hollyberry's house was crumbling at this point -- she would have left home as soon as she turned 18 due to the pressure she was under. the nobility relied on her pull everything together, but she was never really about that.
dark cacao was still living in the place he was raised, likely being trained as a novice hunter. the diamond stone, even before the presence of the soul jam, has historically been a symbol of the chocolate tribe. there, he was considered a young adult at the age of 16 (though not a fully-fledged adult until 20).
the still-nameless cookie remained on the streets of the vicious desert town, already well-known in the area for stealing. at this point, they'd need to flee in a matter of months for a chance to survive.
pure vanilla and pale lily wouldn't have met yet, in actuality -- the former was still living with the couple that found him in their field. he was content with his life as a shepherd, but his curiosity would soon lead him to great aspirations and a future at the blueberry yogurt academy.
pale lily was recently found roaming on the property of a hunter. he brought her back to his home and started babying her, dressing her up like a living doll and putting up her hair.
