Ok, so I’ve seen this around before and everyone likes the idea of Spock having a tattoo (which I swear I’ve seen fanart of but I can’t find the one I was thinking of… Maybe I just imagined it??).
But y’all should read the rest of the “Psycho-File” it’s fascinating:
And it includes this, omg:
It refers to Pon Farr as "a return to the mate," and then proceeds to show Spock refusing to leave a dangerous situation because he doesn't want to leave Jim. Like... I'm just gonna leave that here.
AND THEN:
Is Spock HOLDING Kirk!??!
Omg I love it.

Reading the Not Brand Echh comic made me think of all the many types of comics there are. Especially since the comic parodies a lot of them. So besides DC and Marvel, you had superheroes from other companies (Captain Marvel/Shazam from Fawcett, The Thunder Agents from Tower Comics, Doctor Solar and Magnus, Robot Fighter from Gold Key, etc). You also had humour comics from all companies (Millie the Model from Marvel, Sugar and Spike at DC, Archie Comics, etc). You had westerns and crime stuff and cartoon stuff (like the Donald Duck comics at Dell) and so much more.
You even had Comic Strips too. Dick Tracy, Peanuts, The Phantom, etc. There's many different things within the medium of comics, and that's just really interesting to think about. Even just by reading wikipedia entries and stuff on it.
