#australia adventure #i also watched the jurassic world movie for the first time AFTER going to the exhibit #it feels like it Could have been a good movie but the writing is so sexist and i spent too much time yelling EVACUATE THE GUESTS OH MY GOD #chris pratt sucks but they should've made him a horse girl for dinosaurs. that would've fixed it a bit #claire as a character is done so horribly dirty like. she's extremely competent and professional #but the entire narrative is like... portraying her as in the wrong for... being professional? for not being maternal enough?#what kind of moral is 'omggg u just need to let loose' in a movie where a SUPERMURDER DINOSAUR IS OUT OF ITS ENCLOSURE #SHE SHOULD'VE STUCK TO PROTOCOL AND EVACUATED THE PARK IMMEDIATELY!!!!!! AHHH #justice for claire jurassicworld 2024 #literally every character is telling her that whatever she's doing is wrong and bad #it's excruciating to watch. anyway #indominus rex just feels like wasted potential. like it's scary for a little but it just looks like a slightly wonky t rex #should've done the thing where you barely see it and it keeps outsmarting everyone in fun and clever ways #i also personally. think they should lean into the tragedy of creating the most perfect predator but it cannot exist on this earth #i feel like there should be a sorrow and grief in having to kill a magnificent beast #like titanic or something. idk. like as a dinosaur kid im like. i like Cool Creature. in my heart im siding with cool creature #it wants enrichment. give it a meat pumpkin #would've loved to watch a defunctland style video about the theme park

#silvacre #suranne jones #rose leslie #vigil #the bbc making a silvacre fan edit was a pleasant surprise :)#i saw the streaming numbers for vigil 2 were very good (understatement)#which makes an s3 at least a possibility #if they can write a story suranne and rose would sign on for #i'm counting on what suranne said that the continuation of the love story is a big part of what brought her back #the series does a good job creating dramatic tension and conflict within a happy relationship that doesn't involve cheating or one dying #if they do a 3rd season i hope that continues #i mean the series started with amy in the worst possible place emotionally and psychologically so surely they wouldn't go there again #s2 with its wlw mlm solidarity/parallel storyline and giving us more insight into amy and how far she's come since s1 #on top of all the other things i liked this season (which i enjoyed quite a bit in addition to the ship)#at heart it's very critical of the british government and military/war machine and some reviews seem to have missed that part #anyway i'm pleased as punch that a prestige bbc drama has two women in love at its center and a lead as compelling as amy #and that it's pulling in the numbers even without the submarine and claustrophobia (admittedly a cool premise)#keep making the fanvids bbc social media team we appreciate you #queue

genuinely forgive me for spiralling abt this thing i just made up but the concept of rolling on the relationship track potentially giving people a stress token is making me want to see riz snap all the more. i think it would be so appropriate to the whole like "the moment he slows down he will break" thing for him to finish these huge challenges and successfully pass all of his classes for the year with flying colours and have a chance to take a breath and use that to try and, for the first time in months, reach out to his mother.

and then it just all comes crashing down and he takes a rage token and fights with sklonda and logically he knows that this rage isn't helping but he's so angry at this system that forces him to work himself to death and sklonda is just. there in the moment; a face for him to yell at. and even if it's not fair he can't control his anger. in the moment he suddenly feels much closer to kipperlilly than he ever has. who sees what she considers an unfair system, and is pissed at the people who enforce it and benefit from it.

idk obviously there are larger plans for the rage tokens as a whole (tying into ankarna, probably pushing them closer to like, being this corrupted being) but it would make so much sense for riz, after everything else has fizzled down, to just crash into a wall and break.

I’ll emphasize.#in terms of the societal parts of Amore the kingdom kinda flourishes in the arts of all sorts and trade within the kingdom it goes crazay…#they were pretty closed off from the rest of the galaxy though. like their tech and stuff is pretty outdated compared to most of the other-#planets with atleast escape ships and all that fun stuff.#foreshadowing #ANYHOW lovebugs are silly guys I think of them as like weird hedonistic freaks of sorts #they have very big dionysus worshipping energy to them just to give a perspective #and of course they prioritized relationships and the different forms of love #romance actually wasn’t even the big thing that built the kingdom #it was more like a love for community and friends #which is also kinda silly because of the monarchy aspect to Amore and all that #OH ALSO these guys go absolutely crazy with fashion and makeup. gender isn’t a major thing in the kingdom in my eyes #you WILL serve cunt!! /silly #WORLDBUILDING ASIDEEE Val was the prince to the kingdom and was set to be the heir to the throne #the designs are like three different route ideas ive had for Val #the first is just a baseline design so like. pre amore‘s destruction from dominator #the second is like a good ending design of sorts to my ideal lineup for a season three for woy with val continuing to embrace the lovebugs-#history and culture even with Amore gone and a good portion of her people #and the third. is a bit hard to describe because it’s more of an au but it’s just a concept idea I had of Val teaming up with Dom #(it would be short lived like probably a few months max so dw)#and silly note i joked about the idea of val being an ex to peepers BUT I WANNA DEVELOP THAT MORE BEFORE I SHARE.#tap into that this may be cringe but i am free mindset or something slash silly TEEHEE #BUT YEAH Val’s just a silly gal in my heart and soul no matter what. ive missed her a lot i wanna work on fics with him and especially to-#develop more stuff for Amore and the Lovebugs before Dominator’s destruction of the planet #BUT YEAH i wanna Val post more. go into depth for their dynamic with the other characters and all that #I may cook some more stuff with him once I get these stargazing fics all set and whatnot SO WE’LL SEE!#also /nf but if anyone would wanna ask questions about val/amore/lovebugs ask away I’d love to answer any questions! 🥺

Robin and Steve getting a job as crime scene clean up crew because hey, it’s a job and it pays well. They are at a regular job, thankfully the bodies are always taken away before they get there so it’s just the blood and other unsavoury things they have to deal with.

What they don’t expect to see is two curly haired strangers rushing up to the scene. A tense conversation between them, the shorter fiery girl telling the taller, defensive boy off

‘maybe DON’T get distracted next time? You think we need another vampire to compete with?’

The taller boy firing back ‘I might be dead but you can’t expect me to hear black sabbath and NOT air guitar! I’ll find our new ‘friend’ and I’ll fix it. Okay!? I’m sorry!’

The intruders walk right into the scene before they acknowledge Robin and Steve.

‘Hello? Hi? Guys this is a crime scene, you can’t just walk through here!’ Steve is infront of both of them, hands on hips and a stern look. Robin comes up to his side, eyeing the pair and cautious after overhearing their conversation

‘Oh. Our mistake. We’ll come back later. You um..don’t happen to know what happened to the victim do you?’ The girl asks, brown eyes flighty before settling on Robin and giving a sweet smile and batting her lashes. Robin stutters, blushing hard and as she tries to give an answer when Steve interjects

‘I’m sorry, we can’t answer that. Maybe try the police?’ It’s said with an irritated undertone almost like he’s jealous that he isn’t the one on the receiving end of the girls attention. But then the other boy steps up, leans far too close while giving Steve a thorough once over that makes Steve feel like he’s been undressed. Steve maybe wishes he was.

‘Oh but I think I’d rather speak to you.’ The boy winks and as he smiles there’s a hint of canine teeth that look unnaturally pointed that the boy licks over. Before he can go any further, the girl thrusts her hand out with a tight lipped smile

‘Ignore him. Please. I’m Nancy, this is Eddie. But like I said, ignore him.’

The boy, Eddie, gives an indignant ‘hey!’ while Nancy continues.

‘We really respect what you do, clearly important and valued work but we are going to need you to come with us. It’s your choice if it’s voluntary or force.’

Robin quickly finds Steve’s hand, as they turn to face each other and run.

#Johnathan and argyle are already normie and vamp boyfriends that help the fruity four out #Robin trips over her own feet and Steve gets pulled down #he manages to stumble to his feet and when he turns he sees Nancy immediately at robins side #almost unnaturally fast he begins to shout but Eddie at his back #whispering in his ear ‘she’s fine. Nancy would never hurt her’#Steve’s heart hammering fast. tried to shout to Robin but Eddie just keeps circling round him hands in his jeans pockets #he almost seems shy now like he doesn’t now how to talk to Steve. he opens his mouth to say something but is #interrupted by robin laughing (if a bit hysterical) at something nancy said. immediately pulling Steve’s attention to the girls #Steve sees an opening and takes it by rushing over to robin and checking in on her #somehow it’s agreed steve and robin will go with them but Eddie is moping the whole time at Steve barely says two words to him #the truth is Steve doesn’t know what to say and it’s easier to give Robin his full attention than think about how Eddie #got his heart pounding in a way that wasn’t just from danger #Nancy is immediately besotted with Robin and isn’t shy with it #she sees Eddie pouting and tells him to get a grip but Eddie just sighs and pines. he’s never been so disregarded by a human since well..#since he was human and now this boy - steve- is all he can think about. he’s even interrupting his dnd thoughts #stranger things #eddie munson #steddie #steve harrington #ronance #HELLO!!!

Sometimes I sit down to think about the true ramifications of how / what the Fizz Bots are to Fizzarolli,

Imagine robotic clones ( sexual, at that ) being made of you and they are not only modeled after you in physical appearance, but have a likeness to your personality, mannerisms and general demeanor. Imagine they say the things you would, possibly act in the same way you would.

What's worse, is that they're made in your likeness in real time; their production / manufacturing ages along with you,

Imagine you SEE these things being assaulted, used & abused in public; these clones take it all with a smile. Soulless, mindless... But as if that's not enough, then realizing that they may just have sentience. Or at least, they give off the impression they do. And on top of ALL that... they have chunks of your memories, your past; they're you, but at the same time, they aren't,

What do you do with that information? How do you treat them ( yourself? )? What's the end game?

#medical in tags #so it's been. a day.#avoided an ER trip <3 #bp was 117/91 resting. so a bit high on the diastolic (120/80 is the standard). also narrow pulse pressure.#(not enough space in between the numbers)#which on its own? whatever. usual POTS weirdness. I'm always a bit narrow (but usually much lower).#but ALSO my heart rate was resting at about 90 and I was shaky and having nosebleeds #which. kind of elevates the situation a bit. lol.#I got better after a beta blocker and intense hydrating but I had to call my mom once the nosebleed hit.#I get them randomly all the time but in conjunction with the other symptoms it was worrying.#and I got better- or at least my symptoms subsided after a beta blocker- but it's Not Good when your EMT mother is worried!#she has seen All The Things. she knows when something's an emergency and when it's just otc meds worthy.#so to hear her giving me clear orders of what to do in her EMT voice over the phone was... not good :)#anyways. doing better now but still kind of spooked.#i've been watching too much house md. i need to stop for a bit lol it makes my own medical anxiety so much worse #BUT IT'S INTERESTINGGGGGGG. on s3. i need tritter dead.

#guys help is it time for a rebranding?? am I just gonna post about f1 now??#I still can’t believe this has all started because bestie and I were watching Ted Lasso (because I’ve been obsessed with that show for a #while now too) and I paused the episode to talk about how I really like the way Jamie interacts with kids (I’m sorry people being good with #and nice to kids is one of my weaknesses I work with kids now and have been invested in treating kids well forever)#so me saying that apparently reminded her of max and she showed me a video of him with p and yeah it was very effective in making me like #him and then we left the episode on pause and she told me a lot about f1 and max specifically cause I was interested now lmao (funny thing #is that she also got roped into it by our other friends I swear it’s speeding lmao #she also compared him to Jamie from Ted lasso (if you know you know) and showed me some heart wrenching Taylor swift edits (i haven’t #emotionally recovered yet) and yeah that’s how I started consuming way too much f1 content on YouTube and got into this whole mess lmao #oh yeah our friends also made me and another friend make a Tier list for all the drivers based on vibes alone (cause I only knew a bit about #max at that time and the other one knew nothing really) which was very funny too #especially looking back at it (we did some of them so dirty lmao 😂)#I’ve also come to the conclusion that tumblr is still one of the least annoying platforms to engage with other people (still)#YouTube is full of hate comments about drivers and stuff it’s so annoying actually #not to mention Twitter but I don’t go there and probably never will 😂#I personally don’t enjoy fics and scenarios and shipping of real people cause it makes me a bit uncomfy (not judging people who do #you do you as long as it doesn’t negatively affect anyone #but yeah I’d much rather just scroll by those here than have to look away from all the mindless hate and which driver is better discussions #everywhere else like I’m not one to engage with stuff like that but it does upset me to some #degree so yeah tumblr making memes and being rather positive about their drivers (most of what I’ve seen here of course there are gonna be #annoying people everywhere) is much more tolerable and a lot more enjoyable for me #whoops this post got away from me again oh dear #I’ve had the idea for a meme stuck in my head for days now: Max verstappen but make it if you don’t love me at my *swearing on team radio #giving spicy replies and attitude to the media maxplaining and complaining going for risky overtakes* you don’t deserve me at my *precious #interactions with p talking about his cats being a goofball with other drivers and especially danny defending other drivers driving #beautifully in the rain* it’s a package deal you can’t just pick and choose and personally I don’t even get why people complain about some #of the other stuff I appreciate someone who’s passionate and honest and genuinely kind where it matters 🤷🏻‍♀️#I think I’ve seen someone else say that but the more people complain about and criticize max the more I feel the need to defend him #god forbid women have hobbies for real (can’t believe I’ve yapped so much I can’t put more tags 💀)#also shoutout to Oscar Piastri and Danny Ric (I was so happy Oscar won even tho McLaren where being very silly in a not so funny way)
