San Andrés Mixquic Una historia músical La Dinastía Ramírez En 1956, en San Andrés Mixquic los hermanos Margarito y Julio Ramírez fundaron una orquesta. La organización musical se llamó la "Orquesta de Margarito Ramírez". En sus inicios tuvieron presentaciones en Mixquic y poblados circunvecinos. Después de algunos años continuaron con la orquesta los hijos del maestro Julio; Juan (bateria), Armando (tumbas), Pedro (piano) y Justiniano (saxofón). La agrupacion musical cambia de nombre a Pedro Ramírez y su Orquesta. En los años 80 tuvieron la oportunidad de presentarse en los Salones de baile más populares de Ciudad de México (California Dancing Club, Colonia, Riviera, Los Ángeles, Gran Forum, entre otros). Su discografía incluye covers y temas originales. Le dedicaron un danzón a "Mixquic". Su música se escuchó en: Radio Ai, Radio Onda, Radio Educación, etc. Participaron en programas de Televisa (Eco, Club del Hogar, Reventón Musical) e Imevisión (hoy TvAzteca). Los estilos de danzón que interpretaban: el popular y el de la escuela mexicana, que es más melódico, con temas originales
