Side note: I do NOT hate Isaiah but I feel like Lucas has more chemistry with her and I feel that with Isaiah he needs to learn the essential lesson of “when you put a toy aside don’t think that it will still be there when you come back to it”

Also there’s one thing about the show that irritates me a bit.

Okay, the Goosebumps series is a lot creepier than I anticipated but nothing like the source material. Definitely more for teens and adults than for children which I personally appreciate, but I haven't finished the first episode yet so it's very possible this could go downhill quickly.

Throwback to January when horror and thriller writer Jed Shepherd pleaded for an Eerie Indiana reboot.

Ben David Grabinski (writer and producer of the Are You Afraid of the Dark? revival) simply commented that he did try for a reboot of the series, but what got our attention was Rebekah McKendry's comment.

By January 2023 AYAOTD had a revival three times over and the Goosebumps series was in the middle of filming.

If it wasn't Eerie Indiana, what other "similar toned 90s kid spooky show with a different network" could it have been?

You might not remember him, but one of your altselves died by his hand. It sounds like there’s some very slight memory bleed between the two Daves – just enough to give him goosebumps here, as some primal part of him remembers what if felt like to be stabbed.

This actually has some fairly wide-reaching implications, if true. For example, if Dave can remember his altself’s experiences, what’s stopping the Scratched kids from remembering their previous lives? Even if the memories are only processed as vague ‘feelings’, it would still be very interesting for Reboot!John and co. to be thrust into a session which is both new, and hauntingly familiar.

We might have seen this phenomenon before, actually.
