#im gonna do the interior tmrw but im pretty happy with how these turned out#i used the volvo laplander as reference for the front and the rest is based on a honda mini pickup truck#the bars around the chassis was an afterthought.. partly bc i thought it would look cool and partly because i thought#it would be good to add something to keep the trailer attachment in place.. i think theyre used more for offroad vehicles though idk#the folding screen is also partly to block out the view of sleights room and its painted with stars to act as a backdrop#idk if the stage is strong enough to support her weight with just thick wires keeping it suspended so.. maybe smth like#a table or chair gets wedged underneath to support it from the bottom too. i just couldnt fit it on there#myart#my art#my oc#oc#sleight#concept art#doodles#vehicles#sketches#wip#idk if im gonna color this i think ill just leave it like this

#something i sketched of a possessed guzma and then went haywire with the painting#dunno if i like it or not but hey it’s experimental#ultimate angst opportunities#scary scary#some things:#his sunglasses turn into markings/eyes on top of nihilego’s head#one looks sad (the one u see here) and the other is a circle#uses physical moves despite nihilego being a special attacker#but things that hurt guzma more like head smash#leading to him being even more bloodied and bruised#plus the poison damage once he does get free#just nihilego talking through him but it’s not guzma saying any of that#but feeding from his memories and anger#both from his past but also lusamine’s betrayal#my art#pokemon#guzma#pokemon usum#pokemon sun and moon#team skull boss guzma#pokemon guzma#nihilego#bonus of kukui running to get him when nihilego lets go#golisopod comes out despite being hurt from battling nihilego#a moment of respect between the two cause they both just want to help guz#kukui carrying him bridal style back through the wormhole while goli and incineroar protect them from other ultra beasts#(kukui let out incineroar not caring about his secret identity because it’s just that serious of a situation)

brush test slash rendering practice with ayem
#morrowind#almalexia#the elder scrolls#tes#tes fanart#art#id in alt#ok that's all the tags this needs ANYWAY#i started this 1. for experimenting with coloring from dark to light#2. because i wanted to draw someone kind of back turned to the camera#3. rendering practice for hair particularly#4. to go from sketch to rendering rather than doing lines to see if that doesn't smooth out my workflow a bit#5. because i've never actually used this brush past flat coloring#and out of those 1. i don't think i had enough of an idea of the palette or process to jump into dark to light painting so i did scrap that#and go with my usual “flat color with one of the mid shadow tones add shadows add light”#i do think that painting from shadows out is a thing people do digitally i just think this wasn't the drawing to test it on for me#i think i'd need to look at some other peoples processes and start with a more fleshed out idea of where to go#2 and 3 i think worked out. i'm gradually figuring hair out which i think is sick#4 i also think worked out for me which is also sick because i do get caught on lines a lot. they're fun sometimes but i think some drawings#benefit better from not having them and that it might be a bit faster#and of course everything i do is so that i can draw slightly faster and better for next artfight#as for 5. i have mixed feelings on this brush but that might be because i hate change. and also because i started this drawing on the 15th#of november and finished it yesterday. so im kind of just sick of working on and looking at it#it was a valuable learning experience and i think it came out well! i am also going to drop to my knees and rejoice when i can finally#close this file out and free medibang paint from under it so i can work on Literally Anything Else#thank you almalexia for being my test subject i should've used a reference for your armor when i did the sketch but i didn't#maybe the crown looks weird because of it maybe it doesn't. not my problem anymore i can draw other elves again#my art#iiii think i forgot a my art tag last time

#my scribbles#vypersketches#valorant#valorant fan art#brimstone#valorant brimstone#tejo#valorant tejo#digital art#i worked so hard on this and (like usual) not very satisfied with the end result but i am trying to be more proud of my work#and be braver ion doing more big pieces with backgrounds and then posting then#sketches my comfort zone...#i used to be able to paint and then i stopped for so long and digitial painting is so hard to me#every time i watch a tutorial im like yeah duh of course and then i start and i just start taking tick damage#it takes so looonngggggggggggg#and then i always dont like the end result#i know to improve i need to practise but boyyyyyyy#i want to be able to paint so bad!!!!! i love paintings!!!!! i used to love the process!!!!#but now to me it is eternally in the ugly stage and i cannot get the balance between line work (my fave and often called my strong point)#and nice shapes and juciy colours#colours are a whole different thing#traditonally i use whacky colours and i love it#and as soon as i go digital its like i get petrified of using anything other than the original colours with no lighting and no adjustments#oh god this ended up as a vent#anyway enjoy i have tejbrim on the brain
