Very serious prediction for Wind and Truth
*during some sad scene in part 4*
Shallan: oh, all hope is lost
Kelsier, suddenly appearing: it was never on your side to begin with
I did not read the previews, so don't tell me if it already happened

have you read The Lost Metal yet? would you consider doing Twinsoul for an Inktober?
I have and I did. :D
Tumblr media
27 - spores
Since Prasanva or Twinsoul kind of fit the inktober prompt, so yeah, why not? This here obviously took some inspiration from @botanica_xu s version of him. He is a lovely and pleasant character.  His tea cup ended up looking a bit like Tress‘ ones and from that the story was spun of Hoid at a paint your ceramic thing shop, making a series of cups to present random nice people in the cosmere. And how he probably gave that to someone in the Ghostbloods because he suspected it would piss their leader off, if he knew it was a present from him. 😄 maybe there’s a cup in for every colour. I wonder who has the others.
-------------------- image description:
Charakter sketch for Prasanva or Twinsoul from the waist up, depicting him as a small, old, wiry man, with brown skin and a fluffy white beard around his mouth and chin. He as a receding hairline, but here are still, a short mane of wavy, white hair wafting of the back of his head. He wears a dress shirt, neck tied with a yellow ascot, under an orange vest with a paisley pattern. A long necklace of pink stone beads hangs around his neck. In one hand he olds a tea cup with a small pink butterfly over a pinke ocean waves. The other he holds up over his head, long, rose colored crystals jutting from his thumb and index finger holding a tiny ball of metal between them. He critically gazes at that ball through specs made form the same crystal, which have formed on his face, crystalline vines leading like veins up to the construct glasses.

Maybe other people are just smarter than me, but I’m just now realizing that Iyatil is from Southern Scadrial. I missed all of the world building about the masks until now 😆

I know everyone is laughing at Hoid wearing a Hawaiian shirt to defeat Riina, but I feel like the actual shirt implications are lost on a lot of people. (Spoilers for a lot of Stormlight and Mistborn!)
Tumblr media
Those are the Marewill flowers. The Ghostblood symbol. Hoid has a shirt of those flowers purely to mock Kelsier. Mare's flowers. I have a feeling Kel has no idea, but once he finds out there may be a small war on a planet that has no idea what is happening.

Well, the Ghostbloods did it. They found a way to bring investiture off of Roshar.

This is my favorite flower, I just think it's pretty. I sure hope that my husband doesn't use it as the symbol of his interplanetary criminal empire for hundreds of years after I'm dead!

I realize it's been awhile since I posted this
This is a big ass document I made while I was relistening to SLA to find hints of the Ghostbloods and other overarching Cosmere shit, mostly to prove they aren't as bad as they are made out to be by the fandom.
Some of my takes are wrong/bad here btw! I leave them to show how much I've come to learn about the Cosmere.

I love Marasi so much for not joining the Ghostbloods. She met the cool and nice members of the Ghostbloods in Codenames, TwinSoul and Moonlight and not the creepy exploitative kind that Shallan meets, and still told them no. She still was able to see through them. Even if there were some good people on their side, ultimately their values did not align with hers.
"I won't keep secrets when the truth could save lifes". Exactly. They are more interested in keeping secrets than helping people when they can. They seek power, not making the cosmere a better place. And it would have gone against Marasi's whole character if she had accepted.

I'm on chapter 39 of The lost metal, and Kaise from Elantris is a ghostblood?! I loved that little girl so much when I read the book back on january, she was so funny and intelligent, and it's lovely seeing her all grown up. The ghostbloods actually fit her very well, I think.

Something I find so interesting; we see Kelsier as a Mistborn in tFE but that's not who he is. He's only Mistborn for like two years. In SH we see the real Kelsier; a man obsessed with the power of knowledge and very adept at getting it.

I love the dramatic irony of reading the Cosmere
I knew Felt was a Worldhopper from Scadrial so it’s not surprising that he’s a Ghostblood
But Shallan had no way to know. She just knew that he was one of Dalinar’s loyal men

Venli got the gen contai ing Ulim, the voidspren, from Axindweth, a woman in Gavillar's retinue.
Axindweth is clearly Terris. She has a Terris name, she wears many rings (read feruchemical bands) and could speak Venli's language on her second visit while she couldn't on the first. She also communicates witb Ulim by leaving bim clues.
Question is, who is she working for? It makes sense that it's Autonomy, and Axindweth is part of the Set. But then, why would she want to invoke Odium's powers and help him bring on the Desolation? Odium (as Reys) wants to destroy all the others shards, as he did with Ambition, Devotion, Dominion and Honor. Why would Autonomy want to work woth him, if she wants to get the Investiture of all other shards for herself, or at least control all other planets.
So theory number 2 is that Axindweth is working directly with Odium. She might have been a world hopper - metalminds are a good way to bring investiture through Shadesmar - and was recruited by Odium. Somewhat unlikely but possible.
And last theory - she's a ghostblood and it's all Kelsier's doing. He's interested in studying all types of Investiture, and Roshar is a huge threat to Scadriel. Even Allomancers can't fight Shardblades, and I don't know if they can be even Pushed or Pulled. So he kills teo birds with one stone - learns about a new kind of Investitire, voidbinding, and gets Roshar distructed so it's one less place for Scadriel to worry about. We know he was discussing Voidlight with Gavillar. But isn't it a risk, to potentially free Odium? Kelsier surely knows about Odium, and the threat he poses. There is also the question of the ghostblooda infiltrating the Kholin family via Felt decades before Gavillat became king and before the Radiants returned. Did he want to get someone close to potential possition of power ao he'll be able to manipulate them (Felt being Dalinar's man, Dalinar being the one to furst find the Listeners)? But still, I'd say if the ghostbloods are behind the return of the Everstorm and potentially freeing Odium, that's too great a risk, unless there is soms safety net. We know Kelsier is interested in the Heralds because, like him, they are Cognetive Shadows, but he wants his powers back, as they have, and to be fully alive again, not just spiked. Would he really return the Desolation to have the Heralds at his disposal to learn from them?
