Saying prayers for all families and friends as they have a Celebration of Life this morning for these boys! I pray that they can hold tight to Gods love and faithfulness even in times of darkness. God is ok if you are angry at him HE can take it. He loves you no less. After we lost Brianna I spent so many night so mad at God for allowing the accident to happen and asked why Brianna??Why? September 29th will mark 10 years since that awful night. God is still showing me the why daily through Brianna. Her legacy was not designed to be on earth for years and years! She achieved God’s plan for her life here. She was destined to be here with her family 11 years then live with Jesus in heaven forever! Not the way We wanted it but try to remember Gods plans are far better than ours. Not easy because we want our loved ones with us forever. Human nature 😉! Please Know your boys will be with you always! It’s definitely hurts. Fix your eyes on the one who can help in the healing. Never lose HOPE! One of my favorite scriptures, also one of my most favorite prayers. Let me be transparent here though. This is surely also one of the scariest things to leave my lips when speaking to God, to leave my heart in silent prayer. 🙏🏼 I know that when I ask God to use me, to "send me", to use my life, to make me an example, it could be scary, I might be nervous, it might be difficult or exhausting, the path probably won't be easy, the journey might be long....but the end result? 💁🏼 God's perfect plan? A while back I ran across something that can be summed up simply like this: “God’s already planned for my stupidity.” There are so many things that I look back on and could say “What if...” to. Sometimes rejection is just saying you are a better fit for something else. We need to rethink rejection. Even God Himself does not choose you for everything. He chooses you for the things you are called to. You were not rejected. You were called to greater.
