A Moonlit Memory
On 0001 Cemetery Lane stood the Addams mansion, looming in eerie grandeur against the dim light of a misty morning.
Y/n, stepped into the living room. "Ghoulheart, my love," she purred, wrapping her arms around Gomez, who was engrossed in his model trains. "are we letting the locomotives roam free today?"
Gomez chuckled, his mustache twitching with excitement. "Absolutely, Amore mio! All aboard the Addams Express!" He turned to face her, planting a kiss on her lips.
Just then, Morticia entered, her elegant gown flowing as gracefully as ever, her presence enough to capture everyone’s attention. "Beautiful as always, my beloved Nightshade," Y/n greeted her, giving a subtle but intimate kiss on Morticia's cheek.
Morticia’s lips curved into a smile. "And a lovely morning to you too, my love." She reached for Gomez, pulling him into their embrace.
Their moment was interrupted by Uncle Fester, bursting into the room. "Gomez! Y/n! Morticia! Guess what I've invented? A train track that changes its form automatically!" he declared, dragging in a desk covered with a blanket.
Gomez’s eyes lit up like a child’s on Halloween. "Fester, you’ve outdone yourself! Let’s give it a whirl!"
"Boys and their trains," Y/n whispered with a smile as she watched Gomez and Fester excitedly pull the blanket off the table to reveal an built-in train track.
As Fester and Gomez fiddled with the setup, Morticia turned to Y/n. "There will be a beautiful full moon tonight, my dear. Perfect for a moonlit stroll."
A smile crept across Y/n’s face at her wife’s suggestion. "Absolutely perfect, my love. Let's ask Lurch and the kids if they’d like to join." She pulled on the rope hanging from the ceiling, ringing the large bell that echoed through the house.
Lurch’s tall, looming figure appeared silently from the shadows. "You rang?"
Y/n looked at him with a grin. "Lurch, my dear, ominous friend, would you accompany us on a moonlit stroll tonight?" Lurch answer was just to give a solemnly nod.
Just then, Grandmama shuffled in from the kitchen. "A stroll, eh? Just remember to watch out for werewolves!"
"Don’t worry, Mamá," Y/n replied. "I’ll be sure to pack a snack for them."
The sound of scampering feet announced the arrival of Wednesday and Pugsley. "Morning, Mother, Mom," Wednesday greeted, looking up at Morticia and Y/n. "We've been working on a potion to turn vegetables into bats."
Pugsley added, "It’s not working yet, but it makes great slime!" He held up his hands, covered in a gooey mess.
Y/n chuckled. "Still that is Impressive work, you two."
As the morning melted into afternoon, the family went about their usual activities. Morticia tended her garden; Y/n rested in the living room, listening as Lurch played the piano; Gomez and Fester tried to outdo each other with in a explosives battle, and Wednesday and Pugsley enjoyed their break in the playroom after finishing Grandmama’s lessons.
As night fell, the family gathered in the garden, bathed in the soft glow of lanterns. Before setting off, Y/n turned to the kids. “Did you remember to leave food for Aristotle and Homer?”
“Yes, we fed them earlier,” Pugsley replied. Fester chimed in, “And I gave Kitty Kat some meat. You know how much that cat eats—wouldn’t want him sneaking out to hunt.”
“Good thinking,” Y/n nodded approvingly. “Poor thing wouldn’t last a second out there.” With everyone ready, they began their moonlit stroll, arms linked.
“It truly is a remarkable night,” Morticia murmured, resting her head on Y/n’s shoulder.
Gomez grinned. “Absolutely. A brilliant idea to come out tonight!”
The stars twinkled above, casting long, shifting shadows across the garden. Pugsley and Wednesday glanced up at their parents, curiosity lighting their faces.
“Mom, Dad
Mother,” Pugsley began, “how did you three meet?”
Morticia’s lips curled into a nostalgic smile. “Ah, well then, gather ’round, and we’ll share a tale from the days of our youth.”
Gomez leaned in, his eyes gleaming. “It was a night much like this, many moons ago. Your mother and I were young.”
Morticia continued, her voice soft and melodic. “We’d heard whispers of a peculiar circus in town, one promising oddities beyond imagination. Naturally, we thought it would make for an unforgettable date.”
Gomez chuckled, his enthusiasm infectious. “The circus was like no other—a strange blend of performances and macabre wonders. But amid it all, we spotted something special.”
Morticia gently brushed a stray lock of Wednesday’s hair. “A curious sign caught our attention: ‘Gaze into the Spirit Veil and Communicate with the Beyond.’ We were intrigued, drawn in by the mysteries it promised.”
Y/n’s eyes sparkled as Morticia spoke. “We entered a tent adorned with mystic symbols and deep velvet curtains. In the center, a figure cloaked in shadow awaited. She stepped into the light, revealing the most captivating girl I’d ever seen.”
Pugsley leaned forward, wide-eyed. “You were part of the circus?!”
Y/n chuckled softly. “Yes. I had a gift—connecting with spirits—and the circus
well, they exploited it. People would come to speak to the beyond through me.”
Wednesday’s curiosity deepened. “What happened next?”
Gomez’s gaze softened, a nostalgic smile spreading across his face. “As I looked into Y/n’s eyes, it felt like the world around us disappeared. We were drawn to each other like moths to a flame.”
Morticia’s voice held a touch of mystery. “It was love at first sight.”
Y/n’s smile was tender. “We spoke without words; it was as if our souls connected in that single moment.”
Gomez’s tone turned mischievous. “We knew we had to help Y/n escape the circus and its clutches.”
Morticia nodded, her eyes reflecting a boldness from her younger years. “With a plan as daring as it was risky, we orchestrated a grand escape. Beneath the watchful gaze of the moon, we whisked Y/n away into the warmth of our love.”
Pugsley’s eyes sparkled with excitement. “And then you got married?”
Gomez laughed, ruffling Pugsley’s hair. “Exactly, my boy!”
Y/n let out a soft laugh, watching her family fondly. “Well, it wasn’t quite that simple, but yes, that’s how it all started.”

Oh god, being a maid employed at the Addams family mansion.
Tumblr media
Authors note: I love posting the most shameless, self indulgent shit.
18+ smut, bisexual fem reader, threesomes, switch vibes all around
Going feral, you're a young woman who goes for the maid position, being part time means you can still study at college while earning some extra cash. The vibe of the family doesn't put you off, in fact it actually draws you in, which captures the attention of the lord and lady of the house.
Both of them are so in love, always having their hands on each-other as you're interviewed, as they explain to you how they aren't exactly a normal family. And both of them don't miss the way the other's eyes will trace to the image of your thighs peaking out from under your skirt.
After you leave, they can't help but fuck right there on the table, whispering promises to seduce you, to have you under them soon enough.
It starts with your uniform, which you suppose does fit with the old fashioned vibe of the family, however the traditional maid outfit is quite...short. So short in fact that when you bend over to dust, your panties nearly gave poor Uncle Fester a fright as he came in.
Sneaking glances at you as you clean, no matter what you do you have both Morticia and Gomez’s attention. Their eyes are trained on you as you clean their house and cook meals for their children.
“She’s so flawless, so sweet and innocent.”
“Oh Gomez, isn’t she just?”
You could cut the sexual tension with a knife whenever it was just you and them, usually they’d schedule you to be in whenever the rest of the family was out. And the whole time they’d take any excuse to be near you, to gently touch your arm while you speak, to brush your hair out of your eyes as they praise you for the good work you do, how happy they are to have such a devoted maid.
Any of you could crumble first (my money is on Gomez), but when that happens, there’s no stopping the couple from showing you all the earthly pleasures they can. And my god they're a kinky couple.
Their favorite thing to do is to have you in the middle of them both, greedy hands running over every inch of your skin. One of their hands always ends up between your thighs, circling your clit while your other partner's hand would be groping your tits, pinching at your sensitive nipples to make you cry out and whimper for them.
All the while they'll compliment you heavily, praising every inch of you.
"Such a good girl for us, and a gorgeous one too."
"oh tesoro, she's right. You're gorgeous, and all ours."
Or they'd take it in turns. One night, Gomez has you and his wife on your knees for him, kissing eachother over his cock before he fucks you both. Another night, Morticia has you both bound as she tortures you two so deliciously that by the end, you and Gomez are slurring your words. And one glorious night they hand the reigns completely to you, allowing you to be in control.
After a while, the three of you would settle into a routine. You'd come and clean and do their laundry, and in return they'd make you cum at least three times. Most likely they'll up your pay too, telling you how such a gorgeous hardworking girl shouldn't have to worry about finances.
Reaching up to grab something, only to feel Morticia's hands grope under your dress. Bending over slightly and feeling Gomez's bulge pressed firmly against your ass.
Just being their little pet, so eager to serve them in every way <3

Moths to the Flame
Jason Todd x Female Reader (Addams Family AU)
Tumblr media
Tags: Jason Todd, Female Reader, OOC, fluff, Addams Family AU
Summary: Jason finds his heart captured by you whose haunting beauty and playful spirit ignite a passionate romance that dances delightfully between darkness and desire.
WC: 542 words
A/N: YALL just walk with me for a moment
this past weekend I watched the 1991 Addams family movie and it has become such a comfort movie for me. Like the love Gomez and Morticia have for one another warms my heart! And I couldn’t help but think
what if I wrote an AU with Jason x Reader? This could completely flop but I had to share it đŸ˜đŸ–€
Tumblr media
The dim light of the candlelit dinner flickered as Jason leaned back in his chair, an amused grin spread across his face. The opulent dining room was filled with the intoxicating scent of rich, dark food—braised rabbit with black currant sauce, of course. Everything about the evening felt delightfully macabre, from the creaking of the old mansion to the echo of thunder rumbling outside.
His eyes sparkled with mischief as he watched you across the table. You were the embodiment of everything he found enchanting: your long, hair cascaded over your shoulders like a waterfall of night, framing your skin and striking features. Tonight, you wore a deep black gown that hugged your figure perfectly, the lace details giving it a hauntingly beautiful touch.
Jason leaned forward, resting his chin on his hand as he looked at you with unfiltered admiration. "You know, my dear," he began, his voice smooth and low, "every time I see you in that dress, it’s as if the shadows themselves are drawn to your elegance. You could make the Grim Reaper himself hesitate."
You raised an eyebrow, a playful smirk on your lips. "And what, pray tell, would you do if the Grim Reaper came knocking?"
His grin widened, and he leaned even closer, lowering his voice conspiratorially. "Oh, I’d invite him to join us for dinner, of course. But only if you agreed to wear that dress. A fitting companion for our macabre soirĂ©e."
You laughed, a sound that danced in the air like a siren's call. It warmed his heart, sending a thrill through him. The way your eyes sparkled with mischief made him feel alive, as if he had stumbled upon a secret no one else could know.
"You're too much, Jason," you replied, shaking your head playfully. "But flattery will get you everywhere."
He feigned a sigh, clutching his chest dramatically. "Ah, but how can I not gush over the woman who makes even the darkness jealous? You are like a night sky full of stars, and I am but a moth, drawn to your light."
You couldn’t help but smile at his theatrics. Jason stood up from his seat, moving around the table with the grace of a dancer. As he reached you, he gently took your hands in his, his gaze intensifying. “Every moment spent with you feels like a dance—dangerous, delightful, and utterly thrilling. I would face any monster, any curse, just to see you smile.”
Your heart raced as you gazed into his deep, stormy eyes, feeling the warmth of his presence envelop you. “And what if that monster is you?” you teased, unable to resist.
“Then I would be your monster,” he replied with a devilish grin, “if it meant I could keep you by my side forever.”
In that moment, surrounded by the flickering candles and the echoes of thunder outside, you realized you wouldn’t want it any other way. With a playful spark in your eyes, you leaned closer, your foreheads touching, the tension electrifying the air around you.
“Just don’t forget who the real monster is,” you whispered, lips curving into a playful smirk, and in that breath, Jason knew you were exactly where you both belonged: in each other’s darkness.

Could you please write for platonic reader wanting to learn crafts/abilities from Morticia & Gomes, and as many characters from the hellboy movies as you possibly can please? (Sorry I just love them all)
Morticia
Tumblr media
I have a strange feeling Morticia makes her own perfumes in her spare time. With all the pruning and gardening she does, I can only imagine the kind of... "witchy" concoctions she's able to make up
She'd gladly take you under her wing and not only show you and let you wear her own, but would take this as a sort of arts and crafts approach. She gets it, her scents might not be the best fitting for you, but that doesn't mean she doesn't have what you might be looking for!
Morticia was absolutely over the moon when you came to her with your very own fragrance the first time. You had spent weeks watching and planning out some with her and finally had the time to make one with your very own fitting profile of scents. She couldn't get enough of the smell at first and even showed them to Gomez
Although, this is another very slippery slope that leads to her delving into gardening with you, if you're in that. But, let's be honest, we're down to do anything if it includes some one on one bonding with Morticia
Gomez
Tumblr media
Gomez couldn't be more ecstatic to hear you have an interest in his hobbies. It's different for you to watch him or ask him questions about it but actually wanting to take the time out of your day to spend it with him? Your the best-est friend he could ever ask for
His hobbies are either malewife activates or medieval dueling, and there is absolutely no in between But it really surprised him when you want to take up fencing.
It's something you've watching him do in his spare time, but you never noticed how much strength and control it took, but he was as patient as ever and was always there to correct your moves or give you tips on how to better your posture and stance
Each time you'd pull something new out of your sleeve from what he's told you he's as proud as ever, staring at you with wide eyes and an equally wide grin. You're learning, and even it it might take a while, he's just happy that you're taking it seriously
Hellboy
Tumblr media
Genuinely, what does he even do in his free time besides lay in bed, smoke, and do crossword puzzles? When you first asked him about what his hobbies are he really couldn't even answer you, he just stood there in his room and looked around cluelessly
I think, your best case in this scenario, is to just watch him for a while, you'll notice the things he does in his free time that he never thought about or classified as a "hobby"
You notice though, occasionally, that he divulges into whittling. Typically after a slow day he'll just kick back and mindlessly carve away until he makes something remotely into a familiar shape. It's not perfect, by all means, but it's something. When you ask him about it he says it's nothing but you insist
From here, he teaching you it like it's common sense. Correcting you how to hold the knife, how to hold the wood, resorting to just taking it out of your hands and showing you how to do it in the very beginning. Eventually, it becomes to casual to the two of you that even he's begun doing it more often and the two of you bring new pieces you're either working on or have finished for each other to playfully critique
Abe
Tumblr media
Annnnd on the other hand, there's too much that Abe does that it's really hard for him to say when you come to him, curious to do something new out of boredom. It takes him a while to think before he just spews out anything and everything he can think of that he's ever done
One of the biggest things though, I think he finds the easiest to ease you into would be scrapbooking. You can't tell me he doesn't entire stickers and little postcards and massive, thick journals just creatively dyed and crafted to a certain theme
But, it's easier than reading dead languages for fun, alright?
It's something he see's a fun and would love to have someone else he can share them with from time to time when he feels particularly crafty. He's ready to supply you with anything you could ever need - he's got plenty of spares
Bound journals, fountain pens, cards, and ink. Anything you could think of that you'd want to get crafty with, Abe's likely got it. Especially when it comes to ink and pens. And calligraphy? Abe teaches you that before anything else and gives out practice sheets like homework. So be ready to bring them back the next day for a stamp of approval
Johann
Tumblr media
There wasn't much that Johann had time for if it wasn't work, but he always appreciated a friendly visit from you in stressful times. Of course, when you first ask him about what it is that he really just does in his personal times, only one thing could come to his mind: his Bonsai's
Now... Johann is a bit more restrictive in what he's willing to teach you - at least for the more hands on things, that is. He has only a couple himself, ones that he takes precious time out of his day and schedule to trim and prune to his liking and he does it very meticulously
He grows delighted whenever you step in to see him now, taking it a slight break in his studies and research to lull you over to his small collection and teach about their varieties and their history
When you show your genuine interest for them he's over the moon, but very stern with you. No, you cannot have one of his and no you cannot prune his, absolutely not. Get your own!
But, he's all ears for the questions you may have and will answer them quickly and correctly. When you get your own, however, he's definitely going to have a lot to say. Harsh worded critiques, but he means the best (for the plant, at least). You might be one of his only regular friends, but that doesn't mean he's going to sit by and watch such a beautiful plant die!
Liz
Tumblr media
Liz can be a bit standoffish when it comes down to you wanting to really be a part of her needed alone time, but what she really needs is that person to share it with from time to time. Even she recognizes that it's not ideal to spend ALL of her time alone.
Annnnnd as on the nose as it may seem, the only thing that comes to mind for her to teach you would to be woodburning. OKAY LISTEN listen, I can see it as a small, therapeutic way for her to really get out some of her pent up energy and stress in a more controlled way
Although, the first time you sit down with her to start she realizes... well maybe it's easier for her to just do it from her fingertips than you. She shrugs it off and apologizes for not being able to really teach you anything, but deep down she was a bit sad there was nothing you could do
But the smile that slowly spread across her face the next day you showed up to her room with a woodburning kit in your hands was worth more than anything in the world. There was certainly a learning curve for her as well to see how your tools worked
It's not too hard for her to give you tips, however. It's a few more buttons and control than really only having using your thoughts and a single finger, but almost all of her tips and tricks apply!
Nuada
Tumblr media
You're not catching a break. That's all I'm going to say. No matter what it is you wanna learn from him you are not catching a break. it's like you're back to taking 15 highschool AP classes at the same time and each gives you 7+ pieces of homework a night
You always knew one of the more passionate things he was interested in was weapon smithing and craftsmanship. Whenever you had taken notice to the fine detailing of his knives and swords, he was eager to boast about how many of them were made by yours truly
It was when you kept admiring his work when he had a small inkling that you might be interested in learning yourself, and boy was that all he needed to get you straight to work. It's easy for the first few sessions you guys have, just learning the basics of different materials and how best to using them, but it doesn't take long for him to throw you straight into some manual labor
You're bent over a anvil and sweating your ass over making the most rinky dink ass knife you've ever seen that likely won't cut a piece of bread. But you better hope it cuts something or else he's going to make you come back and try again. You work a 9 to 5 now
Nuala
Tumblr media
God, what can't she do? She's just perfect, chefs kiss
But something that she can't get enough of is learning herself, so seeing you before her asking if she could tech you something she's got up her sleeve leaves her speechless - in a good way, of course! The two of you usually spent your time together kind of quietly, with your nose buried in books from all over the world and ages, but what you could never grasp was how Nuala could read most of them
You wanted her to teach you more languages than your own and she couldn't be more excited to teach you. Unlike her brother, she's much more mellowed out when it comes to helping you learn some more of the common languages in their elven cities and doesn't get onto you too hard if you struggle at first, she gets it
This is something she didn't realize she was passionate about - her ability to communicate with just about anyone, and she was more than happy to be your teacher. However, she can't help but laugh when you don't quite catch onto the more dead languages she tries to teach you about, but she'll just smile and save those for later

Tumblr media
"Now that’s a costume," you said with a grin, leaning against the doorframe as Logan stepped out of the bathroom. He looked the part of Gomez Addams, dressed in a sharp pinstripe suit that clung to his broad shoulders, a fake mustache meticulously glued above his upper lip. Of course, there was still something rugged about him, the rough edges peeking through despite the polished attire. Somehow, he managed to look like Gomez Addams who’d just finished chopping wood.
Logan grunted as he tugged at the tight collar of the dress shirt, his brow furrowed in irritation. "Remind me again why I agreed to this. And don’t say it’s for the kids," he grumbled, his voice low and rough. "You know damn well I don’t dress up for anyone."
You glided across the room, your long, black Morticia gown swishing dramatically around your ankles as you came closer. "Oh, I’m sure," you replied, your voice silky and laced with playful sarcasm. "You’re doing it because you love Halloween. Besides," you added, reaching up to smooth the lapel of his jacket, "you make a very handsome Gomez."
He huffed, but his lips twitched up in the faintest hint of a smirk as he took in your costume. "And you," he said, his eyes raking over your elegant black dress, "look like you were born to play Morticia." His hand slipped to your waist, pulling you in closer as he leaned down, his voice dropping to a low murmur. "What’s the line? 'Cara mia?'"
You laughed, lifting your hand to rest lightly on his chest. "That’s right," you replied, raising an eyebrow in challenge. "And I believe Morticia would respond with, 'Mon cher.'"
Logan smirked, his grip on your waist tightening as he dipped his head, his lips brushing the shell of your ear. "Keep talkin’ like that, and we’re not making it downstairs," he whispered, his voice a low growl.
"Downstairs now, " you scolded, swatting his shoulder playfully. "The kids are waiting, and I’d rather not be responsible for a riot because we kept them from their candy."
He let out a low chuckle, releasing you but letting his hand linger on your waist a moment longer. "Fine, fine. Let’s go entertain the little monsters," he muttered, but there was a glint of warmth in his eyes that said he didn’t really mind at all.
As you descended the stairs together, the sound of excited voices filled the air, and you could see the kids gathered in the mansion’s grand entryway, most of them already bouncing with anticipation. The room had been transformed into a haunted wonderland, complete with cobwebs, flickering fake candles, and eerie decorations hanging from the ceiling.
When you and Logan reached the bottom of the staircase, Jubilee let out a dramatic whistle. "Well, look who finally showed up," she teased, grinning from ear to ear. "I guess Logan’s not too cool for Halloween after all."
Logan rolled his eyes as he crossed his arms, standing a little taller as though he were playing up the role. "I ain’t here for the costume," he grunted, though the faint curl of his lips betrayed him. "Just here to make sure you all don’t eat so much candy you get sick."
Rogue laughed, stepping closer with a smirk. "Well, Gomez, " she said, giving his suit a once-over, "I have to say, this is the most put-together I’ve seen you in a long time. You clean up nice."
Logan shot her a look, his brows knitting together as he grumbled, "Watch it, kid."
You slid your arm through his, leaning in with a smile. "Oh, come now, darling," you said in your best Morticia impression, "don’t be modest. Everyone knows you’re the most dashing man in the room."
A few of the older students snickered, and Remy, who was wearing a pirate costume that looked like it had seen better days, chimed in with a grin. "You know, Logan," he said, raising an eyebrow, "you really do have that whole Gomez thing down. You’re all protective and swoonin’ over your 'cara mia.' Next thing you know, you’ll be speakin' French."
Logan grunted, shaking his head. "Not a chance, Cajun. But keep talkin’, and I’ll show you how Gomez handles an unruly houseguest."
You laughed, giving Logan’s arm a gentle squeeze. "Now, now, mon cher, let’s not start any duels tonight," you said, glancing up at him with a playful glint in your eye. "We wouldn’t want to frighten the children."
As if on cue, a group of the younger kids came running over, already decked out in costumes ranging from witches to superheroes. "Mr. Howlett, look at my costume!" one of them shouted, holding out his arms to show off his vampire cape.
Logan gave a faint, almost begrudging smile as he looked down at the child. "Not bad, kid," he said, giving the boy a nod. "Got the fangs and everything, huh?"
"Yep!" the boy said proudly, flashing his plastic vampire teeth. "I’m gonna get so much candy!"
"Just don’t go biting anybody," Logan replied dryly, ruffling the kid’s hair as he rushed off to join the other trick-or-treaters.
You watched the exchange with a smile, a warmth spreading through your chest. Even in his gruffness, there was something endearing about the way Logan interacted with the kids; he was always protective and watchful.
You leaned in close, your voice a low whisper. "I think you’re enjoying this more than you’re letting on.”
Logan shot you a sideways glance, his lips twitching upward as he slid his hand into yours. "Maybe," he murmured, his thumb brushing over your knuckles. "Don’t go tellin’ anyone. I’ve got a reputation to uphold."
"Your secret’s safe with me," you said, squeezing his hand. "But only if you do the tango with me later."
He chuckled, pulling you closer as the two of you made your way toward the candy station, the sound of laughter and squeals filling the room. "Deal, cara mia, " he whispered in your ear, his voice rough and affectionate.
You and Logan spent the better part of the evening wrangling the kids through the whirlwind of activities. There was pumpkin carving, where half the children ended up with more pumpkin guts on themselves than in the actual pumpkins, and a frantic candy-sorting session that resembled a mini stock exchange, with kids trading chocolates for lollipops and debating the merits of sour candies versus chocolate bars. The grand foyer echoed with the sound of squeals, laughter, and the occasional shriek when someone popped out of the fake cobwebs for a scare.
By the time the grandfather clock in the hallway chimed nine, the sugar-fueled chaos began to show signs of fading, and it was time to herd the little monsters off to bed.
Logan watched as you gently nudged a yawning witch and a sleepy vampire toward the staircase. "I doubt they’ll even sleep," he grumbled, arms crossed as he followed you down the hallway, his rugged features softened just a bit by the evening’s festivities.
"Well, if they don’t, at least it’s the weekend so we don’t have to worry about it in the morning,” you replied with a wink, shooing the last straggler up the stairs.
As the kids finally trudged to their rooms, dragging their candy bags behind them like little zombies, Remy appeared at your side, still dressed in his pirate costume, hat tilted at a jaunty angle. "Well, now that the little devils are out of our hair," he said with a grin, "it’s time for the real fun to start. I didn’t dress up for nothin’." He tipped his hat at you, then at Logan. "Hope you’re ready, chĂ©rie, ‘cause I brought out the good whiskey."
"About time," Logan grunted, though a faint smile tugged at the corner of his mouth. "Might as well make this night worth the effort."
The moment the kids were safely tucked away, the main floor of the mansion transformed yet again—this time into a proper Halloween party for the adults. The common room was lit with a warm orange glow from jack-o'-lanterns scattered about, and cobwebs hung in the corners while a spooky playlist crackled from an old record player in the corner. A variety of drinks were set up on the bar, along with bowls of snacks and trays of cookies shaped like ghosts and bats.
"Alright, folks," Rogue called out from the center of the room, holding up a shot glass filled with something dark and ominous. "Let’s kick this thing off with a drinking game! Rules are simple—if you get caught in a lie, you drink. If you admit something embarrassing, we drink. And if anyone complains about their costume," she shot a glance at Logan, "they drink twice."
Logan smirked, grabbing a bottle of whiskey from the bar and pouring himself a glass. "Looks like you’re all gonna get real drunk, then," he said, taking a swig.
"Please," you teased, sidling up next to him and giving him a playful nudge. "I’m pretty sure I could outdrink you in my sleep."
His eyebrow shot up, a spark of challenge lighting in his eyes. "That so?" he drawled, setting his glass down. "Guess we’ll have to see about that, cara mia. "
Remy, already leaning into the spirit of the game, handed out shot glasses to everyone. "Alright, first question," he said with a mischievous grin. "Raise your hand if you’ve ever used your powers to cheat in a game."
Several hands shot up—Bobby, who was dressed as Frankenstein, wiggled his fingers. "I mean, is it really cheating if it’s just a little bit of ice to cool the drinks?" he said with a grin.
Jean, who had come as a flapper girl, laughed and raised her glass. "Guilty," she admitted. "Scott and I may have used telekinesis during Twister once or twice."
You glanced over at Logan, who hadn’t raised his hand but was watching everyone with a hint of amusement. "And what about you, Mr. Howlett?" you asked, arching an eyebrow. "Ever used those heightened senses to win at cards?"
Logan’s lips twitched. "Don’t need to cheat to beat you," he shot back, his eyes glinting with a challenge. "But if I had used 'em, you’d never know."
"Oh, I see how it is," you teased, stepping closer to him. "Big talk from a guy who almost lost to me in poker last week."
"Almost doesn’t count, sweetheart," he murmured, leaning in, his voice low enough that only you could hear. "And if I remember right, you owed me a drink after that."
Remy cleared his throat loudly, cutting through the tension. "Well, well, look at these two," he said with a smirk. "If I didn’t know any better, I’d say you two were gonna re-enact that tango scene from Addams Family any minute now."
Rogue let out a laugh, grabbing another drink from the bar. "I’d pay to see that," she said, raising her glass toward you and Logan. "C’mon, Logan, show us your moves."
Logan rolled his eyes but reached for your hand, pulling you closer. "Fine," he grunted, "but don’t say I didn’t warn you."
You grinned, placing your other hand on his shoulder as you let him guide you into an exaggerated, dramatic dip. He held you there for a heartbeat, his face close to yours, a teasing smirk on his lips. "How’s that for a start?" he whispered.
"Not bad," you replied, your voice a playful purr. "But I think we can do better."
The music shifted to a slower, sultrier tune, and Logan pulled you upright, twirling you once before drawing you close again. The room around you faded into laughter and clinking glasses as you let yourselves get lost in the moment, your bodies moving together in time with the music.
As the night wore on, the drinks kept flowing, and the banter grew even more ridiculous. Someone—probably Bobby—had rigged up a costume contest for "Most Ridiculous Outfit," which ended up going to Logan while Hank, who’d put on a fake nose and glasses over his already blue fur, won for "Most Dedicated Effort."
Eventually, Rogue called out for another round of questions. "Alright, last one for the night—who here actually believes in ghosts?"
Several hands shot up, including Jean’s and Bobby’s. Logan remained still, his expression unreadable as he took a sip from his glass.
You nudged him playfully. "C’mon, Logan," you teased. "You’re not afraid of a few ghosts, are you?"
He glanced at you, his eyes steady and serious for just a moment before a grin tugged at his lips. "Darlin'," he said, his voice low and rough, "after all the things I’ve seen, I’m pretty sure a ghost would be the least of my worries."
The room erupted in laughter, and you raised your glass, clinking it against his. "Fair enough, Gomez. If we ever run into one, you’d better protect me."
Logan’s smirk deepened, and he slipped an arm around your waist, pulling you in close. "Always," he murmured, his breath warm against your ear. "But I think you can handle yourself just fine, Morticia. "
Eventually, the party began to wind down. One by one, people drifted off to bed, the laughter and chatter fading into the quiet hum of the mansion. The candles burned low, casting flickering shadows on the walls, and the faint strains of the last song played softly in the background. It was just you and Logan now, standing together in the dimly lit common room, the lingering warmth of the evening settling into a comfortable silence.
You stifled a yawn, your lids heavy with sleepiness as you leaned against Logan for support. "I’d say this Halloween was a success," you murmured, letting your head rest against his shoulder. "The kids had a blast, no one went into a sugar coma
and I think Hank’s costume might’ve actually caused Bobby to laugh to death."
Logan chuckled, a deep, rumbling sound that you felt more than heard. "Not bad," he agreed, wrapping an arm around your waist to steady you. "Though I could’ve done without the 'Most Ridiculous Outfit' contest."
You tilted your head back to look up at him, a lazy smile tugging at your lips. "Come on , you know you secretly enjoyed yourself," you teased, reaching up to brush a stray piece of lint from his jacket lapel. "I even saw you smile a few times."
He scoffed, but the corner of his mouth quirked upward in that way that told you he wasn’t actually denying it. "You must be seein' things," he said, his tone gruff but warm. "Maybe it's the whiskey."
"Or maybe," you replied, your voice softening as you ran your fingers along the edge of his collar, "you’re just getting sentimental in your old age."
Logan’s eyes flicked down to meet yours, his gaze dark and steady. "Careful, darlin'," he murmured, his voice dropping to a low growl that sent a pleasant shiver through you. "You keep teasin' me like that, and I might start thinkin' you actually enjoy my company."
You tilted your chin up, closing the distance between you just enough for your breath to mingle with his. "And if I do?" you whispered, your lips barely brushing his as you spoke.
Before you could blink, his hand was at the back of your neck, pulling you closer as his mouth met yours in a kiss. It was like the rest of the world fell away, leaving just the two of you, wrapped up in the warmth of each other. His fingers tangled in your hair, and you slid your hands up the front of his suit, fisting the fabric as if you were afraid he might pull away.
Logan didn’t pull away. If anything, he kissed you deeper, his other hand slipping down to your waist, pulling you against him. His lips moved over yours with a hunger.
When you finally broke the kiss, you were both breathless, your forehead resting against his as you struggled to catch your breath. "We should
probably head upstairs," you murmured, a teasing lilt in your voice as you glanced toward the darkened staircase. "Before someone comes down here and catches us."
Logan smirked, the warmth in his gaze tempered by that familiar spark of mischief. "Guess we wouldn’t want to ruin our reputations," he drawled, his hand slipping into yours as he led you toward the stairs. "C’mon, Morticia. Let’s continue this in private."
The two of you made your way upstairs, your footsteps quiet against the wood floor as you stole glances at each other, the anticipation building with every step. When you reached the top of the stairs, you couldn’t resist pulling him aside into one of the quieter hallways, your back pressing against the wall as you tugged him close again.
Logan didn’t waste a second. His hands slid to your hips, lifting you slightly as his mouth found yours once more, this kiss slower, deeper, as if he were savoring every second. You threaded your fingers through his hair, pulling him even closer, your body arching into his as a soft sigh escaped your lips. It wasn’t just the kiss that made your pulse quicken—it was the feeling of being completely wrapped up in him like he was the only thing that mattered right then.
He pulled back just enough to look at you, his breathing ragged, his eyes dark with a mix of affection and desire. "You look damn good in that dress," he murmured, his voice low and rough as his thumb traced along your jawline.
You smiled, your fingers toying with the collar of his suit jacket. "And you don’t look half bad in a suit," you teased. "But I think I like you better without it."
Logan’s smirk deepened, his eyes glinting with that familiar spark of challenge. "Then I guess you’ll have to do somethin’ about that, won’t you?"
Your laugh was soft and breathless as you kissed him again, tugging him toward your bedroom with a playful urgency.

Maybe fluff with some angst/comfort >:D
Thanks for entertaining me
Feathers
young!Wednesday Addams x young!fem!reader
Summary: your parents fight. you don’t know where to go, so you run to your favorite Addams
Words: 1.4k
Warnings: hurt/comfort, domestic violence, implied alcoholic, toxic relationship (R’s parents), soft ooc Wednesday
A/n: R is a raven btw :) also don’t ask why Wednesday thinks and talks like a depressed poet at 7/8 yrs old. she’s just experiencing some big emotions 😞
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
You ran as fast as your little legs could take you. There wasn’t an exact location you were running to, but somehow you knew where you’d end up. Tears left your eyes and a few feathers had been plucked from your gorgeous wings. The night air sent shivers down your spine but you refused to look back. You never wanted to look back.
Tired, cold, and sleepy, the Addams Mansion finally came into view. It’s brambly trees threatened to scratch and pull at your skin, but you happily greeted the forest you’ve come to love. It reminded you of your favorite Addams.
The whistle of trees beckoned you away, but you fought against their singing and continued to the front of the mansion. You loudly knock against the large door, and a butler you recognize so dearly groans behind it.
“Mr. Lurch!” Your small voice cut through the dark night.
What anyone else would assume to be a groan of annoyance, you knew was one of confusion. Lurch takes one good look at you and scoops you into his arms, as if you weighed absolutely nothing. His feet thumped against the floors of the mansion and you could only assume he was taking you to the owners of the terrifyingly beautiful home.
Mrs. Addams and Mr. Addams who’ve you known so well, sit in their living room while Morticia reads a book about who knows what to her husband. He listens intensely with love in his eyes until Lurch’s thumps bring you to the married couple.
“(Y/n)? Lurch, why have you brought us Miss (L/n)?” Gomez questions, while Morticia goes into mother mode immediately. She takes you from Lurch’s arms and thanks him as he pats you on the head before leaving.
“(Y/n), dearest. Who’s caused you such harm?”
Your eyes fill with tears as you recall what happened.
“D-Daddy, he-“
Your father came home angry. Angrier than usual. You tried to hug him, but he pushed you away for the fridge instead. Your lip quivered while you ran to your mother, and she had an angry expression when you told her.
You felt so bad for telling on Daddy. He
he did love you! He did! He was just a little sad for some reason. You decided maybe Daddy just needed space.
You were supposed to be asleep when Mommy and Daddy started fighting. Daddy said a lot of mean stuff. Something about how he wished he was never with Mommy... surely he didn’t mean it! He said something about how you were a mistake, but Daddy didn’t mean it! Right? Daddy loved you

You didn’t realize you were crying until a small hiccup escaped your throat, and your parents spun around to look at your pained expression from the stairs. You felt bad Mommy and Daddy were fighting. Your father tried to comfort you by closing in for a hug, but you didn’t want a hug. Like how Daddy didn’t want a hug earlier.
You pushed the man away, and he made a scary face. You wished you could say he wasn’t your daddy, but only your daddy’s voice could be so scary. Turning to hide in your room, he grabs at your right wing to keep you close.
It hurt a lot.
But as fast as it hurts, it stops and you look behind you. With a fist full of your dark feathers, your mother slams your father into the stairs. What she actually says are a little muffled to you, but you get the idea after she points to a nearby window.
You try to fly, but the difference in feathers throws you off balance. You manage to glide down from the second story, but not without an ungraceful landing.
You didn’t know where to go.
“A-And then Mommy told me t’run away. B-But I didn’t know where t’go
”
“Oh, my darling, I’m so sorry.” Morticia shares a concerned look with her husband, and he immediately springs into action. Gomez grabs his coat and is out the door in less than a second.
“How about we get you cleaned up, would you like that?” You nod.
Morticia brings you to one of the many bathrooms of the mansion, and sits you down on the toilet seat lid. She soaks a towel with warm water to wash your muddied face and clean off any cuts you might’ve had. Both of you fall into a comfortable silence.
—
There’s an ache in Wednesday’s soul she can’t place. It’s kept her up for hours, and sleep hasn’t been able to take her away just yet. Wednesday had paced circles in her room with only the moon as a light, yet her ache has yet to subside.
Only when Wednesday hears the front door open, she knows she’s found the reasoning for the ache. With feather-light steps, the young Addams creeps down to where she can hear talking.
What Wednesday doesn’t expect is the face of her best friend crying and whimpering. It takes everything inside of her to not run in and steal you away. Instead, she listens to your story.
You tell the older Addams woman about what happened, and Wednesday’s blood starts to boil. You didn’t deserve that. You didn’t deserve that atrocity of father. Wednesday can’t continue listening to your story or she’ll commit unforgivable crimes not even you would approve of.
Wednesday creeps back up into her room. She’s really not getting any sleep until she knows for sure you’re safe and with her. Wednesday was awfully aware of how little power she had at her age, but that didn’t stop the young Addams from formulating a plan. Specifically, a plan to make you feel better. (and maybe a plan to get revenge on your disgrace of a father, but that’d have to wait)
Wednesday decided to make her move when her bathroom light was turned on just near her bedroom. She decided to pay you a visit.
“Mother.” Wednesday appeared behind Morticia, her monotone voice causing you to jump the slightest.
“Wednesday, dear, unable to sleep?”
“Someone had been keeping me up, and I think I know who.” The younger girl peers over her mother’s shoulder to meet your curious gaze. You flush in embarrassment and look at the ground.
“Sorry I woke you up, Wens
I didn’t mean to come here so late”
“Sleep in my room.”
“Wednesday, are you sure you’ll be able to sleep with company?”
“Her safety directly corresponds with my sleep schedule.”
“If you insist, my little death.” Morticia sighs. “You two go straight to bed now, hm?”
You nod before getting up off the toilet seat lid. Before you enter Wednesday’s room, Morticia stops you. She bends down to reach your height.
“Don’t you worry about Mommy and Daddy, dear. Mr. Addams and I have all of it covered. You just have sweet nightmares tonight, alright?” There’s nothing but kindness and worry in her voice. Morticia stands up, and you give her a quick hug before she leaves. The older woman feels her heart melt.
You sit on Wednesday’s bed just like you have countless times before. The moonlight illuminates you perfectly, Wednesday thinks. She wasn’t one for holy comparisons, but nothing described you better than an angel of death.
With a halo made of the moon and wings darker than hell, you were no less than ethereal.
“Wens?” Your voice snaps the Addams out of her thoughts.
“What happened to your wing?”
“Uhm
can I tell you tomorrow? I’m sleepy” You emphasize your point with a yawn
“I understand, let’s sleep.” Wednesday nods, and you move over to make some room on the bed.
Wednesday has been in this exact position many times before, but somehow this time felt different. Perhaps it was the fact there’s a blatant elephant in the room, or the fact she knows the reason due to your escape from home. Either way, something was different.
You were basically passed out as soon as your head hit the pillow, leaving Wednesday with her own thoughts as she watched you sleep. The younger Addams ran her fingers through your right wing, successfully finding the patchy spot.
Your face contorts into something like pain and fear, and Wednesday quickly pulls her hand away. She didn’t mean to hurt you. When your pained expressions continue, Wednesday knows you’re having a nightmare. And not an enjoyable one.
Almost like second nature, Wednesday pulls you into her arms. Your wing falls atop her like a blanket, and you seem to go back to uneventful sleep. Even unconscious, you hold the Addams like you’re awake.
Wednesday is finally met with sleep when she could press a hand against your chest and feel the rhythmic thumping of your heart.

Baby Addams.
Pairing: MaleWednesday x reader.
Warning: Mention of kidnapping, Mention of forced marriage, pregnancy, Yandere Male Wednesday. Gomez and Morticia from 1991. (poor transition Spanish and Italian) If you speak any of these languages feel free to correct me nicely thank you.
Summary: You were Wednesday's wife, with a baby on the way. (sorry summary sucks)
A/n: This is inspired by the story Yandere male Wednesday , by @teresalace I asked her permission so yea. Check out the story.
Tumblr media
Three years, since you met Wednesday, Three years, since he took you away from everything you knew, Three years since you were married into the Addams family, and finally Wednesday had got what he wanted like he always did. You were pregnant, carrying a new addition to your husband's family. Gomez and Morticia were overjoyed about the news.
It was a dim, gloomy morning, and the massive black blanket lay on your growing stomach "Mi alma, wake up." a monotone voice whispered in your ear as you slowly opened your eyes, his plump lips kissed your shoulder, tracing down your arm to your wedding ring, sweet nothing whisper in Italian in Wednesday's normal deadpan voice before he sighed "My parents are coming." As he getting out of the king bed.
You sighed and sat up as best as you can with a six-month baby bump, the room was dark in aesthetic and semi-normal, with hints of white and a little red amongst the black. The only thing that was out of the ordinary was the large custom guillotine that hung above the bed, which luckily was unable to move, You had to convince and seduce Wednesday for that to happen.
Getting up from bed was somewhat difficult, but you managed to waddle to your shared walking closet, black and bright, warm colors were separated down the middle of the metal bar. You quickly showered and threw on a blue maternity dress, earrings to match, and a necklace. The walk downstairs was a little hard even when Wednesday helped, your home was gothic victorian style like your in-laws but less big. Swords, old timely guns, and torture devices littered the walls as while as mirrors, the rugs were dead animals. The furniture was you guessed black and white with red, and some armor and statues stood around the living room.
You both headed to the kitchen; It was a modern kitchen that your husband allowed you to decorate, the only rule? It had to be in his aesthetic which you took. Wednesday leads you to the kitchen island and helped you onto the dark wooden counter stool "Good morning Wednesday" you smiled at him tiredly ready to break the silence "Yes, it is quite a bad morning today." he hummed and sat a glass of water down in front of you and began to make you breakfast. Despite being tricked into this marriage, he was a good husband, dare you say the best; yes, he's..well, him, he never made you feel unloved and was surprisingly romantic. The apple didn't fall that far from the tree, though he wasn't over-expressive with his displays of affection. A loud shriek rang out, making you jump. "I hate that doorbell," you whispered as you took a bit of your breakfast that he put down. "I will get it, Mi Alma" he walked out of the kitchen to the front door, Wednesday inhaled, and opened the door. His dad held a brown box, and his mother smiled at him. "Our boy." She cooed, opening her arms in a grand gesture "Mother, Father. It is a displeasure to see you." Wednesday acknowledged looking boredly between his parents, then sharply turned and walked back to the kitchen; Gomez and Morticia headed to the living room, the door eerily closing behind them.
You swallowed the last bit of food when Wednesday walked in "Come." he offered his arm, you locked your arm his and hopped off the stool.
"There's the woman who stole our son's black, dead heart and hunts his every tortured thought!" Gomez exclaimed loudly as you walked into the living room, earning a threatening "Father." from Wednesday which Gomez ignored. "Hello dear." Morticia gracefully walked to you, almost appearing to be floating "How far along now?" She asked, smiling at you. "Six mouths." You smiled back "We wanted to give you this." She looked back at Gomez, who held up the box. "Shell, we look through it together?" She asked pulling you away from Wednesday and to the floor where Gomez sat the box. Morticia opened it and took out stuff one by one "Here's Wednesday Teddy when he was just a little boy." She cooed and passed you a black teddy with stitches, the head ripped off "Cute.." you grimace, sitting it beside you. She pulled out kid-sized knives and swords. "Oh, this was his favorite toy!" She pulls out a toy guillotine, big enough to chop off a finger or a Barbie's head. 'So the obsession started during childhood. great.' you stared at it hopelessly.
"Son." Gomez touched Wednesday's shoulder, both of them watching their wives interact with each other, one with joy and the other hiding her disdain poorly. Gomez only got a side-eye look from his son, letting his father know he was listening, eyes back onto you "Let's talk." Gomez pat Wednesday's back and walked across the living to the hallway. Wednesday huffed and walked out.
"What do you so desperately need to talk about?" Wednesday stared his father down, wanting to be back within your essence "Son..are you sure she's the one for you? She doesn't scream...Addams material." "Are you saying you disapprove of her?" "Not exactly-" "Because if you are," Wednesday took a step closer to the older Addams "You will never see me or my children. She is my every soul, she cut open my heart and made me bleed for her. I would walk through heaven and back to please her. I would kill for her," his eyes narrowed "Even if it means you." a pregnant silence fell upon the two. If it was a cartoon you would be able to see a row of dots typing above their heads. Gomez grinned and shook his son back and forth. "You have truly found your own Morticia!" he laughed, swung his arm around the tensed Wednesday, and walked back into the room.
You yawned as you laid back into the bed; your in-laws stayed until the dark of the night arrived. Though weird, they were a joy to be around; the love they shared, you had wished for since you were little. You had gotten it from a man who rarely showed emotion, but love doesn't have to be over the top; love could be quiet yet meaningful and coming from someone like your husband. It was more special.
"Are you ready Mi alma?" Wednesday asked, pulling you into his embrace, his chin resting on your head; you tiredly nodded as the lights of the room were turned off by themselves; in the stillness of the dark and at the edge of sleep, you whispered a "Te amo." Wednesday allows his lips to curl upward just a bit in the safety of the night "Ti Amo"
Transition
Mi alma.
My soul.
Te amo.
I love you.
Ti amo.
I love you in Italian.

How about the reaction of The Destined one and Sun Wukong Black Myth on the couple of Morticia and Gomez Addams? We should all have a Gomez and Morticia Addams in this life
The Wukongs/Addams family đŸŽ”đŸŽ¶đŸŽ”đŸŽ¶
Tumblr media Tumblr media
(BMW Wukong) Oh boi, you both will inflate his ego to the point where it's gonna pop. You and your boyfriend Gomez would sit for hours listening to Wukong's amazing war stories, and Gomez would enjoy sparing matches with him despite losing to him. Though Gomez took every lost as a lesson to improve himself and his combat knowledge. You also love to make tea for your boys as you both would dates in graveyard and dark love was passed all around.
Tumblr media
(Destined one) The destined one gets rather bashful when he's around you both, I mean, you and Gomez would call him lovey dovey but weirdly morbid nicknames. You both would also join him in battle as Gomez wouldn't hesitate to help the destined one in battle, and you wouldn't hesitate to help and protect your boys as well. Their are times when Gomez would dance with the destined one, and he would have such a confused, blushing expression on his face it's quite. You both love the destined one and will always be here for him.

Te Amo
(Larissa Weems x Addams!Reader)
A/N: This is my first series! Also sorry for taking so long to update, im just feeling lazy...
Warnings: None I dont think.
------------------------------------------------------------
"My little storm cloud I proud of you", father says to me. I just stared at him. I then looked at mother who had a sweet smile and was looking at me with adoring eyes.
"I only accepted to go to Nevermore because Wednesday is going as well." I said flatly to mother and father.
"Speaking of which, would you like to be in the same dorm as Wednesday?" Mother said while looking at me with loving eyes.
I just stare at her with a cold glare before looking out the window to see Nevermore approaching. The car then stopped and mother and father got out while Lurch started to take out my luggage. I just sat in the car waiting until Lurch got all my stuff out and then got out of the car. Keeping a big distance away from my parents.
My parents started to walk into the school, hand in hand with each other which made me want to stab my eyes with my own nails. From that disgusting sight of affection
I proceeded to follow them quietly, my footsteps soft and quiet. After a bit of walking my parents and I all stopped at a large door which I assumed was an office of my new principal. Since the doors were so huge and it was in its own separate hall.
Mother knocked on the door and from the other side there was a soft angelic voice saying "Come in!"
My parents then open the doors and stride in together. As I follow them with a cold and bored gaze, my eyes land on a gorgeous woman. I looked at the gold name plaque that said, "Principal Weems."
"Its been so long Larissa" , mother said with a smile while both of them sit in a chair while I stand in the middle between them.
"It has Morticia." Larissa said with a big smile, too big to be real and sincere.
"Now, we have put Belladonna in the same dorm as Wednesday as requested, she will also have most of her classes with her sister as well." Larissa said while looking at a file. I looked between mother and father and saw them happily smiling which made me want to stick their mouths closed for eternity.
"You hear that my storm cloud?! You and your sister will be together like you used to be." Father said happily. I give him a glare which makes him smile.
"But, we do not want any calls from Larissa saying you have destroyed this school Belladonna Addams." Mother said sternly which makes me give her a small smirk.
Larissa raises an eyebrow at me when mother mentioned destroying a school. I just stare at her with an empty gaze before there was a knock on the office doors.
"Come in!" Weems said before the doors opened and I saw my sister along with a girl with blonde hair and a bit of pink and blue. My sister quickly walked up to me and stood very closely to me. She then hooked her pinkie with mine and I made no move to remove it. Instead I held tighter making Wednesday smile a bit before quickly returning to her signature blank expression.
The blonde girl came up to me, about to give me a hug but I stepped away. My pinkie leaving Wednesday's making her frown a bit.
"Not a hugger, got it." The blonde girl said sheepishly.
"Pardon Belladonna Enid, she is allergic to color as well." Mother said while smiling at the blonde girl.
The blonde girl nodded who's name I think was Enid.
"Belladonna, your sister and Enid will show you to your dorm that all three of you will be sharing and later on I will give you a tour of Nevermore." Weems said with a smile that showed off her pearly white teeth.
I just stare at her blankly before Enid dragged me away with Wednesday following close behind. Leaving my parents and Principal Weems to deal with them.
Enid was talking about the history of Ophelia dorm and saying how Wednesday split half of the room making me smirk a bit.
While Enid was too busy talking Wednesday said Thing was awaiting for my arrival eagerly. Making me nod even though in the inside I was quite happy since I haven't seen him in years.
We then arrived at a door and Enid opened it up excitedly, making jazz hands when I stepped inside. I looked to see a circular window that had colors on one half and just black on one side.
"Where will I be sleeping?" I said flatly while walking to Wednesday's side.
"Ms. Weems has ordered a bunk bed and should arrive when she gives you your tour! So you and Wednesday can have your own side." Enid said with a smile. I just nod before spotting my luggage near Wednesday's bed.
I then walk towards my luggage and start unpacking my things. Just then I heard quiet and soft pitter patters. I snap my head towards the directions of the sounds before Wednesday said something.
"That Thing remember Bella?" Wednesday said bluntly. Herself picking up the bluntness from myself. My bluntness is what I pride myself in.
"I do, such a loud hand and a mystery." I said bluntly before I feel a hand crawl up my shoulder.
"Thing off, you know how I dont like people and things touching my cold shoulders." I said flatly before patting Wednesday's bed to let him know to crawl up on her bed.
"Oh Thing we have your manicures soon!" Enid said while looking at her phone which had a clock. My my, technology has truly grown. Distracting kids from their social lives and brain sucking them in for money.
Thing just bobbed up and down saying yes. Thing then turned to me and held his nails out. Showing him his freshly black painted nails that were about to be repainted because Thing chipped the pain off when Wednesday sent him to find her some crime cases to solve.
"Mine are always better Thing." I smirk slightly before showing Thing my stiletto nails that were painted void black. I then hear a knock on the door making everyone turn to the door. Even Enid who surprisingly heard it since she has been too invested in her brain sucking device.
"Who is it?" Enid shouted from her bed while now going back to her phone.
"Its Weems." I said before standing up and opening the door to see Principal Weems standing there with a big smile.
"You ready for your tour Miss Addams?" Weems asked with her voice that was so soft that it could be coated in honey. I nod before looking at my sister and Enid before leaving the dorm.
"Are you settling in well Miss Addams?" Weems asked me while starting to walk down the hall.
"Horrific." I said bluntly but she smiled. I cursed Wednesday in my head for being so similar to me.
"Im glad, now after this tour I must go back to work but I want you to come to my office at 8pm so you can collect your uniform and schedule for Monday." Weems said while taking long stride that I had to walk a bit faster to keep up.
I just silently agree before she leads me to a big open area.
"This is the quad, where all the students tend to hangout." Weems said with a big proud smile.
I look around before turning to her.
"This quad you are talking about has more then four sides." I said flatly. She just smiled sweetly at me before showing me my other classes.
"Oh my, I almost forgot. Would you like to join your sister in fencing and archery?" Weems said before almost ending the tour.
"I would like to join her in fencing, but not archery. I already excel at that." I said coldly. Weems looks at me with a bit of curiosity in her eyes.
"Well when you come into my office at 8pm I can show you other options." Weems said smiling softly. I just nod before going back to my dorm not looking back once. Knowing the tour was over.
A couple hours later its now 7:50 pm and I start making my way over to Weems's office. Myself still dressed in my gothic attire which consisted of a long sleeve dress which was short and stopped mid thigh. My hands adoring some lace ruffled gloves and my heels clicking as I walked.
I then shortly arrived at two big doors which led inside to her office. I turn to look at a nearby clock and see its 7:59. I then knock on the door. I here a soft "Come in", from inside so I opened the door to see Weems at her desk and typing rapidly on her computer. She then looks up to see who entered her office and saw me which she looked at the time on her computer to see it was exactly 8pm.
"Miss Addams, im glad you arrived exactly on time." Weems states with a smile before opening a drawer to pull out my black uniform that was identical to Wednesday's.
"Now I know you wanted to be in fencing class so I arranged but you need one more encore." Weems said before pulling out a paper which I assumed was the encores I could choose from.
"There are only two you can choose since you joined in the middle of the semester and there are barely any classes left available." Weems smile before showing me the two I could choose from.
Art or music.
"I want art." I said as soon as I saw it. I saw a flash of surprise on Weems's face for my quick reply.
"Are you sure? I teach that class and no one takes it because no one wants the principal to teach them." Weems said a bit sadly. Even frowning a bit.
"I am positive and I do not mind at all." I stated cold to get my point across that I didn't care if she taught that class or not. I wanted to take it and having her teach me was a big bonus.
Weems smiled brightly at me which I didn't't return but so badly wanted to for the first time. But my face refused to do so since im so use to not smiling its foreign to me.
"Great! Our first studio time will be on Tuesday at 5pm. Does that sound good Miss Addams?" Weems asked me while writing down a reminder for herself.
I stare at her gorgeous face, getting distracted. Her ocean blue eyes that could drown me, her red lips that I would allow marks all over my skin. Her wrinkle and smile lines that were so pretty on her face and just enhanced her beauty. Her neatly done hair that I could only dream of seeing down and raking my fingers through it.
"Miss Addams, are you alright?" Weems said a bit concerned. I snapped out of my daze to realize that she was now standing infront of me with a concerned and worried face.
"I have been calling you for five minutes Miss Addams, are you alright?" Weems said concerned. I looked up her, her height making me weak in the knees.
I then snapped out of my daze and looked back down. I looked up at her again to see those worried eyes that I so badly want to look in them forever.
"I am alright Principal Weems." I said cold. Returning back into my cold and static blunt self. Weems didn't seem convinced but didn't push any further.
"If you say so, but if you need anything dont be ashamed to ask for help. I know how you Addams are." Larissa laughed softly at the end. I just stare at her.
"As we have nothing else to talk about I shall take my leave." I said standing up from the chair and going to leave before I heard a soft "goodnight", from her. Which made me give the smallest smile before leaving.
The next day I wake up from my horrid nightmares and to the blazing white moon that kissed my pale skin. I look around to see Enid laying on her bed still asleep in an awkward position. I see Wednesday asleep right next to me since the bunk bed didn't arrive in time so we had to share.
I quietly got out of bed and stayed in my black nightgown. I checked the time and it was only 5:34 am so I decided to wander around the halls of Nevermore.
It was still dark, the halls eerie. The moon still in the dark night sky. My light foot steps quietly pattering against the cold stone floor.
I then look to see the lights of Weems's office is still on. Strange, its 2:38 am and she is still awake doing her work.
Should I go in there and tell her to sleep? I asked myself. I quickly shake that thought. Im an Addams, I'm not supposed to care. That word care alone wants me to rip my insides out again and again.
I decided I wouldn't go into her office and I would just go back to my dorm, and thats exactly what I did.
I entered back into the door to see the two still asleep. Enid snoring like a chainsaw while Wednesday made no sounds.
"Thing." I said quietly. Thing then peeks out from under Wednesday's bed.
"Go make sure Weems sleeps." I said bluntly. Thing then taps his fingers. Seemingly wanting to get something out of this.
"New hand cream now go." I said before laying back on Wednesday's bed. My eyes closing and my ears tuning in the sounds of Thing's patters while he makes his way to Weems's office.
God why do you care about some dumb Principal that is amazing beautiful!? Being in love is a curse! This is just some silly attraction that will go away soon Belladonna. I argued in my head. I huff before shutting my eyes and letting the peaceful darkness overtake me.

Too Sharp to Touch Masterlist
Tumblr media
It wasn’t hard for you to hear the excited exclamations of students greeting parents in the quad, the sound of cheerful semester recounts, laughter, embarrassed complaints, and little siblings running around practically assaulting your ears as you sat on your bed in your dorm.
Your hands anxiously worked away at a fidget ball that sat in your lap, absentmindedly flipping switches on and off as you stared off into space, your mind racing. You weren’t even in uniform, dressed only in an oversized t-shirt and shorts, despite the dropping temperatures of the season.
You were going to have to go out eventually, of that you were well aware, though the thought put a lump in your throat as you debated whether or not your father was actually coming. Did you want him there? A part of you in the back of your mind was saying no, but you didn’t want to walk out into the quad only for there to be nobody for you. He didn’t come last year, but maybe he’d had a change of heart. You strained just slightly, praying in the back of your mind that your enhanced hearing would pick up the faintly familiar clomp of his boots, but all you could hear was the muddled chaos that surrounded the academy, like a fog shielding you from what went beyond.
Your hands continued to move faster and faster on the fidget cube, twisting, pulling, flipping whatever you could, as you took small breaths to soothe your nerves. It had been the same last year, but it was your first year at Nevermore, you assumed he had just been adjusting. Besides, it wasn’t all that bad, you got to hang out with Enid’s brothers and they were pretty damn good at frisbee. At least you had that consolation. Wednesday had even let you draw by her.
As for Wednesday, you were sure that her family was coming. They had come last year and the year before, and you were nearly positive that she was already at the quad.
Standing, you ran a weary hand through your mess of hair, realizing that if your father had in fact come then he would be expecting you in shape. As if out of habit you quickly moved to your dresser, working on slipping out of your shorts and into your recently cleaned uniform pants while your other hand worked a snaggly comb through your hair, using your phone camera to make sure there wasn’t a single strand out of place.
Your hands quickly worked up your undershirt with something akin to panic as you buttoned it up, fixing your collar as you retrieved your blazer, shrugging it on and fastening it. Struggling as usual with your tie, you did it as well as you could, shoving the bottom under the collar of your blazer, praying that it looked good enough. Maybe convincing yourself that you looked good enough was your own way of believing your father was coming. He’d always preferred that you looked neat anyway.
You hesitated once at the door, before placing your fidget cube into your pocket, opening the door, and heading for the quad.
-
It was all too familiar, even though you’d experienced it only once before. You hovered by the entrance of the quad, not exactly inside, standing on the threshold in the moody lighting of the academy as your eyes darted between family from family, the usual sea of purple uniform now mixed with flannels, neons, and more. It was loud, but nothing you couldn’t handle, if you managed to work up the courage to actually engage. The hall you stood in felt lonely compared to the bustling quad, only occasionally occupied by a passing teacher tossing you a piteous look as they passed.
Your hands were in your pockets, one of which still continued to fiddle with the fidget cube as your hesitation continued. All it took was a couple steps into the crisp late autumn air and you’d find out if he really had come. You watched as Eugene excitedly talked with his moms, something about insects no doubt, as Xavier and Bianca talked with each other, both of their parents void as usual. At least they didn’t handle it like children. Recognized one or two of Enid’s brothers wrestling in the corner.
You were slightly startled when you felt a presence at your side, whipping around to spot Wednesday, dressed neatly in uniform, eyes slightly narrowed as she watched you, speaking calmly.
“You’re nervous.”
“Yeah, no shit, Sherlock,” you grumbled, keeping your tone annoyed to fight off the nerves, hoping she couldn’t sense how on edge you really were. Pausing, you eyed her, slightly confused as you added. “Why aren’t you with your family?” “My mother has taken a moment to engage with Weems and reminisce about their past as she typically does. I’d prefer not to participate.” Wednesday glanced out at the crowd and you followed her gaze, already spotting the principal talking to the darkly dressed Addams. “If I recall correctly, last year you were eager to participate, yet here you are, quivering like a lost puppy.”
“Look - I’m not scared, okay? I just
” your tone softened as you trailed off, before picking up again, in a quieter voice. “I don’t wanna get disappointed again.”
“Your father would be quite irresponsible if he didn’t make an appearance for the second time in a row,” Wednesday pointed out, her tone now holding a hint of annoyance as if bothered by the mention of it. “Your expectations should be lowered.”
“He’s not irresponsible, he’s just-” you bit your tongue as you defended your father hotly, ears turning slightly red as you huffed - “he’s a busy guy, he’s got a lot to work with. That doesn’t mean he doesn’t care about me-” “Yet he fails to show up for his only child.”
“How would you know? I’ve still got time.” Checking your watch you confirmed it, looking back at Wednesday as you gave a soft shrug, shifting your position slightly to look back over the quad, watching the controlled chaos continue. You were pulled out of your thoughts by the feeling of cold fingers brushing your neck, and your eyes went wide as your head turned quickly, eyes dropping down to see Wednesday adjusting your tie for you. “What the hell are you doing-” “Fixing this disgrace you call a knot. Whoever taught you how to tie a tie clearly knew nothing of the task.” Wednesday muttered, now standing right in front of you, head slightly tilted up as her dark eyes focused on what she was doing, hands quickly and expertly moving at the article of clothing with practiced expertise.
“I taught myself,” you give a soft frown, but you don’t move, slightly frozen as if hyperaware of the stark contrast of her cold skin brushing against yours.
“It shows. If you wish to impress your father then the least you could do is ask for some assistance.” Her tone was sarcastic now. She clearly didn’t believe your father was showing up. You felt a small huff of frustration escape you, but you didn’t argue as you watched her tuck your tie back under your blazer, now with a much neater and almost fancier knot in its place. Her hands slightly lingered on the fabric, resting against your neck before she moved away quickly, hands returning to her sides as she looked back up at you with what you would call a satisfied expression. “I’ll have Thing guide you, he’s particularly handy with knots.”
“Was that a pun?” You perked up, a small grin forming on your face as you saw her shoot you a glare.
 “Don’t push your luck, Y/N.”
“Then at least wish me good luck.” You gave her a slight nudge with your elbow, which was returned with a sharper one in response, making you grunt.
“Dreadful luck.” Wednesday nodded, a faint roll of her eyes accompanying her words, starting back off into the quad. As the Addams left your side you followed suit, stepping into the crisp air and shouldering your way through families, eyes darting back and forth, ears doing an equally focused job of honing out different voices and footsteps, trying to trace them back to something familiar.
It was all too familiar, but it wasn’t welcoming. All you felt was the lack of what you wanted, what you needed. Everything was too loud, too much. Too many voices that didn’t belong to you, that you didn’t recognize. Too many bodies, pressing in close against you. Your hand was already back on your fidget cube, flipping switches inside of your blazer. Your throat felt dry, your hands clammy.
The scent of tobacco was the one thing that you recognized, and you felt your anxiety fall away, brightening instantly as you whirled around on your foot, instantly recognizing the figure standing in front of you, the sweep of grayed hair, and that ever-familiar green raincoat. “Nani!” You practically fell into your grandma’s arms, nuzzling her welcoming warmth as you felt her hands on your back, steadying you as she chuckled, a smile gracing her features. She wasn’t in uniform this time; most of the times you had seen her outside of her home she was in uniform, working as an assistant sheriff alongside Galpin in Jericho, but now she just looked like your grandma, and you couldn’t be more happy.
“Y/N, always a pleasure my darling. How has Nevermore been treating you? Let me get a good look at you.” You obeyed, stepping out of the embrace with a big smile, watching as her crinkled eyes took in your appearance, from your slightly muddied boots to your neatly combed hair, quite the contrast to each other. Her hands moved up to your blazer, and you watched as she gave an impressed look, raising an eyebrow. “I don’t think I’ve ever seen you tie a knot this well, Y/N- where did you learn this?” “Oh, I didn’t tie it, I had a friend help me.” You felt a small blush creep back to your face as you reached up to scratch the nape of your neck with a tiny grin. “I’m still not the best in that department.”
“Friend, huh? Don’t tell me it’s this “Wednesday” I’ve been hearing about lately?” Nani gave a soft smile, her tone gently teasing you as she poked your side. “You seem pretty fond of her.”
“S-she’s a good friend,” you admitted, trying to ignore the heat in your face that was becoming more and more prominent at the mere mention of the Addams.
“Well, I’m glad you’ve found a good friend here.” Nani nodded approvingly, hands on your shoulders as she hummed, her voice becoming a little more serious as she paused, taking a small breath before continuing in a solemn tone, “Y/N
your father
he won’t be making it.” You felt your excited smile fall almost instantly, disappointed, as you looked away, not wanting to meet her apologetic expression as if it would only worsen your mood, muttering. “Yeah, I figured
What is it this time, another ‘big conference?’”
“Something like that, he didn’t bother to specify,” Nani spoke with distaste now, making it clear her disapproval over her son’s actions. “All I know is that he’d be gone for a week or two. Seeing as your situation with Parent’s Weekend last year I wanted to take his place for you.” Taking a deep breath her expression melted into something more sympathetic as her hands gave your shoulders a soft squeeze. “I’m sorry, Y/N. I know you were excited.”
“It’s okay, Nani, really
” you mumbled, looking up to meet her gaze, giving her a convincing look as an attempt to soothe both her and yourself. “I’m just happy you’re here. Did you take time off? I thought Galpin had you on patrol like- all the time.”
Nani nodded slightly, her expression brightening as her eyes crinkled she gave a nod. “He’s out for a couple days investigating something on the edge of town. I’m not sure it’s anything that’ll end up being serious, but seeing as I have some free time I wanted to make my way up here.”
She took a breath, pausing before she raised an eyebrow, curious now, as she gave you a little nudge as she asked.
“Now, how’s your wolf coming along? Last I heard you’ve been working on your hunting?”
You felt a small tinge of nerves now, hesitating as you sputtered, “-I-it’s- still going great... hunting-” You didn’t get it, you always faltered talking about your wolf. It felt embarrassing, taboo like you weren’t supposed to mention it. You were still adjusting to it being brought up by your family. “Still getting used to it, I guess-”
Nani seemed a little skeptical now, studying you as she folded her arms, eyeing you not unkindly as she poked, “Y/N, you know I’m not your father. You can share with me about your wolf. I’m here to help you. Better than the werewolf instructors you have here at least.” You let out a small huff of disgust at the mention, nodding in agreement as you grumbled, “All they really talk about is werewolf reproduction in class now
knotting, breeding
it’s like health class back at Woodsmore but worse.”
“Well who knows? That information might come in handy soon.” The second you saw Nani wink you wanted to dig a hole, crawl inside and hide, your shoulders tensing up as your face reddened and you gave an embarrassed, “Nani, you can’t-” Your words were interrupted by a tall presence at your side, and you saw Nani glance away from you as you turned to face none other than Morticia Addams herself, Gomez at her side with a welcoming expression on his face. The goth woman spoke first, a smile gracing her features as she addressed Nani first. “Mrs. Lyall, a pleasure to meet you. I’m Morticia, and this is my husband, Gomez.” Morticia extended her hand to Nani, and you watched, in stunned silence as your grandma shook hands, the two of them both exchanging a welcoming glance as Gomez followed suit, offering a handshake as well. The couple turned to you next, and Morticia’s gaze softened as it fell upon you, her tone now somewhat approving. “And you must be Y/N. I’ve heard much about you from our dear Wednesday. I’m glad to finally have a face to match.” As if in a daze, you felt your throat tighten, your heart racing as your blush deepened and you nodded meekly, shaking her hand that was just as cold as Wednesday’s if not more.
“I’m quite pleased that she’s taken a liking to someone. It’s been quite a while since we’ve seen someone our little raincloud approves of.” Gomez nodded proudly, beaming as he glanced up at his wife. “We’d like to invite the two of you to join our family for the meal.”
You tilted to the side a little as Nani continued the conversation, spotting Wednesday standing beside who you assumed was Pugsley, the latter of which was already gathering a plate of food while Wednesday sat stiffly on the picnic bench, reading a book; at one point her eyes met yours, and you quickly looked back to the conversation, where Nani was already smiling and nodding in agreement with whatever Morticia was saying. You were caught off-guard when Gomez leaned down and gave you a warm nudge to your side, speaking quietly with a small grin. “You seem to have a liking for our little deathday, hm?” You felt your face redden again, and you hesitated only for a moment before giving a small nod, meeting his gaze.
“Well, our Wednesday has quite the particularity for grave-digging, and your werewolf capabilities would serve useful in the task.” He smiled as he took Morticia’s hand, lovingly looking up at her as he sighed, “I remember our first date going similar, don’t you, Tish?”
“Indeed, my dear.” Morticia let out an equally passionate sigh, planting a kiss on her husband’s cheek as she continued, “And what a beautifully terrifying night. I’m sure if done right Wednesday would enjoy something similar.”
You awkwardly scratched your neck, smiling with embarrassment as you mumbled out, feeling all three pairs of eyes watching you, “I-I guess I could try-”
You felt Nani’s warm hand on your back as both of the Addams’ chuckled warmly, Morticia giving you an affectionate smile, “Well I’m sure we’ll be quite pleased to have you. If Pugsley hasn’t gotten the timing wrong then I believe the food is being served, if the two of you would like to join.”
You followed the couple, Nani at your side, towards the reserved table, shouldering your way through students, parents, and siblings scrambling to find seats among the crowd. As you approached the table with the group you saw Wednesday glance up, pausing as she cast a dark glare at Morticia, who ignored it completely, arm in Gomez’s as she took a seat beside him on the opposite of the table. Pugsley already had a plate of food, seated on Wednesday’s other side, and your eyes narrowed as you felt Nani sandwiching you between her and Wednesday as she slid into her seat.
You felt the raven’s cold body heat against yours almost immediately, that of which you were somehow used to at this point; her shoulders tensed slightly and her jaw clenched, but she didn’t move away from you either. Trying not to move too much to bother her, you remained stiff for a moment, your heart still racing as you placed your hands on the table in front of you, eyes resting on the table in front of you as the conversation continued around you about the weather and seasonal events.
“So, Wednesday, how was your beekeeping extracurricular been treating you?” Morticia turned her attention to the raven at your side and you glanced over at her, watching as the goth lifted her chin and spoke evenly as usual.
“The hive has been producing quite well; Eugene expects that we’ll have more for the harvest this year.” Her tone became slightly satisfied as her gaze remained fixed on Morticia, continuing, “The Hummers continues to be one of the more fruitful extracurriculars, as opposed to the less useful ones
”
You already knew she was talking about the Pitch Slaps. It hadn’t been the first time you’d heard the Addams bashing the choir, and to be honest it was kind of amusing to see the rivalry she had created between the two clubs. “I’m quite pleased to hear that, darling. And Y/N, remind me of which extracurricular you participate in?” The attention of the table turned to you as you were addressed, and you hesitated before responding, aware of Wednesday’s eyes now on you. “I’m still working on archery
it’s the only one that really looked interesting to me.” You gave a soft shrug, not mentioning the fact you hadn’t shown up to said club for the past three days. “Nothing too special really. I’ve been focusing with Xavier on art instead-”
“If I remember correctly didn’t you say that Wednesday was giving you fighting lessons?” Nani spoke up with a raised eyebrow, and your eyes widened sensing the surprise in the air as both Gomez and Morticia beamed while Wednesday stiffened slightly beside you. “Well, darling, is this true? We never heard of this
” Morticia smiled, tilting her head slightly as she spoke to Wednesday, who sighed before giving a quick nod.
“Indeed. Y/N and I have been meeting to work on her fighting skills.” The Addams turned slightly to look at you, and you gave a little nod, a small bit of pride working its way into your expression as she continued, “She has been improving, as opposed to when she first approached me.”
“Understatement. I’m doing fantastic. Don’t forget how I almost won last night.” You broke in, shooting her a slightly smug look, just for the fun of teasing her. “It must be my natural talent.” Wednesday gave a roll of her eyes in response, though you could tell it was somewhat lighthearted as she muttered, “I have yet to see you up me in combat.”
“Yeah, yeah, just you wait.” You shrugged, moving back to the plate of food that had been set out for you. The conversation continued, Nani and Gomez having a cheerful discussion over fencing, Wednesday occasionally participating with a nod of agreement here and there.
You took a bite of your food, mostly meats, as usually set out for you, thoughts drifting as the conversation became slightly muddled in your mind, staring off into space as you often did while you ate, focusing on the comforting warmth of your grandma on one side and the cool temperature of Wednesday on the other.
You were broken out of your thoughts when the warmth suddenly disappeared and you looked up, your fork stalling as you saw Nani standing, adjusting her raincoat as she frowned at something on her phone, eyebrows creasing as she glanced from it to you. “Y/N, honey - I have to go.” You felt your heart drop and you shook your head, standing up beside her as you were ushered a ways away from the table, aware of Wednesday’s eyes boring into your back as you did so. You met Nani’s gaze, protesting in confusion as you stuttered, “You just got here, what is it? Did something happen?” “Apparently something’s going on around the edge of town. Galpin found something. I’m not sure what’s happening but I have to be there. I’m sorry, Y/N.” She looked at you with a sympathetic and regretful expression, frowning gently as she sighed, “Just to be safe I need you to stay on Nevermore grounds for a bit, okay? I don’t want you going out there when we’re not sure of all the details. I’ll text you, I promise.” You had your hand gripped onto her raincoat like a needy infant as you followed her through the quad and back into the academy, still protesting, “And you don’t have any more details? You’re just leaving?” You felt a small flare of indignation as you sputtered, tugging on her coat again as she practically dragged you along outside of the academy’s walls and onto the lawn.
“Y/N, trust me when I’ll tell you more as soon as I have more information. All I know is that it’s not safe right now. Nevermore is where you need to stay right now, okay?” Nani turned, pausing in her steps as she turned to face you, placing her hands on your shoulders again as she looked you firmly in the eyes, slightly sympathetic but now more stern as she gave you a gentle squeeze. “Promise me.” “I-I promise
” you mumbled, looking away as you felt disappointment seep back into your tone. “You stay safe too, Nani.” Your grandma nodded, expression softening as she pulled you into a gentle hug, you returning the embrace as you cherished the last of the warm traces of tobacco that clung to her figure. She pressed a soft kiss to your head, humming, “I love you, Y/N. I’ll text you as soon as I can.” Stepping out of the embrace, you watched as Nani strode off, down the main steps and towards where her patrol car was parked, sliding into the driver's seat and bringing the engine to life as she drove down the main driveway, disappearing into the twisted road hidden behind the woods, the sound of tires squealing against wet pavement fading off.
You stood there for a moment, the air now silent, a stark contrast to the busy quad you had stood in just minutes before. The adrenaline wore off quickly, and your heart rate slowed as you slowly moved to sit down on the wet grass, ignoring the dampness already seeping into your uniform, hands moving idly at the tie around your neck.
You didn’t know how long you had been sitting there until you heard a quiet voice speak behind you. “Y/N.”
You didn’t need to turn around to identify who it was. You heaved a soft sigh, still staring out at the long empty road before you as soft gales pulled at your neatly combed hair, returning it to its slightly messy state. Still absentmindedly fiddling with your tie, you mumbled,
“What do you want?”
Her boots were suddenly beside you; she was standing at your side, looking down at you. You didn’t meet her eyes as she spoke, eyebrows furrowing slightly. “I’d like to extend an invitation for you to spend the day with my family.” She paused, looking out over the woods as she added, a little bit quieter. “That is if you wish to, of course. I’m sure Enid’s brothers would be lucky to have you if not.”
You gave another quiet sigh, looking down at the grass for a moment as a soft bit of comfort melted upon you; at least you had someone to spend your day with. Hauling yourself to your feet, you slowly lifted your chin, looking at her at last. Her eyes were dark, freckled nose just slightly scrunched as she met your gaze.
“Thank you.”

PARANOID.
wednesday addams x fem!reader
summary: wednesday becomes what one would call "jealous" and the only way to get her to stop is through confession.
warnings: none.
word amount: 2300+
a/n: this is a rewrite of my old wednesday fic "jealousy doesn't suit me well" (old version now archived)
Tumblr media
Ajax, a gorgon boy, was somebody that you considered your best friend. He was one, if not the most energetic person you’ve met beside Enid. You loved him dearly, seeing as he was the only person willing to even sit next to you in class when you first started at Nevermore, and your friendship with him quickly grew.
In present time, you hung out with a newcomer in the same year as you, a deathly Wednesday Addams, more than you hung out with Ajax. He understood well, seeing as your crush on the monotone girl grew like wildfire and he was distancing himself from you too, finding his time consumed by day-to-day dealing with his own crush.
A nice, peculiar girl by the name of Enid Sinclair, but God, did she have to annoy you that much? You knew she only ever meant well, so you tolerated her for the sake of Wednesday and Ajax.
As the months drew closer to summer, you made a pact with the gorgon that you would hang out with him a lot more for the sake of friendship, homework, and crushes. That put a toll on Enid, constantly being cornered by the girl and swearing to make pinky promises that you weren’t sneakily getting with him, which you mentally gagged at the thought of.
He was a nice guy. Well groomed, kind-hearted, intelligent, and attractive, but he just wasn’t for you. After all, your eyes grew into hearts only for one psychotic goth girl.
On the topic of her, your constant hanging out didn’t only affect Enid, but Wednesday too, the girl seemingly more sullen and dead-eyed when you’d drop by her dorm to say goodnight after spending the entire day with Ajax. She constantly bombared you with questions

“Where were you?”
“Were you alone with him?”
“Why do you feel the need to constantly be in his presence?”
And every time, you’d give her the same answer.
“I can’t tell you.”
That wasn’t a lie, you genuinely couldn’t for the life of your own sanity and Ajax’s. She’d shut up after your responses, to your surprise, and give you a small goodbye before shutting the door in your face.
You felt bad, and you’d only hope your plan would work out in the end. Your shreds of hope being thin didn’t ever help your nerves as the days passed by like television calendar montages, paper after paper being discarded because you just couldn’t form your emotions right.
In the present timeline, your head was lulled down as you made your way through the halls of Ophelia, walking down the pathway mindlessly with your feet stuttering a bit as if you were a drunkard. Your hand rummaged in your pants, desperately trying to get a grip on the slippery key, and you shut your eyes in contentment when you pulled the metallic object out of your pocket.
“Finally.” A mutter was vocalized from nobody but you, rubbing your eyes with your other hand from your need for rest as you trudged up to your dorm room door, the space empty as your former roommate had recently faced expulsion for a reason that was still classified as unknown. You shoved the key into the lock with might, hand clasping over your mouth as you let out a deep yawn, feet stuttering once more into the room.
You were tired, but even saying that was an understatement. You felt close to death, your classes taking their normal toll on you, and you knew you shouldn’t have agreed to help Eugene get his bees in control at the tiring hour of 5:30 a.m. It had been nineteen hours since you had awakened, and last time you checked, that wasn’t a good thing in your books.
The bright lights lit up the room immediately after flipping the switch, verbally groaning, and shutting your eyes as you walked further into the room. You soon faced your closet, squinting your eyes as you searched for a fresh pair of pajamas, but your eyes flew open, and you let out a small yelp at the voice coming from the other side of the room.
“Back so late?”
“Fuck, Wednesday!” You jumped, your hands flying to your chest in an attempt to calm your breathing. Through your widened eyes, you noticed the girl sitting on your former roommate's bed, hands intertwined and set on her lap, her posture straight, and her eyes bored into your figure. “You are aware it’s midnight, right? What’re you doing here?”
“I could only presume you were aware of the time too.” Wednesday stood up, her posture still straight, and she walked toward your study desk, fixing up the mess that consisted of pencils and papers strewn out. “Curfew was two hours ago.”
You grabbed a plain black shirt from your closet, turning to give her a quick ‘really?’ look. “Yes, because I bet you care so much about curfew. Need I remind you of the times you forced me to break the rules last year?” The gothic girl didn’t reply, shuffling your papers into one thick stack.
“It was for commendatory reasoning. I know nothing about your trips; carry on the fact that you prefer to keep them private, but I can assure myself that what it is that you’re breaking curfew for isn’t an adequate reason.” She spoke calmly, well-paced, and formally; you could only mentally snarl at her quick-wittedness.
You moved to your drawers, pulling out the first pair of shorts that revealed themselves. Wednesday faced you now, her eyes never leaving your figure as she awaited a response from you. Her eyes were filled with their normal sense of death and destruction, but almost had a small glint of
 sadness?
“And yet,” you started off, shutting the drawer closed and throwing the clothes on your bed, “here you are, in my dorm instead of yours. If you’re going to berate me for rebelling against a simple curfew, at least don’t be a hypocrite about it.”
“What were you doing today?” She disregarded your words; her body leaned against your study desk, and your head turned to face her, eyes unconsciously raking over her body from her shoulders to her legs. “It’s like you want to hear the same answer every time.”
“I’d rather not.” She pushed herself off your desk, the lingering of your eyes over her body not going unnoticed, a small smirk begging to form against her lips. “I was hoping to get a different answer from you—the truthful one, you could call it.”
“The truthful one?” You questioned. She did a curt nod, her bangs jumping slightly from the movement. “Fine. I went to SĂ©ance Society at 1:30, Archery Club at 2:30, and then Ajax and I went into town. We stopped at the Weathervane for coffee and to do homework, then we walked around before we went to a corner store to buy snacks. We waddled all the way back to the school grounds, and here I am.”
At the end of your sentence, you pointed to your shoes, marking your location. Wednesday only sucked her teeth, taking a step forward before crossing her arms. “And?”
Your lips thinned, with dimples popping out at the action, and you tried your hardest not to create an outburst. You questioned how you'd managed to develop a crush on her when she drives you crazy. “That’s it. Why do you care so much?”
Wednesday’s expression didn’t change, but she was having a mental battle with figuring out an excuse to say that would sound like her. “You are my friend, and I care about my friends.” That didn’t sound like her at all. “I must know your whereabouts at all times for your safety.”
“Bullshit.” You stated, your gaze now fixed on her. “You wouldn’t ever admit that, meaning that those words were an on-the-spot lie-”
“Well, we’re not on the topic of me right now.” She interrupted, annoyance lacing her voice at your accusations—your true accusations. “We’re conversing about you and your secrecy. Tell me what you do with him; I’m not asking anymore.”
Your eyebrows furrowed, and you let out an agitated huff at her sternness. Your mind was in a battle, deciding whether today was the day or if you should just tell her half the truth. Would Ajax kill you? Maybe, but your confidence was at an all-time low, and you had no other options.
“Ajax’s been discussing with me a... uhm, sort of... plan about Enid. Ajax has a crush on her, and we’ve been figuring out a way for him to, er, confess his feelings to her so they can date. Yeah
”
God, did you suck at lying, and Wednesday could see right through you. She advanced toward you this time, and from the distance between the two of you, you could see the mixed emotions welling up in her gaze. “What else?”
“Wh-that’s it, Wednesday. I swear-”
“But your swears mean nothing.” Ouch. “You couldn’t hold eye contact with me; your words were faltering; your fingers were itching at your arm; and your voice was half an octave higher. I firmly believe you are truthful in your speech about Ajax and Enid, but you’re lying to me about it being the whole truth.”
You gulped, your brain shredding under her gaze, and you thought hard. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5-
“Fine!” You huffed, stomping to the front door and crouching down to pick up the bag that you left. Wednesday would rather die than admit that she mentally flinched at your tone, watching as you ruffled around in the bag before pulling out a journal.
“Now is not the time to ask for my help on your homework, (Y/L/N).” You shook your head at her words, walking back to where you stood before and opening up the journal on a random page. Inside that page was a folded piece of paper, and your fingers twitched as you went to pick it up.
To say your nerves were at their peak would be a trivialization when you looked up and saw Wednesday standing directly in front of you, staring at you with narrowed eyes. You drew your hand out in her direction, silently telling her to take the paper, which she did not. “What is that?”
“Read it and find out. Not today, though! Tomorrow seems like a goo-” Wednesday took the paper, carelessly opening it, and her eyebrows scrunched when she saw how much was written. She looked up at you with curious eyes, not preparing to be outside your dorm room with the door slammed in her face a couple of seconds later.
You sank into the door, hands over your face, and you screamed, the sounds of embarrassment muffled. “Oh my god, oh my god, oh my god!” You repeated, bolting away from the door, settling into your chair, and gasping for air. You sat there for about thirty seconds, though it felt like hours, when a knock was placed on the door.
"Y/N, open the door," Your ears pick up Wednesday's voice, which is quieter than you anticipated and infused with a rare warmth. She sounded sincere rather than irritated or sarcastic.
You took a deep breath, getting up from your chair and going to unlock the door while swallowing your anxiety and peering out to see Wednesday's frustrated expression.
"Look, I know this is unexpected," you started in a voice that was shaking. ”However, what I stated in that letter is real. Wednesday, I've liked you for a while.”
It was like a major weight was taken off of your shoulders. You had finally confessed to the girl you’d been chasing for over a year, and you watched a battle happen through her eyes, multiple emotions mixed in her mind and overdosing her brain.
There’s a slight shift in Wednesday's mood, and you can see the turmoil in her eyes. "I do not understand why you would think that about me. I'm not exactly the easiest person to be around," she acknowledged, her tone containing a hint of vulnerability. Your eyes softened at her words, a pang of sympathy coursing through you for the girl.
She had been so despised, so targeted, even if most of it was her fault, that it broke her down — broke her mindset down into believing that she was unlovable, even by her friends.
You take a step forward, your attention fixed on her. "You may not realize it, Wednesday, but you are incredible. You're powerful and unique, and I respect how you remain loyal to yourself regardless of what people say. Your willingness to go against standards intrigues me."
Her usually stoic face shows a small crack, a glimpse of uncertainty. "I've never been in a situation like this," she confessed quietly. You found that hard to believe; the beauty of the girl was something you drowned in most days, but you knew that it was the truth because people were afraid of her. Never you, though.
With a gentle smile, you say, "Me neither, but that's okay. If you let me, we can figure it out together."
Wednesday keeps silent for a second before taking a cautious step closer to you. "You make me feel... different, too," she confesses, carefully choosing her words. You clench your jaw to fight off the large grin that threatens to form on your face, and your heartbeat remained fast-paced, but for a different reason this time.
You reach out, taking her hand with caution in your movement. You didn’t want to make her uncomfortable in anyway, but she reassured you when she gave your hand a light squeeze. “We don’t have to figure out anything right now. Consider this
confession?” You gave her a small smile, and it grew wider when your eyes fell on the corners of her lips, watching them twitch into the smallest smile.
“Confession.”
