You can’t really understand and manifest change without rest, you cannot truly observe the chaotic nature of the universe around you without rest, you cannot be fully anchored in yourself and ready to excite change without rest. So what I am saying is rest goddamnit. You need to take a breather, rot in bed, feel the roots sink into hell so you may better ascend to heaven, draw, paint, dance, listen to music, fully rot into the sheets and only leave the bed to clean the rot and come back in. Like rotting is a time of reflection and change cannot occur without personal and physical reflection. You need to think about yourself, the past and everything else to be able to full embrace the future. Its okay, to rest.

The cold and harsh reality settles the beef, the harsh realization of things puts it into perspective and now you are no longer are able to harbor beef. You need time to lay down and to reflect, you current views were sliced by cold harsh truths which, were very necessary, like you were a child getting a hold of something you were not meant to have and a cold hand reaches down to redirect. While your peace may have been disturbed its was a needed truth, REST, take your time to think of the future, take time to think the next course of action within your new reality, take time to think about past thinking and what you can take onto the next beginning.

Like a mother give yourself love and grace, open your arms to a inner child and accept them into a warm embrace of acceptance and unwavering understanding. Rest, contemplate the past and in the ways to may affect new beginnings. Do not let yourself get consumed by the past but acknowledge it in a gentle way, be kind, be nurturing, rock yourself to sleep in the valley of death and see your reality for its unbothered truth, look within yourself and without yourself and take the time to mourn the past and be gentle with past actions which may not reflect who you are now, grant yourself the grace of understanding, the grace of understanding ignorance, be aware of yourself.

Literally….. spiders. Like I don’t know how to send in my formal request that I don’t want these fucks around (respectfully). I usually catch and release but once one the size of my hand was crawling up my leg while i was doing the dishes and I panicked and smoked my leg into dishwasher.
