The darkening skies had you on edge as you walked along the sidewalk.
The presence of Wednesday at your side was starting to become surprisingly familiar as she strode beside you, her pale, well manicured fingers gripping the straps of her backpack rather tightly as her deadpan expression remained focused straight ahead. It was starting to become quite comforting.
The two of you were in town for different reasons; Wednesday specifically wanted to visit the hunting store to look over the recent customers to add to her evidence board, and while you of course were devoted to the case the two of you were engaged in, you were in town for an alternate purpose; supplements.
Not that you found anything wrong with your wolf, merely because you preferred not to spend full moons in the lupine cages. Your most recent prescription had unfortunately been completed right before the full moon; about two days away from now. All you had to do was show your prescription to the outcast doctor and be on your way.
“This way.” A slight nudge on your arm tugged you from your thoughts as you glanced over to see Wednesday turning the corner, barely slowing down as she pointed out without even sparing you a glance. “You’re nervous.”
You scurried back to her side, unable to resist a soft roll of your eyes as you mumbled, “it’s a perfectly normal phobia.”
“I’d hardly label the fear of rain as rational.” Wednesday remarked, shooting you a look as her boots clomped along the sidewalk, a rhythm you repeated with your fingers against your side. “Perhaps some therapy would do you good.”
“Oh and where did that get you?” You retort hotly as her glare darkens. “I’d rather not look for psychological help in a town that’s known for murders. I’m already breaking the rules enough being out here.”
“It’s merely a medical trip for you. Consider it that way if you prefer a clean conscience.” Wednesday almost shrugged, pausing abruptly and causing you to stumble, nearly bumping into her in the process. “I’ll meet you back here once I’m done.”
“It’s a pharmacy, not a drop-off center” you grumbled under your breath as you stepped into the building, the warm heat welcoming you as opposed to the cold outside. You turned and watched as Wednesday walked off in the direction of the hunting store.
Approaching the counter you instantly recognized Dr. Kennedy, the same man who’d started to become familiar with your occasional visits.
“Ah, Y/N. Welcome back.” The man smiled over his glasses with a warm expression, placing his clipboard down as he approached the other side of the counter to meet you. “How’s life at Nevermore treating you? I didn’t think any students would make it to town with the storm on the way.”
You felt yourself pale slightly at the mention of the storm before responding, putting on a smile to match his. Although you were never very particular about doctors, Dr Kennedy did a decent job at making you feel welcomed in a town like Jericho. It only made sense, seeing as his business catered specially to outcasts. It was lucky that Nevermore had a medical supplier so close to the school anyways.
“Nothing out of the ordinary, honestly; it’s a little chilly but nothing I can’t handle.” You paused before pulling your crumpled prescription from your jacket pocket, slipping it onto the counter for him to see. “I was looking for a refill on my supplements.”
Dr Kennedy adjusted his glasses down the bridge of his nose slightly as he took the paper into his palm, rereading the words. Taking a pen in his palm he re-signed it, turning into the back room as he spoke.
“You're quite lucky you got here in time, Y/N. Our shipment of lupine suppressants came unusually late and with a lot less too; apparently the pharmacist up in Vermont had to deal with some sort of robbery at his place.”
He returned a few moments later with the usual brown paper bag, sliding it over the counter to you as he leant on his elbows, continuing.
“I hear pharmacies aren’t doing too well nowadays. Or at least around here, they’re not.”
You frowned slightly as you reached for the bag, double checking as usual that it was the correct bottle. Spotting the ever familiar green label you stuffed it into your pocket.
“There must be some sort of shortage wherever they’re growing or manufacturing these… probably nothing bad.” You shrugged, not taking notice of Dr Kennedy’s skeptical expression. “Thanks for the pills, Doctor. I appreciate it.”
The man nodded softly and smiled warmly; “good luck, Y/N. I assume you’ll see me in a month or two.” With that he disappeared back into the back room.
You stepped out of the building, looking up at the darkened skies; a low rumble of thunder met your glance, making your skin crawl. Yes, Wednesday had specifically instructed you to wait here until she returned, but there was no way in hell you’d be caught in the rain; besides, she wasn’t in charge of you, was she?
There was a brief moment of hesitation but when you felt a light sprinkle on your shoulder you flinched and immediately made a beeline for the hunting store.
The doorbells clanging over the door announced your arrival to everyone inside and you felt yourself grimace in disgust at the sight of all the different rifles and guns mounted upon the wall, distaste lingering in your mouth. Fortunately there weren’t that many customers; the occasional fisherman here and there but otherwise it was surprisingly peaceful for a hunting store.
As you walked through the stand of furred hats you spotted Wednesday at the counter, speaking with the cashier; a man wearing a Bulls baseball cap and a torn leather jacket. You watched as the raven spoke, recognizing the slight look of impatience in her eye you’d become familiar with lately. Clearly the man’s attitude wasn’t one she was happy with.
“-listen, Miss, I’d love to help you, I really would, but the data we track from our customers is private. We don’t just give it out to anyone, y’know.”
You watched as Wednesday’s grip tightened slightly on her backpack straps as she spoke through slightly gritted teeth.
“My motives are in the pursuit of the school's safety; you’re willing to risk that in order to protect a store policy?”
“Just because Jericho and Nevermore are on decent terms doesn’t mean we’re responsible for each other.” The man frowned slightly as if in slight distaste as he met Wednesday’s glare. “And all that shit that went down last year with the Hyde is over. I highly doubt the safety of the school is at risk.”
“Then explain where the deputies are right now.”
Wednesday folded her arms, her gaze darkening as the man sighed.
“I don’t know everything that goes on in this town, kid. It’s probably just another bear attack up north.”
“How ironic,” you caught Wednesday mutter under her breath as he continued.
“You’re just a high schooler. Even if Nevermore is in danger like you said, I’m not giving just any goth who walks into my store important information. So unless you’re planning on buying something you can leave.”
You weren’t surprised when Wednesday slid a knife across the counter without a moment’s hesitation; the blade was short and straight with a nicked top that looked quite sharp; the handle was a deep black, with silver hints down the sides, making for a tasteful choice of knife. Of course she had good taste in knives.
“I can make it worth your while.”
The raven held up a small stack of bills she had retrieved from her backpack, raising an eyebrow at the employee. He eyed the money for a moment, his eyes narrowing before folding his arms and scoffing.
“I don’t do bribes, kid. Just buy the knife and get out of here.”
Jaw clenched, Wednesday thumbed a bill from the stack and handed it over, placing the rest in her backpack as she took the knife and slid it into her jacket pocket, not bothering to say goodbye as she headed out.
“You’re dreadful at hiding.” Her voice startled you as she paused in front of you, an eyebrow raised. “You’d think a wolf would have a better sense at subtelty.”
“You’d be surprised.” You gave a soft grin of your own as you folded your arms, glancing at the man who was now watching the two of you with a distasteful expression, eyes narrowed as he examined you closely. “Let’s get out of here.”
The two of you were at the door when you were stopped by a hand on your shoulder and you froze, eyes narrowing as you slowly turned on your heel.
“I recognize you.”
“Don’t touch her.” Wednesday shouldered you aside somewhat roughly, but you didn’t mind, you were too busy glaring at the man as you retorted
“Leave us alone. You said you wanted us gone, didn’t you?”
“Yeah, whatever.” He waved dismissively, removing his hand at the sight of Wednesday’s death stare. “But you’re that Lyall kid, right? The one from Vermont?”
“What’s it to you?” You frowned, suddenly hyper aware of Wednesday’s cold hand on your wrist.
“I’d be willing to give that intel your girl was looking for in exchange for some information. I mean, you’re famous after all, aren't you?”
“She’s not my- my-“ you stuttered dumbly as you felt yourself blush slightly, Wednesday’s eyes on you as you fought for words. “I’m not famous, you’ve got the wrong person.”
The guy frowned slightly, examining you for a moment until eventually muttering something under his breath, “not worth it”. Turning on his heel he started to head back to the counter, but Wednesday stepped forward quickly, gripping his jacket tightly in one hand as the other bore the knife she’d just purchased, pointed at his neck.
“If you want to keep your head attached to your body I’d suggest staying away from us.”
Your eyes widened slightly as the man’s eyes widened in shock and slight fear as he gave what little of a nod he could until the raven stepped back, folding the knife in disgust and putting it away as she turned back to you.
“Let’s go.”
-
By the time you and Wednesday had returned to Nevermore a good rain was already falling, the rumbles of thunder now more pronounced through the school’s walls. If not for the umbrella Wednesday had brought just in case you would’ve been soaked.
“That was a waste of time,” you grumbled as you followed her into the dorm the Addams shared with Enid. “Other than my suppressants we got nothing.”
“Not necessarily.” Wednesday pulled her jacket aside, hanging it over the side of her bed as she faced the recently set up investigation board by the window. Thing scuttled out from her bag, perching himself atop the board; in his fingers he held a pair of keys.
A wild grin burst upon your face as you held out your hand and Thing tossed you the keys, speaking with excitement “how the hell did you get these without being seen?”
“Simple diversion. I would’ve thought you’d learned a bit more after all this time.” Wednesday gave a little roll of her eyes as she examined the board; there wasn’t much on it; a map of the woods, a diagram of a shotgun, and a couple receipts. “Tonight would be more than a sufficient time to break in.”
You started to respond with a grin until a crackle of thunder split through the dorm, sending a chill down your spine, fingers tightly gripping the edges of your jacket. Wednesday clearly noticed, as something akin to a frown flashed across her face.
“I still don’t understand how you can fear such a beautifully gloomy sound. Just because it is meant to instill fear does not mean you have to be afraid.” The Addams paced across the room, until she was facing you directly, her dark stare flitting over your shaking form. God you hated the fact that you were shaking. “What will it take for me to get your pitiful shaking to stop?”
You fought for words, at a loss for what to say. You’d never been asked that before. You didn’t notice the way Wednesday’s gaze softened just ever so softly; the way her furrowed eyebrows lifted slightly and her chocolate-toned eyes met you.
You had no clue what she was thinking.
For Wednesday she was left utterly confused at the muddled mess of disgusting feelings sitting in her stomach like a pile of rot. The Addams had no clue how to handle them, especially since she had such a lack of experience with… emotion. You must have cursed her… at this point she was positive that you were the one making her cup your chin, your skin ever so warm on her cool hand as she lifted your head so that you met her gaze. Her usually confident and sure footed mind was left scrambling to remember all do Enid’s advice on comfort.
“If it will get you to stop quaking like a frightened puppy I will allow you to reside on my bed.” Wednesday paused, before her eyebrows furrowed. “Don’t stain anything or I will kick you out.”
The way your eyes faintly brightened made her heart twist; oh god, you weakened her. She most certainly despised you. Another boom of thunder seemed to end any hesitation you might’ve had as the raven watched you scramble for her bed.
Glancing over at the investigation board she spotted Thing, cutting off his tapping as she gritted her teeth - “not. A. Word.”
A quick look back over at the bed confirmed your still shaking form. You were just sitting there, stiff and awkward on the edge of the mattress. Wednesday couldn’t help rolling her eyes as she strode towards her cello case, kneeling down as she muttered, “one could easily think you were a corpse.”
“I’m getting comfortable.” You defended hotly, clearly a little embarrassed. She decided not to mention it, merely pulling her beloved instrument from its casing; settling herself atop her chair she pulled the cello in front of her carefully, tuning it.
“You’re going to play for me?”
Wednesday halted, her fingers freezing momentarily over the knobs as she slowly looked over at you, her eyebrows furrowing. “Of course not. Your phobia of the rain just happened to interfere with my playing time.” She turned back to the pegbox, giving one of the pegs the slightest of adjustments before picking up her bow. She didn’t need sheet music to play the song she desired.
Her bow pulled across the strings as her fingers maneuvered the fingerboard. The haunting melody of “Cello Sonata in D Minor, Op.40” began to fill the room, a deep sense of satisfaction stirring within her as the piece unfolded.
Halfway through the song she noticed you’d fallen asleep, draped in a slightly uncomfortable position over the foot of her bed. Sighing, she reluctantly put down the instrument, standing to step over to the bed.
You didn’t even rouse when she draped a blanket over you.
She was unconscious of the fact that she played her cello just ever so slightly softer when she returned.

Revenge is so Sweet (Part 3)
Wednesday Addams x reader
Warnings: blood, violence, reader being weird/dangerous, werewolf shit, swearing (and more?)
What triggers your wolf, is not what anyone expected.
You pound at the tree, knuckles almost aching as you punch the wood. Leaving a fist sized hole halfway through it. It had taken you barley anytime to do so, your new crossbreed strength greatly assisting your effort.
“Is there a reason you are destroying yet another Oak?”
A monotone voice behind you asks. You know who it is, your friend and crush. Wednesday Addams. She was no doubt staring at the other two trees you had already knocked down with your bare hands. By the sounds of the snapping in front of you, there was about to be a third.
“Do I need a reason?”
You asked, the overwhelming emotions you had felt a while ago growing as numb as your knuckles. You don’t hear Wednesday, until she is right in front of you, grasping your hands with terrifying strength for a young girl so small.
“You need to get your act together.”
“Easier said then done.”
You hiss snatching your hands away, backing away from the girl. You watch as the mutilated trunk gives way. causing it fall away from the both of you.
”How did you know I was here?”
You question, ignoring the echoing crash as the tree hit the dry ground. “You always come here after a nightmare.”
She responds calmly, watching as you turn away with a slight huff.
“Is there a reason you followed me out here?”
You ask wiping the dirt and bits of blood off the back of your hand. You grab your new blazer off the ground, the Nevermore logo gleaming up at you in the morning sun.
“Enid wants to meet the both of us in Jericho.”
“I’ll meet you there then”
You mutter and walk away, leaving Wednesday where you left her.
———————————————————————
You hadn’t stepped foot in the town since you were released from hospital. You had confined yourself to both your dorm room and the woods. You were never one to enjoy silence, but now it was something your cherished.
Walking into town alongside a werewolf and a psychic was something you did nearly everyday when you were human. You had never truly noticed the looks they got.
But now you were wrapped in the revealing blue uniform.
The stares were twisted with hatred, people you once knew so well now turned to whoever was next to them, muttering your name with a forked tongue.
“Hey Y/n!”
Someone shouted, you recognised the voice and immediately spun on your heel to be face to face with your old friends, Nat and Jamie.
“Hey.”
You smiled nervously, afraid of the little comments that people whispered all around you.
“Thought you were dead! When did you come out of hospital.”
Nat asked, Enid and Wednesday both notices the way her words were spoken as if her dreams had been crushed. You tried to ignore it.
“And it’s taken you this long to come back?”
James asks you, his words laced with poorly hidden venom. Wednesday takes a step forward, preparing to tear the boys throat out. A grin spread along their faces as you stammered slightly
“Y-yeah. I needed time to settle at Nevermore.”
“And how is it there?”
Nat asks, a devious glint in her eye.
“I mean, now your a Freak like your bitch of a girlfriend.”
It was a punch to the gut, the way they insulted you like they hadn’t known your for years before. The way they stared with the same hatred as everyone else. Yet what was worse, was the way they addressed Wednesday. The way they insulted Wednesday.
your Wednesday
Your heart pounds against your chest and an unfamiliar aching burns around your body. Your teeth throb, as if they were growing, curving into something monstrous.
“Watch it.”
You growl, but the words don’t seem to belong to you. They are spoken with an animalistic gruffness that makes Nat flinch back and James’ grin falter. Enid grabs your arm, sending a fake smile towards the two Normies before pulling you away.
“Breath Y/n, in and out through your mouth.”
You do as your told, slightly comforted by the grim images Wednesday describes. Enid’s familiar werewolf scent calms you slowly and she squeezes your arm, guiding you to the Weathervane while you slowly quiet the pounding of your heart. Once inside, Wednesday sits you down in a booth and leaves with Enid to the front counter. You can hear your name passed between them, no doubt worried you might shift for the first time.
You lean your head against the back of the soft chair, closing your eyes for a moment as the sound of the busy Cafe fills your ears. It’s almost comforting, the chattering and low buzzing of the coffee machines. You feel the ache slowly subside as your two (Ex) friends leave your mind.
“Well well.”
Laughs a voice behind you. A couple of low chuckles following the words.
“Looks like we have a new monster in town!”
You eyes snap open as your met with the tormentors of Jericho, the three boys who make Nevermore Students hate themselves and their kind. Out of the corner of your eye, you see Wednesday place her cups of coffee on the counter and Enid begging her to stay out of it.
“Not going to say anything Bitch?”
One of the boys laughs, his face up into yours as you try your hardest not to beat the grin off his face.
“I don’t need this right now.”
You mutter, standing to leave. One of the boys grabs you by the scruff of your shirt, his lips growing into a wicked smile.
“That’s exactly the sort of thing Tyler used to tell us, and we all know what a monster he was. “
“Do not compare her to that Killer!”
Wednesday states, causing the boys to spin around. Her face is calm, but her eyes stare into the boys soul. No doubt already figuring out a way to tear their hearts out.
“You? YOU! Are calling him a killer?”
One of the boys spoke up, obviously numb enough to forget the last time they had faced off against Wednesday. He chuckles, taking a step closer as his mate releasing your shirt.
“Because- if I got this correct. He was the one to stick his tongue down your throat. “
The boys laugh and Wednesdays jaw clenches, her eyes darkening further. Your hearts began to pound again, teeth and now your nails aching and growing into something unfamiliar.
“What? Are we wrong? You were the one to practically suck the blood off his tongue, right?”
One of the others laughs, taking another step closer so he stood beside his friend. Your began to heave, lungs feeling impossibly tight and yet like they would leap out of your chest.
Enid is at your side in a second, face in front of yours, attempting to calm your heavy breaths. The boys all turn, fear in two of their eyes. And yet, one of them seeks to win the one sided fight. And he goes and says the one thing that makes you snap.
“What? Getting upset because your crush hooked up with that murderer, that whore.”
and he pulls the trigger.
You scream as your spine snaps, falling to the floor as the cracks of your bones echoes about the cafe. The boys begin to back away as Wednesday darts to your side.
“Y/n, listen to me, breath. Ignore them. Just-“
You roar, pushing her carelessly to the side as your sight is tinted red. All you can see is the boys and all you want is revenge. For everything they have put people through. For what they put you through. For the things they said about Wednesday
Your pouncing on the boys before anyone could stop you.

hello!!! i was wondering if you could write a xavier thorpe x reader where she’s having an awful day and it’s evident in the look on her face and the way her body moves while she’s walking towards xavier and they end up cuddling and it’s just comforting and cute??
i hope this makes sense!! i love ur writing!
true blood
summary | after receiving news that your parents aren't coming family weekend, your thrown into an awful mood for the rest of the day
pairing | xavier thorpe x fem!reader
warning | angst, fluff ending, absent parents, ajax's parents but the best
word count | 1.0k
Just staring at your phone, you re-read the text message over and over again.
“Your father and I need to help a pack in the mountains and can’t make it tomorrow, maybe next year.”
For years, you seeked some sort of validation from your parents, just something that would give you their attention just for a second. The pack was put they cared about, and though you shifted, you were an omega in a family of alphas.
Not wanting to bear the burden and have the news spread, they sent to Nevermore as fast as they could, and you were happy you could be away from them, but seeing how all the students became excited that their families are coming, it made it worse for you.
You barely slept that night, tossing and turning, truly wondering if they were up in the mountains or if they couldn’t bear the shame of their daughter and pretended she didn’t exist. As the sun rose, you stayed in bed as long as you could before needing to get up and eat and get ready for the day.
Walking out onto the balcony that gazed into the quad, there were families already there. You leaned against the railing, seeing students hugging their families, pulling them into a school to show them around.
“Surprised you aren’t down there already, need another minute before going down to the wolves.” Xavier came next to you, copying your position, turning his head towards you. Because of the late text, you hadn’t told Xavier they weren’t coming yet.
“A pack was in need of help last night.” You started, Xavier didn’t need for you to finish, knowing where it was going to end. “And you know them.”
Xavier didn’t say anything, scooting closer towards you, wrapping his arm around your shoulder, pulling you into him. Kissing your forehead softly, he rested his head on yours.
“You know Ajax’s parents are more than happy to have us.” He smiled, “They love you like a daughter.”
Since starting at Nevermore, neither Xavier’s father nor your parents had ever come to visit and Ajax’s parents made it known that the two of you were always welcome with them.
“We can spend the day together and have dinner with them later, how does that sound?” He tried to lighten the mood. Xavier accepted that his dad wasn’t a part of his life but he remembered how it was during the beginning, and it was exactly how you were now.
You were happy that Xavier was able to distract you during the day, making it almost seem like everything was perfectly okay. Spending most of the day in his art shed, Xavier lets you take your stress out.
Before meeting Xavier, you never were an artist and you still aren’t to this day but Xavier constantly brought you here to teach you.
Xavier worked on his own painting, listening as you spoke about your parents.
“Like, I get that I’m not your favorite child, but god, how hard it is to take two days off to come visit!” You exclaimed. “Is it because I’m not an alpha, it’s not like I chose to be this way, I would change if I could.”
“Don’t say that.” Xavier finally expressed his feelings, frowning, “You don’t need to change to conform to what they want.”
Standing from his stool, he made his way over towards, standing behind you, his hands wrapped around your shoulders, squeezing them softly.
“I just want them to be proud of me, just for once.” You whispered softly, setting down your paints.
Xavier wrapped his around your torso, pulling you into him, your head resting against his chest, you felt tears forming in your eyes, letting out a quiet sob.
His arms still around you, Xavier held you quietly, letting you cry while rubbing his hand up and down your back. Your face was still flush to his shirt, one that was probably covered in tears by now.
As your sobs softened, Xavier pulled you from him, wiping away the rest of your tears with his thumb.
“You okay?” He asked softly.
“Yeah, but dying to get that out.” You sent him a small smile. “Thank you.”
-
Sitting in the quad with Ajax’s family made your day a little less depressing. The five of you sat around the table, all conversing about the school year.
“So Y/n,” Ajax’s mom started, “Ajax told me that you and Xavier are now together.”
You choked on your piece of steak, coughing. Xavier’s eyes were wide, turning to look at his friend.
“Mom!” Ajax gasped.
“No, it’s alright, I wasn't expecting that, but yes we are.” You confirmed. Watching as his mom turned gleeful, spewing all sorts of congratulations to the two of you, you just wished your parents could have an ounce of her happiness.
“Oh that’s just wonderful.” She cooed, “You two must come to visit over the break.”
“Mrs. Petropolus, that’s too much.” You shook your head.
“We insist.” Mr. Petropolus added. “We loved to have you.”
You knew that if you spoke, your voice would hardly be there and you didn’t want to cry in front of them. “Thank you, really, thank you.”
“Of course sweetheart, you’re family to us.”
-
As night started to turn in, you and Xavier used his single room to your advantage, laying in his bed together.
Sitting against his headboard, Xavier sat up slightly with your head resting just below his chin, your legs tangled in his.
One arm was wrapped around your waist, while the other sat on top of his chest with yours. Playing with his fingers, you sighed softly, looking up at your boyfriend.
“I’m lucky to have you.”
“I know.” He smirked, “I get told that everyday.”
You rolled your eyes, smacking his chest playfully. “I’m being serious, Xavi.”
“I think that I was one who is.” He confessed, “I get to be with you everyday.”
“You’re a sap, you know.” You smiled.
“I know.” He reciprocated your smile, “I got the best thing right in front of me.”

Your breathing is soft, exhilarated, creating little puffs of steam in the cold night air. A shiver runs down your spine, out of excitement or nerves, you’re not really sure.
You two have an agreement that on rut nights, he has full consent to use you however he wants or needs to. He tells you what he needs from you on a particular night and you give it to him willingly, whether it's being tied up on the bed down in the basement or up at his remote mountain cabin.
His absolute favorite thing, however, is when he gets to hunt you. Which is why you’re currently standing behind a big pine tree, trying to steady your breathing.
By now you’ve nearly perfected the art of giving Flip a good chase, having been with him for almost six years. And tonight is an extra special full moon because you’re ovulating, which gives Flip the ultimate prize in his werewolf brain: the chance to breed you.
He looks up at the full moon with his golden eyes, knowing it’s time to hunt, he lifts his snout eagerly.
Almost instantly, he picks up traces of your scent and his paws thud against the earth as he runs into the thick Colorado wilderness. He can already feel that this is one of his more mild ruts, but he's still just as desperate and tuned-in regardless.
Flip slows down and sniffs the air again, knowing that he's close. You can feel him nearby, sticks snapping and leaves crunching under his large paws.
You sneak a look around the tree and he doesn't seem to notice, so you quickly attempt to sneak to another tree. But of course, his head whips over and you freeze, then take off running.
He feels the familiar tingle of his primal hunting instinct creeping up through his body, but he still gives you a head start before taking off in your direction, eyes beginning to turn black with desire.
Your breathing is heavy as you sprint away from Flip, trying to give him a good chase. He growls softly out of sheer thrill and quickly dips to the side to run around you, then stands proudly. You come to a screeching halt.
Strands of drool hang from his jowls as he takes a step forward, then another, piercing you with his lustful stare. You let out a shaky breath and step back, not actually afraid but acting so anyway.
"Please don't hurt me," you say softly, eyes flickering down to his hard member for just a moment.
He grunts when he notices your quick downward look and stands a bit taller, eager to present himself to you.
"I have something else in mind," he says in his deep, gruff voice. "If you do your job correctly, then it should be pleasurable for both of us."
You bite your lip as he steps forward again, sniffing the air.
"You smell especially good tonight, little girl. I could smell your ripe, fertile pussy from back at the house. You're so ready to be bred."
"I don't--"
"Run," he says, interrupting you. "If I catch you, you're mine."
Immediately, you take off again and he gives you a moment before taking three long strides, catching you and causing you to fall over. He quickly catches you with a clawed paw, though.
He brings his mouth down to your ear as he lowers you to the ground.
"I got you," he says. "And now, I get to pound you until you're swollen with my seed."
You whimper softly as he holds your wrists down and takes a sharpened claw to your pants, tearing the crotch open to make room for his thick, pulsing cock. He lets out a shaky breath as he pushes your legs apart and lines himself up with your wet entrance.
Flip groans when he finally gets the wet, hot relief he's been desiring all night within your walls. He gives you a moment to adjust before beginning to move, his hips delivering sharp thrusts.
You moan unashamedly as Flip growls and fucks you from behind. Hearing his noises of pleasure only arouses you more and you clench, earning a surprised, breathy grunt from your husband.
“F-Flip…”
His noises get louder and he leans down again, beginning to lick at your neck and jaw, occasionally scraping his teeth lightly against your skin as an alternative.
“I need you,” he grunts, hips speeding up slightly. “I need you to h-hold all my cum inside, keep it a-all…give me pups…”
You gasp softly, eyebrows knitting in pleasure.
“I will,” you breathe. “I-I’ll keep it all f-for you, my love.”
His cock throbs and he knows he can't hold on much longer. He always feels guilty that more often than not, you don't get to cum like this. But he definitely makes sure to return the favor the first opportunity he gets.
"Sweetheart, I'm gonna--" He cuts off as the intense orgasmic sensations suddenly rush through him. His eyes flutter shut and he rocks his hips desperately, spilling every drop he has deep inside of you. "O-Ohhhh god..."
You sigh softly as he lets go of your wrists and sits up a bit, still staying buried deep in your pussy. He helps you get up on your hands and knees, then licks your neck again.
"Are you alright? I wasn't too harsh?"
"I'm fine, honey," you reassure, looking back at him with a small smile. "I promise I'm okay. I would've used the safe word if I wasn't."
Flip nods and pulls out slowly, letting out a shaky huff as he does so. When you stand up, he gently picks you up and you rest in his large arms. You smile up at him.
"I love you, Flip."
His eyes soften and wishes he could return your smile. "I love you too."
You sigh softly and look up at the night sky as Flip carries you back to the house.

Finding My Place
ezra (werewolf oc) x reader
ezra's never been normal compared to his pack, and now that a new man is picking on him due to his shyness, he needs some comfort.
tags/warnings- minor bullying, reverse comfort
Tumblr media
Ezra had always been different, even from birth. His family pack—a close-knit werewolf bloodline that lived on their sprawling reservation—was full of life, warmth, and connection. The pack was like a woven tapestry, everyone understanding their place and thriving within the comforting structure of family and tradition. But Ezra... he felt like a stray thread. His social anxiety kept him on the edge, watching but never fully participating. His quiet nature was a stark contrast to the lively, boisterous energy that surrounded him.
And recently, it had become even harder for him to fit in.
You noticed it the moment Ezra entered your shared home that evening. His steps were heavy, as if the weight of the world clung to him, and his normally soft gaze was clouded with something much darker. The familiar anxiety, the kind that gnawed at his insides, seemed to have taken a sharp turn into despair. He didn't say anything as he approached you, just dropped onto the couch beside you with a sigh that carried too much weight for comfort.
"Ezra, what's wrong?" you asked gently, your hand immediately moving to his arm, fingers tracing soft, soothing patterns along his skin.
For a long moment, he said nothing, his head bowed low, eyes staring at the floor. You could feel the tremor in his muscles, the strain of holding something in that desperately wanted to come out. His chest rose and fell in uneven breaths, and you squeezed his arm a little tighter, hoping it would help him ground himself enough to speak.
"They hate me," he finally muttered, voice hoarse and thick with frustration. "I don't... I don't belong there."
Your heart clenched at the sound of his words. You'd known about Ezra's struggles with his pack, about how difficult it was for him to feel at ease around people who were so different from him. But hearing him say it like this, with such raw vulnerability, made you ache for him in ways you couldn't quite put into words.
"Who hates you?" you asked softly, though you had an inkling of what—or rather, who—had caused this latest wave of self-doubt.
He swallowed hard, eyes flickering up to meet yours for the briefest moment before they dropped back down. "Caleb."
You frowned. Caleb was one of the newer additions to the pack, a confident, dominant werewolf who had recently mated into Ezra's family. He had the charm and strength to blend seamlessly into pack life, quickly becoming the kind of wolf everyone respected. But his arrogance sometimes bordered on cruelty, especially toward those he viewed as weaker or different.
Like Ezra.
"He..." Ezra trailed off, biting his lip as if trying to keep the words from spilling out. But once he started, they tumbled from him in a rush, as if they’d been dammed up too long. "He keeps making comments. About me. About you. Saying I'm weak. That I'm not a real wolf because I'm always so... quiet, and anxious. And because you're human, that... that I'm less because of it."
His voice cracked on that last part, and your stomach churned with anger.
"Ezra, that’s—" you started, but he cut you off, his words rushing again.
"He made me feel so... small. Like I’ll never be good enough for the pack, for him, for... anyone. I don’t even know why he cares, why it matters to him that I’m not like them. I try so hard, but it’s never enough. I can’t be like them. I can’t... I can’t be like him."
The defeat in his voice was palpable, and it tore at you to see him like this. He was already struggling with the pressure of living up to his pack’s expectations, and now Caleb’s relentless bullying had pushed him to the edge.
You shifted closer to him, wrapping your arms around his shoulders, pulling him into your embrace. His body stiffened for a moment, as if he wasn’t sure how to accept the comfort, but then he melted into you, burying his face in the crook of your neck. You could feel his ragged breathing against your skin, the way his hands clutched at your shirt like you were his lifeline.
"You are enough," you whispered fiercely, running your fingers through his dark hair. "You are more than enough, Ezra. Caleb doesn’t know you—he doesn’t know how strong you are. Just because you’re not loud, just because you’re not like him, doesn’t mean you’re less. You don’t have to prove anything to anyone."
He trembled in your arms, and you could feel the tension beginning to release from his body, little by little. You held him tighter, pressing a soft kiss to the top of his head, your heart swelling with a fierce protective love for him.
"I love you," you continued, your voice soft but firm. "Not because of what you can or can’t do, not because of how you fit into some mold. I love you for you, Ezra. For your kindness, your heart, your quiet strength. And I wouldn’t trade that for anything."
His grip on you tightened, and you could feel the way his breathing started to slow, the way the weight on his shoulders seemed to lift just a little. He didn’t say anything for a long time, just stayed pressed against you, as if he needed to feel your warmth to chase away the chill that Caleb’s words had left behind.
Eventually, he pulled back just enough to look at you, his eyes glassy but filled with a soft, vulnerable gratitude.
"I don’t deserve you," he murmured, his voice low and filled with awe, like he couldn’t quite believe that you were real.
You cupped his face in your hands, brushing your thumbs across his cheeks. "You deserve more than you give yourself credit for. Don’t let Caleb, or anyone else, make you believe otherwise."
Ezra's gaze held yours for a long, silent moment, and you could see the storm of emotions swirling in his eyes—relief, fear, love, and something else that was deeper, more profound. He leaned into your touch, his forehead resting against yours, and for the first time that day, you saw a flicker of peace cross his face.
"Thank you," he whispered, so soft you almost didn’t hear it.
You smiled and kissed him, slow and tender, pouring every ounce of your love and reassurance into the kiss. When you pulled away, you rested your forehead against his again, your fingers still tracing gentle lines along his jaw.
"I’m always here for you, Ez'," you said quietly. "You dont have to face this alone. Not with me by your side."
And in that moment, with you holding him close, Ezra knew that no matter what the pack thought of him, no matter what people said or did, he had you. And that was more than enough.

You were on your way to study in Enid's dorm one Saturday morning a little bit too early out, because you hated the possibility of being late anywhere.
You were about to knock on her door before you heard your name being mentioned from inside.
"Of course she doesn't like me Wednesday! I mean, have you seen her?? Y/N is like the prettiest girl in school she could quite literally pick anyone she wanted! Also I'm pretty sure she sees me as just a friend, I've been giving her signals all of term, like when I've shared my favorite bubblegum with her and took my time brushing my hand against hers, or when I've held her hand and snuggled up to her while watching a horror movie, or like when she said my favorite teddy that I've had since I was five years old was cute so I gave it to her for her birthday! What more can I possibly do?" You heard Enid's muffled voice coming from the room, she sounded frustrated.
"This is sickening to look at Enid, your fawning and giggling at everything she does is making me nauseous and not in a good way. Just tell her that you have feelings for her and get over it" Wednesday said in her monotone voice, tho she sounded the slightest bit annoyed. You leaned in closer to the door and heard some tapping. "Even Thing agrees that you have to act on your feelings" you heard Enid groan frustrated and heard her most likely fall back onto her bed.
You were honestly really shocked, you had liked her since your first year at Nevermore Academy but never had the courage to say anything. How could someone not like her and her bubbly and sociable personality. She was the prettiest girl you had ever laid eyes on, her multicolored hair, her painted nails, her smile, the cherry vanilla chapstick you always wandered what tasted like on her lips, and her blue eyes that never failed to make your bad mood change.
So, you decided to finally knock on the door seeing that it was actually time for you to study now. You heard some shuffling before Enid yelled "Come in!"
As soon as you went in Wednesday walked passed you out the door, with Thing sitting on her shoulder. Enid squealed and ran up to give you a hug "Hi Y/N! I missed you so much" "we facetimed for five hours last night Enid" you chuckled loving how warm her arms were around you. "Still! So the project, what should we present about" she said smiling brightly at you. "I'm not sure yet, actually I was thinking maybe you could paint my nails first?" You said wanting to spend as much time with her as possible before sitting down on the edge of her colorful plushy filled bed on her side of the room. "Of course, what colors do you want" she said pulling out all her nail polish from under her desk and putting her desk chair so she was facing you, blushing slightly as she found you already staring at her with a soft smile. "Hmmm OOO we should match!" You answered moving closer so she had better access to your hands. About five minutes in painting your nails where you both just sat in comfortable silence, which was pretty unusual for Enid, seeing that she always had someone to gossip about, you decided to speak up. "I heard what you were talking about to Wednesday earlier" You said blushing. Enid looked up from painting you pinky looking absolutely horrified. "WHAT, how much did you hear? Oh I'm so so sorry I totally understand if you don't want to friends anymore, or even speak to me, I shouldn't have caught feelings for you, you probably don't even like girls, I just couldn't help myself- " Enid's distraught rant came to an end when she saw how close you had moved. You layed your hand on the back of her neck and looked down at her lips and then up at her eyes again and all Enid could do was nod slightly, her whole face a bright pink color, and she looked like she was going to explode of happiness. You leaned in, and finally your lips touched in a passionate and loving kiss. After a few seconds you pulled away slightly out of breath and leaned your forehead against hers. Enid still smiling like she couldn't believe what just happened.
"I adore you Enid Sinclair."

Tumblr media
It wasn’t hard for you to hear the excited exclamations of students greeting parents in the quad, the sound of cheerful semester recounts, laughter, embarrassed complaints, and little siblings running around practically assaulting your ears as you sat on your bed in your dorm.
Your hands anxiously worked away at a fidget ball that sat in your lap, absentmindedly flipping switches on and off as you stared off into space, your mind racing. You weren’t even in uniform, dressed only in an oversized t-shirt and shorts, despite the dropping temperatures of the season.
You were going to have to go out eventually, of that you were well aware, though the thought put a lump in your throat as you debated whether or not your father was actually coming. Did you want him there? A part of you in the back of your mind was saying no, but you didn’t want to walk out into the quad only for there to be nobody for you. He didn’t come last year, but maybe he’d had a change of heart. You strained just slightly, praying in the back of your mind that your enhanced hearing would pick up the faintly familiar clomp of his boots, but all you could hear was the muddled chaos that surrounded the academy, like a fog shielding you from what went beyond.
Your hands continued to move faster and faster on the fidget cube, twisting, pulling, flipping whatever you could, as you took small breaths to soothe your nerves. It had been the same last year, but it was your first year at Nevermore, you assumed he had just been adjusting. Besides, it wasn’t all that bad, you got to hang out with Enid’s brothers and they were pretty damn good at frisbee. At least you had that consolation. Wednesday had even let you draw by her.
As for Wednesday, you were sure that her family was coming. They had come last year and the year before, and you were nearly positive that she was already at the quad.
Standing, you ran a weary hand through your mess of hair, realizing that if your father had in fact come then he would be expecting you in shape. As if out of habit you quickly moved to your dresser, working on slipping out of your shorts and into your recently cleaned uniform pants while your other hand worked a snaggly comb through your hair, using your phone camera to make sure there wasn’t a single strand out of place.
Your hands quickly worked up your undershirt with something akin to panic as you buttoned it up, fixing your collar as you retrieved your blazer, shrugging it on and fastening it. Struggling as usual with your tie, you did it as well as you could, shoving the bottom under the collar of your blazer, praying that it looked good enough. Maybe convincing yourself that you looked good enough was your own way of believing your father was coming. He’d always preferred that you looked neat anyway.
You hesitated once at the door, before placing your fidget cube into your pocket, opening the door, and heading for the quad.
-
It was all too familiar, even though you’d experienced it only once before. You hovered by the entrance of the quad, not exactly inside, standing on the threshold in the moody lighting of the academy as your eyes darted between family from family, the usual sea of purple uniform now mixed with flannels, neons, and more. It was loud, but nothing you couldn’t handle, if you managed to work up the courage to actually engage. The hall you stood in felt lonely compared to the bustling quad, only occasionally occupied by a passing teacher tossing you a piteous look as they passed.
Your hands were in your pockets, one of which still continued to fiddle with the fidget cube as your hesitation continued. All it took was a couple steps into the crisp late autumn air and you’d find out if he really had come. You watched as Eugene excitedly talked with his moms, something about insects no doubt, as Xavier and Bianca talked with each other, both of their parents void as usual. At least they didn’t handle it like children. Recognized one or two of Enid’s brothers wrestling in the corner.
You were slightly startled when you felt a presence at your side, whipping around to spot Wednesday, dressed neatly in uniform, eyes slightly narrowed as she watched you, speaking calmly.
“You’re nervous.”
“Yeah, no shit, Sherlock,” you grumbled, keeping your tone annoyed to fight off the nerves, hoping she couldn’t sense how on edge you really were. Pausing, you eyed her, slightly confused as you added. “Why aren’t you with your family?” “My mother has taken a moment to engage with Weems and reminisce about their past as she typically does. I’d prefer not to participate.” Wednesday glanced out at the crowd and you followed her gaze, already spotting the principal talking to the darkly dressed Addams. “If I recall correctly, last year you were eager to participate, yet here you are, quivering like a lost puppy.”
“Look - I’m not scared, okay? I just…” your tone softened as you trailed off, before picking up again, in a quieter voice. “I don’t wanna get disappointed again.”
“Your father would be quite irresponsible if he didn’t make an appearance for the second time in a row,” Wednesday pointed out, her tone now holding a hint of annoyance as if bothered by the mention of it. “Your expectations should be lowered.”
“He’s not irresponsible, he’s just-” you bit your tongue as you defended your father hotly, ears turning slightly red as you huffed - “he’s a busy guy, he’s got a lot to work with. That doesn’t mean he doesn’t care about me-” “Yet he fails to show up for his only child.”
“How would you know? I’ve still got time.” Checking your watch you confirmed it, looking back at Wednesday as you gave a soft shrug, shifting your position slightly to look back over the quad, watching the controlled chaos continue. You were pulled out of your thoughts by the feeling of cold fingers brushing your neck, and your eyes went wide as your head turned quickly, eyes dropping down to see Wednesday adjusting your tie for you. “What the hell are you doing-” “Fixing this disgrace you call a knot. Whoever taught you how to tie a tie clearly knew nothing of the task.” Wednesday muttered, now standing right in front of you, head slightly tilted up as her dark eyes focused on what she was doing, hands quickly and expertly moving at the article of clothing with practiced expertise.
“I taught myself,” you give a soft frown, but you don’t move, slightly frozen as if hyperaware of the stark contrast of her cold skin brushing against yours.
“It shows. If you wish to impress your father then the least you could do is ask for some assistance.” Her tone was sarcastic now. She clearly didn’t believe your father was showing up. You felt a small huff of frustration escape you, but you didn’t argue as you watched her tuck your tie back under your blazer, now with a much neater and almost fancier knot in its place. Her hands slightly lingered on the fabric, resting against your neck before she moved away quickly, hands returning to her sides as she looked back up at you with what you would call a satisfied expression. “I’ll have Thing guide you, he’s particularly handy with knots.”
“Was that a pun?” You perked up, a small grin forming on your face as you saw her shoot you a glare.
 “Don’t push your luck, Y/N.”
“Then at least wish me good luck.” You gave her a slight nudge with your elbow, which was returned with a sharper one in response, making you grunt.
“Dreadful luck.” Wednesday nodded, a faint roll of her eyes accompanying her words, starting back off into the quad. As the Addams left your side you followed suit, stepping into the crisp air and shouldering your way through families, eyes darting back and forth, ears doing an equally focused job of honing out different voices and footsteps, trying to trace them back to something familiar.
It was all too familiar, but it wasn’t welcoming. All you felt was the lack of what you wanted, what you needed. Everything was too loud, too much. Too many voices that didn’t belong to you, that you didn’t recognize. Too many bodies, pressing in close against you. Your hand was already back on your fidget cube, flipping switches inside of your blazer. Your throat felt dry, your hands clammy.
The scent of tobacco was the one thing that you recognized, and you felt your anxiety fall away, brightening instantly as you whirled around on your foot, instantly recognizing the figure standing in front of you, the sweep of grayed hair, and that ever-familiar green raincoat. “Nani!” You practically fell into your grandma’s arms, nuzzling her welcoming warmth as you felt her hands on your back, steadying you as she chuckled, a smile gracing her features. She wasn’t in uniform this time; most of the times you had seen her outside of her home she was in uniform, working as an assistant sheriff alongside Galpin in Jericho, but now she just looked like your grandma, and you couldn’t be more happy.
“Y/N, always a pleasure my darling. How has Nevermore been treating you? Let me get a good look at you.” You obeyed, stepping out of the embrace with a big smile, watching as her crinkled eyes took in your appearance, from your slightly muddied boots to your neatly combed hair, quite the contrast to each other. Her hands moved up to your blazer, and you watched as she gave an impressed look, raising an eyebrow. “I don’t think I’ve ever seen you tie a knot this well, Y/N- where did you learn this?” “Oh, I didn’t tie it, I had a friend help me.” You felt a small blush creep back to your face as you reached up to scratch the nape of your neck with a tiny grin. “I’m still not the best in that department.”
“Friend, huh? Don’t tell me it’s this “Wednesday” I’ve been hearing about lately?” Nani gave a soft smile, her tone gently teasing you as she poked your side. “You seem pretty fond of her.”
“S-she’s a good friend,” you admitted, trying to ignore the heat in your face that was becoming more and more prominent at the mere mention of the Addams.
“Well, I’m glad you’ve found a good friend here.” Nani nodded approvingly, hands on your shoulders as she hummed, her voice becoming a little more serious as she paused, taking a small breath before continuing in a solemn tone, “Y/N…your father…he won’t be making it.” You felt your excited smile fall almost instantly, disappointed, as you looked away, not wanting to meet her apologetic expression as if it would only worsen your mood, muttering. “Yeah, I figured… What is it this time, another ‘big conference?’”
“Something like that, he didn’t bother to specify,” Nani spoke with distaste now, making it clear her disapproval over her son’s actions. “All I know is that he’d be gone for a week or two. Seeing as your situation with Parent’s Weekend last year I wanted to take his place for you.” Taking a deep breath her expression melted into something more sympathetic as her hands gave your shoulders a soft squeeze. “I’m sorry, Y/N. I know you were excited.”
“It’s okay, Nani, really…” you mumbled, looking up to meet her gaze, giving her a convincing look as an attempt to soothe both her and yourself. “I’m just happy you’re here. Did you take time off? I thought Galpin had you on patrol like- all the time.”
Nani nodded slightly, her expression brightening as her eyes crinkled she gave a nod. “He’s out for a couple days investigating something on the edge of town. I’m not sure it’s anything that’ll end up being serious, but seeing as I have some free time I wanted to make my way up here.”
She took a breath, pausing before she raised an eyebrow, curious now, as she gave you a little nudge as she asked.
“Now, how’s your wolf coming along? Last I heard you’ve been working on your hunting?”
You felt a small tinge of nerves now, hesitating as you sputtered, “-I-it’s- still going great... hunting-” You didn’t get it, you always faltered talking about your wolf. It felt embarrassing, taboo like you weren’t supposed to mention it. You were still adjusting to it being brought up by your family. “Still getting used to it, I guess-”
Nani seemed a little skeptical now, studying you as she folded her arms, eyeing you not unkindly as she poked, “Y/N, you know I’m not your father. You can share with me about your wolf. I’m here to help you. Better than the werewolf instructors you have here at least.” You let out a small huff of disgust at the mention, nodding in agreement as you grumbled, “All they really talk about is werewolf reproduction in class now…knotting, breeding… it’s like health class back at Woodsmore but worse.”
“Well who knows? That information might come in handy soon.” The second you saw Nani wink you wanted to dig a hole, crawl inside and hide, your shoulders tensing up as your face reddened and you gave an embarrassed, “Nani, you can’t-” Your words were interrupted by a tall presence at your side, and you saw Nani glance away from you as you turned to face none other than Morticia Addams herself, Gomez at her side with a welcoming expression on his face. The goth woman spoke first, a smile gracing her features as she addressed Nani first. “Mrs. Lyall, a pleasure to meet you. I’m Morticia, and this is my husband, Gomez.” Morticia extended her hand to Nani, and you watched, in stunned silence as your grandma shook hands, the two of them both exchanging a welcoming glance as Gomez followed suit, offering a handshake as well. The couple turned to you next, and Morticia’s gaze softened as it fell upon you, her tone now somewhat approving. “And you must be Y/N. I’ve heard much about you from our dear Wednesday. I’m glad to finally have a face to match.” As if in a daze, you felt your throat tighten, your heart racing as your blush deepened and you nodded meekly, shaking her hand that was just as cold as Wednesday’s if not more.
“I’m quite pleased that she’s taken a liking to someone. It’s been quite a while since we’ve seen someone our little raincloud approves of.” Gomez nodded proudly, beaming as he glanced up at his wife. “We’d like to invite the two of you to join our family for the meal.”
You tilted to the side a little as Nani continued the conversation, spotting Wednesday standing beside who you assumed was Pugsley, the latter of which was already gathering a plate of food while Wednesday sat stiffly on the picnic bench, reading a book; at one point her eyes met yours, and you quickly looked back to the conversation, where Nani was already smiling and nodding in agreement with whatever Morticia was saying. You were caught off-guard when Gomez leaned down and gave you a warm nudge to your side, speaking quietly with a small grin. “You seem to have a liking for our little deathday, hm?” You felt your face redden again, and you hesitated only for a moment before giving a small nod, meeting his gaze.
“Well, our Wednesday has quite the particularity for grave-digging, and your werewolf capabilities would serve useful in the task.” He smiled as he took Morticia’s hand, lovingly looking up at her as he sighed, “I remember our first date going similar, don’t you, Tish?”
“Indeed, my dear.” Morticia let out an equally passionate sigh, planting a kiss on her husband’s cheek as she continued, “And what a beautifully terrifying night. I’m sure if done right Wednesday would enjoy something similar.”
You awkwardly scratched your neck, smiling with embarrassment as you mumbled out, feeling all three pairs of eyes watching you, “I-I guess I could try-”
You felt Nani’s warm hand on your back as both of the Addams’ chuckled warmly, Morticia giving you an affectionate smile, “Well I’m sure we’ll be quite pleased to have you. If Pugsley hasn’t gotten the timing wrong then I believe the food is being served, if the two of you would like to join.”
You followed the couple, Nani at your side, towards the reserved table, shouldering your way through students, parents, and siblings scrambling to find seats among the crowd. As you approached the table with the group you saw Wednesday glance up, pausing as she cast a dark glare at Morticia, who ignored it completely, arm in Gomez’s as she took a seat beside him on the opposite of the table. Pugsley already had a plate of food, seated on Wednesday’s other side, and your eyes narrowed as you felt Nani sandwiching you between her and Wednesday as she slid into her seat.
You felt the raven’s cold body heat against yours almost immediately, that of which you were somehow used to at this point; her shoulders tensed slightly and her jaw clenched, but she didn’t move away from you either. Trying not to move too much to bother her, you remained stiff for a moment, your heart still racing as you placed your hands on the table in front of you, eyes resting on the table in front of you as the conversation continued around you about the weather and seasonal events.
“So, Wednesday, how was your beekeeping extracurricular been treating you?” Morticia turned her attention to the raven at your side and you glanced over at her, watching as the goth lifted her chin and spoke evenly as usual.
“The hive has been producing quite well; Eugene expects that we’ll have more for the harvest this year.” Her tone became slightly satisfied as her gaze remained fixed on Morticia, continuing, “The Hummers continues to be one of the more fruitful extracurriculars, as opposed to the less useful ones…”
You already knew she was talking about the Pitch Slaps. It hadn’t been the first time you’d heard the Addams bashing the choir, and to be honest it was kind of amusing to see the rivalry she had created between the two clubs. “I’m quite pleased to hear that, darling. And Y/N, remind me of which extracurricular you participate in?” The attention of the table turned to you as you were addressed, and you hesitated before responding, aware of Wednesday’s eyes now on you. “I’m still working on archery…it’s the only one that really looked interesting to me.” You gave a soft shrug, not mentioning the fact you hadn’t shown up to said club for the past three days. “Nothing too special really. I’ve been focusing with Xavier on art instead-”
“If I remember correctly didn’t you say that Wednesday was giving you fighting lessons?” Nani spoke up with a raised eyebrow, and your eyes widened sensing the surprise in the air as both Gomez and Morticia beamed while Wednesday stiffened slightly beside you. “Well, darling, is this true? We never heard of this…” Morticia smiled, tilting her head slightly as she spoke to Wednesday, who sighed before giving a quick nod.
“Indeed. Y/N and I have been meeting to work on her fighting skills.” The Addams turned slightly to look at you, and you gave a little nod, a small bit of pride working its way into your expression as she continued, “She has been improving, as opposed to when she first approached me.”
“Understatement. I’m doing fantastic. Don’t forget how I almost won last night.” You broke in, shooting her a slightly smug look, just for the fun of teasing her. “It must be my natural talent.” Wednesday gave a roll of her eyes in response, though you could tell it was somewhat lighthearted as she muttered, “I have yet to see you up me in combat.”
“Yeah, yeah, just you wait.” You shrugged, moving back to the plate of food that had been set out for you. The conversation continued, Nani and Gomez having a cheerful discussion over fencing, Wednesday occasionally participating with a nod of agreement here and there.
You took a bite of your food, mostly meats, as usually set out for you, thoughts drifting as the conversation became slightly muddled in your mind, staring off into space as you often did while you ate, focusing on the comforting warmth of your grandma on one side and the cool temperature of Wednesday on the other.
You were broken out of your thoughts when the warmth suddenly disappeared and you looked up, your fork stalling as you saw Nani standing, adjusting her raincoat as she frowned at something on her phone, eyebrows creasing as she glanced from it to you. “Y/N, honey - I have to go.” You felt your heart drop and you shook your head, standing up beside her as you were ushered a ways away from the table, aware of Wednesday’s eyes boring into your back as you did so. You met Nani’s gaze, protesting in confusion as you stuttered, “You just got here, what is it? Did something happen?” “Apparently something’s going on around the edge of town. Galpin found something. I’m not sure what’s happening but I have to be there. I’m sorry, Y/N.” She looked at you with a sympathetic and regretful expression, frowning gently as she sighed, “Just to be safe I need you to stay on Nevermore grounds for a bit, okay? I don’t want you going out there when we’re not sure of all the details. I’ll text you, I promise.” You had your hand gripped onto her raincoat like a needy infant as you followed her through the quad and back into the academy, still protesting, “And you don’t have any more details? You’re just leaving?” You felt a small flare of indignation as you sputtered, tugging on her coat again as she practically dragged you along outside of the academy’s walls and onto the lawn.
“Y/N, trust me when I’ll tell you more as soon as I have more information. All I know is that it’s not safe right now. Nevermore is where you need to stay right now, okay?” Nani turned, pausing in her steps as she turned to face you, placing her hands on your shoulders again as she looked you firmly in the eyes, slightly sympathetic but now more stern as she gave you a gentle squeeze. “Promise me.” “I-I promise…” you mumbled, looking away as you felt disappointment seep back into your tone. “You stay safe too, Nani.” Your grandma nodded, expression softening as she pulled you into a gentle hug, you returning the embrace as you cherished the last of the warm traces of tobacco that clung to her figure. She pressed a soft kiss to your head, humming, “I love you, Y/N. I’ll text you as soon as I can.” Stepping out of the embrace, you watched as Nani strode off, down the main steps and towards where her patrol car was parked, sliding into the driver's seat and bringing the engine to life as she drove down the main driveway, disappearing into the twisted road hidden behind the woods, the sound of tires squealing against wet pavement fading off.
You stood there for a moment, the air now silent, a stark contrast to the busy quad you had stood in just minutes before. The adrenaline wore off quickly, and your heart rate slowed as you slowly moved to sit down on the wet grass, ignoring the dampness already seeping into your uniform, hands moving idly at the tie around your neck.
You didn’t know how long you had been sitting there until you heard a quiet voice speak behind you. “Y/N.”
You didn’t need to turn around to identify who it was. You heaved a soft sigh, still staring out at the long empty road before you as soft gales pulled at your neatly combed hair, returning it to its slightly messy state. Still absentmindedly fiddling with your tie, you mumbled,
“What do you want?”
Her boots were suddenly beside you; she was standing at your side, looking down at you. You didn’t meet her eyes as she spoke, eyebrows furrowing slightly. “I’d like to extend an invitation for you to spend the day with my family.” She paused, looking out over the woods as she added, a little bit quieter. “That is if you wish to, of course. I’m sure Enid’s brothers would be lucky to have you if not.”
You gave another quiet sigh, looking down at the grass for a moment as a soft bit of comfort melted upon you; at least you had someone to spend your day with. Hauling yourself to your feet, you slowly lifted your chin, looking at her at last. Her eyes were dark, freckled nose just slightly scrunched as she met your gaze.
“Thank you.”

The moon
Wednesday x werewolf!reader
You wolf out to finally put your bully in his place, but Wednesday (for once) decides that murder is not the best option…
Warnings: violence, blood, reader in wolf form and Wednesday being soft, reader being protective, swearing.
Wednesday was alerted by the screaming of her classmates. She looked up from her typewriter, listening to the bliss filled sound for a moment, willing to stay where she was as whatever happened, happened.
The second Thing tapped your name, she was flying through the corridors to the Quad. Crashing into other students as she charged towards the commotion.
The school was stretched in a circle around something she could not quite see. The werewolves all standing like police in front of the crowd, growling at whatever danger had broken into the school.
For a second, Wednesday thought it might be Tyler. Until, she heard a panicked cry.
When she walked closer, she hear the silent sniggers of some of the students, mainly the sirens.
“Got off you bitch!”
A voice very familiar to Wednesday cried out from in the centre of the circle. A voice she despised with all of her heart.
“Y/n, let him go…”
Came Enid’s shaky voice, the crowd parted as the goth walked into the heart of the circle. A slight smile appearing on her face as she sees what’s happening.
In the centre, stood a grand, magnificent werewolf, teeth bared at the boy who it had pinned on the floor. It’s claws sank slowly into his shoulders as he threw insults and screams at the dog.
At you
Wednesday knew it was you immediately, you were larger and stronger than a regular werewolf and while the other furs had a 50/50 human/wolf look about them, your wolf, looked much more of a bear sized husky than a usual werewolf. This being one of the reasons why some of the werewolves saw you as odd. As a target for bullying.
The stuff they said, usually caused your emotions to get the better of you, meaning that you could wolf out in broad daylight; and when that happened, you didn’t have great control of what you did in your wolf form.
“Fucking Bitch!”
The boy yelled from beneath your great paws, crying out as your claws sank ever deeper into his flesh. Spit dripped from your bared tusks onto the boys face. Ah, Wednesday recognised him now.
Trevor Silverton
Or Something like that. Another Werewolf whose little pack treated you like shit everyday for no apparent reason apart from you being different.
“Wednesday, could you stop your girl?”
Bianca snapped from behind her, but the Raven hair felt reluctant to do so.
One: it was Bianca asking.
Two: you were getting revenge. Entertaining revenge at that.
Trevor screamed as a snap echoed around the Quad. Your claws had broken through his bone, it brought a toothy grin to your Canine face. Wednesday was enjoying this, enjoying the blood soaking the green grass. Enjoying the agonising cries of your bully. But most of all:
She was enjoying this side of you….
“Wednesday, please stop her!”
Enid almost cried from the other side of the circle. Wednesday rolled her eyes. Why was everyone else incapable of looking after you?
She takes a step forward, the sound of her feet crunching on the scarlet grass causing you to snap your feral eyes in her direction. A snarl slipping from your lips.
“Y/n, I will happily assist you in the unfortunate demise of this mutt, but perhaps we could do so without so many witnesses.”
Your girlfriend mutters calmly, approaching without any caution as your eyes scan the crowd of students. Your ears flick as you hear a teachers voice shouting across the courtyard - no doubt Principle Weems.
“Get off of me!”
Trevor shouts, using his knee to kick your stomach. You freeze, before your great head turns to face him again, your eyes burning a furious silver. Wednesday closes the distance between you, placing her hand on the top of your head, your soft fur slipping between her fingers.
“Do not hurt him Y/n!”
Wednesday demands, her voice commanding and powerful, yet with a subtle hint of gentleness that only you would be able to detect. Your eyes flicked up to her face, but open jaw remained poised over Trevor’s throat. Almost asking her why you shouldn’t kill him now.
“What did he do to her Enid?”
Wednesday questioned, never breaking eye contact with you as Enid stuttered her response.
“Y/n came into the quad and Trevor yelled the same fucked up stuff at her. But then, he threw, I’m not sure what it said, but a paper airplane with a note on it, then she wolfed out.”
Wednesday gritted her teeth, her jaw clenching so tightly that it looked like it would break.
“Where. Is. The. Note.”
She demanded, each word slow and toxic, making the other students around her shuffle fearfully. Xavier arrives from behind her, the crumpled, slightly torn note in his hand Wednesday snatched it off him, her face growing even more furious with each word she read.
Wednesday shouldn’t be dating a pup like you. I bet you can’t even look after her like she wants. If I were her, I would kill myself for dating a messed up dog!
The goth slowly raised her head, her eyes somehow more hate-filled than her girlfriend’s.
“She should tear your throat out right now. I am done with you treating her this way. I have warned you once too many times. The only reason your alive, is because she told me not to kill you, now I think she’s having second thoughts…”
She hissed, hatred boiling in her words. You bark, rearing your head to strike, as if her words were your kill command. But her cold hand returns to between your ears before you can bite down
“Y/n, you cannot give into such a pathetic child. He is nothing but an insect compared to the greater things going on beyond these walls. “
The students begin to turn around as several, running feet can be heard heading towards the circle of pupils. Principle Weem’s heavy breathing loud enough to hear a mile away. You look at your girlfriend, freezing for a moment before slowly edging away from the boy, Wednesday following your steps, a hand on your head the entire time until your both walking side by side out of the Quad. The teachers shouting and panicking about the injured boy and blood soaked Quad behind you.
- - - - - - - - - - - -
“Why did you react like that when you read the note?”
Wednesday asked that night, sitting beside you on the dry earth beneath a full moon. Her black, leather jacket wrapped around your naked form, your torn oversized jumper the only other thing covering you.
“Because he wrote exactly what I was afraid of.”
Your voice is calm, though still with the slight animalistic growl your wolfing out had caused. You rest your head on her shoulder, wrapping your warm hand in her cold one.
“You know that you treat me better than I deserve”
“That’s not true Wednesday, you deserve the world”
Wednesday lays her head on top of yours, something she would never do in public. She was gentle for you, letting her guard down just because you made her soft. Usually she would hate that side of her, but she treasured the way you made her feel.
“But you’ve given my something better, my wolf,”
She whispers, kissing the top of your head as you purr into her neck.
“You’ve given me the moon.”

Wenclair x Reader -What are you? - Part 3
As you dodge through the questioning gazes of each student you pass, you keep your head down and intricately avoid making contact with each one. It wasn't hard they could probably feel it, they practically parted like the red sea to avoid the dull ache they felt as you approached them.
Luckily this was Nevermore and with no immediate danger perceived to be pursuing you most of the students brushed it off as normal without a second thought. Even the collective headaches of the group didn't make them bat an eyelash.
Eventually the dimly lit, yellow tinted light from the halls becomes a blinding white light as you make it out of the school heading for the gates. As you reach them you stop to finally take a breath, your vision clouded with auras and the trail leading back to all the students extremely evident like steam coming off of a freshly baked pie.
"Stop it! Stop it! Stop it!" You ball your hands into fists and press them into your temples, the panic far from over. You try desperately to settle your breathing, but with each deep inhale you let out a pained strain of an exhale. It burns. God why does it always burn? Why can't it ever just sting? Why has it always got to burn?
"Urghhhh" you fall against the open gate your shoulder the only support that's saving you from falling to your knees. And then it happens! Why is it happening? You... You left her she's ... She should be safe...
"Y/N!" You hear in the near distance, answering your question. Enid and Wednesday followed you. Why? Clearly you did NOT want to be around anyone right now.
Fangs sprout from your mouth as you turn to look at both girls who are rapidly approaching you. You can feel and hear yourself growling, the monster inside bearing it's ugly head.
"No please!" you're voice comes out as a piercing snap. When you look up at them, your eyes now full beam glowing orange with golden specks illuminating the outer rim of your pupil. Wednesday stops in her tracks, quickly sticking out her arm to grasp onto Enid and hold her back.
"Wednesday! We have to help her" you hear her screech out but little does she know just by being here she isn't helping. She struggles against Wednesday grip while you drag yourself along the gate backwards trying to get away. You watch fearfully as that same floating stream of aura connects to you.
"Mi amore stop." She commands and Enid blinks turning to Wednesday in shock but before she could get angry, she hears it.
"HOOOOOOOOWWWWWLL" The howl rips through your throat in a passionate show of power, almost rupturing your vocal chords. Ears, a tail, claws ...the full works as you shift into...
"I think it's you" you hear Wednesday say your ears twitching as your breathing slows and you watch Enid whip her head around to question her girlfriend.
"What? Wens let go of me she's ..." She turns her attention towards you now "...Is she a wolf?" Enid's vision becomes blurry as she starts to feel faint, she's looking at you in pure awe but also with a hint of confusion.
You see it. You feel it. But you don't say it. You're hurting the beautifully innocent and helpful new friend you have made after only knowing her for 75 minutes.
Nice going.
"Get away from me!!' you scream at her. This wasn't supposed to happen, not this soon. Is this what it's like to shift? You had always steered clear of shapeshifters for this very reason and now that you were being forced to walk amongst them you knew something like this would happen.
"Watch your tone with-" you hear Wednesday start abandoning Enid's side in search of repercussions for your actions. But your eyes grow wide as you hear
"Wednesday... Baby" Enid turns to her girlfriend hazily, breathlessly trying to reach out. Wednesday's wrath has immediately dissipated at the sight of Enid falling towards her.
"Woah" Wednesday swiftly catches Enid as her eyes flutter shut then you watch as she looks at you in what you can only describe as pure anger and confusion.
Your knees have buckled now and both girls become nothing but a blur through your watery eyes. The way she's looking at you hurts more than the fangs forcing their way through your untouched gums and the ears shifting painfully into that of an animal.
"Miss L/N" you hear a voice boom in your ears, your eyes travel up to look at who it is "Go back the school girls" your hear her call over her shoulder to the couple. Wednesday hoists Enid up dragging her back to the school. This wasn't worth dying over and even though her curiosity was killing her trying to figure out what had happened, Enid's preservation was her main priority right now.
"Been playing with wolves have we?" She crouches down to your level when the girls are out of earshot "Tut tut" she speaks almost menacingly "You haven't even been here a day Y/N" she says disappointed. "Come now" she holds a hand out to you which after the initial shock and absence of Enid you finally take.
Then she leads you away from the school, away from Wednesday, away from Enid, away from witnesses and into the Nevermore woods.
....
Wednesday practically carries Enid to the infirmary and bursts inside laying her in the first bed she sees.
"Cars Mia" she whispers placing Enid down and stroking her hair, trying to assess the gravity of her unexplained unconsciousness. She stirs slightly wiggling her nose and humming in response
"What have you got yourself into now Miss Addams?" the nurse scurries over after watching Wednesday barge into the infirmary with yet another injured student. Of course she was rather surprised to see it be Enid, it's usually a poor unfortunate soul who was in the wrong place at the wrong time but she still wasn't impressed at the ever-growing pattern.
"Nothing. I am not responsible for this" Wednesday glares at the nurse's accusatory tone "Enid" she turns her attention back to her beloved and tries again while the nurse pokes and prods at Enid like a frog on a biologist's autopsy tray.
Enid's eyes finally flutter open a little annoyed at the unwanted attention.
Relief washes over Wednesday like the first wave of tsunami and she finally lets out the breath she had been holding in. "Thank the merciful God's" she mutters before saying "Are you okay Cara Mia?" stroking her face. She bats away the Nurse who attempted to examine Enid and the lady gives her an offended look before walking away.
"Yeah yeah I'm fine" she sits up and takes a large breath in "Actually I feel..." She thinks for a moment, slightly attracted to Wednesday's concern for her "absolutely fine" she seemed rather confused by this.
"Are you sure? What happened?" Wednesday asks still stroking at her face and checking her pulse while she speaks.
"I was about to ask you the same thing" she chuckled, grabbing Wednesday's hand and planting a small kiss on it to stop her from worrying.
"Do you remember?" Wednesday asks, taking a seat next to the blonde and grasping her hand for comfort. Although she wasn't sure whether it was for her own or Enid's. It had only taken Wednesday 6 minutes to plough through the school and reach the infirmary but the wolf had been unconscious for the majority so she wasn't sure how to assess the situation.
"Yeah yeah we were chasing Y/N and then when we found her..." Enid's mind drifted back to the memory "Oh. My. God. She's a wolf!" She excitedly says, experiencing rather giddy emotions for someone who was unresponsive only seconds ago.
"You're focusing on the wrong thing here my Dear" the raven haired girl lightly scolds her girlfriend.
"No I know I passed out but like, maybe it was just the shock" Enid brushes it off like it's nothing which lowkey frustrates Wednesday "How cool is it that? She's a Fur!" she smiles happily and Wednesday can't help but admire her positivity. Something she was not well versed in herself but it definitely sparked some kind of happiness to see Enid so happy and healthy.
But at the end of the day she also needed to get serious and figure out what the hell was going on.
"Enid I need you to listen to me for a minute" She calmly spoke.
"What's up?" Enid stroked at Wednesday hand tilting her head and looking at her with her signature puppy dog eyes.
"Why did you lose consciousness?" Wednesday asked once falling out of the werewolf's intoxicating gaze.
"I told you, probably just shock. I had no idea she was a wolf" Enid shrugged unfazed.
"Ok." Wednesday closed her eyes and bit her tongue to avoid saying anything that would upset her girlfriend "And why didn't you know? Don't all Muts have a specific scent? I'm not trying to be rude Cucciola but I have watched you sniff out a squirrel from a mile away it's doubtful that you wouldn't be able to smell Y/N's wolf scent" she tried explaining it without offending Enid.
"That is ... Weird" she agreed. She hadn't thought of it like that. In fact all the concern for Y/N had clouded her better judgement and of course she let her excitable nature win and just went along like everything was normal.
"Enid I don't think she is just any kind of wolf I suggest we steer clear for now maybe do some investigating" Wednesday spoke firmly however she was unable to hide the little spark that arose within her when she said the word 'investigate', she did love a good mystery to sink her talons into.
"Okay" Enid seemed disappointed and Wednesday understood why. Y/N was delightful company atleast before this whole ordeal. "Wait where is she?" She looked around as if Wednesday would allow an unknown species who nearly killed her Girlfriend to be anywhere in the vicinity.
"And this is exactly what we will be investigating" A small, almost unrecognisable smile formed on Wednesday's face.
"Ooo exciting, so she disappeared?" Enid raised her hands in excitement. She was about to watch her beautiful girlfriend go full detective mode and she was ready to be her trusted (cute and quirky) sidekick.
"Not entirely" Wednesday looked out the window in doubt "She was removed from the school premise by an unknown woman; tall, dark-skinned, sketchy looking lady dressed in all black who ordered me to take you back inside." She explained to Enid who just furrowed her brow in confusion.
Wednesday misinterpreted this and just replied "I know. The audacity to try and command me to do anything was appalling" she deadpanned.
"That's not- sure babe she is the rudest most inconsiderate person I've ever not known" she jokes and Wednesday frowns a little.
"Focus Pup." She requests plainly.
"Yeah of course sorry" Enid smiled knowing full well that Wednesday would not stay mad for long.
"Right you feel perfectly stable?" She double checked her girlfriend's status.
"Yes" she plants a small kiss on Wednesday's lips for reassurance.
"Then let's get the investigation board out" she smirks , standing up and dragging Enid behind her by the hand. The hand that sprouted claws at the sight of her inspector girlfriend putting on her metaphorical coat and tie paired with a magnifying glass of course.
Within minutes they were back at their dorm ready to do some digging.

The feminine urge to have Laurel Gates be a feral werewolf and keep her as a pet ♡
Like imagine you randomly find her in the woods. So you just pick her up, and she's obviously like scratching/biting you trying to get away and you're like...
"Stop that! You're my friend now. we're having soft tacos later 🥰."

WIP Wednesday
You shift and roll around in bed and it feels hot and sticky and wrong, you wonder if Syzoth had pushed the space heater too close to the bed in the middle of the night again. “Hnng what’s going on, why’s it so hot,” you lament reaching a hand out to look for either of your lovers only to be greeted with a hot, fluffy tail. “Oh,” you mumble slightly “oh!” You repeat as it dawns on you why the bed was so hot, it wasn’t Syzoth’s fault, it was Bi-Han. His exposed flesh was hot and almost clammy as he slept peacefully beside the two of you, yet the aura of cold still clung to him. You had been through this before but Syzoth hadn’t and you were unsure how the Saurian was going to react to finding out not only were werewolves real but he was dating one.

Larissa Weems x fem reader
Summary: - As the newest outcast teacher at Nevermore you made it your mission to find who was which outcast. However you were stumped about Larissa until one night you finally got it right
Warnings: graphic violence
Requests open
———————————
You have been working at Nevermore for the past six months and since you have been here you have been trying your best to figure out what kind of outcasts your colleagues were. I mean you could’ve asked your colleagues but that was no fun. You liked to make a game out of it.
You have always had a curious soul about things and considering you were the history teacher at Nevermore Academy you’ve always liked to know about the past and you especially like knowing everyone else's history.
However you do have your limits. You didn’t want to pry too much to the point where you made people uncomfortable. Like you said you just had a curious personality. The first colleague you were able to guess right was coach Vlad.
He was a vampire. You knew that Vlad was a very common name among the vampire world so it came to no surprise to find out he was one. You and the fencing coach became quite close immediately when you started. You had a lot in common in terms of your personality so the two of you always seemed to have a laugh together.
You were officially told by coach Vlad that he was a vampire after you both sat in the staff canteen. It was 9:00 and he had a glass of what looked to be red wine. You out of pure curiosity asked why he was drinking at this time of the morning with humour behind your question.
That was when he informed you that it was not wine he was drinking but in fact blood. He told you that he was a vampire and every so often he needed to replenish his body with fresh blood. It was nice that he trusted you enough to tell the truth.
Over time you managed to get closer and closer with your colleagues and eventually found out what outcasts they were. Mr Fitts, who taught English, was a werewolf. Miss Hilda Boom, who taught supernatural studies, was a psychic, no surprise there. Mr Raiden Cooper who taught outcast anatomy was a siren. Mr Henry Darwin who taught astronomy was a gorgon.
You also learnt that Marilyn Thornhill who taught botanical sciences was in fact not an outcast and was therefore a normie. It makes sense that Larissa hired a teacher that wasn’t an outcast considering she is trying desperately for outcasts and normies to have a stronger relationship.
Speaking of Larissa she was the one person you couldn’t seem to figure out. You’ve tried to get close to the headmistress but she isn’t one for making friends. Even if you never figured out what type of outcast Larissa was, you still wanted to be her friend but she wouldn’t let anyone get too close to her. She differently has trust issues due to something in her past.
You had a hunch as to what type of outcast she was but you had no hard core evidence that it was true. You believed that she was a shapeshifter due to her height. Shapeshifters are known to be very tall and beautiful but that was the only evidence you had and it could’ve been a coincidence.
That was until the night of the funfair. The night had a relatively normal start to it. You were chaperoning the kids at the local funfair which would show up in town a few times of the year. Providing the children had permission on a selected night they would get to go down and enjoy the night.
You were also allowed to enjoy the night but you also had to be around to keep an eye on the students. You knew what the normie kids could be like around the students so it was important to keep an eye on everyone to make sure nothing broke out. The night was going smoothly until you saw Wednesday start chasing Rowan into the woods.
You were highly concerned considering the students were not supposed to leave the fairground let alone go into the woods without permission. You chased after them hoping you would catch up with them quickly as you didn’t want either of them to get hurt as you didn’t know what was going on.
“Wednesday! Rowan!” you shouted searching the woods for the two students. However you were shocked when you came to an opening to see that Wednesday was pinned to a tree with Rowan using his telekinesis powers to keep her there. Just as you were about to intervene you watched this huge monster run out from deep in the woods.
You stood in shock as you watched this beast tear Rowan’s body apart. You let out this deafening scream which seemed to scare the monster causing it to run back to where it came from. You immediately ran over to Wednesday.
“Are you alright?” you asked, picking up her weak body trying to shield her eyes from the massacre in front of her. However it was already too late. You heard Wednesday scream into your chest at the sight of her friend. She was tough but this would be enough to traumatise anyone.
You carried Wednesday to your car and let her rest there before going to find Principal Weems. “Larissa, there has been a massive incident. I just watched this huge beast tear Rowan’s body apart in the woods. Wednesday witnessed everything as well but I’ve taken her to my car at the moment” you said as quickly as you could so Larissa could deal with the matter at hand quickly.
“Thanks for letting me know. I will see if I can sort this out. I don’t want the sheriff finding out just yet as they will immediately blame us for this tragic event. Inform the other staff members here to get the remaining students back to Nevermore effective immediately” she said before storming off in the direction of the forest.
The next half an hour you spent finding your colleagues and helping them find the rest of the students. After about an hour you had finally managed to round up all the students and get back to Nevermore. You also spoke to Enid and told her to keep an eye on Wednesday and if there are any issues to come find you immediately.
Over the next few days everyone around Nevermore was on edge including yourself. You had tried to speak to Larissa about what happened but she wouldn’t tell you anything that was going on. You found it quite bizarre with how secretive she was being about this. You thought she might’ve given you some insight to everything that happened considering you informed her about what happened.
You let it go. You decided you needed to move on with everything because it was clear that Larissa wasn’t going to give you anymore information. However you were shook to your core when you watched Rowan walk past you and walk into Larissa’s office. Were you dreaming? That was definitely Rowan.
But that was impossible. You watched Rowan die. You saw the state of his body and there is no possible way he could’ve come back from that and you knew that no outcast would be able to use their power to bring him back to life.
You were suspicious. There was no way that was Rowan so who the hell was it. You followed Rowan however you stopped at the giant oak doors resting your ear against the wood trying to get a listen as to what was being said. You managed to find out that ‘Rowan’ was going back home so would be leaving this afternoon to go to the train station.
This was the perfect opportunity. You rushed to your room to get changed into a different outfit as well as grabbing a hat and a pair of sunglasses. You then immediately went to the train station to start your investigation. You sat for about an hour when you saw Rowan walk onto the platform.
You watched as Rowan walked into the restrooms but were shocked to see someone else walk out a couple minutes late. A tall blonde man. That was strange because you never saw him enter the restroom. You had been very observant over the last hour so you would’ve seen him walk into that bathroom.
You decided to follow him. You had a feeling that this person would help give you answers. You followed them into a darker area of the station making sure you kept a decent distance between the two of you so they didn’t become suspicious.
However when you watched the man walk into the dark shadows, so you were surprised to see Larissa emerge. You were right. She was a shapeshifter and now you had the proof with your own eyes. “Larissa?” you questioned as you walked closer to the tall woman.
Larissa quickly snapped her neck to look at you realising she had been caught shifting. “Of course it would be you that would find out the truth about me. I heard that you were going around trying to find out who was what kind of outcast” she moaned at you. “So spit it out, now you know I’m a shifter who do you want me to turn into?” she asked.
You just stood there in shock. “I don’t want you to turn into anyone” you said shyly looking down at your feet. “So why have you been so desperate to find out about everyone’s abilities then?” she questioned you. “I’m a history teacher Larissa. I just enjoy learning about everything but I know my limits. All I ever wanted was to be your friend Larissa. I’ve been able to make friends with everyone but you” you sighed, still looking at your feet before eventually making eye contact with her.
“I’m sorry y/n, I’ve always been secretive about my abilities. People have never trusted me because they didn’t know if I was shifting into other people and the people who did trust me always wanted me to shift into someone else” she sighed. You could see she was hurt by her past.
“Let's go back to Nevermore Larissa. Just know that I didn’t mean for you to feel uncomfortable. I really just wanted to know you better. Why don’t we open a nice bottle of red that I have in my room? We can just chill out and get to know each other a bit better” you smiled as you walked past Larissa to start heading back to Nevermore.
“That would be nice y/n” Larissa said as she followed behind you.
