Slept better, woke up a lot, dreamed about the sound in my headphones still in my ears even tho the headphones were out, so i was going to go to urgent care and find out what was wrong. Dream i woke up past 7 (actually almost 7) and i was able to write. Etc.

Super tired, 0 energy still, watched Squid Game, ate breakfast, finally made myself get up and wrap presents then take a shower just in time for lunch at noon (bc sister's baby took a nap, wouldve been 11 otherwise)

woke up so fatigued with no energy and slightly depressed this morning so that’s how i know i need to force myself to go to sleep earlier tonight

#i’ve been going to bed too late the last few nights and lately i don’t seem to be doing well unless i get at least 7 hours of sleep #like i knew when i wanted to lay in bed all day today instead of getting up and logging on to work that it will get bad if i don’t start #going to bed earlier #it being the depression lol #it’s also so gray and rainy today and i can tell that the sun is starting to set a little earlier each day #which is also not good for me personally lol

i asked for (and got) an espresso machine for Christmas for the sole purpose of learning how to make the best goddamn lattes in existence because they're my wife's favorite coffee and she deserves to wake up every morning to a kiss on the head and a latte with a heart in it on the bedside table !! i will make my dreams a reality
