Summary: One day, Enjel approaches the Strange Boy with an odd request. She plans to invite the girls to a party she is throwing, and must visit them all in order to obtain their favor.

Chapter six (”Death Drive”) is finally out. I wasn’t sure where to go with the story from here, so it took me awhile to flesh out everything. Think I’ll split it into two parts since it got pretty long. Sorry again to those who have followed this story and waited patiently for updates.

Enjel goes to see the “fake” Lisette, does the impossible, and holds a civilized conversation with an angry dungeon owner who has impossible standards.

The final chapter will involve the actual celebration more, where Ozzy is surprised by the party, and lets everyone have fun for once.

I agree that "in Germany your boss legally has to provide you with work while you're at your job" is a bit funny considering the German stereotype. But I am really annoyed at people who act like this is some horrible hypercapitalist thing on that post about pushing people out of their jobs by just not giving them anything to do. When really it's very basic worker protection (within the context of German emplyment law.) Because under most circumstances you can't just be fired from your job. Your employer has to provide a reason for firing you if they want to get rid of you. You also have a right to specifially the work you were hired to do.

So your boss having to give you appropriate work makes illegal any of the following:

a) Making you clean toilets instead of (or in addition to) the clearly defined office job you agreed to do

b) Not giving you work and then firing you for not doing your work

c) Waiting for you to crack under the intense boredom of having to stay on one place with absolutely nothing to do for eight hours a day while your coworkers are roped into it to shun you (or hate you because for some reason you're the only one who doesn't have to do any work) until you quit "voluntarily"

or d) waiting for you to crack under the aformentioned pressure until you do what the people in the notes said they'd do, like watching movies or doing a second job instead which is something you then can be reprimanded and fired for

in germany, chris evan‘s roles (including steve) are mostly voiced by dennis schmidt-foß, but as johnny storm he‘s voiced by benedikt weber, and it made for a really cool moment during dp&w. bc wade’s super convinced that he‘s steve, but all the german people who watch the german dub of marvel movies religiously are already like huh??? bc that‘s NOT steve rogers‘ voice, and then when it’s revealed that he‘s actually johnny, wade‘s like "ah yeah, i should’ve known from the voice". and idk, it’s not hilarious or anything, but it just made me soo happy that they used wade‘s 4th wall breaks differently in different languages. just felt the need to share this

I need everyone to know that the german word for mullet (the hairstyle) isn't a word at all.

It's the equivalent of calling the mullet "Froshbalo" in english.

Why? Because Vokuhila (the German 'word') is simply "Vorne kurz hinten lang" (Front short back long)
