Hiya moots, here's just an update and explanation as to why I've been online A LOT less

My parents use this app called 'Google Family Link' to control my phone, and for the past week or so, there's been a 3 hour timer for every day. I have ADHD, so I find it especially hard to manage this time wisely, and tend to burn it out quote quickly

I hope I can get rid of the timer soon, and get back to normal but for now, I'll only be on here for about an hour and a half, either all at once or sparingly

Since, I can't make any posts, someone pls make some posts for me 'cause...my exams are happening and now I can only see and reblog but I can't do anything related to gacha screenshots or art photos until 3rd March. I would have done gacha but my dad is controlling my phone for now and he blocked installation of gacha mods with the help of family link, that's why I use these mods on my laptop and if I download any app, play store either asks to take permission from him or if I download it without permission request, he gets a notification and will block that app which means removing it from your phone. And my notifications are dying. Please, it would be really a pleasure if someone does a post for me.

now more than ever, please vet gofundmes before you donate.

copy and paste descriptions into google to see if there are scam accounts reusing the same story, check to see if there are any images/updates on the fund with faces. go to the original blog, check if the post asking for help is only an hour old, or even less than that. refrain from donating if all it links to is a PayPal account, without any further confirmation of identity.

it’s horrible to say but it’s never been a better time for scam artists to exploit your generosity, when things seem so dire, and I’ve donated to campaigns before only to realise later that the entire story was stolen from an actual family in need. due diligence might take a few more minutes out of your day but at least you won’t be sending money to an opportunistic scumbag.

Decolonize Palestine - This is a website that informs you about the history of Palestine, debunk myths, and gives out a lot of resources to look into.

Visualizing Palestine - This site creates infographics that can help people visualize the statistics from data collected about Palestine. They are free to download and share around.

US Campaign for Palestinian Rights - This website includes numerous campaigns and resources you can look into and support.

The Palestinian Museum Digital Archive - This site features a collection of many things from Palestine that archives documents, letters, and other items that show the lives and experiences of Palestinians.

Ways you can donate to/support families in Palestine:

Arab.org - Just do your daily clicks and you get to donate for free. Please take the time to donate to all of the causes.

Gaza Funds - Every time you refresh the site, it leads you to a different GoFundMe page for the people who need help.

Care for Gaza - This is an organization that sends aid out to Palestine, you can find more in their Twitter/X account. They also have a PayPal.

eSims for Gaza - You can send an eSim to people in Palestine to help them connect and reach out.

Emergency Relief for Gaza - This is a campaign that gives food, medical supplies, and other humanitarian aid to families from donations.

Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) - They also give medical aid to the people in Palestine and you can also support by donating to them as well.

Palestine Children's Relief Fund (PCRF) - Donate here to give funds and support to the children in Palestine as they specialize in pediatric care.

Lastly, while not inherently about Palestine, I do want to encourage everyone reading this that If you see a post regarding Palestine- a video, a photo, a livestream, a text post- Archive it with the Wayback Machine.
