Just recently started playing around with Global Comix!
I've always drawn and designed Wake of the Clash in two-page spreads, which I don't get to show off in a page-format. If anyone's interested, GC has a double page reading option which I love, and looks GREAT on desktop!
You can read it HERE!

Busy Signal teams up with Dynamq for new Reggae song “In Every Country”
Reggae superstar, BUSY SIGNAL, drops his massive new single “IN EVERY COUNTRY” on the Dub Style Riddim. His version was released as a single off the Riddim Album (Dub Style Riddim), on October 4th. In a conversation with Dynamq, he hints the full riddim album which features other artistes will be released at the end of October 2024.
Listen to the song on Spotify
This makes it the very first time Busy Signal is jumping on a Riddim Album project produced by an African Music Producer.
“Dub Style Riddim” was produced by Dynamq for River Nile Entertainment and distributed by Tuff Gong International.
About Dynamq:
Dynamq, a global entertainer and former refugee from South Sudan, is a renowned reggae and sound clash performer with a rich history of charity work across South Sudan, Haiti, Kenya, and Uganda. He’s a producer for international artists like Busy Signal, Mr. Vegas, and Big Mountain, and one of the first South Sudanese artists to reach a million views on multiple YouTube videos.
His hit “Remember Those Days in Nairobi” is the most played reggae song in East and Central Africa. Dynamq’s dominance in Sound System culture includes winning the Global Sound Clash at Reggae Sumfest and Sound Clash At Sea on the Welcome To Jamrock Cruise.
He has performed worldwide, from Groovin’ In The Park in NYC to Rebel Salute in Jamaica and Rototom in Spain. He also collaborated with MTN for the theme song “Rise Up” in support of South Sudan’s first entry into the 2023 Basketball World Cup. Now a music producer aiming to dominate the reggae industry in Africa, Dynamq continues to make a lasting impact with his journey from refugee to champion.

A man does not assert his independence of God to surrender it to a fellow man...
WHEN man fell and chose to make himself, rather than God, the center of his life, the effect was not only to put man out of fellowship with God, but also out of fellowship with his fellow man. The story of man's first quarrel with God in the third chapter of Genesis is closely followed, in the fourth chapter, by the story of man's first quarrel with his fellow, Cain's murder of Abel. The Fall is simply, "we have turned every one to his own way" (Isa 53:6). If I want my own way rather than God's, it is quite obvious that I shall want my own way rather than the other man's. A man does not assert his independence of God to surrender it to a fellow man, if he can help it. But a world in which each man wants his own way cannot but be a world full of tensions, barriers, suspicions, misunderstandings, clashes and conflicts. Now the work of the Lord Jesus Christ on the Cross was not only to bring men back into fellowship with God, but also into fellowship with their fellow men. ~ Roy Hession

Norms, Power, and the Western Delusions of Benevolence
Dive into a compelling critique of Western self-perception as benevolent powers in this insightful blog post. Uncover the complexities of cultural norms, political orders, and the often overlooked role of power in shaping these norms. #Norms #Power #West
Cultural norms shape the emergence and evolution of political orders. However, these norms are not static or homogeneous, but rather dynamic and diverse, reflecting the power relations among different actors in local and global contexts. Huntington (1996) argued that the clash of civilizations, or the cultural conflict between different regions and groups, is the main source of global instability…
