I think we as a fandom need to start utilizing the absolute comedy gold mine of Yellow Tusk in the Brotherhood shipping fiasco. Not necessarily shipping him with the others—unless that is your want, of course—but just realize how much potential he has to play straight man—Ha!—to whatever situation he decides is worth the headache that day.

I’m of the personal opinion that Yellow Tusk looking at the Wukong/Macaque/Azure/Peng love square and then looking over at DBK falling in love with Celestial Warrior Princess Iron Fan and deciding DBK is the least hopeless of his Brothers is a romantic comedy gold mine that no one has even really considered yet.

Each time I rewatch That Scene, I become more enthralled by the sheer anger and frustration coming from Aziraphale (Sheen's facial expressions 🤌). This is the second time Crowley has asked him to run away together, but specifically somewhere Away From Earth, away from the World, away from the things and people they adore and protect. First, it was the middle of an Armageddon. Now, it's when Aziraphale has been presented with an opportunity to Fix Things, make a Difference, have a suggestion box for someone to ask questions and say when a plan is stupid - via Crowley as his second in command - and a chance to bring back that Pure Joy he saw when Crowley created the nebula. And Crowley says no. He goes for the romantic gesture, and Aziraphale understands that, he does. But it still ultimately communicates Us Alone away from this instead of Us Together for the world. And then the trepidation. The oh shit, I really need him, I need the bookshop (the relationship, his tie to humanity, what he cares for), but who he cared for didn't seem to care for what he did when he Thought this Whole Time that had been the One Thing they agreed on at their cores: humans and earth are beautiful and worth protecting.

And then Aziraphale learns of the Second Coming. And that anger is back. Anger that yeah, Heaven's going to kill them, and the people will still be dead, and Crowley chose to run away from duty and a possibility to change things. And now he has to handle this on his Own. He doesn't have his friend. He doesn't have that One Person to rely on who makes everything feel like it will be alright. He gave his proposition with a hope that he could end the loneliness for both of them, and he ended up more alone than before.

And Crowly is coming at this from a whole other angle (heh, whole other angel). Where he knows that won't work. He's seen the writing on the wall, but he won't share it. Because Aziraphale and Crowley have each other, they rely on each other, they help each other, they Trust each other, but this proposition feels as if Aziraphale never Really trusted him becaise he's a Demon. Instead of letting their interactions and experiences be his foundation, Crowley sees Aziraphale refusing to give up the same old narrative. The narrative Crowley thought they had changed Together.

Both sides feel as if that trust was rejected, never there, and only an illusion. They have Lost Everything they built because they both started with different foundations.
