me like 🥺why are there weird stains on my phone screen 😭💔while the past version of me who decided to rest his half-eaten giant circus peanuts and partially deconstructed airheads on his phone whistles and says to no one in particular “i see no flaw in this plan”

The most Minnesotan thing just happened. Mr61below got paid in freshly-caught walleye 🥰
I also used a new to me ‘beer free beer batter’ recipe that turned out Absolutely Fucking Stellar:
1 c gluten free flour (I use the ATK blend)
1 c arrowroot starch
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cajun seasoning
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
12 oz sparkling water
Fry for ~3 min per side in a lot of avocado oil. They came out CRACKLING 😍

Magic Rock Fantasma IPA (Picked up at a M&S Food in Oxford, UK). A 3 of 4. More resin and earthy notes than I was expecting, which provides a nice backdrop to quite a bit of the expected tropical fruit and orange citrus. The body tastes relatively normal and not gluten-free, which is nice.

Any recommendations for gluten-free beer, anyone?
I'm very gluten-intolerant, maybe even undiagnosed celiac. And dang it I miss beer!
The closest thing I can find to a "beer" that I like is Sociable. Of all the ciders/ales, it's my favorite. But sometimes I just want beer, and not a whole tall-boy of it.

As a Celiacs, this is an awesome invention, though I do hope there would be a non-gluten version, from maybe like corn husks or potato peels idk. I don’t tend to eat foods made for animals, but being drunk does increase that possibility exponentially, and I too would like to partake in the time honoured tradition of eating dumb shit when drunk on a dare
