also mabill was like my first proper OTP when i was like 16, i had SO many aus about them, way more than i have for hazbin rn (it's getting there tho)

No, the only Gravity Falls merchandise I own are some funko pops for Bill, Mabel and Dipper. Surprising I don't own more tbh.

I'm a sucker for romantic MaBill so my fics just happen to be that... I would say my "Frankenstein's Monster" oneshot is the only I wrote which I would consider platonic where the pair are partners in crime rather than partners romantically. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I'm a basic bitch who simps for shipping them.

looking to make some friends in the GF fandom! I'm pretty new to it, and I'm dying for more people to chat with about one of my new favorite shows! I'm personally partial to Wendip and Mabill as my big pairs, but I try not to dabble in ship warring these days, since I was a bit of a fandom ass as a tween. My mom literally thinks proshipping is default shipping community and absolutely normal. She's in the supernatural Fandom and self inserts as Dean's gf/wife (Go Mama!), but doesn't mind people shipping Dean and Sam. She says it's a little weird but she doesn't care because they are fictional people.

And she's forced to like the shows I do, such as gravity falls, so she had to listen to me ship mabill as a kid. She never had any qualms with that. She says opposites attract is a fun dynamic to play with.

It's weird that I feel uncomfortable with BillDip involving 12 year old Dipper, but I don't have an issue shipping 12 year old Mabel with Bill. Not for any moral reasons, the closest explanation I've thought of is that Bill and Dipper's dynamic with an older teenage or young adult Dipper are more fun to me.
