A lil tidbit inspired by @tea0w0stache's Crystal Dory AU. Ever since hearing Branch's "If there's a brother I would do this for" line, I've always been curious to how Branch would react if it had been one of the other brothers who was trapped. While the brothers in this au do seem to be willing and determined to help their brother, it's always fun to think about what JD might think their reactions may be, given the family's history.

💖 What is your primary writing goal for this year? - It'd be nice to actually just consistently write somewhat. It's been a long time since I could reliably rely on my brain to get stuff done, so every moment I do get something done is good (I'm also hoping that when the ADHD med shortage ends, I can finally go through drug testing and see if that helps).

🥸 Does anyone in IRL know you write fanfic or original fiction? If not, do you plan on telling anyone this year? - Everyone I know, knows I write original fiction (this extends to general OC development), and for fanfic my two closest friends know, as do people I know IRL and share a server with (as they know what fanfiction is so I don't have to explain the entire thing to them). I'm not particularly shy about it overall, though I AM embarrassed about the fixation I have for Sylus in particular and the way he spring boarded it fanfic. (One of my closest friends has also read a lot of my work, so she's used to me sitting and stewing over things.)

🛏 Is there a new trope you'd like to write this year? - I'll be honest I don't actually know a lot about tropes or the terms for them 🙈 I've only just learned the basic ones. There's nothing that really sticks out though, I just tend to write whatever pops into my head. It would be nice if I could go one piece of writing without throwing some pain into it for me to process in the form of characters... but I won't fight the losing battle 😂 graziiiie ❤️

Oc stuff and a couple of random designs. Monty and muriel are vampire clowns who both work for gladys/were adopted by him, and he takes neither of them seriously. Monty is the older of the two and hates it, and muriel doesn’t know anything else. Monty is actually pretty laidback, when gladys isn’t stressing him out, which is kind of always. Muriel oftentimes disappears for days on end, doing who knows what. She and august have a lot in common, which means any interaction between them would probably just amount to a long, not comfortable, but not UNcomfortable silence. Monty and mindy would get along either very well, or not at all. I’m really trying to tap into my imagination again after leaving it to sit and rust for so long haha
