In 1959 and 1960, Hickman appeared on younger brother Dwayne Hickman's CBS sitcom The Many Loves of Dobie Gillis, playing Dobie's older brother Davey in three episodes: "The Right Triangle" (1959), "Deck the Halls" (1959), and "Where There's a Will" (1960). Also in 1959 he starred twice in the TV Western Gunsmoke; as "Andy Hill" in the episode "The Choice" (S4E34) and as "Danny" in the episode "Target" (S5E1). ‘tis... not exactly the season yet, but it’s close enough for to share this classic fifa ‘12 commercial featuring kaká!
it’s one of those ads with players from multiple teams, and the premise is that they’ve all received disappointing holiday gifts: gerard pique doesn’t want socks, a baby-faced jack wilshere thinks slippers are rubbish, wayne rooney doesn’t know what to do with a puppy, aussie legend tim cahill is confused by a bonzai tree, etc.
obviously, my favorite part is kaká and little bemused face as he tries to play a banjo, but what i specifically love is that he’s the only one who doesn’t badmouth his present.
ricky is so polite he won’t even say anything unkind about a fictional christmas present from a fictional friend.
As most of y'all enjoying Indies produce all these years, would've sensed for long, we at Indies are a bit classical at heart !
And in keeping with those richly steeped tastes, bring to you our latest (as also I'm sure hugely interesting & awaited) all-time historic list!
The Indies Top 75 American Actors Of All Time !
(And only reason Indies don't extend this list any further, is for the sheer impossibility of it!..the gulf btwn below esteemed list & most other actors through the century of American cinema, assessed, being just too wide, upto 150+ spots atleast, to carry on further.)
Enjoy !
& A Very Happy & Prosperous New Year To Everyone !
