For those who are going to deal with record breaking heat (AKA Europe area I think. I’m not sure if it extends past the Europe region. I’m a dumb American)

I wish you the best of luck.

For those who don’t know, they are getting a mega heat wave, around 109 degrees in Fahrenheit. And from my understanding, their houses are more built to withstand cold versus heat, so their houses are likely to trap the heat.

I normally tend to reside in the colder climates of the US, so I’m not really able to give much advice unlike the Americans that live in warmer climates. Really all I can say is stay hydrated, ice cubes and ice water are your best friends if you’re able.

Shitty plastic fans may not cool down a room, but I definitely recommend having on close to your face while you sleep. It can mean a lot. Go for sheets instead of blankets. 

For those with long hair, top knots and an ice pack on the back of your neck can be nice. 

Peppermint oil rubbed on your skin can give the feeling of cooling off as well. So there’s that.

Besides for that? Just trying to stay distracted with other things to try to ignore the heat. As for humidity...

Towels. Lots of towels to wipe the sweat off. Cold showers can also help.

I know most of this is just basic common knowledge, but my lack of brain cells never really thought of doing this during the hot days of summer, so I just thought I’d throw it out here just in case any of them are new information. The only thing I can really think that not everyone might know is the peppermint oil one though. idk.

We Are has a "slave" plot - and y'all ended up loving PhumPeem.

LITA has Payu manipulating Rain into dating him + Prapai forces Rain to give him Sky's number when Sky is against it.

PitBabe has the mmc being lied to for all of like 9 episodes by a bunch of people he trusts most.

TLDHLB is literally just Pon's character lying for 8 episodes.

Meanwhile, y'all expect me to believe Vi bullying Mook around is where y'all draw the line? Just say you hate women and move on.
