics) does end up wanting Elias back (?),, but not until Elliott is like damn near dead from being assassinated.

We all know Carmilla is a work oriented woman, and sometimes around the beginning of the month before the extermination, she gets some VERY large orders, causing her to neglect her own health sometimes to make sure everything is done precisely and without any issues

And you loved her for that, really. It inspired you to be more helpful, doing some shipments here and there, help with some paperwork, the usual

But recently, there's been a random spike of orders right after the extermination, not giving anyone a break.

And it's drowning the entire company into a work frenzy, and it feels like it's never going to end

After a couple weeks of this, it slowed down a little, not by much, but enough to have a little time to yourselves, including some time with your beautiful wife, Carmilla..

..who didn't even respond when you knocked on her office door. It's been like this for the past 2, nearly three weeks, what is going on??

The only times you two talk is when you're going to bed (if you're even awake when she does decide to get in your shared bed, or if she falls asleep at her desk for the hundredth time) or whenever you need her to sign off on certain orders here and there throughout the day

But after that.. nothing. She doesn't even message you throughout the day with random 'I love you's, 'I miss you', nothing. Just radio silence cough like Alastor cough

You messaged Odette and Clara, asking if they had spoken to her aside from work talks, and they said the exact same thing, nothing

However, they had actually tried talking to their mother, but she brushed them off, saying "I'm busy, go find something to do that isn't bothering me."

Now that really pissed you off. So, you did the sensible thing and marched over to her office, giving it a harsh knock.

"I work this hard because I need to! I didn't ask for you to care about me, I thought I made it VERY clear that I didn't want to be bothered, but apparently you're too stubborn to see that." Her voice was cold, and her eyes were a sharp glare, much like the weapons she sold

"If you wish to continue and whine like a child then do it somewhere else, I don't need anymore distractions." Her words sunk into your heart like a blade, tears starting to prick your eyes

"C-Carmilla.. take it back." There was a waver in your voice, your eyebrows still angry, but pain and sorrow were evident in your eyes and words.

"Why should I? You've done nothing but bother me and keep me from my work."

"If you don't, then I'm going to leave. If you don't apologize by tonight then you won't see me tomorrow morning." A tear ran down your cheek, but you didn't look away from Carmilla, keeping a challenging glare in your eyes

"Go ahead, see if I care." She scoffed, then sat back down and continued with her paper work.

"Fine then." You stomped out of the room, slamming the office door as you went. The slam throbbed in Carmilla's head, but she took a small breath, then continued her work

She noticed a blanket on her back, courtesy of her daughters. She felt.. guilty. After thinking about exactly why, she remembered how she snapped at her daughters then.. you. Calling you a distraction, a bother, whiney, all for asking what was wrong.

She was stressed, but that was no reason to treat you that way, you and your daughters.

She stood up, cleaning herself up before leaving her office, looking for Clara and Odette so she could apologize and ask where you were.

When she did, her eyes became misty, pulling in her sweet and kind girls into a heartwarming hug and whispering how sorry she was into their ears

They, of course, accepted the apology, also feeling misty eyed at how sentimental their mother was as of now

"Clara, Odette, where's mi vida? I need to apologize to them too. I said some things that need to be addressed."

The two girls both looked at each other, then Carmilla again, with a concerned look etched on their faces

"They.. uh, weren't here for breakfast, so maybe your bedroom?"

Carmilla nodded, then kissed them both on the forehead. "I'll go apologize and bring them down, then we can all have brunch together." The two girls nodded, and Carmilla made her way upstairs to find you

The only problem is.. is that you're not there. Some of your clothes, bathroom necessities, shoes, and even a couple of picture frames are gone

Carmilla was startled, then began searching for you, calling your name around your shared grand bedroom

It was when she walked close to her side of the bed when she saw a note (WE JUST GOT A LETTER) on her side of the bed

(I'm not in the mood to right a note, so sorry, but basically you need a break and you're staying with Rosie until you forgave Carmilla for being mean :(( )

Carmilla didn't even think before she was running out of her building, through her territory, and could see the beginnings of Cannibal town

Her lungs were screaming, but her heart was aching at the pain she caused you, making her continue to run until she saw Rosie's parlor

She bursted inside, panting as she stood in the doorway with many black and damn near soulless eyes with sharp teeth to match stared at her disheveled form

She didn't even get a word in before the crowd parted and revealed a tall, slender, and pale yet sophisticated woman, our darling Rosie has appeared!

And she was... not smiling.. oh boy

"Now you listen here young lady!" Rosie had started to sassily walk over to Carmilla, grabbing her ear (does she even have ears omfg, if she doesn't then pretend she grabs her cheek) and begins pulling her towards the back rooms of her parlor, scolding all along the way

"Don't you have some nerve showing up here after your spouse came here bawling their eyes out!" Carmilla felt like she should feel offended that Rosie was embarrassing her like this, but she couldn't after how she treated you.

Rosie finally let go of her, rubbing the pinched bit to relieve the stinging, then, she laid eyes on you

"Oh, mi corazón, I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to treat you like that! You didn't deserve me snapping at you, I was stressed and took it out on you and our sweet girls. None of you deserved it, and I deeply apologize." She hung her head in shame, hoping you would accept her apology, so she could do more to show you how much she appreciated you.

She was already planning a nice dinner, several at home dates, and some family activities for you all to do together and bond again, as well as take a well deserved break from working.

She didn't look up until you hugged her, her arms quickly wrapping around you too

"You really need to work on this. What you said was hurtful, and I won't forget it. But I will forgive you, because I still love and care about you."

And that's all she needed to squeeze you tighter and murmur more apologies and thank you's, and even promises of taking breaks and not lashing out on others from stress. <3

The tension in the air only elevated as you turned in your seat. It was late at night and you were working to repair some gear that broke in the field. Your boyfriend, Chamber, just happened to be working on his guns as well. You had started a little challenge to see how he would react to silent treatment after he ignored you one night. He was more resilient than he seemed, going a full day of basking in the awkward silence. The clicking of metal was the only sound breaking the void of nothingness.

“Y/N, if you are going to continue doing this I think I will lose my mind. I simply don’t know what to do anymore. Why do you insist on making both of us suffer?” Chamber’s voice cracked as his breath tickled your neck. You jumped at the sudden intrusion, tingles going down your flesh. When did he get this close? He was right.. this was getting to be too much.

“You’re right. Maybe I wanted to see you suffer a bit though.” You smirked as you turned to the man, finger tracing his soft skin. His chestnut hues widened at the sound of your voice, leaning into your warm touch.

“Your voice is music to my ears, mon amour.”

Yoru :

He’ll get moody. He probably won’t talk to you!

“Are you done being childish? Good. I hope you learned your lesson.”

If he notices you’re just teasing him.. he will have revenge.

Nothing bad, just him teasing you in front of the other agents or giving you a taste of your own medicine.

What had started as a little game to push Yoru’s buttons turned into much more. The subtle touches and the angered silence added a dark atmosphere to each day. His snide coughs and taps of his feet put you on edge. You knew that you would end up cracking before the man got out of his stubborn views.

Your fingers knocked against his comb, the metal cutting open your thumb. You hissed at the pain, bringing the cut up to your lips.

“Why are you trying to mess with my knife? Are you okay? Done being childish?” Yoru yanked your hand, eyes softening at the sight of you hurt. You relaxed at his touch, glad to have your snarky boyfriend back.

“Yeah.. I love you.”

“Whatever.. Love you too.”

Phoenix :

He will BEG for attention.

“Darling.. What did I do wrong?! Cmon.. Just tell me already!”

He’s so annoyed.. He leans in for a kiss and you move out of the way. He tries to talk to you and you pretend not to hear him. The audacity!

You’ll end up having to listen to him because he’s the type that will make you feel guilty.. he’s a sweetheart.

Phoenix had not shut up the whole ride back from the mission. You could only roll your eyes as you shuffled into your shared room, ignoring his words.

“Babe.. Are you even listening?” Phoenix’s voice raised an octave, watching as you climbed into bed. Your fingers reached for the bedside light, turning it off. Not even a second later, your personal heater hopped into bed behind you. His arms encompassed your form making it hard to get away.

“I don’t appreciate you ignoring me all day. I’m letting you know now that you aren’t moving from this bed till I get attention.. You hear that?” You could practically hear his smirk. You snorted at the remark and hummed.

“Yeah yeah, whatever dork. Go to bed.”

Cypher :

He will think it’s funny for a bit. You think this is a silly game? He does too.

The awkward glances and silence shared between you two is just a ticking bomb. One of you is seeing who will crack first. (Spoiler, it’s you.)

Cypher can be silent for days on end. He can keep busy with work or just sit and stay in his head..

“My my, look who actually has a voice! I thought you had lost it.”

When you had thought of ignoring Cypher it seemed funny. Well, that was days ago and it was no longer that humorous anymore.. He had noticed your little ‘challenge’ and joined, turning the whole thing into a battle. You wracked your brain with any kind of way to get him to crack first - to no avail. You sighed, hand brushing against your face in disappointment. You turned to the side to peer at your boyfriend. The blanket covered his legs, his nimble fingers typing away at his computer. You were desperate for his attention at this point, not caring much about winning.

A small noise came out of your throat causing his fingers to stop.

“Cypher..” You groaned and the man’s mouth widened in a grin.

“Oh dear, look who is crawling back.. Come here then, little bug.”

Breach :

He will roll his eyes at the antics for the first five minutes.. then he’s done.

“Okay babe.. Funny joke. It’s time to talk back now.”

He can and will be the loudest person ever/push all of your buttons. That only annoys you more and he quickly notices.

He ends up apologizing for whatever he did, begging you to be back to normal. You could imagine the sigh of relief when you laugh and say you were trying to get on his nerves.

“Don’t EVER do that again.. I thought I was going crazy.”

Breach and you were sat at the kitchen counter drinking with some of the other agents. He had already been on his fourth beer and spewing nonsense into your ear. You learned to ignore him as he got like this. He didn’t notice most of the time anyways.

“I told him that I could practically break anything.. Babe, hello? Are you even listening to me?” Breach’s voice continued to drone on as you tuned out. You were only brought back to the real world as he shook you.

“I may be drunk but it’s not that funny to ignore me. You sure you’re okay?” His eyebrow raised and you smiled.

“Yeah, sorry! Just out of it. Let's get you to bed.”

“Good idea, sweet thing.”

Harbor :

He’s reasonable and notices your silence! He backs off and gives you a day to yourself. After all, everyone needs time for themselves.

He checks in and sets food down for you when he sees you. He’s more just worried for your health.

You’ll have to tell him it’s a joke because he mostly just dotes on you and gives you worried glances.

“I thought you were having a really tough time! Don’t do that again, honey.”

You were curious as to how your boyfriend would respond to you being silent but that had more turned into guilt. He had given you space, understanding the need to be alone. Your heart melted when you woke up to water and some snacks and even when he came in to give you a kiss.

Making your way to the training room, you opened the doors. You snuck up behind the man, arms wrapping around his torso in a sneak-hug. Harbor grunted, surprised by the sudden intrusion.

“You are feeling better!” He smiled, eyes gleaming as he stared down.

“You’re too sweet for your own good. I just wanted to see how you’d react to the silent treatment. I’m sorry.” Your eyes softened. He only laughed, hand patting your head.

“Good. I’m glad nothing is seriously wrong, little wave.”

Ah this is cringe as heck for me, but screw it, the last ask you got about a person not feeling much sympathy all for Peppi-No really was great, kudos to the OP of that comment since it really got me thinking, why even if I agree what the dude is doing is awful... I actually feel pretty fucking bad for him XD.

Like, I think we can all agree we've done shit in our lives that wasn't great, and that doesn't diminish the harm done or the fact other people have gotten hurt from our own stupid decisions. I also just think sympathetic villains are so interesting. (when done right, and hell you could argue even if he is the protagonist of the DMW AU, Peppi-No is a bit of an anti-villian) it really makes you think about the fact its so normal for people do try to avoid the consequences of their actions. I'm sure everyone has done something bad and instead of admitting fault have doubled down and tried to save face because they were SURE they could "fix" it without getting hurt from it.

Sure most of the time, (...I hope) its not as bad as murdering a person and taking on their identity... I think there is something really human about wanting to not get hurt, and feeling like shit about regrets we've had.

I think that Peppi-No even if what he doing is wrong, still... I dunno I can empathize. I mean.. he's sooo sowwy 🥺, its kinda pathetic, like a more extreme version of a puppy that just destroyed something important to you. Like "awww... you asshole, you're so cute though but goddamn it..."

I both am loving the angst of this AU and know its going to be so cathartic to see Peppi-no finally deal with his lie blowing up in his face and suffering MORE >:). I feel sympathy yes but I also love angst hehe.

Personally, I’m pretty divided on how I feel about Peppi-no. Part of me wants to strangle him for what he did (and what he might still do*cough* ), but at the same time, he’s,like you said, a sad, pathetic "sowwy" puppy, and I can’t help but feel bad for him.

When he took a piece of Peppino, he may have gained a conscience but not emotional maturity. He’s like a kid who just realized he fucked up in the worst way possible and is terrified of the consequenses. And fear can drive people to do terrible things, after all. Before that, his entire existence was just scrambling around, making pizzas out of whatever he could find: pigs, other clones, pizza monsters. He ended many lives, that but never faced any sort of repercussions. Never got a chance to learn "murder bad" ,

Then he takes a bite out of one of the kind Peppino—bam! Conscience, coherent thoughts, and memories of the guy he killed flood into his head. Can you imagine the whiplash, the shock, the stress? I certainly can’t.

Obviously, I’m not some dough doppelgänger pretending to be someone I killed. That would just be silly… no, really, I’m not.. But I can relate a little to what Peppi-no’s going through.

And let’s be honest, how many of us would have the absolute balls of steel to admit we killed someone’s friend in cold blood? Sure, it’s the morally right thing to do, but… you know. I’m not sure I could. (Once again purely hypothetical scenario)

Peppi-no's actions are unexcusable, he should know better than this by now, but at the same time you can kinda understand why he acts the way he does.

I'm throwing this out here because I popped off with this art really hard and really liked how it came out

I swearrrrr that I'll go into this in more detail with proper art and maybe an animatic but as quick as an explanation I can muster, at around the au's version of mid-season two (in between any sport in a storm and reaching out) Pip does end up having to leave the Owl House gang because Hunter finally managed to capture him completely by surprise because Pip let his guard down to who he just assumed was only Willow's and Gus's new flyer derby friend.

When Pip finally reaches the castle he stays there for a while to scope out the place and figure out a full proof escape route but he ends up caught in between a rock and a hard place before he could even think of a plan because he finds out that Eda is set to be put to be captured and petrified for the false crime of kidnapping the heir.

This causes Pip who's already extremely traumatised from the first petrification attempt and doesn't want to see Eda hurt again attempts to completely avoid that by striking up a deal with Belos.

This sort of works but it isn't in Pips favour at all because Belos had decided to pardon Eda (only to keep Pip from escaping again though), Pip can no longer even be out of Hunters sight or go out of the castle without Hunter's or a scouts supervision and if Eda approaches again she will be put to be petrifed immediately

So the deal goes completely out the window the moment that Eda finds out that one of her kids got kidnapped and so she and Luz (she wasn't supposed to join along but couldn't take no for an answer) busts into the castle to steal Pip right back.... which ends terribly to say the least.

Even though things went well at first, they do manage to almost escape with Pip until Belos who's at this point kinda done with his clone running away all the time decides to intervene personally rather than sending out the scouts

Eda goes full mother owl mode and does end up fighting Belos which I can imagine was a pretty epic battle

no idea who was winning until the end of the fight but one things for certain is that it goes completely south for Eda towards because Luz and Pip end up in the crossfire, Pip gets hurt badly and almost loses his eye (hence the gnarly scar across his face in the drawing) because he pushed Luz out of the away from a magic spike growing from the ground, so Eda gets distracted and petrified.

Before Eda fully becomes stone she makes both of them promise to escape, thanks them and asks them to take care of themselves, Hooty and King for her... Neither Luz or Pip handle this well but don't have enough time to even properly processes and so Pip who's slightly more functional than Luz who's completely dissociating at this point quickly grabs Luz and escapes on Owlbert but Pip gets yoinked by Belos mid way and Luz ends up escaping by herself.......

At this point Pip is planning on committing regicide and is only stopped because he ends up forcibly having to drink that brainwash juice before he could do anything

Brainwashed Pip mostly can't remember what's that's happened to him except for a few fake memories that got implanted in that paints wild witches in a really bad light and so after being explained a obviously completely untrue story by Belos he believes that he's suffering huge memory loss because he was brainwashed by wild witches and that magic is fading away.

Pip also just loses most of his personality except for his sense of justice which gets extremely twisted, he just becomes extremely detached and cold as well (but he does thaw slightly with specific people but doesn't understand why *coughs* ᴺᶦᵐᵇᵘˢ *coughs even harder* ᵗʰᵉ ᵖᵒʷᵉʳ ᵒᶠ ᵍᵃʸ ᶦˢ ᵗᵒᵒ ˢᵗʳᵒⁿᵍ.)

Liveblog: Wakfu Season 2 (episodes 1-5)

Episode 1 - Monsters and Chimeras

I didn't mention it in the liveblog of season 1, but I think it is probably common for a person in a group of adventurers to be a scribe/quest journal keeper.

(putting on a crepinjurgenite tinfoil hat) We know that Kerubim keeps one canonically, and that as a child Joris liked scrap booking, so my headcanon is as follows:

While travelling alone, Joris keeps a private travel journal nobody is allowed to read (it has: drawings and photos of views he found beautiful + quick sketches of maps and notes on environment to refine at home (HE'S CANONICALLY INTO CARTOGRAPHY, BESIDES PHOTOGRAPHY) + he gets sappy&mentally ill about it all, so it's cringe to him.) (Unsurprisingly, it never contains any sensitive political data or his objectives, and if he does need to write something like that down, he tears that page out asap)

Atcham doesn't keep journals as a rule (having a literal paper trail might reveal to the investigators the location where he hid the bodies)

While travelling as a group, Kerubim keeps the journal, and it's a pretty pragmatic one (for him. He writes down the most random things, from important info, to actual fucking recipies he learned and personal notes à la "NOTE! next morning after we exit the tavern i should buy tangerines. i think Joris is beginning to suffer vitamin C deficiency but is keeping silent about it as usual"). Unlike Joris, he isn't into photography or doodling, HOWEVER, he will purposefully ask Joris to take photos and draw maps/landmarks in that journal. Because Joris is good at it. (And because he has had a folder of Joris's art through ages 4-600 in a hidden room in the house, all framed and sorted alphabetically, and he NEEDS more items in the collection.)

Episode 2 - Rubilaxia

It was mentioned at the end of the previous episode that Eva would be making her way through the Cania plains, and I am glad the series shows us at least one of the unique rocks found in Cania.

I don't know why, but it feels nice when the games and the cartoons represent the same place the same way. That's why I'm pointing that out.

Episode 3 - Remington Smisse

(coughs) This sword appears in episode 1 of the critically acclaimed (and worldwide-beloved) show under the name "Dofus: Aux Tresors de Kerubim"

Once again, the show has been planting seeds for Adamai's joker arc for its entire run, and still managed to squander it during season 3.

I have never seen a show fumble the bag that bad, I'm sorry.

Episode 4 - The Return of Percedal

Big believer in rubitristeva. A family can be a dad and swdad (sword dad) and a mom.

Episode 5 - The Dragon Pig

Wakfu Cannibalism Counter: 1

The reason I point this out is that, with every instance of inter-adventurer cannibalism in canon, the chance that Joris, Kerubim, and Atcham have tasted human flesh (outside of Waven) grows.

On the topic of Waven Cannibalism Lore, strangely, porkassess, AKA the pig people who are stuck in a mutual cannibalism war with Bonta under Joris's rule (technically not cannibalism because they are a different sentient species from twelvians, similar to goblins and bworks, but I doubt it's much better...) worship the minor god Ougah (who is a mushroom)

It is unknown (at least, to me) what the hell the Dragon Pig is.

But he is definitely tasty.

While they were busy grinding their professions and doing pizzlarva quests, he was dungeon crawling with his guild.

Also, let me be real, the whole conflict of "boo-hoo, nobody respects Tristepin" is random, mean-spirited, and out of character, inserted into the show simply to create conflict. Tristepin got resurrected after weeks of them thinking he was dead. They should not, logically, treat him this way (at least yet).

Reasons I think Dragon Pig might be an immortal, perpetually reincarnating/perpetually killed porkass: Does this to a person who lives in areas surrounding Bonta.

I wish we could've gotten a shot of Cas listening to him. We've always seen Dean pray to Cas but we never see Cas hear them on his end, like when Jack was hearing Sam's prayer. I think that would've been dope as fuck to see Castiel's reaction. When Cas & Dean finally do catch up to one another, Cas seems so...reserved. I feel like He knew DAMN well (like 90%) what Dean might say (or maybe he's so in denial about the possibility that Dean could return his affections in that way)

How are we almost halfway to the end and this is the first time we’ve seen Jack at all during this FINAL season? You introduce him in episode 12.23, you kill him (twice) and we don’t even get to see how he’s doing? We know he’s in the empty from 14x20’s closing montage.

15x10 was a pretty decent episode since we got to see Garth again ☺️ & he's settled into the domestic life with his wife Bessie - they had twins and a older daughter & neither child is named after Dean (🤣 Serves him right these days, since he's being such a douche!) wonder why Garth chose to name his baby after Cas though…did they ever interact? I don't recall…Watching Sam meet baby Sam is precious

(also how wild is it that the Garth & Benny actors are a married couple now? SPN man, they should've had a dating show given how many relationships came outta 1 production that lasted 15 yrs!)

Watching Sam sniff and cough & sneeze post-COVID is wild!

Taking on that giant monster was Hilarious - this was what SPN was missing - definitely peak content! Look at those hunter guys get reduced to regular chumps 🤣 fantastic!

Was Dean scared of the dentist? Had he ever BEEN to a dentist? Wow John, you couldn't take your son to a damn dentist - with all the junk food that boy eats? Even so, you want him running around without teeth?

Watching Sam writhe around with some cure all Bessie learned from her dad (he's dead I guess?) was equally hilarious!

WTF was with Dean's hallucination? These writers are trippin - out of all the things you could've done, you make Dean & Garth tap dance? What was the point? And some oldies shit? Sure Dean would've been exposed to reruns of the good ol' days but that’s never really been his interest before? And the lamp at the end? TF? I've read some posts about what others thinking it all means but I say the artistic direction is wack. But all aside the dentist Garth bit is awesome!

Garth couldn't have said it better - being the hero/protagonist is a drag - more so for comic book heroes cuz of the tragic backstory but in the Winchesters' case - it suuuuuuuuuucks.

I'm all for some Winchester humble pie. SPN should be normal people problems show mixed with cooky supernatural shenanigans. It would never get old 😂

Dean why did you think you could gobble down 7 grilled cheese sandwiches - all that dairy - oh man. So I guess that's normal for him…bad, real bad. Normal Dean would be dead in a week 🤣🤣

Good for Sam fighting for those people stuck under Fortuna's thumb. Small victories though…

Kaia survived, but I know we'll never see her again now. No reunion w/ Claire, or the others…wah 😔 meanwhile Alt!Kaia is definitely dead, we saw her face her end - way to take out that plot device writers 🙄

Dean seems pretty gung-ho on taking out God & Amara - buddy I know you feel helpless but there is no cosmic entity that is gonna be on your side all the time. The control freak inside him is going rabid y'all he's convinced that it’s the only way out but neglects to answer the question - if God (and Amara - cold by the way - is he punishing her for Mary? Amara was the one who brought her back in the first place) is taken out, what happens to the universe?

Jack is still giving me those intern vibes - Cas WTF were you thinking? I know you didn't forget about that deal…but damn if he ain't a team player, always willing to risk it all to help his precious Dean bean & the baby bro Sam.

I love how the brothers took Jo/Anael at her word - like really? There was no other way to investigate the veracity of her story than by simply going to hell? Really? Also they couldn't squeeze in Rowena for 1 final appearance? Boo!

And what was Anael's last line about? What friends could she possibly be talking about? Did God have her set this up? Lead the guys on a wild goose chase to waste time? Who fucking knows anymore, but I guess it doesn't matter as this is technically Anael (& Ruby's) final scene in the show.

Ruby you're screwed - there's no way she got out and no way to know - anyway onto the plot!

And at the end they went to Brazil? Apparently when Cas does eventually return to the screen & wraps up some trouble w/ Jack (aww he wanted to wear matching ties! And he has a teddy bear? Did Cas give him one? He gave one to Claire a couple of seasons ago) jack spills that he's meant to die & sacrifice himself to take out God & Amara. I know you're not on board Cas but speak up. Why is everyone so afraid to stand up to Dean Jesus Christ. He's just a man, sure he'll punch you but that just means you hit back or you know, don't let him punch you!

Will the real Dean Winchester stand up cuz I think he wouldn't do this under any other circumstances. If I were Sam I would've jumped out of that car in pure disgust. Sam seemed inclined to do that.

Anyway the Jack suicide bomb plan ultimately didn't matter either cuz Amara ends up siding w/ Chuck after he makes her see that Dean was actually planning on killing her along w/ her brother.

Side bar - I love how she just had a whole season's long vacation just enjoying what the planet had to offer before her end. Can't say she didn't try to work things out - with the Winchesters or God. But hey, I know what's up - it's all about the men in this show 🙄

Everyone gets disappeared. I see they were inspired by that Avengers movie 😅 I wonder if they went through the same experience the Marvel folk did canonically…(its that no one remembers what happened to them if they got blipped right?)

Jack asks what happened to Cas (RIP you beautiful angel 😭) but Dean just offers a simple explanation. After countless days of misery and drinking, Jack prompts the brothers to drive around and Dean finds a dog only to have it disappear like everyone else - there's no way Chuck missed the dog, he just wanted Dean to bond with her so he could feel her loss too. Damn. So vengeful.

The Winchesters say they surrender but at this point I wouldn't believe them and apparently it was all part of their master plan. They ran into Michael (who's lost Adam at this point RIP Adam, again) and Dean calls Michael out as a daddy's boy but you would know wouldn't you Dean 🤣 game recognize game

When Dean got that phone call & ran up those steps, oh Dean you poor miserable bastard.

The devil, conveniently back from the void from whence he came, scrounges up a reaper - why are there reapers at this point (isn’t everyone gone anyways?) was she brought from the Empty? Kill her so she can be Death # 3 and open up the mysterious book that describes God's imminent demise but the devil killed her one more time before she could finish cuz he's God's favorite now (so he says Chuck says 🙄) pissing off Michael but as the brothers explained later this would all work in their favor but RIP Jessica - last female figure to be killed off on SPN? She basically died for nothing as Sam & dean came up w/ a new plan.

While the archangels squab, Michael gets the upper hand and finally kills Lucifer (so how was this fight going to devastate the planet cuz the bunker didn't even get messed up or nothing - very underwhelming since this is technically the last we’ll see of the devil in the show) & later Michael snitches to God when everyone drives out to summon Chuck to try killing him off once and for all. Then Michael dies cuz God is tired of him I guess (sure he said it’s cuz Michael dique betrayed him but I mean do you even care about that?) sucks for Mike I guess 🤷🏽‍♀️

All the celestial fighting was apparently powering up Jack after he juiced himself up for that bomb & couldn't kill off God sooner. by the end of the episode Jack siphons the remaining energy out of Chuck and instead of squashing him like a bug they all just decide to walk away, leaving Chuck Shurley a mortal, ordinary man to die off on his own (omg the way he squealed as they ditched him, geez 🤦🏾‍♀️).

This is why you should've just destroyed them Chuck! You'd think he'd know better than to savor their doom. Tsk tsk.

I would've shot him, burned him and had Jack disintegrate the ashes to nothing. But fuck being thorough I guess 🤣

Jack brings everyone back & leaves the brothers (I would've done the same, fuck those Winchesters, Sam's alright but Dean is just ugh at this point) & Aside from Rowena I can't think of anyone else who ends up with a win like Jack. He was born the Nephilim of Lucifer but ended up becoming a noble God.
