Sethos x Scaramouche/Wanderer (romantic)
Lee: Sethos
Ler: Scaramouche
Warnings: Tickles! Gey
___________________________________________
Rays of sunshine started seeping through the blinds, signaling the start of a new day. The warm glow embraced Scaramouche’s features, causing the indigo male to let out an annoyed grumble. He not so delicately rubbed the sleep out of his eyes, stretching out his limbs until they grew numb.
While ungraciously sitting up with a drowsy pout, he looked over to his side. A tangle of limbs and sheets, also known as Sethos, snored away without a care in the world.
It was quite the sight, some might even call it cute.
The Wanderer reached out, gently tugging down on the blanket to reveal his lover’s face. Letting out a soft chuckle at the bit of drool that dripped out of his mouth.
“Adorable…” the ex-harbinger murmured to himself, further tugging down the covers that encased his lover.
He watched as Sethos shifted in his sleep, goosebumps rising across his skin as the cool air hit bare skin.
Scaramouche couldn’t help drift his gaze towards the expanse that was his bare back. Such soft, supple skin. He couldn’t help but want to touch it. Without thinking much, he started to delicately trace his fingertips across the smooth skin, instantly growing mesmerized by the feel. Like a cat playing with a new, shiny toy.
He really had fallen down the deep end when it came to love. Not in a million years did he think he’d revel in something as simple as skin contact. His thoughts got interrupted as he heard a sound akin to a… giggle? He stopped his movements, glancing over to Sethos’s face, only to still see him out for the count. Though, there was now a cute, little smile stretched across his lips.
Wanderer didn’t think much of it and went back to mapping out his back, as if trying to memorize every curve.
“Hehe…”
Okay, that definitely was a giggle. Scara watched Sethos’s smile grow brighter, earning a smirk from the former.
“Finally awake, little bee?” There was a teasing lilt in hat guy’s voice, his fingers never seizing their movements.
“Yeah- Hehe! What are- what are you doing?”
“Simply admiring your back. Though someone seems a bit too ticklish for that~” His smirk grew more teasing before he leaned his face closer, placing a gentle kiss on the exposed patch of skin.
“EEP?!” Sethos squeaked, his eyes widening in shock at the embarrassing sound that escaped his lips. The blush on his cheeks not trailing too far behind.
“Heh, cute” Scaramouche started using both hands, trailing his fingers softly up and down the sides of his boyfriend’s bare torso.
“Oh c’mon honey, no- Hah! No tickling…!” Sethos whined into the pillow. Despite his protests, he didn't try to get away.
“Tch, don’t act like you’re not loving the attention. You could easily get away if you wanted to, little bee”
“But I’m sleepy- EHEEK?! WAHAHAIT!” The squeal that came out of Sethos probably resounded through all of Sumeru, having reached new heights in pitch when Scara started lightly pressing his fingers between his ribcage. Wiggling against the sensitive bones.
“NAHAHAHA! MOCHI, NOT THEHEHERE!” Sethos squirmed and writhed, his limbs flailing all over the place as he laughed his head off. He could feel his face erupt in warmth from the whole ordeal.
The Wanderer’s teasing expression softened up to a more endearing look, absolutely smitten by the mess of giggles and limbs he had created.
“Not here? Are you sure? It drives you insane with laughter though~” He cooed against the flustered man’s ear, earning another cute squeal.
“PLEASE, IT’S- AHAHAHA! IT'S SO BAD THEHEHERE!”
Scara couldn’t help but laugh along. Watching his boyfriend struggle to form coherent sentences was wildly amusing and adorable.
“Oh fine, I’ll go somewhere else then~”
Sethos missed the playful tone in his boyfriend’s voice as he made the mistake of relaxing once those pesky fingers stopped tormenting his ribs. He slumped down against the mattress, trying to steady his breathing. “Ahahah… thank you- WAIT! THAT’S WOHOHORSE!”
He could’ve sworn his soul almost left his body when he suddenly felt small, blunt nails scratching and wiggling away under his arms.
“What was that? I couldn’t hear you over all that laughter~” Scaramouche placed a small kiss on the warm shell of his partner’s ear, his fingers digging into the sensitive skin to draw out every last laugh, squeal and giggle.
“HYAHAHAH! PLEASE, MERCYHIHIHI!” Sethos threw his head back, and that’s when the world seemed to stop for Scaramouche. Time froze, his eyes widened as he saw his boyfriend’s crimson red face. Eyes squeezed shut and nose scrunched up, and that smile. Oh, that smile did things to him. It was so… pure, so bright and full of life. And that sweet sound of laughter that just seemed to scratch his brain in all the right spots. Everything about Sethos is mesmerizing, making Scara feel like a lovestruck fool. He was snapped out of his daydreaming when he heard the shrill pleas of his hysterical partner.
“EEEEHEHEHEHE! NO MOHOHORE!”
“Oops-” Scara slowed his fingers until reaching a full stop, pulling his hands away to allow his lover to recover.
Sethos took greedy breaths, his chest heaving as he looked like he had ascended on cloud 9. He opened his crinkled eyes, only to see Scaramouche staring down at him with a toothy grin. What was more flustering? All that tickling or that look that seemed to make his stomach turn? Perhaps both.
“You okay?” Wanderer’s voice came out oddly soft as he gently ran his fingers through Sethos’s long locks.
“Yeah… though, I think I’m ready for bed again” the latter spoke with a tired chuckle.
Without warning, Scaramouche crashed right on top of him. Earning a squeak as he nestled his face against his lover’s back.
“Good idea, wake me up later” he placed a kiss on his back before dozing off within moments. Sethos couldn’t help but chuckle in amusement.
“Alright, goodnight honey” he rested his head against the pillow once more, feeling his eyes growing heavy and his heart forever warm in the Wanderer’s presence. As he felt himself drift off, he heard a soft “goodnight, little bee”, causing a smile to blossom on his tired face.

Thoughts | Thomato
part 1
A/N: This is my first fic, so please be gentle. It's very short, I hope to get you guys opinion on this
warning: tickle (duh)
words: 436
Thoma didn’t know what he was feeling. I mean, he knew it, but was tried to reject the butterflies he felt everytime his master needed his help.
At first, he thought maybe it was just because he had never dated anyone before, but he realized maybe it wasn't simple like that. His mind were just 'Ayato, Ayato, Ayato. '
Was it maybe a kink......? No, he never had those thoughts with Ayaka.
Whatever was it, It was getting a bit out of hand.
Ayato was working, as always, in his room since it was near bedtime. Thoma was cleaning, per usual, but he couldn't help the glaze to his master, 'why's he so handsome? no, more than that, he's absolutely stunning...If I could tackle him down, I would use his feather pen to trace over his muscular body. He would squirm at the tinglish feeling .T-thoma...." and call my name.'
.....
'WHAT
Now, what are you thinking of your own master Thoma? He gave you everything and unlike the other 'masters' he speaks to you with a gentle voice and treats you so well. If you ever tried to tickle him, he would never forgive you, you sinner.'
"Thoma?" Ayato cut his thoughts
"Yes, master?!" He promptly answered as his heartbeat increased a bit more.
"I was wondering if you could help me with this..." Ayato pointed at the pile of papers near him as he knew Thoma didn’t have much knowledge in politics.
"Of course!" The man quietly sat down near his master and began to organize the papers.
'That scared me, just if Master Ayato could read my thoughts. .. I don't know if I would be more or less embarrassed by not speaking with words. But look at him again. His handwriting is perfect, I don't even have much to do in here.
Hm....? what is this'
Ayato was now hugging Thoma from behind and his hands traveling the servant sensitive torso as he said
"Thoma, I noticed"
What????? what did he notice? "Y-yes?"
"You were staring at me. What were you thinking?"
"N-n nothing master, p-please" DID 'MASTER NOTICE I WAS HAVING DIRTY THOUGHTS?'
"Oh really, I think you're not being sincere to me." '??!!!'
Now, It really began. Ayato used his short fingernails to send electric ticklish shocks through Thoma's stomach and torso. Everything was happening so quickly that he didn't even have time to try and catch Ayato's hands.
'Why is master tickling me, why he's so good at this too?' Thoma had so many questions with no answer at all.
"M-mahahaster plehehease dohont" Thoma cried
"Please don't what, tickle you? But you're not being a good boy, don't you think that's a good punishment?" he asked as he continued the assault now moving to Thoma's sides."NAHahaHA I'm SOHOHrRY"
"If you're sorry, tell me the truth," the tickle stopped.
Thoma was breathing heavily and using the time to try and formulate the right words. 'What am I supposed to say?'

A well deserved break
i lived😨 AHHHH missed writing so much ANYWAYSANYWAYS enjoy my rats 🫶🫶
paring: lee!reader x ler!venti
“Windblume..?”
You opened your eyes halfway, turning your head to look up. To see your favourite wind-wielding archon looking down at you, you couldn’t have had a better start to your morning. But, you had to admit.. it did seem a bit early. Looking out the windows of your teapot, you could see it was barely sunrise.
At this moment, you knew you wouldn’t be able to muster enough energy to talk at all. So instead of using your words, you decided to climb onto him and huddle yourself into his chest. Hearing him let out his signature giggle, you knew he approved.
“Love, it's only 6.. go back to sleep.” he murmured, stroking your hair. melting into the touch, you gave him a sleepy kiss on the cheek. “What.. what day is- is it?..” you said with a yawn, tucking your head under his chin. “its Wednesday.. why?”
“Wednesday…” you repeated, thinking to yourself for a second. Wednesday.. Wednesday…..
..oh.
God fucking damm-
You fully opened your eyes, letting out a long wine. “Windblume?.. What's wrong?” Your beloved asked, looking down at you for a moment.
As much as you wanted to lay in your lover's arms for the rest of time, you started to make your way to the door. Or.. tried to.
As soon as he heard you about to shift, he tightened his arms around you. “Huh?.. Where are you going love?” he asked, turning your face to meet his eyes.
“Just commissions.. and.. Lisa wanted me to help organise the library. Oh, and i agreed to help Jean with some knight work.. and-”
Suddenly, a finger pressed up to your lips. “Shh.. that's enough.” Venti hushed, “All of that stuff can wait until at least 10 in the morning, right?”
You sighed, “It can’t.. I still have to help Albedo with his experiment afterwards too, so I might take a bit.” You moved to get out from his hold, giving him a knowing glance when he didn't let go
“I’ll be back around 10-ish, okay?” You leaned in to kiss him again, this time on the lips. He melted under your touch, moving his cape to rest along your shoulders. “Now you have to stay in for a bit. C’mon.. just a few hours?...please?”
of course, you were honoured to be wanted by the anemo archon. In your defence, you really did need the primogems..
You sigh, turning your body towards him and hugging the god tightly. “I’m sorry Ven.. I really do need to go though. I’ll finish up as soon as I can, okay? I promise.”
Honestly, looking back at it,
you don't know why you thought that would work at all.
Him and you both knew that he was stubborn, and even more adorably grumpy when he's just waking up. Venti simply gave a grunt of disapproval, slipping his arms under yours and returning the embrace.
The bard tapped your back softly, alerting you to look up at him. You did as requested, only to be met with dove eyes looking back at you. “..Please? Come on.. please? pllleeeaasee? pleasepleaseplea-”
“Venti.”
You chuckled, pulling away to cup his head in your hands. “You know I love you, but you really can't reason with this. It's final, even your puppy eyes can't change fate.” you hummed, peppering kisses all around his face.
He quickly scrunched his nose up, smiling widely. “ehe- stohoap..” he giggled at the stupidness of his partner, his eyes squinting at you. You pulled back, returning the stupid smile. “Okay, now I really have to go. Want your cape back or am I leaving with it? Then, all of Mondstadt can know I'm yours~”
The archon blushed at the thought, looking back at you after averting his eyes on reflex. “You.. don’t know how much i’d love that..” he mumbled out, “But maybe.. you could just.. stay? only for a few hours..?”
You rolled your eyes playfully, “How many times have I said this? You can’t convince me Ven. People need help, and I’m here to serve their needs. I'm not called “honorary knight” for nothing you know..”
A small noise of dissatisfaction left Venti’s mouth, as he began to talk out his offer. “Just.. 10 minutes. Please? I won't whine anymore I promise!”
You thought about it for a moment, before giggling to yourself. “I suppose.. But, if I’m late I’m blaming it aaallll on my favourite bard you know~.”
Your partner shushed you, adjusting the both of you to lay back down as he wrapped you in his arms. “Is your plan to make me fall back asleep again? Because.. it's working..” you laid back, melting back into the pillow under your head.
Your partner moved closer, resting his head near your collarbone and leaned up to place small kisses around the area. Your shoulders slightly scrunched up, tightening your arms around the archon.
“hm.? ..oh. sorry, i forgot how ticklish you are~..”
The word sent a shiver down your spine, causing you to arch your back ever so slightly. Venti cooed quietly, “Don’t worry, don’t worry.. I’m not planning on completely attacking you. Just relax, okay?"
You couldn’t help but smile at him, well, literally, as he continued to dot his lips all around your neck and shoulders. “mmhp- Vehehenti..”
“Yess, my lovee~?” He giggled softly, pulling back and huddling you against his chest. Once he knew you were comfortable, his hands slowly moved to rub up and down your sides. “Yohohou..” Is all you could say in response, your brain short-circuiting from his movements.
“Awh.. are the tickles making your pretty little head all foggy, huh? You really need to relax more, you know..” He suggested, unknowingly teasing you. At his words, you let out a soft whine and tightened your grip around him; he's right, he was making your head all fuzzy..
His hands finally slipped under your shirt, causing you to gasp gently. You couldn’t help but try to twist away as you felt his hands curl into your sides, fighting the urge to slap a hand over your lover's mouth after he giggled at your antics.
“My dearest.. You really are rather cute, you do realise that.. right?” He said in a certain tone of voice that made you wanna hide under the covers and never come out, archons, he always knew didn't he?
“mmmph nohoho..” You whispered , unable to stop the sounds coming out of your throat. One of your hands held onto the back of his nightshirt, making sure your face was hidden into his chest and tucked away from his view.
“No? Are you sure?” He asked, taking on a fake confused tone. His nails began to trace circles around your sides, teasing the bottom of your tummy ever so slightly. You felt your body jump, unable to stop the giggles that poured out of your mouth.
“Fuhuck! Vehenti!-” You couldn’t help but yelp at his fingers, your body involuntarily squirming away. To no avail, he simply held you tighter to keep you in place to be able to continue. “That's me, your favourite bard~ How can I help you, sweetheart?”
You groaned in between your giggles, “Yohour so mean..” Is all you said, running out of things to say. “Oh, I’m the meanest am I? I'm just sooo evil, almost as evil as trying to leave me for 4 hours? Do you even realise how long that is? Hm?”
“Ihi dihidn’t mean to! I’m just buhusy todahAH-” You let out a loud sound of suprise, his nails trailing onto your stomach. One of his hands traced squiggly lines around the space and the other circled around your navel area.
“nonohEhaha!- fuhuck! Ihi’m sohorryy!-” You said, your body in a slight shock from the sensations. “plehehease! Ihi’m too tihired for this!”
“Your tired? Great! That means you’ll stay in today right?” He asked, not expecting an answer. After all, you knew that wasn’t a question, but instead a statement. “Buhut.. I have stuhuff to do..”
“I’ll take care of it, If they have a problem with you taking a rest for once then they can take it up with me.” He said, his index finger gently tracing just around your navel causing you to let out a soft squeal.
“VeheEhen! Ihi dohon’t knohow! Lehehet me thIHink!-” Your own laughter cut you off, trying to twist out of his hold. “Come on.. Just say yeess~” He giggled, using his other hand to move up to your ribs and digged in.
“FUHuck!- Ohokay! Whahatever! plehehease!” You resorted, moving both of your hands that you’ve been restraining the whole time to grab ahold of his. Finally, his hands slipped out from under your shirt and moved to hold you close.
“You work too hard, my love.. I know you don't think you want it, but your body needs this break. So.. Just this once?” He looked down at you with puppy eyes, his head tilting into the pillow.
“..I can’t say no, can I?”
“Precisely."
You sighed happily, rolling your eyes. “Fine, just this once.”
As you repeated his words, you could already tell this wouldn’t be the first time.. But, it wasn’t so bad right?

“captain kaeya?” he asked, knocking on the fancy wooden door. he fiddled with his yellow tie. a small shuffle was heard from kaeyas office. “captain? are you ready for our expedition?” he said louder, knocking on the door yet again.
“ah, my apologies, please come in.” mika slowly pushed open the door, seeing a puzzled kaeya in his chair with his hand over his chin.
“you look troubled. is something bothering you?” he asked, tampering with the cover on his book.
“i uh… it’s nothing, really. let’s head out.” he began to get up, tidying up his office before leaving.
“n-no, i insist. what’s wrong? maybe i can help.” kaeya paused, sighing. he turned to mika, who was now sitting on the couch in his office. “come sit, let’s chat.”
“i guess i should comply.” he chuckled, coming over to sit next to mika. the yellow haired boy fiddled with his fingers, although he wasn’t good at comforting people, he wanted to help kaeya, kaeya has done a lot for him.
“s..so.. what’s up?” he looked down at his book that was now on his lap.
“to be honest, it’s not something i’d like to get into.” kaeya said gently, putting a hand on mikas shoulder.
“ah.. i’m sorry. i-i shouldn’t have-“ “please. don’t worry about it, i’m going to be okay.” he reassured the young boy.
mika sighed, slumping back. until a brilliant idea popped in his mind. maybe he could do something else to make him cheer up.
“hey.. so.. there’s this thing my mom always did to me when i was a kid, it would help me a lot when i was sad.” he rambled, smiling at the thought of those cherished memories. kaeya cocked his head. “what might that be?”
mika laughed under his breath, opening his book and taking out his feather pen. “may i touch you with this?” he asked, not realizing how stupid it sounded until it came out. “i-i, um .. i’m sorry i’m not trying to be weird i just-“ kaeya cut him off, “i’m not sure what’s going on, but i trust you. go crazy.” he chuckled.
“o-okay.” kaeya stared at him, eager to find out what his plan was. mika took the soft feather, dragging it over his ear.
the sound that came out of kaeyas mouth was one he would never live down. kaeya wasn’t familiar with the concept of tickling, but something about it made him feel warm inside.
“ah..ahaha.. it.. feheels funny..” he scrunched his shoulders, embracing the joyful feeling. “it’s supposed to! laughing always makes you feel better.” mika said, more confidently. he took the feather and slid it over kaeyas side, he gasped, automatically flinching at the tickly touch. “come on.. don’t bottle it up, just laugh!” he smiled.
finally his laughter began to grow, he clutched his stomach, it felt like his worries were just evaporating. mika took his other hand and began to squeeze at the flesh of his other side. “GAH! AHA!” kaeya scrunched his face, laughing and squirming like there was no tomorrow. “my gohoodness!! ihihi thihink it’s working!” his laugh was deep and charming. mikas nimble fingers and the ever so light touch of the feather were driving him up the wall. his brain was overwhelmed with stimulation and joy.
“okahay!! okay plehease noho mohohore!” kaeya pleaded, mika immediately stopped, watching the captain catch his breath.
“so, did it work?” mika asked hopefully. kaeya nodded, still giggling. “yehes, it did. thank you mika.” he placed his hand on mikas head, ruffling his hair. he yelped, pushing away his hand and laughing.
“are you ready to head out now?” mika asked, he stood up, tucking his book away in his bag.
“you know it, could you go tell jean for me that we’re leaving? i’ve gotta pack a few extra things.” kaeya stood up as well, dusting himself off.
“no problem!” mika said proudly, marching out of the room. kaeya smiled to himself, mika probably had no idea, but that gesture of kindness made his entire day.

Clear As Water - Lumine x Cyno
AN: thought id get high and write for a rare pair!! idk i just think they're cuties <333 ALSO SEMI SPICY??? NOTHING TOO BAD JUST HALF NAKEY LUMINE <333
Summary: Cyno and Lumine have started patrolling together around Sumeru. One day, the two go for a swim to cool off, and Cyno cant help but ogle.... and touch.
The heat was almost too much, at least for Lumine. Her steps got slower, her breathing got heavier, she wasn't used to this type of labor. In short, she hated it. But there was at least one thing that made the heat worth it. "Lumine, are you coming?" The white haired male called, he was a few yards ahead. "Yea, I'm coming- don't worry about me." She said with a huff. The white haired male, Cyno, had asked Lumine if she'd like to accompany his patrols for the week, and without a second thought she accepted. Why did she accept you ask? Not sure, maybe she enjoyed his company, his dry jokes, his endearing tone towards her, his smile, his eyes, his...
Never mind, that's not important.
"You look tired, we could sit for a bit, gather your strength." He said with a sly tone, he was somewhat amused at the fact that she wasn't handling the heat as well as he could. But maybe there was a part of him that was a tad worried, he never really saw the traveler so exhausted. "Mm, are you sure? I'd hate to make you late on patrols." She spurted out. In truth, she wanted to rest, but she'd hate to be a burden, especially in front of the General Mahamatra, so uncool. "No, its alright. We've been making good time, we have more than enough time to rest." He lightly smiled as he walked back to her, taking a piece of hair that had clung to her face and curled it behind her ear. "There's a small stream just around the corner of this cliff, why don't we go for a dip?" He offered. A tint of blush hit her cheeks, making her face look even more red. He smiled at her reaction, they had grown closer over the passed few months, this week was just a bonus. "That sounds lovely, I need to wash this layer of sweat off, I feel gross." "Heh, poor Lumine, how will she ever survive?" He said sarcastically.
"Shut up."
The pair made their way around the cliff, their eyes widening as they saw the water running down a grassy patch of the canyon, the perfect spot to cool off. Lumine was the first to sprint down, with an unusual amount of energy to what she had before. Cyno quietly chuckled at the sight, following behind her.
He watched as she got to the edge of the stream, she stripped herself of her shoes, then her socks, then her dress...
His face began to heat up, he couldn't process how she felt so comfortable to show- everything. Well, almost everything. She still had her bra and underwear on. "Are you not coming in?" Lumine asked, already in the water, a look of cooled bliss on her face. Cyno coughed out his slight moment of embarrassment, and nodded. "Yes, just give me a moment Lumine."
He stripped himself as well, till he was just in his shorts. Lumine ogled at his white hair, how it looked so much fuller without his hat on. "The waters so nice, you're missing out." She teased.
"I said I'm coming, missy." He scoffed with a smile, stepping into the water and sighing happily as the cool water began to lower his temperature. The two of them soaked in the stream, letting the water carry their heat and exhaustion away. Lumine took in Cyno's expression, carefree, relaxed, so peaceful. She adored it. "You look happy." She smiled. "I am." He lightly smiled back, flicking a bit of water at her. "Pfft, and why's that Cyno?" She teased. He kept his gaze at her eyes, oh how he loved her eyes. "Want me to be honest with you?" He spoke softly. "Always." Her mind was so clear, clear as water. "Because I've gotten to spend this whole week with you, you're quite beautiful Lumine." His light smile grew larger, a hint of blush could also be seen. Lumines breath hitched, what did he just say? Was he being for real? She couldn't believe the words he was saying, there was no way. Did Cyno actually feel that way about her? Did she feel the same...? "Do you mean that...?" She muttered out through her blush. "Yes, you shine brighter than a Lunar Lotus." Lumine leapt into his arms, the water splashed around them as she wrapped around his neck. She could feel her heart beating, she could hear it in her head. Why was she so happy? Maybe she was waiting for him to say something like that, to confirm that the feelings she was having were mutual.
"Lumine? Are you alright?" He asked. "Yea, just... I feel the same." He could feel her smile against his shoulder. "I assumed so, I'm glad." He chuckled, wrapping his arms around her waist. They stayed in each others embrace for what felt like eternity, it got to the point where Cyno could see the sunset approaching, they had to get moving soon. "Lumine, we have to start leaving." He spoke softly, not wanting to immediately kill the mood.
"Not yet." She spatted out.
"Lumine." He warned.
"Not yet Cyno, please." Her voice was so sweet at times. He smirked to himself, moving his arms so his hands were positioned at her flanks. "Last chance missy, we need to go." "I said no Cynohoahaha! W-Wahahait!" She spurted out giggles, splashing around as she felt Cyno's fingers beginning to wiggle and squeeze along her sides. "No fahair! Quihit ihihihit!" She squealed, how adorable. Cyno only cooed at her, taking in the heart warming sight before him. "Not going to happen, you tested my patience for too long." He smiled, a sweet and tender smile. His fingers worked his way up to her ribs, where he squeezed and prodded between them. "I didn't expect you to be this ticklish, dear." "Ahaha-! Cyno plehehease!" Her laughter raised in volume as he toyed with her ribs, making her squirm and splash even more. "Just a bit longer, I'm enjoying your laugh Lumine." He kept a firm hold on her ribs, and being chest deep in water only limited her movement even more. "Eheheha-! Ihihit tihihckles!" She just kept giggling. "That's the point, now tell me- how long have you felt this way about me?" He asked sweetly. "I dohohont know! I cahahant- tahahalk!" She whined through her laughter, he adored it. "You're talking right now silly, dont lie my dear. Your sins way upon your soul." He teased, jumping down to her hips as he kneaded and squeezed, causing a big reaction out of her. "PFFTAHA! Nohohoho! Not thehere!" She squealed. "Not there you say? How come?" He said sarcastically, making sure to keep a good hold on her, he wouldn't want his little giggle bug getting away. "AhahAHA-! Come ohohon!" She squealed as his fingers kept a latch on her hips, maybe this left him open. "Lumine, what are you- ah! Yohohou little-!" And just like that, the tables were turned, Lumines fingers hand found their way to Cyno's underarms, where she skittered her nails all around. His arms clamped down in response to her sudden action, trapping her hands in as she continued to tickle. "Gotcha'! Not so fun is it huh?" She giggled, watching as he crumbled in the water, letting out the cutest whines and giggles himself. "Nohoho! Stop ihihit! Luhuhmine!" "Yes Cyno?" "I'm sohorry ok!? You cahahahan stop nohohow!" He pleaded. She smiled as he tried to get her hands out, but alas- it was no good. "I don't think you mean that Cyno, and remember what you said! Lying is bad~" She teased, pushing her thumbs into his upper ribs, a spot she knew was bad, thanks to Tighnari. "LUHUHUMINE-!" "Are you realllly sorry?" She cooed. "YEHEHES-! I SWEHEHEHEAR!" He begged through his laughter, the water splashed as he struggled, crashing into Lumines face. She decided to have some sympathy and stop, watching him catch his breath. "You okay?" She asked sweetly.
"You- are such a tease..." He huffed, smiling at her. "And you're not? Serves you right." He chuckled, swiftly picking her up bridal style. "Shut it missy, lets get going." He carried her out of the stream, and into a new found world of love.

My Honey ♡ My Bee (fic)
For Artists Who See Their Art on My Fics Link to Art: (credits go to @munchr00m (elaine !) on Twitter!): Sethos/Scaramouche
—
Summary: Wanderer and Sethos hang out, but Scara’s thoughts and uncertainty about their dynamic in the future end up eating at him. Sethos reassures him through convincing means.
A/N: SethoScara!! These two have me in a chokehold and the art and fanfics for these two are amazing. And here is my contribution :) Inspiration for this fic comes from this post. I did my best to retain Scara’s bratty attitude, but I also wanted to show a softer and vulnerable side to him. So, I’m sorry if Scaramouche seems OOC to you all. With that being said, I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it!
P.S. There is a small scene that might be slightly NSFW to some, you’ll see it when you get to it, so you can skip the section until you don’t see any of the stuff you don’t want to see. Can’t reveal too much for spoilers. If anyone’s interested in me writing a smut fic (would be my first!) for these two, let me know! I’ll leave a poll :)
Word Count: 1965 Also on AO3!

The sky was a mix of red and orange hues as the sun set over the horizon. At the base of a tree outside of Sumeru City sat Wanderer and Sethos. The two of them have grown to like each other’s presence and made the tree their special spot to be with one another.
“Beautiful, isn’t it?” Sethos spoke.
“You have poor taste in beauty,” Scaramouche answered, making Sethos chuckle. “That wasn’t supposed to be funny.”
“Hehe, I know. I never get tired of your responses.”
“Hmph, weirdo.”
A comforting silence settled afterward before Scaramouche spoke again.
“Why…Why do you keep putting up with me?”
The seriousness in his tone made Sethos look at him with concern.
“What do you mean?”
“I’m a nobody. Someone who tried to become a god. A puppet that was thrown away because they were useless. One that makes mean and snarky comments. Why? Why do you want to be with someone like me?”
A surprised look crossed Sethos’s face.
“Isn’t it obvious? It’s because I like being with you.”
Scara’s eyes widened as Sethos continued.
“I was curious about your mysterious past and kept pestering you until you told me. When you did, I didn’t turn away disgusted or begin to hate you. All it did was make me want to be with you even more.”
Conflicting emotions and uncertainty ran through Wanderer's eyes before they were stopped by a hand on his cheek.
“You dare-” Scara started, making a move to swat Sethos’s hand away before Sethos started stroking his cheek with his thumb. He went quiet as he made eye contact with Sethos who had an endearing expression on his face.
“I'll take care of you.”
I'll take care of you.
A flicker of light is shown behind Wanderer’s eyes upon hearing those words. But as quick as it came, his eyes darkened with uncertainty.
“It's rotten work.”
“Not to me.”
Surprised, stormy eyes met determined, loving ones.
“Not if it's you.”
Those words were an arrow to his heart as tears from decades of sadness, anger, and hurt threatened to fall. The world seemed to blur around him as his senses were solely focused on the man in front of him.
“The things you mentioned are in the past. It's time for you to move on and not let them plague your mind.”
Sethos leaned closer, accidentally making Scara’s hat fall off his head. The latter could hardly care as he felt Sethos comb his fingers through his hair and his breath on his face. Not to mention the soft lips that were barely a millimeter from his own.
“You aren't useless, Scara.”
Sethos’s warm breath hit him in the face as he spoke.
“You aren't a nobody either. Since our first interaction with one another, I was obsessed with you. Your hat. Your past. Your attitude. But most importantly, what hid behind those stormy eyes of yours. And the more I got to learn about you, I began falling for you. I wanted you. I liked you. I love being with you. Your sassy attitude, you calling me a busy bee, I cherished those moments. In my eyes, you are the perfect being and you have a place in my heart. I will go to the ends of the world to fight with you. To be with you. To…love you.”
Sethos pushed forward, softly planting his lips on Wanderer’s. He melted into the kiss, kissing back with fervor as Sethos took the lead.
“Sethohh- mmm~”
Sethos smiled into Scara’s mouth, taking pride in making him fall apart. Taking it a step further, he licked his lips asking for entrance. When he met no resistance and instead Wanderer parted his lips, he dove right in.
“Se- mmph! Mmhmm~”
“Mmm~”
Sethos sucked his tongue, making him roll his eyes in ecstasy as he tangled his fingers in Sethos's hair. Sethos deepened the kiss, gently pushing his back to the ground.
“S- ahh! Mmm~ Aah! Mmphahh~”
“Mmochi~ Hah! Scaraah~ Mmm~ You have hah~ too many ngh~ na- aah~ names~”
They continued their make-out session, drowning in each other's embrace and letting out their feelings for one another.
They broke for breath after some time. Sethos towering over Wanderer with his arms on both sides of his head and the latter laying his head back on the grass looking up at Sethos. His face was flushed, complimenting the pink and orange hues of the sky and Scara couldn't help but reach out a hand towards his cheek, caressing him.
“Beautiful,” he breathed out.
A red tint started to spread to Sethos's ears and a shy smile started to form.
“M-Me?”
“snort. Yes, you.”
He wrapped his arms around Sethos, bringing him down to his chest.
“I hate how you make me feel so mushy inside."
There's no bite behind those words. Instead, love and affection.
“It's my job now, honey~”
“Argh, Sethos.”
“What? You call me a bee, I call you honey. Plus, you are so sweet-”
“I am not sweet.”
“Yes, you are. Especially your taste. Sweet like honey. No wonder I am a bee that is so attracted to you~”
Scara just groaned, his face flushed red. “Where did you even learn to kiss like that?” he asked, changing the subject.
“Oh, that. Heh,” Sethos rubbed the back of his head, rolling off him and laying beside him.
“You know how they say the quiet ones are the interesting ones? I'm far from being quiet, but since being in the Temple of Silence, I tend to be alone in my thoughts a lot and my imagination runs wild. And when I first laid my eyes on you, I never stopped thinking what it would be like to kiss those lips of yours.”
Wanderer’s heart fluttered in his chest, knowing that Sethos was thinking of him from the first time they met.
“And how did it feel?” he asked, turning to him.
“We both know the answer to that.”
“I want to hear it from you.”
Sethos chuckled, facing him. “Alright, if you really want to hear it. It was the most amazing feeling in the world. The moment just felt right. When our lips touched, a pleasant tingling sensation traveled down my spine. Having your lips locked on mine, it just felt like we were meant to be together. Oh! Your moans. Don’t get me started on your moans. They were sweet as hon-”
“Okay, you are just teasing and trying to make me flustered.”
“Maybe~ Is it working?”
“Not even.”
“You sure about that? What's that reddening on your ears?”
“Oh, shut up.”
“Make me.”
“Is that a challenge?”
“What do you think?”
“Oh, you are asking for it, annoying bee.”
“I'll like to see you- ack! Ahahaha! T-Tihihickling is cheheating!”
Scaramouche smirked, hearing his giggles as he tased his sides with ease. “Aw. Sucks to be you then~”
“Wahahait! Nohohoho fahahair!”
Scara draped himself over Sethos, lazily tracing random patterns from his shoulder blades to his neck to his chest and back again.
“Doesn't take much for me to make you giggle, little bee.”
“Hahahaha! Mohohochihi! Gehehet off mehehehe!” Sethos tried to roll around to no avail.
“Hmm, let me think about it,” Scara put on a fake thinking face for a few moments before he began to knead Sethos’s hips making him choke on a surprised laugh. “Nah.” A smug look crossed his face. “I want to do this all day~”
“GAhahaha! Nohohoho! You ahahare- NAHAHAHA! Nohot thahat SPOHOHOT!”
Sethos shrieked as his lover dug his fingers into his armpits causing him to clamp them down.
“You are losing, my love~” Wanderer teased, rubbing deep circles into his lover's armpits causing him to howl with laughter.
“AHAHAHA! HOHOHONEY! IHIHIT TIHIHICKLES SOHOHO BAHAHAD!”
“Oh really? Here, let me help. Tickle tickle tickle~”
“THAHAHAT’S NOHOHOT HEHELPING! YOU’RE MAHAHAKING IHIHIT WOHORSE!”
“How about this? Coochie coochie coo~”
“STAHAHAP TEHEHEASING MEHEHEHE! AHAHAHA!”
“I have no idea what you are talking about,” Scara said, playing dumb.
“YOHUHU LIAHAHAR! YOU- GAHAHAHA! NOHOHO!”
Sethos squealed as Scara used his thumb to massage his upper ribs.
“PLEheaSE ScahahARA!”
“Oh, my ticklish, little bee. Begging already? We are barely getting started~”
He decided to have a little mercy on Sethos, slowing down, so he could take a breather.
“Thahank youhuhu,” he giggled out.
“I’ll tell you what,” Scara started. “If you don’t laugh for 5 minutes straight, you win the challenge and get to tickle me to your heart’s content. If you lose, get ready to be tickled without mercy.”
“Pfft, 5 minutes. I can handle that. Challenge accepted!”
Wanderer inwardly grinned, his scheme working as he kissed Sethos with passion. Being caught off guard, Sethos quickly recovered, returning the kiss, unaware of the one hand that was inching closer and closer to his side until-
“MMPHAHAHA!”
Perfect.
“Noho! Youhuhu caught mehe off guahard!”
“I win~” Scara cheekily said. “Seems like that was your best… what a pity.”
“You planned that from the start!” Sethos pouted.
He stuck his tongue out towards Sethos. “Bleh, I win and that is all that matters. Come here and give me my prize.”
He lunged toward Sethos, leaving him no time to escape before he crawled his fingers under his clothes and attacked his tummy.
“I’ll geHEt yOUhu bahACK! AhAHAhAha!”
“Keep on dreaming little bee~”
After what felt like an eternity to Sethos of Wanderer skittering his fingers along his sensitive spots and teasing him to oblivion, his lover let up, lying right beside him.
“Mouchehe, you’re a ruhuthlehess tihickler.”
“Heh, that means that I’m still good at it or you are just too ticklish for your own good, or maybe both.”
“Scaraaa.”
They both fell into a peaceful silence as they stared up at the now starry sky, enjoying each other’s presence.
“Sethos?” Wanderer’s voice was soft when he spoke his name.
“Hmm?”
“Your words from before, I wanted to hear someone say those words to me for so long.”
“Which ones? You being sweet?” Sethos teased.
“Sethos,” Scara groaned. “I’m trying to be vulnerable here.”
“Hehe. Sorry sorry,” he chuckled, turning towards him and hugging him.
“I’m talking about when you told me you’d take care of me,” Scaramouche continued, snuggling into his embrace. “How it’s not rotten work to you and how you love me.”
He took a breath before continuing.
“It's all I ever wanted. Someone to say those words to me.”
A shooting star raced through the sky, lighting up his eyes. Sethos saw hope and a new spark of life in those mesmerizing eyes of his.
“I know I’m a bratty character and that’ll probably never go away, but I love you. I truly love you, even if I don’t show it at times. And…and I’ll go to the ends of the world for you too.”
Sethos could see the tips of his ears reddening and he inwardly grinned at how cute he was before going in for a quick peck on the cheek.
“Mochi, I love you so much. You are so freakin cute right now. But in all seriousness, I’m happy that you are in my life and I can’t wait to spend all of it with you. My sweet, honey love.”
“Archons, you are going to be the death of me you mushy bee.”
Sethos brought their lips together for a slow and soft kiss. Knocking their foreheads softly together, both of them stared into each other’s eyes, enjoying the moment before pulling away. Sethos was the first to stand up, grinning from ear to ear. Wanderer shook his head in amusement, picking up his hat and setting it atop his head before reaching out towards his lover’s outstretched hand. They started their way back into the city, hand in hand with fingers entwined.
My Honey.
My Bee.

Lovelynim's tickletober Day 11: Noise
Sethoscara & Aether
A/N: late again but oh well~ this is my first time writing sethoscara (I think???) those cuties *sobs* I hope you enjoy this! 💖
"I s-swehehear! If y-you keep dohoing thihis I'll- AHAHAHA! Sehehethos, plehease!"
He had never hated anything as much as he hated the moment Sethos had found his weakest spot. And he hated even more that it had been during an intimate moment with the other; now he was in only his underwear and with Sethos between his legs, preventing him from closing them to protect the inner part of his thighs that the little bee squeezed and squeezed, making him laugh hysterically.
"Hehe, are you begging, Wanderer? I didn't think you'll be so ticklish here~!"
Wanderer threw his head back and arched his spine as his hands tried to blindly catch Sethos's hands; he even released small gusts of wind that only made Sethos laugh, causing his hair, that fell loose over his shoulders, to move back. If Wanderer hadn't been so busy laughing until his sides ached and his throat felt on fire, he would have become a little mesmerized, seeing how beautiful Sethos looked at that moment. Giggling and smiling like a child, his cheeks flushed and his hair an adorable mess.
Wanderer's laughter was more high-pitched, panicky as Sethos' fingers found that horrendous spot very close to his groin that almost had him screaming.
"S-S-S-BEEHEHE! S-Stop now-!"
"What are you guys doing?"
The laughter stopped immediately and two loud gasps echoed through the room. Sethos and Wanderer quickly turned their heads towards the door and their already pink faces turned crimson red as they saw Aether's head peeking out from outside.
"Tr-Traveler?!" Sethos was the first one to react, looking down at Wanderer, their position and then up at Aether again. "Wh-What are you doing here?"
Aether cleared his throat. "You guys are being a little too loud... Paimon won't be... uh... is- is Wanderer ticklish?"
Wanderer widened his eyes, quickly looking up at Sethos who was grinning mischievously at him. "Don't you fucking dare!"
A few minutes later Wanderer was screaming with laughter, writhing on the bed with Sethos' hands glued to the inside of his thighs and Aether's hands shoved under his arms, fingers wiggling against his bare armpits. He was sure he was going to die that night, he'd definitely-
"HEY! Paimon allowed you to stay the night, but now Paimon can't sleep because you're being TOO noisy and- KYAAAAAH! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?! PAIMON'S PRECIOUS EYES!!" Paimon covered her eyes and Wanderer went limp on the bed.
Oh, he had never been so happy to see that little flying thing as he was right then.

A/N: Posting the long-ass thing I gifted to @ticklygiggles during the holidays with her fav pairings!
Summary: Mondstadt's Winter Festival has arrived, and Aether has made it his job to make sure everyone is having fun… among other things! (Also on AO3)
Word Count: 10K
Prologue
Winter season was here, and this time again, it seemed that Mondstadt was all for exceeding the previous year’s traditions and festivities.
A spectacular festival, with musical performances, special treats just for the season, attracting friends from all over Teyvat to spend the cold days right here in the City of Freedom.
With the start of the event just around the corner, Aether and Paimon were helping out a lot. Aether assisted with the decorations with his practical use of all elements, and his Serenitea Pot could offer additional lodgings when all hotels and inns were fully booked. Paimon especially helped a lot at the food stalls, and no, hehe, not only by eating everything. Although, pre-tasting food was definitely part of her joyful duties.
Most of all… Aether was here to help out Albedo who was experimenting at home for the first festive alchemy show of Mondstadt. Inspired by Lyney’s magic show and Gaming’s dance, Aether had made the suggestion that Mondstadt could add some exciting entertainment as well, apart from the musical performances, especially for the enjoyment of the youth.
He did not expect this would become the task of his very own boyfriend, Albedo, and although the sweet alchemist was reluctant at first, he had been enjoying some new types of experiments recently. Sometimes these went well, and sometimes they didn’t. And well, today….
“I’m home,” Aether announced as he entered Albedo’s chambers. He then gasped when confronted with the mess inside.
Today’s experiments didn’t seem to be going well!
Albedo x Aether
Albedo didn’t appear very worried about his predicament, however the moment he saw Aether, his face brightened.
“Welcome home,” he greeted casually. Aether snorted. There was a strange sticky slime all over the place, and apparently Albedo found himself stuck underneath the substance as well.
“What happened?” Aether asked, carefully stepping around the slimy disaster. Albedo hummed.
“I am not sure. When I tried another trick for the alchemy show, this happened. Please don’t tell Paimon about this.”
Pffft hehe. Paimon would’ve made an even bigger scene of this. Panic, maybe even hysterical laughter. Aether wasn’t sure. But Albedo was so calm. He wasn’t even squirming.
“Are you… Are you stuck?” Aether asked, finally reaching Albedo. He lay in a funny position on the floor, covered with the bright green slime. His legs and head were sticking out, and that was about all that was visible of him.
“I am. It would be great if you could help me get out.”
He was the cutest. Aether had no idea for how long he’d been like this, but Albedo looked so at ease. He probably trusted that Aether would be here to help him.
Chuckling, Aether grabbed Albedo’s notepad that was on the table. With only a few splashes of slime on it, the notes were safe from harm, and Aether checked them out.
“Uhuh. So, how do I get you out?” he asked when he didn’t understand the notes. Albedo shrugged.
“Maybe you can use some water? Or cut away the slime,” Albedo suggested. Looking at him again, Aether couldn’t help but giggle.
“Is it me or do you seem rather comfortable over there?” he asked. The lack of concern coming from Albedo was kind of hilarious. He was just lying there and not being very helpful.
“Well, I can’t move after all,” Albedo said. Walking back towards him, Aether kneeled by his legs and poked them.
“What about these? They are still pretty slimeless,” he said. Albedo kicked.
“What can my legs do, then?” he asked. Aether shrugged.
“I’m not sure. It’s just funny to see you’re so relaxed.”
“Well, apart from the fact that we have to clean all this, there’s not much to be concerned ab-OH!” Albedo let out a funny yelp.
“We have to clean? I think it’s you who made this mess, Bedo. Not me,” Aether said, tickling the back of Albedo’s knee with one finger. The trapped alchemist now did start to squirm a little. His relaxed attitude changed.
“The shohow was your ideahehe, w-we cahan clean togetheher ahah!”
Aether tickled him more now and smirked. “I didn’t know you’d be getting yourself into trouble like this,” he teased, now tickling Albedo’s knees with both hands. Albedo started to kick and struggle, but his arms really seemed to be stuck to his torso underneath the slime.
While his relaxed attitude had Aether doubt it before, he was now pretty sure he was as helpless as he claimed. And that…. Well. That gave him only more desire to make his precious boyfriend laugh until he couldn’t breathe.
“AHahaether! Dohohon’t! R-relehease me fihihirst!” Albedo kicked his legs weakly, but Aether sat on his calves and used all fingers to scribble behind his knees and all over those sweet sensitive thighs.
“If I’m going to tickle your pretty legs, I’m obviously doing it when you still can’t move, Bedo.”
“Juhust because you cahahan doesn’t mehean you should! Nahaha!” Albedo threw his head back, and Aether felt enchanted by how cute and charming he looked. Despite his predicament, covered with sticky slime and tickled to death, Albedo was as dazzling as ever.
“Ahaether! Nohhoho! Thihis is so chihildish- stohohop!”
After tickling and teasing him for as long as he pleased, Aether finally gave his breathless lover a break and looked for a way to free him from the slime. Water didn’t seem to work, so in the end he indeed had to use a knife and carefully cut through the thick substance until it freed Albedo. Not without an ‘accidental’ tickle with his finger here, and a little ticklish scratch there, of course.
“That was about time,” Albedo said when he was finally free.
“Pardon?” Aether poked him, making him jump, and Albedo caught his hand and pouted.
“The tickling part was rather unnecessary,” he said with a cute blush. Aether giggled and hugged him. Even though Albedo was still sticky and had a strange chemical smell on him, he was still his lovely huggable boyfriend.
“Was it that unnecessary? Trust me, anyone would’ve used the opportunity to use some tickling to make you laugh when you were that helplessly stuck.”
“Just because you can, doesn’t mean you should,” Albedo lectured.
“You already said that. I’m serious, when presented with the opportunity, anyone would tickle their partner. It’s that simple.”
“No. I think it’s just you. Tickling is for the youth. Not everyone is so immature,” Albedo said with a playful smile.
“Wanna bet?” Aether suggested.
“.....I don’t see the point.”
“There is none. I’ll just prove it to you.”
“No need.”
“Still, I’ll do it.”
“You’re being so silly.”
“Yup. Your silly.”
While they cleaned up the room, they argued back and forth, and meanwhile Aether came up with his little plan. Not only was it going to prove to Albedo he was right. It was also going to make this festive week so much more fun!
Wanderer x Sethos
“....... How convenient.”
While Wanderer didn’t seem too delighted, Sethos was dying from happiness. Thank you, Traveler! Thank you!
Due to the crowded hotels and inns, Aether had added his Serenitea Realm as an additional place for many guests to stay during Mondstadt’s Winter Festival, and Sethos was lucky to share a room with Wanderer. And not by accident, he assumed.
Pretty much everyone, including Aether and Wanderer himself, knew about Sethos and his schoolboy-crush on the mysterious scholar. He knew Wanderer didn’t necessarily dislike him, but he had never really responded to his advances so far. They were just friends, and nothing more.
So now that they were roommates for the week, Sethos was so excited.
“He even left us this,” Wanderer sighed as if it was a problem. On both their beds, a gift was wrapped to celebrate the festive season.
“That’s so kind!” Sethos chirped. Before he opened his gift, Wanderer already opened his own and read the card to go along with it.
“To Wanderer: A festive hat to wear this week. Be sure to wear it, or I will make you. From Aether,” he read, and he looked at the red and green colored hat.
“Well, how nice,” he sighed, but Sethos already rushed towards him and grabbed the hat.
“That looks lovely! Put it on, please!”
Wanderer rolled his eyes but did take his hat off so that Sethos could put the new one on. He looked really adorable like this.
“You look great,” he whispered. Wanderer blushed a little and shrugged.
“So, what’s in yours? Don’t tell me we’ll be wearing matching hats,” he said. Sethos turned around and quickly returned to his gift.
“That’s right! Let’s see…” He excitedly tore away the paper and revealed…
“A book?” Both he and Wanderer said at the same time. Sethos studied the cover.
“A special book of treasures for my dear friend Sethos…. From the Traveler…” he read out loud.
“Treasures? What’s that supposed to mean,” Wanderer asked. Sethos wondered too and opened it. His eyes then widened.
“T-this…” He blushed. They were very detailed research notes and observations, about something very specific.
“W-Wanderer’s tickle spots,” he whispered.
“Hm? Pardon?” Wanderer stood by his side and tried to peek at the book, but Sethos quickly stepped away with a blush.
“What is it? Let me see,” Wanderer demanded impatiently, but Sethos quickly held the book in front of his face and scanned the pages.
This was indeed valuable information. Out of nowhere! What a mischievous thing to do! Sethos hadn’t tickled Wanderer before. Sure he had some tickle fights with Cyno and with Aether before, but the thought of tickling his one and only crush just flustered him greatly.
To think Aether would give him such a major push in that direction. His eyes found the first notes:
Always tell him you will tickle him. He’ll get flustered and deny he’s ticklish, making for the perfect build-up towards his demise. Try to catch him from behind, it will make him more vulnerable. Start with his sides.
So detailed… Sethos kept stepping away to avoid Wanderer’s curious grabby hands, and then suddenly he stopped and looked at him. He smirked.
“Wanderer. I’m going to tickle you,” he announced as was instructed.
“H-huh?!” He indeed got flustered immediately. “What are you s-suddenly…?!”
“I’m going to tickle you,” Sethos repeated, pressing the notebook between his elbow and side so he had both hands to use.
“That’s ridiculous! I’m not ticklish, you’ll be wasting your time,” Wanderer claimed as was expected. Sethos giggled.
“Oh, well if you’re not ticklish, you surely wouldn’t mind~!”
He had hoped Wanderer would turn around and run as soon as Sethos wiggled his fingers at him, but it wasn’t going to be that easy. He raised his hands defiantly and was ready for a struggle, but luckily Sethos had sparred a little too much lately with Cyno and was proud to have gained some skill and agility.
So he grabbed one of Wanderer’s arms and spun him around, pulling his arm behind his back. Then with his free hand he began to tickle his side with gentle squeezes and slow finger-wiggles. It proved to be effective immediately.
“Gahah! D-don’t you dahare!” Wanderer howled, squirming slightly while Sethos continued to tickle.
“I thought you weren’t ticklish? Then why are you laughing?” he asked. He realized it might’ve been better if he read the full notebook first before immediately attacking. He had gotten a little too excited. Now with his hands occupied it was a little hard to take out the notebook again and read the next steps. So he was going to have to take gambles for his next attacks.
“Ahahaa you -! I’ll gehehet you for thihis!” Wanderer laughed. Sethos blushed a little. He wouldn’t mind getting got by his crush. But still, he was now tickling him for the first time and hearing that unique laugh. He would love to hear more.
“Maybe heeere…” He moved his wiggling fingers from his sides to his stomach and dug in. Wanderer bucked wildly and threw his head back, causing his hat to fall off.
“Look what you’re doing now. It doesn’t tickle and yet you’re making a mess!” Sethos teased. He managed to push Wanderer in the direction of his bed and tried to push him down, but that wasn’t as simple as he had hoped. Before he could succeed, the roles had suddenly reversed and he ended up on his back with Wanderer pinning him down.
“Now why would you play with fire like that, huh?” Wanderer said, and he grabbed the book that was still squeezed between Sethos’ arm and side so he could take a look. With one hand he pinned Sethos’ wrists together above his head, and he used his free hand to peek into the notebook.
“That wicked….” he mumbled with a blush.
“Please - it was Traveler’s gift to me! I didn’t even go further than the first step!” he whined. Wanderer chuckled and put away the book.
“Oh really now? Well guess what? I wouldn’t need any research notes to kill you. I’ll just follow my instincts.”
Well, using the term ‘killing’ seemed rather dark, but Sethos could confirm that he was indeed dying of many things very soon. Laughter, that was for sure. And also from the butterflies that swarmed inside his lovesick stomach. What was also killing was the thought that after all this, his romantic feelings towards Wanderer may have doubled, making him explode, while remaining unrequited!
“WHaahaha-Wandeheheer plehehease! Aaahahaha!”
“Geez, you’re so easy, Sethos~”
Then again… It was only the first day of a festive week together in Mondstadt. Who knows what might happen after today’s tickly exchange….
Alhaitham x Kaveh
The streets were decorated beautifully. The lights on the buildings were even more impressive. So this was Mondstadt at the start of its Winter Festival.
Together with Alhaitham, Kaveh arrived in their room. It seemed they were lucky to get a room at the inn. With so many guests visiting, all lodgings had been fully booked, and Aether even had to use his Serenitea Pot to offer additional space.
Over time it seemed that Mondstadt’s Winter Festival had become even more popular than its famous Windblume Festival, which was rather impressive. But seeing it up close like this, Kaveh could understand why.
“Oh, what is this?” They noticed two gifts on their bed with ‘Alhaitham and Kaveh’ on it. There was a little card as well, and Alhaitham opened it and read it out loud:
“Dear Alhaitham an Kaveh, welcome to Mondstadt. You must be tired after the long trip. Enjoy a nice hot drink and a meal first, you can find my recommendations at the bottom of this card. Then when you’re back at the inn, enjoy a relaxing night together with these gifts I got for you. Enjoy your week in Mondstadt and thank you for coming here to celebrate the Winter Festival.”
Kaveh had to chuckle a bit since Aether’s words were so kind and warm, and yet Alhaitham read them in such a dry voice.
“That’s so kind of him,” Kaveh said and he opened his gift. “Ooooh!” He revealed a set of very soft and warm pajamas, in the color red. Alhaitham opened his own and had a matching one, in green color.
“I suppose he figured we would not bring fitting clothing for these temperatures,” he said fondly. Kaveh chuckled.
“This will definitely keep me warm tonight.”
“Well then, let’s eat something first.” They studied Aether’s recommendations and enjoyed a lovely meal at a restaurant nearby. When they were outside they could already enjoy some more of the festivities which would officially start with the Winter Festival’s opening ceremony tomorrow.
After a good meal and a stroll around the city, they were back at their inn. While Alhaitham sat down in one of the comfy chairs to read his book, Kaveh went to change into the warm pajamas in advance. Feeling the fluffy fabric he just couldn’t wait.
“Suits you.”
Kaveh looked up and saw that Alhaitham didn’t even look away from his book, but he surely had checked him out when he didn’t notice. He blushed slightly and sighed.
“I’m not sure if I should take that as a compliment, coming from you. You should wear yours too. It’s really nice and warm,” he said, walking over towards Alhaitham and handing him the PJ’s.
“Hm - wait,” Alhaitham said just as Kaveh turned away from him.
“What?” Kaveh asked and turned back again to face him. Alhaitham put away his book and got out of his chair. He approached Kaveh until he stood pretty close, making Kaveh hold his breath.
“Turn around,” Alhaitham said. Rather than a request, it was almost a firm command. What was he so serious about?
“I-is there something on me? Are the PJ’s torn? Is something wrong?” he asked. Alhaitham didn’t say a single word while Kaveh turned his back towards him.
“Alhaitham?” Kaveh asked, feeling curious and impatient. Then… without warning…
“AYah!” Kaveh jolted when he suddenly felt two pairs of hands on his sides, with fingers digging in slightly, enough for it to tickle.
Kaveh immediately tried to grab Alhaitham’s hands, but he failed to pull them off as those fingers continued to dig in, wiggling and dancing playfully.
“Ahhahalhaitham wha-what are you dohoing! Wahaha!” he laughed. They would tickle each other from time to time, it wasn’t that uncommon in their relationship, no matter how odd it may seem. But usually there would be at least a little bit of a reason. This time it was so random Kaveh got completely overwhelmed.
“Dohohon’t!” He stumbled forward, trying to escape Alhaitham’s clutches, but he was followed all the way through the small room, and they ended up on bed; Kaveh pinned underneath Alhaitham’s heavy weight, laughing and squealing for his life.
“AHAHA nooooo dohohon’t!” He blushed like crazy - he wasn’t sure how thin these walls were. This was humiliating, what if other guests would hear this noise!
Without saying a word, Alhaitham looked at Kaveh’s face while he tickled the hell out of him. Kaveh squirmed and struggled, kicked and flailed, but in the end there wasn’t much he could do except laugh until he was out of breath.
Then, Alhaitham gave him a short, gentle kiss on his lips and got up again, returning to his seat to continue reading.
“W-w-what was… that… for,” Kaveh said breathlessly. He was all shaky as he got up again. The warm pajamas were now more like an obstacle rather than his savior. He felt too warm after getting tickled mercilessly like that. He took off the top and folded it while he caught his breath. But then…
“Hmm?” He turned the shirt around and saw what was on the back.
Tickle me ♡
….. Kaveh stared at the text. It was subtle, not too big. But yes, these PJ’s definitely invited the other to tickle them. He watched Alhaitham in shock. He couldn’t believe Alhaitham would get tempted by something so silly.
“That Traveler, really….” Kaveh mumbled. He was too tired and flustered to say more to Alhaitham about this, but there was still one thing on his mind: if this text was on his shirt, then maybe it was also on Alhaitham’s. Not that he could just carelessly tickle Alhaitham whenever, without risking a similar treatment like just now. But still….
“Challenge accepted,” he whispered softly. Somewhere this week, he would get his well-earned revenge!
Zhongli x Diluc
“It was great!”
“It was so amazing. Did you see, did you see?”
“Even better than last year!”
Diluc didn’t care much that everyone was talking about the Winter Festival’s opening ceremony which he had missed. Instead of feeling disappointed that he missed it, he felt embarrassed. He had gotten so carried away cleaning up his tavern’s storage that he completely lost track of time and missed it unintentionally…
“Yo~” Diluc looked up to see Kaeya enter.
“We didn’t see you at the ceremony. Traveler asked me to give this to you,” he said, and he handed him a gift.
“Oh…?” Diluc accepted it and studied the wrapped package.
“Where were you anyway?” Kaeya asked.
“I was…. busy,” Diluc said. It was obviously a lie, it wasn’t crowded yet at all because everyone was enjoying the start of the festival with so many things to do. Skating at the ice rink, buying food and drinks at the various stalls, having fun with workshops, games, performances, shopping. Most people would come to the Angel’s Share later that day.
Luckily Kaeya didn’t say anything else. “Well then. Enjoy the festival too when you can~!”
He left the tavern, and Diluc finally opened the gift and revealed a small bottle. On the card was written:
Dear Diluc,
You’re probably going to be very busy during this festival. I wanted to give you this special gift. It’s the result of a little experiment Albedo did the other day. With a few drips of this magical potion, you will feel very happy. So happy it will make you laugh. You can drink it yourself, or present it to grumpy customers. No worries: it’s completely harmless. If you want the effect to wear off sooner, there is one way to do it: more laughter! If someone’s there to give a little tickle, that’ll work best.
Warm regards,Aether
“Hrmph…” Diluc studied the bottle. Why would he give him this thing. He had no need for ‘feeling happy’ and even though he indeed complained about some irritating customers once in a while, he doubted whether he should give them something of this, uh…. He studied the label. Happiness potion? Pfft.
But the gesture was nice. He studied the bottle some more. Then he took a glass and poured some wine in it, and added a few drips, just to experiment if it was anything visible at all. It wasn’t visible.
He just wondered about the taste of it, what the effect would really be like and if it would be best to throw this wine-tester away instead of trying to drink it when he heard a sudden noise from the storage. Huh? He went inside and to his horror found a sneaky bard attempting to raid his storage.
“When did you get here, hey!”
“Surpriiiise noooo!” Venti wailed as Diluc caught him and tried to drag him out. He changed his mind. If anyone would be his test subject for that mysterious potion, it should be Venti. If it was harmless, Diluc needed to see what would happen if- eh?
“Hello.” Entering the tavern again while dragging Venti by his collar, Diluc stared at a polite looking customer who was sitting at the bar.
“Zhongli! Good to see you! So you love Diluc’s drinks too huh!” Venti chirped, struggling in Diluc’s grip.
“You know him?” Diluc meant to ask Zhongli about knowing the little thief Venti, but the merry bard already gave an unwelcome response: “Of course I know him! He’s a very old friend of mine! Zhongli, so good to see you here all the way from Liyue! Are you enjoying the Winter Festival?”
Zhongli only smiled at them and chuckled. “Hello. Hehehe…” Diluc may have heard about this Zhongli person from Aether, but it was actually his first time meeting him. He seemed rather… What was the word… Goofy? And that while Diluc had the impression from Aether’s stories that he was a rather serious person.
“I am ehenjoying myself, indeed. The wihine is so good, too hehe.”
Diluc’s eyes widened and he quickly looked for the happiness-tester he had poured just now. Gone. Instead, Zhongli had a glass in his hand that looked a lot like it, and aaaah he took another sip!
“Ahah yes, I apologize. It wahas here ahalready, and it looked so g-good hehe. Of course I will pay for it, one mohoment.”
Zhongli’s giggly words were laughed at by Venti who threw his head back and cackled. “What’s the matter with you? Never seen you so giggly before!”
Diluc sighed. At this moment people should be enjoying the many parts of the Winter Festival, and instead he was dealing with this remarkable pair of guests, and one of them had sipped from Aether’s stupid happiness potion unknowingly!
“I am just feeling hehe, very good,” Zhongli said as he leaned some more over the bar so he could slide some mora Diluc’s way. He was sitting in such a strange position while laughing like that.
“Thanks pal! And thanks for the drinks!” Venti the little thief took the mora and two bottles from the bar before bolting out.
“I’ll pay you back soon!” he promised. Geez… That little shit. Besides the mora, Venti was now on the loose with: 1) the happiness potion and 2) the bottle of wine Diluc had used to make his tester with, which had been consumed by the man before him.
Zhongli smiled at him. “Very eheh pleheased to meet you.” Diluc sighed and decided to worry less about Venti and more about the charming man in front of him. And since the Traveler was the culprit of all this and also was their mutual friend, maybe Diluc should be honest with him.
“I am sorry if the way you are feeling right now is a bit strange. Here, this might explain,” Diluc said, and he gave Zhongli the card. Zhongli read Aether’s handwriting while giggling, and then he let out a deep sigh.
“T-that trahaveler. I wonder h-how long this will tahake,” he laughed. Diluc nodded.
“Diluc, was it, yehes?” Zhongli asked. Diluc straightened himself and nodded again.
“Yes?” he said. Zhongli’s random giggles were a bit awkward to him too.
“P-please hehe. Please tickle me.”
Diluc’s eyes widened. He remembered the last part of Aether’s card and he groaned.
“W-what did you say?” he asked.
Zhongli merely giggled some more before repeating: “Tickle me, plehease. I would lihike to hahave a proper c-conversation wihith you, b-buhut I cahan’t when I’m like thihis,” Zhongli giggled. Poor Zhongli. Diluc felt already tired just by watching him. Ugh it was to be expected of the mischievous Traveler and his alchemist boyfriend to come up with something like this.
Diluc sighed and awkwardly stepped from behind the bar and circled around Zhongli’s giggling figure. He felt weird to do it, but maybe it was even worse to do nothing and let him sit here and suffer from endless giggles for who knew how long?
“Then please excuse me,” Diluc said as he stiffly put both his hands on Zhongli’s sides.
“Are you ticklish here?” he asked first to make sure he wouldn’t touch an inappropriate place if it wasn’t even going to work.
Zhongli nodded. “Yehes, it will tickle,” he confirmed. Oof, that was kind of cute. Diluc shook the thought out of his head and dug his fingers into Zhongli’s sides. The man jumped slightly and his soft monotonous giggles got their first little pitch.
“HEeheh!” Diluc almost stopped promptly, but he had a feeling it wouldn’t be enough. So he tickled Zhongli’s sides until the giggles turned into laughter.
“D-dohoon’t mind me struggling-heheh! Y-you mahay continuehehehe!” Zhongli laughed. Diluc didn’t know Zhongli very well and wasn’t sure how much of this funny personality was influenced by the happiness potion. But he started to feel rather fond towards it.
The handsome, strict-looking man in his neat uniform was giggling and laughing while Diluc tickled him, and he could only pray that no one would enter the tavern and disturb this moment. For eh, you know, privacy sake, and not to humiliate them. Not to humiliate poor Zhongli in particular, of course. Yes.
“M-more…?” Diluc asked, wondering if the potion’s effect was wearing off. He wouldn’t know if he kept tickling him, but Zhongli was pretty clear:
“Yehehes! Plehehease!”
Well, that was very clear. Diluc wondered if Zhongli would get used to the tickles on his sides. Remembering his embarrassing tickle fights with Kaeya, of which many he shamefully lost, he recalled a spot that would make Diluc himself lose his mind. He let his fingers climb up and clawed gently at Zhongli’s ribs.
“Ahhhahahaha!” The gentle bubbly laughter changed pitch again. Lower, but louder. Diluc moved his fingers up even higher until he reached the spot right below Zhongli’s underarms.
“I apologize,” Diluc said before tickling that well-known killer spot with everything he had. Zhongi’s laughter definitely got more hysterical and he almost fell back. Diluc caught him, and while Zhongli squirmed and laughed in his arms, Diluc felt himself heat up at the close proximity.
“Plehehease!” Zhongli laughed. Not sure whether he meant please tickle more, or at last, please stop, Diluc settled with the second one and finally stopped tickling. Zhongli continued to rest against him and gasped for air. Although he was breathing heavily, Diluc was pretty sure he had stopped giggling,
“Did it…. Did it work?” he asked. Zhongli smiled and nodded.
“I-it worked. I apologize for that,” he said. Diluc helped him back in a proper sitting position and returned to his spot behind the bar.
“N-no I should be the one to apologize. It was Aether’s gift, I left it here carelessly and…” To his surprise, Zhongli reached over the bar and grabbed his hand to make him stop sputtering.
“Let’s not apologize. Could I please order a glass of your finest wine? I’ll pay you double, since a certain someone stole my previous payment.”
With that humble smile and his cheeks still colored slightly, Zhongli smoothly ordered his drink, making Diluc blush even more.
“Y-yes sure… and don’t worry about t-the eh, about the money…” He wasn’t sure if it was because of the silly situation because of Aether’s potion, but the mood was definitely a little weird in here, and he found himself wishing for Zhongli to hang around at the tavern for a little while longer.
Ningguang x Beidou
Luxurious. Aether definitely saved his best room for them. Beidou was secretly relieved that Mondstadt couldn’t provide more rooms to stay. Thanks to that, she and Ningguang had the honor of staying at one of the spacious mansions in Aether’s Serenitea Pot realm, and although it wasn’t winter over there and it wasn’t like the true festive atmosphere as in Mondstadt City, they got such a beautiful and fancy room. It was amazing and magical.
“Feeling like royalty here,” Beidou chimed. Ningguang giggled.
“Oh my queen,” she sang. Beidou playfully stuck her tongue out at her girlfriend and headed towards the bed to try out how soft it was.
“Are you going to skip this part?” Ningguang asked. Beidou turned around and saw that she had missed an important detail. There was a beautiful coffee table made from glass, with on top of it a neatly wrapped gift.
“Dear Ningguang and Beidou, I hope you will enjoy the Winter Festival in Mondstadt. Please accept this humble gift. May it fill you with love and warmth at all times, whether you’re together or apart. Always. Warm regards, Aether,” Ningguang read out loud.
“Aw, that’s so sweet,” she said. She opened the gift while Beidou relaxed on top of the comfy bed.
“Tell me what’s in it!” she chirped.
“It’s…. oh. It’s… us?” Ningguang wondered. Beidou got up and joined her girlfriend, wrapping her arms around her middle and leaning her chin on her shoulder. She noted the dolls in Ningguang’s hand. One resembled Ningguang, and one resembled Beidou. But there was one remarkable thing. On both dolls there was a little text: tickle doll.
Beidou and Ningguang looked at each other in confusion, then back at the dolls. “You mean, they’re like voodoo dolls? If I tickle this one, will you feel it?” Beidou took the Ningguang doll and tickled it playfully. Ningguang gave no reaction.
“I’m not feeling anything.”
She lifted Beidou’s doll and tickled it. “That’s… disappointing,” Beidou said when she didn’t feel anything either.
“I think the text is just for show. Don’t be mean towards the generous Traveler. The dolls are cute, right? Especially yours,” Ningguang teased. Beidou pouted and turned the Ningguang doll around and tried to tickle it in various places. The doll was definitely cute, but there was no effect to tickling it. Ningguang didn’t even smile or giggle. She just walked away and put the Beidou-doll aside.
“So, how soft was that bed, hm?” she sang as she approached the bed. Beidou put the Ningguang-doll down and wiggled her fingers. The damage was done. The doll had tempted her, and didn’t give her what she wanted. Well then, she had to solve this herself, hmm?
“Ah, that does feel pretty soft and- Beidou wah!” Ningguang squeaked when Beidou suddenly pounced on top of her. Ningguang stared up at her with those beautiful eyes. She then seemed to relax, obviously thinking of different things as she was pinned down on their comfortable bed.
“You couldn’t wait?” she asked. Beidou chuckled.
“Definitely couldn’t.” Then without warning she tickled Ningguang, playing her ribs like a musical instrument, and oh, she definitely made music. The best music in the world.
“Hohold on, nohoho!” Ningguang giggled in the cutest way.
“See it as a belated effect of the tickle doll, sweetie. Does it feel any ticklish now? Well?” Beidou taunted. Her fingers moved expertly all over her lover’s soft and sensitive areas. Ningguang squirmed and laughed charmingly. She didn’t even struggle much, indicating only how much she actually enjoyed it. Beidou smiled fondly. Tickling Ningguang and watching those beautiful reactions would never get old.
“Hehehe ohohoh you- hehehe!” Ningguang giggled when Beidou tickled her neck. Charmed and intoxicated by her beauty, Beidou found herself leaning closer and closer until she could kiss those smiley lips and drink those melodious giggles. What she didn’t expect however was that a very animal-like sound of her own interrupted Ningguang’s beautiful sounds - caused by the sudden tickle she felt under her arms.
“HNGHHah!” Beidou pulled away and immediately crumbled when Ningguang tickled her more.
“You always let your guard down, don’t you sweetie?” Ningguang teased. She always seemed so calm and radiant, but those fingers with their gentle touches were absolutely killing. Beidou collapsed on top of Ningguang and howled, much less charmingly than her gorgeous girlfriend.
“Nihihing ahahaha not thahahat!” she cackled. Ningguang managed to move from under her and switched their positions. She took one of Beidou’s arms and pinned it above her head, and with her free hand she tickled her underarm in a way that made her screech.
“NIHIHING Ahhahah dohohon’t!” Beidou shrieked. She kicked her legs wildly and shook her head from side to side, but Ning was as strong as ever.
“What’s the matter, my precious tickle doll? Don’t tell me you can’t handle this?”
Most of the time, Beidou was the one to tickle first. When she wanted to tease Ningguang, when she wanted to flirt with her, when she wanted to get her attention. And after hearing those pretty angelic giggles, she’d always forget the villain-traits Ning would show whenever she turned the tables and got into absolute sexy revenge mode. They were the best actually.
With only five fingers she tickled Beidou’s underarm until she thought she’d pass out, all while smirking down at her.
“Plehehease I gihihive! You win ahahahah!” Beidou begged. As evil as she was, the tickling was always unbearable very very soon, and even then Ningguang did tickle her for a little bit longer after that. After some more hysterical pleas for mercy, they finally ended up cuddling comfortably while they both recovered from that… sort-of tickle fight.
“Maybe the Traveler wanted us to have fun like this. Why else would he give us tickle dolls that don’t work?” Beidou said breathlessly.
Ningguang shrugged. “Who knows. No one ever knows what he is really thinking. He’s a mystery.”
“Not as mysterious as you are,” Beidou teased. When Ningguang turned her head and smirked, Beidou immediately squeaked and tried to move away.
“I didn’t mean that as an insult dehehear no wahahait this isn’t fahahair!” she cried when Ningguang tickled her once again. Well no matter what Aether really meant with those gifts, Beidou was actually thankful for them!
Cyno x Tighnari
Mondstadt’s Winter Festival was absolutely amazing. So many fantastic decorations, performances, the most delicious food, many fun games and activities. Cyno felt overwhelmed. No offense, but he felt that returning to Sumeru was going to be such a bummer after having so much fun.
“How about we finally make use of Aether’s gift, hmm?” Tighnari asked. Upon arrival they both received a voucher for free drinks and a surprise activity at The Cat’s Tail.
“You’re right. Let’s see if they’ve got a table for us,” Cyno said. They had been wandering around the festival all day. Tighnari had participated in a fun archery game, and they even tried a round at the ice rink together. To relax and have a drink somewhere sounded good.
“I wonder what the surprise activity is.”
The moment they entered the Cat’s Tail, they were embraced by warmth and pleasant scents of food and hot drinks, and engulfed by the noise of loud chatter and laughter.
“Is that… a cat?” Tighnari asked when they saw the black cat at the counter.
“Hello Mr. Cat. We are here to exchange these vouchers,” Cyno said, and he held up Aether’s gifts. Right at that moment they heard a “hey!” and a small girl came running towards them. A cat girl!
“Traveler’s vouchers, is that right?” she said. Tighnari and Cyno nodded.
“Uh, yes.”
“Great! We’ve been expecting you. I’m Diona, follow me to your table!” She ripped the vouchers from Cyno’s hand and pranced into the tavern. It seemed pretty crowded, all tables were occupied, but she guided them into a private room behind closed doors. Wow.
The moment the doors closed the noise surrounding them was much less. The room was festively decorated, and there was a side table with a collection of pretty hourglasses. Interesting.
“Wow, this room is for us?” Cyno asked when Diona gestured towards the sofa.
“Yes it is. Special request from your friend, the Traveler. I’ll be getting you our Winter Festival special drink for free.”
Before Cyno and Tighnari could say anything, she left already, and they both sat down in awkward silence. It was so quiet all of a sudden.
“Such luxury,” Cyno said.
“Very generous of the Traveler,” Tighnari said with a nod.
“What about the surprise activity?” Cyno wondered, and Tighnari shrugged.
“I’m sure we’ll hear it later.”
Diona came back with the delicious-looking drinks and she put them on the table.
“Two specials for you! Don’t ask what’s in it, secret Cat’s Tail recipe,” she said with a cheeky smile. “As for your surprise activity, here.” Diona put a little box on the table.
“Genius Invokation TCG, the limited Winter Festival edition. These are special cards for you to play, specially arranged by the Traveler. The winner of the game wins a second free drink. After your game, just come back to the bar. Alright? Good luck!”
She left again and they were all alone in their quiet private room with their fancy drinks and special cards.
“That’s amazing.” Tighnari opened the books and read the rules.
“For this game, you can only use these cards. Shuffle them and divide them between the two of you. May the best player win. Aether,” he read, and he gave it to Cyno so he could read as well.
“P.S. You may keep these cards after the game. That’s what it says, Nari. You’re missing the most important part,” he said.
Tighnari giggled. “Well, let’s see what kind of cards they are then.” He shuffled the deck and handed each a few cards.
“It’s Mondstadt themed. Of course,” Cyno said as soon as he gave his cards a first glance, noticing some familiar faces, meals and locations.
“Yes- and….” Tighnari paused and made a face.
“What?” Cyno asked. He didn’t notice anything strange in his cards yet, except that they were all related to Mondstadt somehow.
“Never mind. Let’s play.”
They played like they normally would. That was until Tighnari suddenly played a card. He looked very smug about it.
“The feather. Roll the elemental dice. Each anemo die counts as one minute. You may tickle the opponent for the total amount of minutes.”
Cyno’s eyes widened and he grabbed the card to read it. It was exactly that. “Wait, what? N-no way!” he cried. Tighnari chuckled and wiggled his fingers.
“I can now understand what’s so special about this game. That’s so typical of Aether,” he said, and he rolled the dice.
“T-that’s three times anemo…” Cyno said with a pout. Tighnari clapped his hands and got up.
“Yep! Three precious minutes to tickle you.” They noted that’s why there were hourglasses for them to use. Tighnari took the one of three minutes and put it down in the middle of the table.
“Gotta follow the rules, Cyno. Are you ready?”
“No.”
Despite Cyno’s answer, Tighnari did start to playfully tickle him. He started by aiming for his stomach with one hand while his other hand went to his side. Cyno immediately tensed up and giggled uncontrollably.
“You dohohon’t hahave to do thihihis!” he laughed. Tighnari hummed.
“I may do it, so I will. We have to play the game as Aether intended for us to do, right?”
“Yehehes buhuhut- ahhahah!” Cyno squirmed and wriggled around. Tighnari really wasn’t going easy on him. Luckily three minutes went by fast when you were having fun and- eh, well yes. Cyno felt flustered when he realized he was indeed having fun getting tickled, and then Tighnari finally stopped.
“O-oof. Well, that definitely shook me. B-but don’t think you’ll win now,” Cyno said, grabbing his cards. They played a few more turns until Cyno pulled a ‘special’ card as well. His eyes widened with wonder. Even though there was another card he could play right now in his advantage, this special card was the one he wanted to play instead, because:
“Tickle Monster!” He proudly put the card down and then read: “Deal 5 minutes of Tickle DMG to the opponent.” He pointed at Tighnari.
“You’re in for it now.”
Tighnari smiled. “That isn’t really fair, but alright. Let’s go.” He quickly surrendered and took one of the 5-minute hourglasses.
“Ready?” he asked.
“That should be my question to you, Nari,” Cyno said, wiggling his fingers eagerly. The five minutes of tickling Tighnari for this game were a pure delight. Tighnari was as ticklish as ever, giggling and squirming while Cyno tickled all of those lovely spots.
“Just one more minute I think,” Cyno sang when he was busy tickling Tighnari’s thigh. He held his leg trapped with one hand and danced five fingers all over his thigh, making the cute Tighnari squeal.
“Heehehehe ahahalright!” he laughed adorably. Tighnari took the 5-minute tickle monster attack like a champ, and a little bit more of that since they both got carried away and lost track of time.
“That was all you got hm?” was Tighnari’s cocky remark when the tickle attack ended. Cyno smirked. He would’ve loved to make him pay for that attitude with some more tickles, but he was curious to see what the rest of the game would bring them.
“I’m saving your breath for later,” Cyno said with confidence. Meanwhile they almost forgot to drink their delicious specials which had already gotten cold. They were that much invested in the card game.
With both of them flustered as well as determined to beat the other, they were now doing all they could to draw more cards. Rather than defeating each other’s characters, they kept playing cards that would allow them to obtain new cards. More tickle cards to be specific.
During the game, Tighnari got another shot at Cyno with the so called ‘Flower of Laughter’ card which specifically gave him an X amount of minutes to tickle Cyno’s feet. He rolled the dice and ended up with only one minute, but he didn’t make it an easy minute for Cyno.
Cyno was the luckier one with at least 3 more tickle cards in his hand until the game ended. Before he finally beat Tighnari, he got to use the Winner’s Weakness card which allowed him to tickle one single spot of Tighnari’s own choice for 1 minute. Flustered as hell, Tighnari chose his tummy, thinking he could handle that best, but with Cyno focusing all of his attention on that lovely tummy, Tighnari was squealing helplessly pretty soon.
Another tickle card Cyno got to use on him was the ‘Tickler’s Meal’ which allowed him to tickle Tighnari for the full round, even during Tighnari’s turn. Watching him giggle and squirm while he rolled the dice and made his move was the cutest thing.
And then his favorite card was the ‘TICKLE FREEZE’ card which made Tighnari hold his arms up while Cyno tickled him for 2 lovely minutes.
This was the best game ever. Now finally out of breath, 200% flustered and no longer determined to win, Tighnari’s final character lost its life and Cyno turned out to be the winner.
“I’m the winner,” he said proudly. Tighnari was almost too tired to congratulate him, but he smiled and gave a thumbs up.
“G-good for you,” he panted. Cyno grinned and leaned closer.
“Do I get my prize?”
“Y-yeah. At the bar - hmph!” Tighnari squeaked when Cyno pulled him closer for a kiss. As far as he knew, Aether didn’t even know they were romantically involved, and even if they weren’t, he surely would’ve fallen in love with him after tickling him so much in this playful match.
“Shall we share the prize together?” he asked after kissing Tighnari’s lips again. Tighnari blushed sweetly and nodded.
“A-alright.”
Cyno nodded and grabbed his hand, and as much as he would’ve loved to stay alone here with him, he did want to reward Tighnari as well for sharing so much of his sweet laughter all because the rules of a game said so. He really was the cutest boyfriend ever!
Xiao x Venti
Xiao wasn’t much of a people person. So naturally, he wasn’t too thrilled when Aether invited him to visit Mondstadt’s Winter Festival. However, rather than convincing, Aether had been a little annoying about it. Enough to make Xiao curious.
Especially curious to see this ‘special Winter Alchemy Show’ which was prepared by Mondstadt’s alchemists with Aether’s partner Albedo in the lead.
Aether was mean enough to give him the wrong information about the show, causing Xiao to arrive in Mondstadt too early. It appeared the alchemy show was also part of the closing ceremony. Last day, at the end of the festival.
Although he could’ve simply teleported the hell out of here, there was something that made him linger around. He had wandered around the busy streets of the city, watched some activities from afar and tasted a snack or two.
Aether and Paimon were so busy helping Mondstadt by organizing this festival that they hardly had time to hang around, but Xiao did run into Hu Tao, of all people, who was enjoying the festivities together with her good friend Yoimiya from Inazuma. Also something-something about a fabulous fireworks show which Xiao had missed.
Xiao even saw Zhongli among the crowds and followed him around sometimes.
But most of the time he chose to hide himself and enjoy the festival quietly, and once in a while when it got too much, he wandered around the surrounding areas outside Mondstadt and traveled to places such as Springvale, the Whispering Woods and Wolvendom.
Tonight he found himself sitting on the hands of the Anemo Archon statue, admiring all the Winter Festival festivities from a safe distance.
He could hear some music from here too, and all in all, it wasn’t too bad to be here. He felt the warmth and joy even from such a distance. Xiao smiled. Mondstadt really was the City of Freedom, hmm.
“Oi! Xiao, it’s you!”
Xiao sighed when he heard a familiar voice, belonging to someone he had also definitely seen a few times in the crowds. Someone he avoided for… vague reasons, even to himself.
“That’s my spot, you know!”
It was Venti, of course, and now he was sitting right beside him. He carried a funky bag with him and he looked pretty cute- eh, pretty…. different, in his wintery outfit. He was wearing a red scarf and a winter hat to keep his head warm. His cheeks were rosy from the cold and Xiao could clearly see his breath when he spoke.
“Is it?” Xiao asked. Yeah… For some reason the Anemo Archon’s presence always made him feel funny. He wasn’t sure why, but also not too eager to find out more about it.
“Want something tasty? Look at my stash,” Venti said, opening his bag and showing some things. A bottle of wine. A couple of waffles wrapped in napkins. Some cute souvenirs.
“Look, isn’t this nice?” Venti took out a reusable drinking bottle. “Aether gave it to me as a gift. It’s the best. I can just refill this at the tavern if I want. Well, with the bartender’s permission of course. Aether has a gift for you too, you know. You gotta find him later,” he rambled. Xiao took note of his last comment and nodded.
“I will.” It wasn’t like he hadn’t tried to see Aether before, but that was beside the point.
“This wine is from Diluc’s tavern. You know Diluc, right? Of Dawn Winery. Want some?” Venti asked.
“No, thank you.”
“Maybe some of this? Some sort of juice or something, also from Angel’s Share. Pretty sure there’s no alcohol,” Venti said, holding out a smaller bottle. Xiao rolled his eyes and to make sure the archon wouldn’t annoy him more with that stupid wine bottle or any other unwelcome liquor, he accepted the smaller juice bottle and took a sip. And another.
“It doesn’t really have a taste.”
“Is that so?” Venti also took it and tasted it as well. He took a big sip, and another, and another. He shrugged and studied the label. There were very tiny handwritten letters on it. He squinted his eyes.
“Can you read this?” He gave it to Xiao. While feeling a little distracted because of the sudden urge to laugh (?) Xiao studied the label on the bottle.
“H….Happiness potion?” he read. Meanwhile he was having a harder time holding back his giggles. What was happening?
“H-hehe, hold on, is this…? Nohoho…” Xiao tried to fight back the giggles. Since Venti drank it later, it seemed he was still safe from its effect and he quickly grabbed the bottle from Xiao’s hand and tried to read it again.
“Happiness potion, experiment by Chief Alchemist Albedo. Dose: a few drips, mix in drink. Effect: laughter. Cure: laughter + tickling.”
A few drips? Mixed?! No way, they both drank it straight, and not just a little sip! And what about that cure - that didn’t make any sense!!!
“Whahahat hahahave you dohohone!” Xiao asked angrily through hysterical giggles. This was tiring already, he couldn’t stop!
“I dohohon’t knohohow! I’m sohohorry! It wahahas at Dihihiluc’s tahahavern!”
This was ridiculous. The label didn’t say how long it would last.
“Shahahall I tihihickle you theheen?” Venti asked.
Xiao shook his head, but the bard moved closer and grabbed him. “Wehehe’re going to lahahaugh ahahanyway!”
Oof, it wasn’t the same. Xiao didn’t feel like being tickled, but he also didn’t feel like laughing forever.
“Ahahalright thehen!”
Venti curled his fingers against his lower sides and started to tickle. Xiao jumped because of the electrifying sensations. He’d occasionally forget how ticklish he actually was.
“AHh!” Although he was already laughing because of the potion, he felt a different sort of laugh getting through as soon as Venti tickled him.
“Wahahait, not thehehere!” Xiao whined when Venti tickled his ribs. He squirmed weakly and tried to gasp for air. He hadn’t experienced such a tough challenge in a while.
“Thehehen whehehere?” Venti giggled. Xiao had no idea where he could get tickled and make it bearable. Without getting his answer, the cheeky Archon moved his fingers down and squeezed his hips. Xiao squeaked and jerked heavily, but Venti pulled him closer and had to hold him tightly to prevent him from tumbling off the statue.
“D-don’t wohorrehehe, I’ve got you hehehe,” Venti laughed. Xiao wasn’t sure if he did well by agreeing to this. Venti’s tickling only made him laugh more than he already was. Obviously.
“H-how aahahabout hehere?” Venti reached up and wiggled his fingers under Xiao’s arms. Xiao’s eyes widened and he suddenly bolted to the side, but Venti followed him and managed to tackle him. Now straddling Xiao, Venti wiggled his fingers eagerly and smirked - or well, tried to, he was still laughing pretty much.
“Hehehere I cohohome,” Venti laughed smugly. He tickled Xiao like he hadn’t been tickled in ages.
“HAAHhh Vehehenti- nohoho ahaha wahahait!” Xiao felt miserable. It was embarrassing to be overpowered by laughter from two sides. The potion, and the tickling.
Was the tickling really going to work? Venti only made him laugh more and more. He laughed until his stomach ached and was about to just force Venti to stop when he finally felt a noticeable difference.
“Stohohop hehehe- STAHap!” Xiao warned abruptly, and Venti actually did so. Xiao waited for more laughter to come, but he was done.
“I-it worked,” he huffed. Venti giggled.
“I’m glahahad. Then nohow you tihickle mehehe~”
Xiao frowned. “Tickle you?” Oh. Of course. They were both suffering from this condition. It was just that with Venti it seemed more… natural. The giggles did suit him after all.
“Yehehes!” Venti sat before him and raised his arms. “Do it plehease!”
Xiao blinked. He thought laughing uncontrollably for a mysterious amount of time was exhausting. But he wondered if Venti really minded it that much. It did seem that he was excited about getting tickled, and even though Xiao didn’t want to indulge him, he also didn’t want to be too harsh.
“AAahahha!” Venti almost fell backwards and Xiao immediately stopped right after tickling him just briefly.
“Moooore ahahah!” Venti begged. Xiao blushed. This was so embarrassing…
He awkwardly ran his fingers up and down Venti’s outstretched underarms. Venti threw his head back and squealed.
“AHhh!” He sounded like he was having the time of his life. But still, Xiao continued to tickle him. He felt the blush on his own face grow and tried to focus on the wiggling movements of his fingers and the considerations about adding more pressure, like digging his fingers in or pinching and squeezing lightly.
For an archon, Venti’s body was surprisingly delicate. The slightest touch could tickle him and make him squeak loudly.
In the end it didn’t matter where and how Xiao tickled him. Venti reacted to the tickles in almost the same cute, hysterical way. No wait, not cute. Weird. Yes.
“Xiahahao!”
“What,” Xiao hissed, almost exploding because of the embarrassment and strange tingly feelings that surged inside his chest.
“Dohohon’t stohohop! Aahahaha!”
That’s it, enough. Xiao stopped tickling him, it was too much.
Even when he was the one who was already cured and not suffering from the potion and tickling, he was the one who couldn’t deal with this anymore.
“You know what, you’ll be fine. You’re laughing in any case,” Xiao growled.
“Noooooo not fahahair! Xiao pleheeease tickle me moooore!”
Xiao felt like teleporting out of here. But he found himself staying by Venti’s side, just in case, like, yeah, just in case he’d be laughing too much after all. If he would be getting out of breath, if it would get harmful, too painful and too uncomfortable, Xiao might try to help him out some more…
But he didn’t need to. In the end after a while longer, Venti stopped laughing on his own. “Phew!” He fell on his back and sighed.
“That’s what you get for stealing unknown drinks,” Xiao lectured.
“Stealing? No no, I borrowed it from the Angel’s Share, I was there when…” Venti made a face. “Wait, actually I think Zhongli drank it too. I now remember he was laughing. So unlike him, hehehe.”
Xiao hummed. Zhongli did….? He snorted. “Pfft. I can’t imagine it.”
“Riiight?” They both giggled at the thought. As they both stopped giggling, their eyes found each other’s, and Xiao noticed he once again felt so funny, as if his insides felt ticklish, except he wasn’t sure about the cause.
“Sorry I….” Xiao paused before he finished talking. What was he about to say? He wasn’t sure.
“Sorry you didn’t tickle me more? Apology accepted. I’m too cute when I’m tickled, I’m told often,” Venti said cockily. Pffft.
Xiao rolled his eyes fondly.
“You’re even cuter though. You should laugh more, Xiao~” Venti sang.
Right, enough of this.
“I have somewhere to be.”
Xiao got up and teleported right when Venti cried out: “No wa-!” But Xiao was already gone. Pfffft, his cheeks were burning. He should’ve left sooner!
That crazy Venti. Why did the most ridiculous things always happen when he was around, and why did it set Xiao’s entire body on fire? At least, that was what it felt like! Wah! He teleported himself outside Mondstadt’s gates so he could cool down in peace and quiet.
Xiao knew he would definitely be back by tomorrow night for the closing ceremony and the alchemy show.
Until then, he needed some time off, away from Mondstadt and most importantly, away from that whirlwind of an Anemo Archon, the crazy bard, the silliest guy he knew - far away from Venti!
Epilogue
The applause was so loud Aether thought his ears were going to burst. Albedo had a huge, adorable smile on his face. Sucrose was beaming while she bowed multiple times. Timaeus stood in the middle of the other alchemists and trainees and they all held hands as they made a final bow together.
The alchemy show to conclude the Winter Festival was truly amazing. Epic. A unique spectacle. The crowd loved it, not only the children but also the adults.
“Amazing!” they all yelled.
Although he and Paimon had been stage assistants, they didn’t bow with the performers since Aether felt like this should really be Mondstadt’s celebration, and Albedo’s moment. Still, he clapped as loud as he could from the side.
He felt that Albedo was made for this, more than he would think. Albedo had always been smart and artistic, and to use this trait to make crowds happy like this… He wondered if he should introduce him to Lyney. They could collaborate to give a Magic x Alchemy show in Fontaine. It’d be even more of a success if they combined their strengths. But anyway, eh, Aether was getting ahead of himself. One step at a time.
“You were great!” Aether kissed Albedo when they finally met backstage.
“Thanks.” Albedo seemed a little overwhelmed, but he was definitely smiling and still feeling the thrill. Aether grinned.
“And?” he said.
Albedo cocked his head. “And what?”
“Was I right?” Aether asked. He could see the realization on Albedo’s face.
“A-ah, that…” Yes. That.
As a part of his show, Aether had requested him to include a question to the audience: whether anyone had felt ticklish lately. More specifically, if they were tickled by anyone during this Winter Festival. Albedo could smoothly relate it to the closing ceremony and put the spotlight on the audience, and Aether had glanced at the front rows where his friends were seated.
To his surprise, more people than those he’d expected raised their hands.
Sethos proudly raised his hand and probed Wanderer with his elbow that he should too. Hehe, cute.
Kaveh and Alhaitham both didn’t raise their hand but Kaveh was blushing and Alhaitham had a funny expression. Even when they didn’t raise their hand, Aether thought they were so obvious.
Ningguang and Beidou charmingly raised a hand, both looking rather smug.
Cyno and Tighnari both did too, with Cyno looking more proud and Tighnari more embarrassed.
Zhongli held up a finger, and to Aether’s surprise, Venti shamelessly raised both hands. He waved his arms excitedly, and Xiao next to him held his arms crossed, and judging from the way Venti mumbled in his direction, Aether had the idea that maybe Xiao got tickled too.
That was even more than what he intended with his little gifts, or well, pranks! And aside from his friends, quite some people in the audience raised their hands.
“There were a lot. But you can’t prove it was because of what you did,” Albedo argued.
Aether remembered his own words and repeated: “No I can’t. But see? When presented with the opportunity, anyone would tickle their partner. Or friend! Or family. It’s not just me.”
When Albedo was too speechless, Aether imitated him: “Just because you can doesn’t mean you should! Well, if it concerns tickling, I think most people will, because they enjoy it. It’s not just childish. It’s fun, uplifting, and it connects,” he spoke proudly.
His boyfriend finally chuckled. “Alright, alright! I get it now. I get it. Oh wise tickle-know-it-all.” He then smirked. “If you wanted it that badly, you could’ve just asked, instead of putting up that whole show.”
“What do you mean I-AHH!” Aether yelped when Albedo suddenly grabbed him. The flustered traveler tried to spin around and flee, but he couldn’t stop his clever alchemist boyfriend from digging his little claws into his sides to tickle him mercilessly.
“HWHAAHAH!” Aether wasn’t as charming as Albedo about it. He flailed his arms and exaggerated a little about it, but he was also just very very ticklish.
“Everything alright there?” Sucrose asked as she came passing by. Albedo nodded.
“All good, thank you Sucrose. And good work today,” Albedo said. Sucrose smiled sweetly.
“You too! Have a good night! You too, Traveler!” She didn’t seem too awkward about leaving Aether to get tickled to death.
“Nohohoo wahahait hehehelp me, ahahah!”
Maybe Aether deserved that a little. Maybe he had put too much effort in his tickly pranks for his friends. But hey? It worked! He successfully helped by spreading joy and most people got to laugh a little, which made this Winter Festival even more special!

WC: 1.2k
Summary: Tighnari's agreed to help out with some commissions in the desert. Cyno's just being a perfectly concerned friend helping convince him to... reconsider.
“Nahahahaha! CyNOahahaha! Stop!”
“Cyno? Don’t you mean Cy-yes?”
“NO!”
Tighnari gasped out before dissolving back into giggles. Cyno’s hands continued to skitter over Tighnari’s sides, smirking when Tighnari belted out another plea of laughter in response. “Wrong answer again, Nari~ Come on, you know what you need to say to make it stop.”
Tighnari’s ears trembled as he shook his head, flailing in his attempt to push Cyno’s wandering hands away. “I-I told ehehehehe you I CahaahAn’T!”
“If you can’t handle this, how will you be welcomed into the desert?”
“THAHAHAHAT DOESNT MAKEHEHEHE SENSE!”
Oh Archons, what a stupid thing to fight over. Tighnari kicked his feet out as he tried to turn over from Cyno, squirming with giggles when those hands wandered down from his sides to his stomach. His jacket had ridden up in their sparring, leaving his bare flesh unprotected, and he shrieked out a protest as Cyno took advantage.
All this for a commission. It wasn’t even his plan! Traveler needed some guidance deeper into Sumeru regarding an Adventurer’s task and asked him for aid—a completely, utterly normal request between them (and, he’d like to add, something Cyno also asked him for all the time). Admittedly he had accepted before even considering the details, at the time more than a little desperate to get away from the strange reporters turning up in Gandharva Ville digging for information about the former sages, and failed to consider the potential heat risks of taking on two separate desert commissions.
Even so. “AhaHAHA Thiiis is ehehHEHEHE OHOhoveheherboard!”
“Oh, you’ve gone overboard? Well, let me get you back on board!”
Tighnari’s head shakes, arching his back and trying to headbutt Cyno when his fingers dig into his navel. He shouts with laughter, arms quickly huddling together to try to pry those stupid, betraying hands out, protesting all the while.
“I’m telling you, dangerous eremites wander the sand anytime! You’ve got to be prepared, is all.”
“GehehEHEHEHET OFF!”
Cyno yelps as Tighnari manages to shove an elbow beneath him, thrusting upwards with a rush of strength. It’s not enough to dislodge his friend entirely, but there is just barely enough room between them that Tighnari can turn himself around, protecting his stomach.
“T-thehehere! See!” He pants, half-turning to glare at Cyno. “Even compromised, I can still defend myself. You forget that I’m a ranger.”
“And you forget what happened in the Interdarshan Championship,” Cyno tuts. They stare at each other, locked into their own choices partly out of compassion, partly stubbornness, before Cyno smiles. “Fine, fine. I’ll let you go to the desert.”
“I wasn’t waiting for your permission…”
Even though he says that, Tighnari waits for Cyno to get off him. Except, Cyno’s thighs stay tight around his hips, and though he lightly wriggles to remind the other, he doesn’t move at all.
“Uh, Cyno?”
“Yes?”
“I thought you were letting me go,” Tighnari deadpans, sighing. “So, get off me.”
“Welllll… I am going to let you go to the desert. But what kind of friend would I be if I let you go without some training?”
“Cyno, no, I’ve had enou–gehehehhee! CynoAHAHAHA!”
Cyno’s whisper is devious. “Training part one: what should you do if an eremite grabbed your tail from behind juuust like this?”
“THAHAHA’TS CHEEAHAHAHATING!”
“Cheating! How dare you—I’m a TCG man of my word! Come now, you wouldn’t really accuse the Mahamatra of cheating, would you?”
Tighnari shrieks out a wordless reply, hands thumping against the floor as his body is flooded with ticklish sensations originating from Cyno’s nails right on the jut of his tail. He thought he’d been clever by turning around to protect his bare stomach, but the sensation of Cyno’s scribbling hands just over that patch of skin on his lower back on top of the beginnings of his tail were going to drive him insane.
It certainly didn’t help that practically no one ever tickled him on the back, especially not near his tail. The entire ranger unit knew that the area was a no-go in general and any and all attempts to comb their fingers through his fur was a one-way ticket to getting punched. What they didn’t know was that part of the reason Tighnari refused to let anyone near his tail was because he knew just how ticklish he was there and wanted to avoid any accidents at all costs.
Something, of course, Cyno knew all too well.
“Hmm, I don’t know about letting you go to the desert after all~ training doesn’t seem to be going too well?”
“ENOUGHAAHAAAHAHA!”
Archons, he was going to kill Cyno after this. Tighnari’s tail swishes from side to side but it’s impossible to avoid the way Cyno pinches the back of his flesh and spreads out his fingers, making him cackle. Tighnari’s legs kick out, desperate, but besides a few “whoa!” from Cyno, he doesn’t budge.
“I know!” Cyno gasps, leaning over and dragging his nails up up and then down in a long, lazy stroke that has Tighnari arching his back with wheezes, “what if I came with you?”
If he could, he’d smack Cyno helmet-up for putting him through this entire ordeal just to ask to accompany them. Hell, the Traveler would probably jump for joy to have another helper. He could have simply asked instead of tickling Tighnari to pieces.
“Well?”
“FihihiHIHIHAHAHANE! YOU CAHAHAHN COMEHEHEH!”
Tighnari slumps over as Cyno finally comes to a stop, hands moving against his back in slow, soothing circles instead. It still tingles, light ghost tickles that keeps him giggly, but the fau massage does help chasing the last of the sensation away until Cyno hops off him, allowing him to roll over and curl his tail protectively over his back.
“I.. hate you…”
“Aww, you don’t mean that.” Cyno scoots over him, smirk wide on his face. “Come on, it’ll be fun! Two of us S-tier members, we’ll turn the desert into just desserts! Get it?”
Tighnari groans. “Cyno…”
“Desert! Desserts! Two S-tier members.”
Actually, killing Cyno would be letting him off easy. Tighnari glares at the other, tail swishing dangerously. “Cyno.”
“Okay, just think about it, the only difference between a sand dune and a plate of cavities is the addition of an extra s, so adding me, an S-tier member, to you, another S-tier member, is—”
“Yeah, yeah, real funny…”
“Right?! Hm? That’s weird… you never like my puns unless… Eek! N-nahahahri, nooo!”
“You’re coming with us to the desert right? What would you do if those evil eremites found out just how sensitive your ribs are…”
“WahahAHAHHAIT! MERCHIIHIHIHI!”
“Don’t worry, I’ll help you get those just desserts.”

TickleTober2024/Day 08 - Exposed Body Part
Genshin Impact - Sethos x Wanderer
“H-hngh..! Pfft- c-cahan’t you- AHah, p-plehease..!” Sethos whined, his hands clenching at the border of Wanderer’s hat while its owner was sitting behind him. Fingers slid up and down Sethos back, following each curve of his tensed up muscles and making him squirm in his place as the ticklish sensation ran through all his nerves, straight to his brain.
Wanderer had a nearly sadistic smile on his lips, tracing a zigzag line over Sethos’s spine. “I suppose it makes sense for the desert folk to wear more… revealing outfits,” he commented, lazily scratching over Sethos’s shoulder blades, making the guy giggle helplessly.
“T-then yohohou could pahahay more attehenetion to my outfihihit!”
“But I am. This part, right here-”
“HYAHH!”
“-can, indeed, capture one’s eye,” he teased, grinning like a little devil at the other reactions.
To think Wanderer would get the chance to torment Sethos like this over the exchange of letting him ‘see his hat’s details closely’... What a deal, Wanderer thought. While Wanderer couldn’t really understand what was so interesting about his hat, there were certainly lots of interesting things about Sethos’s outfit.
Like his exposed back, for example.
“B-buhut it tihihickles! AHAHahah ~” Sethos laughed, curling up his body forward and tightly hugging the large hat, melting under the ticklish touches that went from the base of his spine all the way up to his shoulders, not even sparing the parts that weren’t exposed.
“I can tell it does,” Wanderer mocked, resting his head on his free hand while continuing to draw and trace shapes over Sethos’s back, alternating his tickles between lighter and rougher touches. “Such a sensitive bee you are.”
Sethos widened his eyes at the nickname, gritting his teeth and trying to stop that dumbfounded smile from spreading all over hsi face. “D-dohohon’t call me thahat now!”
“Hm? Why not now? You never complained about it,” Wanderer teased, sliding his hand inside Sethos’s shirt through the back window and reaching for his ribs, “oh, is it connected to the front side?”
“W-wahahait!” Sethos giggled while heat covered the whole length of his cheeks. He didn’t know which one was embarrassing him the most: the situation he was in or the idea of Wanderer simply tickling him silly.
Still, if it tickled that bad - which seemed to be the case - why Sethos wasn’t stopping him? Why didn’t he just get up and walk away?
Wanderer chuckled to himself, shaking his head. It was better to not jump into conclusions.
“Tsk, didn’t you ask me to check out your outfit? Get out of my way, bee,” Wanderer mumbled, his fingers digging into the spaces between Sethos’s ribs.
The attack over the new spot sent the guy into a renewed laughing fit, throwing himself back into Wanderer’s body as he laughed, trying to escape Wanderer’s hand. “P-plehehease, nOHOHOHOT THEHEHERE!!”
“H-hey!” Wanderer groaned, freezing on the spot as, in a matter of seconds, Sethos was now laying on top of his lap. “Y-you- agh, get off me!”
“W-wahahait.. l-lehet me just, hehe… r-rest a bit, Hat Guy… p-plehehease,” he asked, a tired smile on his lips with Wanderer’s hat still carefully held by his hands.
“...sigh,” Wanderer muttered something under his breath, barely making his complaint hearable. “Troublesome bee.”
A/N: Finally got to this prompt! Sethos's back window was the sole reason for me to choose this prompt, so - here it is!
Sadly, I still think I'm not that familiar with his character, so forgive me if he sounds too ooc here ~

Tickletober day #8: Nuzzles
Feels good to write for them again
@xsezzie This is for you 💖

_________________________________________
Alhaitham x Kaveh (romantic)
Lee: Kaveh
Ler: Alhaitham
Warnings: Tickles!
_________________________________________
The sound of keys jingling echoed across the house, signaling Alhaitham’s return from work.
Exhaustion was an understatement for what the scribe felt. He needed comfort, he needed touch, he needed… his partner.
Alhaitham made his way over to the living room, finding the architect lounging on the couch. The blonde perked up instantly when he heard familiar footsteps. “You’re back!- Haitham? You don’t look so good…” Kaveh’s initial excitement was quickly replaced by worry, seeing how worn out the scribe looked.
He opened his arms, gesturing to the silver haired man to join him on the couch, and that’s exactly what Alhaitham did.
Without a second thought, the sword user flopped down on top of his boyfriend, like an overgrown cat in need of affection. Kaveh’s arms automatically wrapped around him, while Alhaitham hugged his waist in return.
“Wanna talk about it?” the architect murmured softly, running his fingers through silver locks. A soothing gesture.
Alhaitham shook his head, whatever he said got muffled as he buried his face into Kaveh’s stomach.
“ACK?!” a startled squak surprised the both of them. Both men making eye contact. The blonde looked flustered beyond belief and the scribe, well… he was already plotting.
“Heh, I forget how ridiculously ticklish you are here” Alhaitham slowly rolled up Kaveh’s shirt, exposing the sensitive skin of his middle.
The architect’s eyes widened in horror, and maybe even excitement, but you don’t know that. “W-wait! Haitham, let’s talk about thihiHISSS!” pleading words morphed into hysterical cackles when Alhaitham struck again. The soft, messy locks brushing against his bare stomach made him want to crawl out of his skin. So naturally, he held onto the scribe’s shoulders for dear life. Practically keeping him there to continue his torment.
Between all the laughter, the occassional hum of Alhaitham could be heard. Mumbling stuff like “soft” and “cute”, as he nuzzled his boyfriend’s tummy as if it was the greatest pillow he owned. He even started adding some kisses into the mix that felt so sweet yet so unbearably ticklish for the blonde.
As if Kaveh’s laughter was a source of energy, Alhaitham could slowly feel all his tension and stress melting away with each giggle, snort and cackle he pulled out. It was like digging into a treasure chest, except it was full of Kaveh’s happy, unfiltered noises.
“GODDAMIT! STOP- STOHOHOP!”
“Don’t act like you hate it. You’re literally keeping me here” Alhaitham rolled his eyes fondly, before going in for a raspberry.
Kaveh’s head flung back as a girlish shriek forced it’s way out of his throat. It was probably loud enough to pierce through Alhaitham’s headphones, not that he minded.
Alhaitham lifted up his head, looking down at the mess he had created. Kaveh’s hair was all disheveled, face as ripe as a tomato, and a silly, giddy smile that he couldn’t get rid of no matter how hard he tried.
Suddenly, the scribe got up and hoisted the architect in his arms, bridal style.
A surprised yelp came out of the blonde “What the-?! Put me down!”
“I’m not done with you, I just wanna get comfier”
An audible gulp was heard as Kaveh was swept away into the shared bedroom.

It wasn't meant to go like this... it wasn't meant to go like this at all.
Tighnari kept staring at his friend, not knowing what to say next. The situation wasn't that complicated, he just had to complete a dare...
[FLASHBACK TO 30 MINUTES PRIOR]
"Cyno, I'm absolutely exhausted... I yield, please show some mercy!" The fennec fox pleaded, his tail thumping nervously on the floor. It was the 10th match of Genius Invokation TCG he played with Cyno, and the 10th match he lost. He really needed a change.
It was in that moment that Cyno proposed a few rounds of truth or dare, just to get to know each other even better and have a good laugh together. Tighnari wasn't too fond of the idea, but he was desperate to stop playing TCG enough to accept without hesitation.
Things seemed to go pretty smoothly for a while... until the fox picked "truth" and a much-dreaded question came.
"Are you ticklish?"
The poor Amurta graduate tried to change topic by immediately switching to a dare, but Cyno was too cunning, too curious and most importantly too mischievous to let go such a fundamental topic that easily, which is why he chose a very specific dare for his friend: "I dare you to raise your arms for five minutes straight, so that I can get the answer to thw question I asked you by myself."
[END OF THE FLASHBACK]
And there Tighnari was, undecided about what to do. Stop playing? Cyno would ambush him. Answer the question? Cyno would use that info immediately, just to verify, obviously... Raise his arms? A literal death sentence, unless he managed to hold back his laughter.
He decided to risk it all and go with the third option, hoping that his friend would get bored by the lack of reaction, so he raised his arms all the way above his head, exposing his torso. There was no way that a forest ranger like him wouldn't be able to handle a little tickle, right?
Oh how wrong he was...
The moment Cyno's hands came in contact with his sides, he wanted to crawl out of his skin and screech. He'd never realized that those fingers were so nimble, strong and gracefully merciless.
"Hm- hmpfff-!" A few sounds came out and didn't go unnoticed by the General Mahamatra, who somehow seemed to know how to make this whole ordeal as unbearable as possible.
"Come on... laugh a little more, I don't understand if you're ticklish or not" Cyno purred, clearly in his element whenever it came to annoy Tighnari. "Am I hurting you? Do you need me to stop..?"
The black-haired guy felt the immediate need to reassure his friend, so he muttered a quick "N-no..."
If only he could've seen Cyno's ominous smirk when he gave that answer...
"Oh well, if you don't need me to stop, I don't see why I should~"
"Nononono Cyno be reasonable, d-don't do anything dumb you'll regr- AAAAAEEHHH-!" The unlucky fennec fox didn't even have the time to protest when ten mischievous fingers reached his lower back, right at the base of his tail.
"HAHAHAHAHA CYNO PLEASEEE MOVE ALREHEHEHEADYYY!" He scream-laughed on top of his lungs, trying to crawl away... only to have the General Mahamatra sit on the back of his knees to keep him pinned to the ground.
"I am already moving, Nari." The white-haired guy stated as if it was obvious, "Don't you feel my fingers move right here?" He poked the area he was targeting just to enjoy the squeals of his friend, "Should I move a little faster?" He didn't even wait for an answer, he started scribbling all over the sensitive area at full speed, hoping that no one would come after hearing the glass-piercing screech made by the forest ranger.
After a while, he decided to show some "mercy" and change spots, targeting Tighnari's palms, where he had smooth, soft pads like foxes have. Is it really mercy if the second spot is worse than the first one, though? It was no secret that Tighnari never let anyone touch his pads, due to their sensitivity, and he was right to do so, because the lightest, softest caress had him in tears, to the point that Cyno decided to have actual mercy and stop the assault.
The Spantamad graduate gave his friend a minute to recover, then he scooped him up in his arms and gave him some needed ear and scalp scritches, which never failed to make the dark-haired guy melt.
"I guess my question has found a certain answer," Cyno stated after a few minutes, "you are deadly ticklish... too much for your own good." He concluded, chuckling at the irritated thump that Tighnari's tail made.
Another five minutes passed, and both friends were absolutely relaxed when the fennec fox's eyes fluttered open, gazing at his friend's peaceful features.
"Hey Cyno, can I ask you something?" Tighnari asked while wrapping his arms around the General Mahamatra. "Sure, go ahead." The white-haired guy replied without even bothering to open his eyes, feeling completely safe where he was.
"Are you ticklish?"

Smile for me
(Ler!Gaming/Lee!Kinich)
Summary: Gaming tags along with Aether on his trip back to Natlan to meet one of his newest friends, Kinich. Though Gaming thinks the raven despises him and asks Aether advice on how to make him smile.
Gaming hums behind Aether and Paimon as they stroll around the grassy terrain of Natlan. Aether was visiting a friend of his and happened to run into Gaming who had nothing better to do but tag along.
“Tell me about your new friend, Aether!” The brunette exclaims.
“He’s scary.” Paimon answers and Aether laughs shaking his head.
“He’s not scary, Paimon.” The blonde shrugs off the girl. “He’s just quiet.”
“That’s okay. Chongyun and Xiao are pretty quiet too, if he’s like them I can handle it.” Gaming says thinking of his friends back in Liyue.
“And he has that awful disease of a companion with him too!” Paimon frowns. “What’s his name? Axel or something?”
“His name is Ajaw.” Aether corrects. “He may be a pain but he’s a part of Kinich so we gotta be nice to him too.”
“He better not cause any problems.” Paimon huffed.
“Wow this new friend sounds like fun! I can’t wait to meet him.” Gaming’s eyes lit up at the thought of meeting someone new.
The bi color haired boy is known for his extroverted tendencies befriending anyone he crosses paths with.
“There he is!” Aether spots Kinich standing near his tribe camp.
Ajaw is flying next to the raven scolding him about something.
Gaming is star struck by the raven’s emerald lizard like eyes and tan skin that glistens in the sunlight. He had to be his friend!
“Hey Kinich! I hope it’s okay that we brought a friend along with us.” Aether bows his head to the raven.
“It’s fine.” Is all Kinich says giving Gaming a look before turning his attention back to the fire.
“My name is Gaming and I’m from Liyue. It’s so nice to meet you!” Gaming holds out his hand towards the raven who just looks at it.
“Yeah nice to meet you.” The raven doesn’t return the handshake continuing to roast the fish over the fire.
“Remember I don’t like mine too crispy!” Ajaw orders to the raven.
“You will get yours how I cook it.” Kinich shoos him away.
“Whats that thing? He’s kinda cute.” Gaming widens his eyes at Ajaw.
“My nightmare, my headaches and my back pain.” Kinich answers glaring at the pixel creature.
“Hey! I’m not cute! Get that through your thick skull!” Ajaw snaps at the bi color haired boy.
“But you’re so small.” Gaming continues to tease the creature.
Aether and Paimon get started on the picnic laying out the quilt along as passing around plates and utensils.
During dinner Gaming tries to make conversation with Kinich but the raven would only give him one word answers. Though whenever Aether would tell a story at the picnic, he had Kinich’s undivided attention. Did the raven not like him somehow? It couldn’t be! Gaming was the most likable person on this earth. From what he recalled, he’s never had any enemies.
Gaming also decides to compliment the raven’s looks such as his headband and his boots. The raven only says a brief thanks not even bothering to look him in the face. Hmm, he’s never had anyone treat him like this before.
“Hey, does your friend not like me?” Gaming couldn’t help but ask Aether on their way back to their hotel room after parting ways with Kinich and Ajaw.
“What do you mean?” Aether raises an eyebrow tilting his head to the side.
“Well, he barely talked to me as if I didn’t exist plus he never makes eye contact with me. Did I do something wrong?” A pout forms on Gaming’s face.
A laugh escapes from Aether’s lips. “Kinich is just very introverted, don’t take it personally. If you think he has a problem with you, you can talk to him in the morning before we leave.”
“Oh I see.” Gaming hums tapping his chin. “I just never seen him smile so I don’t know if he’s happy most of the time.”
“He definitely smiles. It may not be big but it’s there.” Aether remarked. “If you want to see him smile, he’s quite ticklish.”
“Really?” A smug smile forms on Gaming’s face.
“Yep! Aether pinned him down one time in a tickle fight, it was fun to watch!” Paimon expresses.
“Oh shoot!” Gaming checks his pockets realizing he left his watch at Kinich’s camp. “I think I left my watch. I’ll have to go back and get it.”
“Do you want us to accompany you?” Aether questions and Gaming shakes his head.
“I remember where the camp is! Plus I’ll take your advice on making Kinich smile.” Gaming sends him a wave before storming out of the hotel room.
Gaming spots the familiar camp with Kinich’s tribe members a few feet away. The bi color haired boy asks the members if they seen a particular wrist watch and they shake their heads.
“What’re you doing back here?” He hears Kinich’s voice behind him and Gaming literally jumps three feet in the air.
“Oh uh I lost my watch and I was asking around if anyone’s seen it.” He anxiously rubs the back of his neck.
“You left it in the picnic basket.” Kinich hands the bi color haired boy’s watch which is unusually warm.
“Thanks so much!”
“Yeah, you should leave now.” Kinich gestures towards the pathway leading to the city.
“Is there a problem between us?” Gaming blurts out.
“Excuse me?” Kinich raises an eyebrow.
“Well you’re always so short with me as if you don’t want to be friends. Do you hate me or something?”
The raven pinches the bridge of his nose. “I don’t hate you. I barely even know you. So for you to make assumptions like that is unfair, don’t you think?”
“Hmm you’re right. You’re just so quiet around me but with Aether you talk to him a lot.”
“Because I know him.” Kinich states.
“And you never smile either.” Gaming squints his eyes at him.
“Sometimes there’s no need to smile.” The Raven nonchalantly shrugs his shoulders.
“ Aether told me something interesting about you. I hope it’s okay that I try it out to make sure he wasn’t lying.” Without another word, Gaming tackles Kinich to the ground catching the raven off guard.
“Hey! What’re you doing?” Kinich raises his voice at the bi color haired boy who has the raven’s arms pinned above his head.
“Making you smile.” Gaming smirks digging his fingers into the other’s armpits.
A soft chuckle is heard from the raven who bites his lips. Jackpot.
“So you are indeed ticklish.” The bi color haired boy ponders poking and prodding at the raven’s upper ribs.
“You proved your point, can you stop now?” Kinich tries to push him away with a tiny smile on his face.
“Get his sides.” Ajaw whispers into Gaming’s ears.
Kinich almost gasps at the betrayal and Gaming is on top of the raven straddling him as he squeezes at his sides.
The raven bursts out into bubbly laughter attempting to push Gaming’s hands away. The bi color haired boy’s heart stirs a beat getting a good look at Kinich’s smile. The smile could literally kill someone by how wholesome and sweet it is.
“What about here?” Gaming teases the other slightly lifting up his shirt to scratch at his tummy.
“Hah, no.” A small squeak erupts from the raven as he flinches from the other’s touch.
“Sounds pretty ticklish to me.” The bi color haired boy snickers continuing to assault his abdomen even wiggling a finger inside his navel earning a squeal from the raven.
Kinich is writhing underneath Gaming, his hair splayed out in all directions, and his eyes closed shut. This is getting dangerous.
Gaming also playfully experiments with the other’s hips as he squeezes the fleshy skin. Kinich literally spasms trying to curl himself into a ball. When that didn’t work, Kinich attempts to tickle Gaming himself poking at his sides.
Though the bi color haired boy’s will to make him smile was stronger as he blows a raspberry against his side. Kinich cutely giggles and squirms at the sensation clutching his abdomen.
“Wow you really can smile.” Gaming decides that the raven has had enough releasing him from his grasp.
“You say that as if I’m not a human.” The raven frowns at the other who puts his hands up in surrender.
“Never said you weren’t. Though you should smile more often, it looks good on you.” Gaming winks an eye at the raven.
“I’ll think about it.” A red hue forms on Kinich’s cheeks.
“See you tomorrow!” Gaming cheerfully waves at the raven before jogging towards the city.
Okay next step. Ask Kinich out on a date.

“can you really not keep any secrets from lesser lord kusanali?”
wanderer isn’t even surprised by the voice below him, not anymore. he opens one eye and glances to the ground, knowing exactly the sight he’ll see. and he’s right: a certain annoying desert-dweller, holding one hand up in a wave.
he closes it again. “she could find out whatever she wants, but she has the decency to give me some privacy.” unlike some people, he internally adds on.
sethos laughs. “so, i could just go to her with all the questions you refuse to answer? will she tell me about your family?”
wanderer stiffens. “i don’t have a family.”
he can sense the moment sethos realises he brought up something he shouldn’t have. awkwardly, sethos speaks again. “h-hey, just kidding! i won’t do that!”
“why are you here?” asks wanderer, lifting his head and looking down at him. a chilly breeze blows through the branches of the tree he’s perched in. sumeru is a warm nation, so even the cold wind only makes the average person shiver a bit and nothing more. it doesn’t affect wanderer, though, his resistance to temperatures higher than his peers. “or have you just come to pester me again?”
sethos grins once wanderer’s gaze is entirely fixed upon him. “actually, i had a question! i’ve known you for a while now, but i still dunno your birthday.”
wanderer scoffs. “pointless. does it matter?”
“yes! it does!” sethos huffs, hands on his hips. “c’mon, when is it?”
wanderer is silent.
sethos doesn’t move.
wanderer sighs loudly. “you’re so damn stubborn.”
sethos laughs at this. “so i’ve been told.”
he has a difficult choice to make here. if he just keeps quiet, then eventually sethos will leave, though wanderer can’t be sure how long that will take. and even if he does leave, he can always just go to buer to ask her, and she’ll undoubtedly tell him because she’s always talking about how he needs to play nice and make friends.
damn it.
“...today.”
sethos sputters. “w-wait, really?! hey, come down here! actually, i haven’t prepared anything…er, i’ll treat you to lunch!” he bounces on the balls of his feet, giving wanderer a pleading look.
wanderer rolls his eyes. sethos is like a little puppy. wanderer is not going to give in to that.
…he gives in to it.
only because buer would scold him otherwise, alright? that would be even more annoying than sethos’s pestering.
“so, how old are you?” asks sethos, swinging his legs. they sit on a bench not far outside the city’s port, watching the scenery while they eat. sethos had bought him some inazuman food, and it leaves a sort of bitter taste in his mouth.
he likes bitter things, at least.
wanderer stares at the fish in the water, two of them circling each other and jumping, like they’re playing. “i don’t know.”
“huh?” sethos turns to him, head tilted, a bewildered expression on him. “what do you mean? how do you not know? doesn’t lesser lord kusanali know, like, everything? she can tell you.”
wanderer kicks a pebble with the toe of his sandal. “i don’t care how old i am. i never bothered counting. most people’d probably lose count by now, anyway.”
if the fall of khaenri’ah was a little over five centuries ago, it would make him around the same age. he’s not sure how long after it that he was created, though, or exactly how many years it’s been. he’s five hundred something, at least. too old to celebrate pointless things like birthdays.
“aw, man!” sethos wails, tossing his head back in despair. “how am i supposed to know how many candles to put on your cake?”
“i don’t like cake,” wanderer reminds him, “and you wouldn’t get halfway before you’d burn down the entire nation.”
sethos sighs, resting his arm on the back of the bench as he looks to wanderer. “ugh, you really don’t ever smile, do you? not even on your birthday.”
“i’d smile more if you were funnier,” wanderer retorts, lowering his head to hide a smirk under his hat.
“h-hey!” sethos protests, leaning towards him. “i’m funnier than cyno, at least, you’ve gotta give me that!”
“the mahamatra? at least someone laughs at his jokes…even if it’s just him.”
“i bet i can make you laugh,” says sethos, and wanderer should have known from the glint in his eyes that this conversation is going somewhere very dangerous.
yet, he continues. he taunts. he can’t help it, teasing sethos is actually kinda fun. but—
“w-what the fuck?!” wanderer yelps, jolting away so forcefully he almost falls right off the bench. sethos stares wide-eyed for a moment before he bursts into laughter, doubling over and holding his stomach.
“i hoped you’d be ticklish, but i didn’t think you’d have that strong of a reaction!”
…tickling. wanderer knows what it is, of course, but in his long life he’s never once experienced it for himself. a part of him is curious, wanting to learn more, but he shuts that little voice down immediately.
unfortunately, sethos doesn’t seem to care about any of that. all he seems to concern himself with is that wanderer is ticklish, and tickling is a surefire way to make him laugh.
and…laugh he does, as much as he tries to hold back. sethos’s hands latch onto wanderer’s knees, squeezing playfully and it really, really tickles.
“s-stohohohop!” wanderer tries to growl, but between his squeaky laughter and steadily reddening cheeks, he doesn’t think it comes across quite how he wants it to. “i’ll—yohou! stop thihihis!”
he looks up to sethos, wanting to glare, but he’s met with a bit of an unexpected sight.
sethos looks absolutely entranced, eyes sparkling with glee. the wide grin upon his lips might just rival wanderer’s own.
“is this why you never laugh?” sethos asks, almost teasingly. “no one will ever be intimidated by you if they knew how cute your laugh is…”
the sentence, or maybe the tone he says it in, or probably both, sends a swarm of butterflies to wanderer’s stomach, though it’s very quickly drowned out by a bunch of pokes and squeezes to the area.
“shuhut uhuhup! i swehear, i’ll…!”
it’s so unnatural for him to laugh so freely, and he wants to hate it. in a way, he kind of does. this entire thing is driving him insane and he doesn’t know how much more of this he can take.
but when he manages to grab onto sethos’s wrists, he can’t bring himself to push them off.

Taking a Break {Kazuha and Scaramouche}
Squealing Santa 2k24!
A/N: Hey hey, happy holidays, @ticklish-n-stuff I was your squealing santa this year!!! :D I really hope you enjoy your gift, it was a joy to write hehe! I also hope that you have a wonderful holiday season and get cozy!! Huge thank you to @cantsaythetword for organizing the event this year, you did a wonderful job! :)))
Summary: It's a surprise!
Word Count: 1.2k (under the cut!)
“Scar, how much longer are you going to work on that?” Kazuha laid down on his back, staring at Scaramouche from his bed.
“Until I finish working through these equations,” Scaramouche replied after a moment, scribbling something down without even turning to face Kazuha.
Kazuha rolled over onto his belly and blew some hair out of his face. “And how many more equations are there?”
Scaramouche wrote something else down and then tapped his pencil against the paper as he counted the remaining equations. “Thirteen.”
“Ugh! That’ll take so long!” Kazuha whined, folding his arms as he buried his face in them.
Scaramouche chuckled dryly. “Well, I have an exam on this tomorrow, and I’m still struggling with derivatives. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I have to…”
Scaramouche trailed off, taken over by his homework before he could finish his sentence. Kazuha sighed and pulled out his phone, checking the time. It had been almost an hour since Kazuha had come into Scaramouche’s dorm room, and he was getting hungry.
Scaramouche’s roommate, Childe, was off at a sports meet, meaning they had the room to themselves, but all Scaramouche seemed to have been doing was studying. Kazuha was half tempted to just run to a nearby take-out restaurant to get food, but he did not know what to get.
“Hey, Scar, where should I get food from?”
“I don’t have a preference.”
“What about the Inazuman restaurant down the street?”
“I’m fine with anything.”
“Okay, we’ll get that then. What would you like to eat?”
“Whatever sounds good.”
Kazuha nodded, scrolling through the menu on his phone. He and Scaramouche would visit the Inazuman restaurant often since the food was cheap and reminded them both of home. They both had their regular orders, and no matter how many times they said they wanted to try more food from the menu, they always got the same thing.
Kazuha was about to place the order when Scaramouche groaned and laid his head down on the desk. “This is impossible.”
Kazuha shifted. “I’m not distracting you, am I?”
Scaramouche grumbled then shook his head. “No, I’m just– I’m at my limit. Heh, limits! Ugh…”
Kazuha rolled off the bed and walked over to Scaramouche, rubbing his shoulders gently. “You need to take a break and look at this again later. I’ll get some food and then you can work on this after you get something in your belly.”
“No, I just need to power through.”
Kazuha chuckled softly. “C’mon, take a quick break and walk to the restaurant with me. We’ll get take-out and eat back here.”
Scaramouche dragged his hands down his face and groaned loudly. “I just need to finish this, then we can eat. I’m not even that hungry, anyway.”
Kazuha folded his arms across his chest. He decided that the gentle approach was not working and that he needed to change tactics. With a sigh, Kazuha pulled Scaramouche’s chair away from the desk, making him grumble.
“Kaz, you need to let me do my work– Gah!! Hey, put me down!”
Kazuha threw Scaramouche over his shoulder and laughed when Scaramouche began to bang his fists into his back. He carried Scaramouche over to the bed and threw him onto the covers, which flew up a bit from the force. Kazuha jumped on top of Scaramouche and they wrestled for a little bit on top of the bed, but Scaramouche struggled to get anywhere with Kazuha on top of him.
Kazuha eventually managed to pin one of Scaramouche’s arms by his side with his leg. Kazuha held Scaramouche’s other arm above his head and the two of them panted slightly from the exertion. Scaramouche huffed in annoyance and squirmed under Kazuha’s weight, having forgotten again just how strong Kazuha was from his sports.
“Okay, Kaz, I get it! I’ll take– I’ll take a break. But can I just finish that one equation first?”
Kazuha shook his head. “One equation will lead to you finishing them without a break. If I have to keep you pinned here to let your brain rest, then that’s how it’s gonna be!”
Scaramouche rolled his eyes. “It’s hardly a break if I’m just thinking about how much work I have to do.”
Kazuha hummed in contemplation. “Want me to take your mind off of it, then?”
Scaramouche scoffed. “What are you gonna do? Talk my ear off?”
“I suppose I could. Or…” Kazuha grinned, raising one hand and wiggling his fingers.
Scaramouche’s eyes widened and he shook his head, giggling nervously. “Kaz– Kaz, no. Don’t you dare!”
Kazuha only grinned and slowly lowered his hand. Scaramouche squirmed and wriggled, trying to escape, but it was no use as Kazuha finally made contact with his tummy. Kazuha’s wiggling fingers danced across Scaramouche’s tummy, making him squeak and burst into an almost immediate fit of giggles.
“Kahahahaz!! Wahahait– Wait! I neeheeheed to finish my wohohohork!!”
“Nuh-uh, we’re not talking about your work right now! The whole reason I’m tickling you is to take your mind off of it, remember?” Kazuha chuckled, poking Scaramouche’s lower tummy as he squeaked. “Just forget about your homework and focus on something else. Oh, what did you want to get for food?”
“I cahahahan’t– I can’t think ahahahabout food right nohohow!! Stahahahap!!”
“Ohh, I see. We’ll figure out food after I’m done tickling you then. Is there anywhere you want me to tickle you?” Kazuha asked, trying to keep his tone neutral despite the wide grin of amusement on his face.
“NOHohohoHO!!” Scaramouche whined, squirming wildly. He finally got one of his hands free and tried to pry Kazuha’s tickly hand away, but he would not let up. “Kahahahaz– Kazuha, stahahap!”
“I feel like I’m giving your belly too much attention… What about here?” Kazuha began to pinch at Scaramouche’s ribcage, making him throw his head back and cackle. Kazuha chuckled at Scaramouche’s reaction. “Seems like a good spot!”
Scaramouche pushed at Kazuha with his free hand and bucked his hips. He finally managed to twist halfway around, making Kazuha grumble.
“You’re too squirmy! C’mere, you!”
“Leheheheave me alohohone!!” Scaramouche wailed, shrieking when Kazuha began to flip him all the way over onto his belly before straddling his back, pinning him back down onto the bed. “Kahahahaz!!”
“Aww, I can’t get your belly now. Well, that’s okay, I wanted to try another spot anyway,” Kazuha mused casually, making Scaramouche whine.
Scaramouche wiggled from side to side, trying to squirm Kazuha off of him, but he was planted firmly on top of him. He gasped when Kazuha dug his hands under his arms, then burst into a fit of renewed cackles when he began to tickle him.
“Sheesh, Scar, you’re gonna get a noise complaint if you keep that up!”
“Thahahat’s not my fahahahault! You’re tickling mehehehe!!”
Kazuha could not argue with that. Instead, he chuckled softly along with Scaramouche, tickling him a bit more. Scaramouche had his arms clamped to his sides, which did not help much with the ticklish sensations. Kazuha finally decided to let up when Scaramouche’s wiggles got less frequent.
“All good, Scar?”
“Hah– You’re evil, Kaz…” Scaramouche panted heavily.
Kazuha shrugged and got off of him, hopping down onto the floor. Kazuha patted his back until he seemingly recovered and sat up with a sigh.
“Do you still want to get food?”
Kazuha nodded with a small smile. Scaramouche had either decided to take a break or had forgotten about his homework altogether. Either way, Kazuha had succeeded. Kazuha got his coat and grabbed one for Scaramouche, and the two of them went off to the Inazuman restaurant to grab some food. Scaramouche would get back to his homework at some point, but for now, he would take a much needed break with Kazuha.

⊹ ⨯ ➜ lee: kaeya

(this is my first time actually writing something so bear with me)
warnings: tickles!! (sfw)
╭── ⋅ ⋅ ── ✩ ── ⋅ ⋅ ──╮
