manfluix | womanfluix
Alt terms: ✦ Manfluix can also be called boyfluix, malefluix, genderfluix man/boy/male. ✦ Womanfluix can also be called girlfluix, femalefluix, genderfluix woman/girl/female.
──────────✦──────────
Some alt genderfluix flags :D ✨ (I also posted nonbinaryfluix flags here.)
──────────✦──────────
The flags are basically a mix of their original fluid and flux flags (see boyfluid, boyflux, girlfluid, girlflux). Specifically, since the purple of girlfluid and the yellow of girlflux were so different (and trying to mix them together just made grey), I moved the purple to the bottom. I also added extra dark blue and pink stripes, to make the flag be centred / have the stripes on both sides match.

Genderfluid/flux/fluix equivalents for male/female, man/woman, and boy/girl!
You know how there's the term "enby", to usually refer to a non-binary child or teen, sometimes to an adult as well? Well, @ryanyflags compiled a list of terms similar to enby for many gender identities, as well as adult gender terms that are meant to be equivalents of woman/man (such as enban), and sex terms equivalent to female/male.
I personally felt the need for a genderfluid equivalent to all of these. For those times where I wanna call myself something like enban or enby, but underline the fluid nature of my gender. For those days where I can't, or don't want to, specify what specific gender I'm feeling in that moment, beyond it being fluid.
So I present to you:
Fluy (singular) - Fluys (plural)*.
Genderfluid equivalent of girl/boy/enby. Young genderfluid person.
(*alternative spelling: Fluie - Fluies. Let me know which one you prefer!)
Fluidan (singular) - Fluiden (plural).
Genderfluid equivalent of woman/man/enban. Adult genderfluid person.
Fluimel/fluinox/fluinon.
Genderfluid equivalents of female/male, following the spelling pattern for their non-binary equivalents enbinmel/enbinox/enbinon. Alternative sex terms for a genderfluid person.
(Note: they are not meant to replace the perisex/intersex distinction. In fact, enbinox and enbinon seem to have been created by a non-binary intersex person. The post has been archived though, so I won't tag them.)
Fluxy (singular) - Fluxies (plural).
Genderflux equivalent of girl/boy/enby. Young genderflux person.
Fluxan (singular) - Fluxen (plural).
Genderflux equivalent of woman/man/enban. Adult genderflux person.
Fluxmel/fluxnox/fluxnon.
Genderflux equivalent of female/male, same as above. Alternative sex terms for a genderflux person.
Fluixy (singular) - Fluixies (plural).
Fluidflux/genderfluix equivalent of girl/boy/enby. Young fluidflux/genderfluix person.
Fluixan (singular) - Fluixen (plural).
Fluidflux/genderfluix equivalent of woman/man/enban. Adult fluidflux/genderfluix person.
Fluixmel/fluixnox/fluixnon.
Fluidflux/genderfluix equivalent of female/male, same as above. Alternative sex terms for a fluidflux/genderfluix person.
That's all from me!
Ryanyflags is also going to make flags for all these in his usual format—we discussed in our DMs—so stay tuned to their blog for that!

Broke my lover yesterday because I came out to her as genderfluix (genderfluid/flux)... she started overthinking her sexuality as a lesbian and didn't understand when I told her that:
I do not have days where I'm a Man. I'm a guy. A dude. But not a Man. Man is too much masc. I don't have the masculinity in my body to be a Man. I only carry enough masculinity to be a Guy. A Dude. Not a whole Man. Maybe 3/4's of a man, at most. But never a whole Man. So, therefore, I'm not a man. So she is still lesbian. Her calling herself a lesbian does not make me feel invalidated as a periodically-masc person, so it is okay. I'm never a man, so she is never anything but a lesbian. A simple, overthinking lesbian. Love her, but she thinks too much for her own good

Genderfloy!!
Tumblr media
Genderfloy (pronounced gen-der-floi), or genderfloe (gen-der-flow), refers to an individual who describes themselves as genderfluid/genderfluix (or an otherwise alternating identity), but is mostly male in some way. This is different from boyflux or genderflux in general, as genderfloy individuals can (or typically) experience other genders that are not necessarily masculine or man-aligned (including feminine genders.)
The term genderfloy was coined by anonymous FANDOM user on July 9th, 2021

(I am still trying to redo my into post lol. Know that this will change a lot if I get around to it.)
Name Collection: June/Penny/Hunter/Moth/Gabriel/Trixie/Axe/Ace/Aro/Pear/Sapph/Sunny/Luna/Celeste (This isn't my full collection, just what I'm most comfortable sharing atm. Still trying names out.)
Main Pronouns: He/They/Xe/Fae/It
Pronoun Collection: He/They/It/Xe/Fae/It/Doe/Fawn/Faun/Pup/Bun/Crow/Star/Cloud/Luna/Night-Nocturne/Pear/Peach/Aro/Ace/Imp/Void/Chaos/Rot/Astro/Luneself/Val-Valem-Valier-Valself/Ze-Zir-Zem/Glitchself/Glamour
(Not all of them, just what I feel comfortable sharing atm.)
Written Pronouns: Shx//Hx/Thxy/Sh3/Th3y/[REDACTED]
Symbol/Emoji Pronouns: ♡/⚢/⚣/H♡/Sh♡/Th♡y/?-??-???-????
Preferred Terms: My preferred honorifics are Mx. (pronounced mix) and Mistrum (Alt to Mister or Miss.) I am most comfortable being called Boy/Girl/They/Enbian/Creature/Cryptid. I prefer not to be called Dude, though I’m warning up to Bro. Calling me A dude is ok, it just feels different for me.
Alterhuman: I feel that I’m Alterhuman in some way but am having trouble finding info on alterhuman identities that aren’t Therian and Otherkin. Currently, I identify as demihuman and Copinglink. Personally, I feel that a lot of my relation to being alterhuman is trauma related, due to my Traitblur, or related to my Audhd. I’ve always felt a connection to being nonhuman from a young age, so it’s hard to pinpoint where one begins and the other ends though. I do experience species dysphoria on some level, I think, and I do identify with some aldernic terms that my dysphoria relates to. I am still new to alterhuman identities and other labels related to that, so this is subject to a lot of possible updates in the future.
Gender: I mostly Identify as Genderqueer and Trans Nonbinary, though my gender is very complex and is affected by my neurodivergence and complex orientation. My gender is fluid, and I am multigender. I use multiple Genderfluid, Genderfluix, and Multigender labels. But, I never feel fully binary gendered and am always genderqueer and nonbinary in some way. I consider myself both Gender Non-conforming and Androgynous, though I don’t necessarily have the means to present how I want atm. I don’t experience femininity and masculinity in typical ways, and I mostly feel like a feminine gendered man and masculine gendered woman, which is why I identify as Finboy and Mingirl. I usually experience these genders usually simultaneously, and this is my primary identity with being Bigender and Androgyne, though my bigenderness is not always through binary-aligned genders. Nor, do I always feel connected to any binary-aligned gender. I have a complicated relationship with girlhood and experience it a lot through the lens of genderlessness or Genderrot, and I identify as an Agender Girl/Gxrl/Girlflux/Girlrot as well. I experience many Xenogenders but not all that are available to me. Some of them are connected to binary-aligned genders, masculinity, or femininity. But, not all of my Xenogenders are, and I’m fluid between those as well. Many of my Xenogenders are connected to my neurodivergence, Traitblur, and Alterhumanity. I also experience Anonbinary, Abinary, and Aporine genders. My genders are also very connected to or affected by my orientations.
Orientation: I primarily identify as on the Abro spectrum now, because my identity is very fluid and complex, though I defiantly still use some other general labels as well. My attraction is affected by my gender, neurodivergence, trauma, Alterhumanity, and Traitblur, so it is difficult for me to tell what I feel or why I feel those feelings sometimes. I collect many orientation labels as well. I consider all of my attraction queer, whether it be same gender attraction, different gender attraction, or non-attraction. I always consider myself on the Aspectrum and never feel fully Allo, though I do have a connection to experiencing attraction, though it is not typical attraction and fluctuates very often. I fluid between Aspec, Allospec, Mspec, and Monospec orientations and sometimes experience different orientations at the same time or “contradictory” orientations. I do experience Tertiary Attractions, though I’m Aspec on some of those as well, mostly Aplspec and Asen-spec, though I do experience strangely strong Aesthetic Attraction, stronger than most Allo-Aesthetics, and I’m still wondering if there is a specific term for that.
Relationship Orientation: I identify with Relationship Orientations more so than Life Style, and because I do not have a lot of relationship experience, this identity is more in theory atm, as in I’m open to it and have a desire to pursue relationships like this. I mostly identify as Ambiamorous and Polyaeffionate, being that I’m currently with a partner in a Semi-open Relationship (open to poly) and am on the Aspectrum. My relationship favorability does fluctuate, so I do feel that I’m somewhere on the Anamorous spectrum. But, I mostly identify with Ambiamflux. Even before I discovered that I was indeed Aspec, I was enjoyed the idea of Queer Platonic Relationships and consider myself very favorable to those, despite being Aplspec and Platonic Ambivalent. I am also interested in Waverships, as my identity is very fluid, and I have unconventional boundaries with different types of relationships.
(Currently editing this but not done.)

Note
do you know of a term for people who are usually man/nonbinary but fluctuate to a feminine gender every so often?
I could think of rosboy, but it doesn't include nonbinaryness inherently. Femenboyflux/femxoyflux could be a thing, mixing fem with enboy/xoy and flux. Femflux/venuflux is a thing. Is your fluctuation between both nonbinary/man and feminine gender?

Xenogender flags ଘ(੭⁰ᴗ⁰)━☆゚.*・
[ Gender Flag Sets Masterpost ]
Don't know what some of these terms mean (e.g. xenan)? I compiled them (and their sources) on my site [ A List Of Gender Terms ].
If you're looking for a xip flag, there's already one here (@sage-writes-n-coins-mogai)
Tumblr media
The fluid, fluix, and flux terms are based off genderfluid man/boy, genderfluix man/boy, genderflux man/boy, and the matching woman/girl versions. For my nonbinary terms/flags though, I'm defining them more broadly, so any combination of xenogender + fluid/fluix/flux works.
Butch, futch, and femme is the same. Anyone who's butch/futch/femme and xenogender, whatever that combination means to them, can use these flags :)
Also, I didn't list every possible name for the fluid, fluix, flux, butch, futch, and femme terms. You can use alt terms/names, as long as they have the same meaning.
Tumblr media
All these flags use the colours from the xenogender flag.
For xequinox and xenan, I just went with a format that felt right / looked nice. Having the stripes be horizontal looked too much like orientation flags to me, so I used vertical stripes (pride flags don't often use vertical stripes, so I think this helps make it more unique). And the second one, I felt darker and maybe just a bit of desaturated colours would fit. I still wanted them to be colourful though, since I think the opposite gives the impression of depression, which is not just what adulthood is.
The fluid, fluix, and flux flags follow my formats, which are based on genderfluid man/boy, genderflux man/boy, and the matching woman/girl flags.
Finally, the butch, futch, and femme flags follows these femme/futch/butch man flags, that's where the bottom 3 stripes come from.

Understanding Gender Loving Gender acronyms
(The backstory here is that after @inclusive-flag-edits enlightened me about some GLG acronyms, I realized I had forgotten some of my knowledge on the subject and my brain found this unacceptable so here’s a guide for myself and others.)
GLG- gender loving gender. This is the blank template. You fill the first of G with a person’s gender, and then the second G with a gender they are attracted to. Both these genders are represented by 1-3 letter abbreviations. If someone is multiple genders and/or is attracted to multiple genders, you just make multiple GLG acronyms for them. The attraction is not necessarily sexual or exclusive.
Ex for multigender: Trace is trigender (a man, androgyne and neutrois) and likes nonbinary people. They would be MLNB (men loving nonbinary), ANLNB (androgyne loving nonbinary) and NLNB (neutrois loving nonbinary). But if you didn’t want to specify Trace’s three gender identities you could just say that they are TRLNB (trigender loving nonbinary) or in dynanian format SLNB (spectrum loving nonbinary).
Ex for multiple gender attraction: Abby is a woman and likes men, women, and nonbinary people. She would be WLM, WLW, and WLNB.
Ex for both multiple gender attraction and multigender: Char is genderfluid (between agender and a xenogender) and likes men and women. They would be AGLM (agender loving men), AGLW (agender loving women), XLM (xenic loving men), and XLW (xenic loving women). If you didn’t want to specify Char’s two gender identities you could just say that they are GFLM (genderfluid loving men) and GFLW (genderfluid loving women).
(Some) letters for the genders:
More common ones are in bold.
AB- abinary people
AG- agender people
ALIA- aliagender people
AN- androgynous or androgyne people
APO- apogender people
APR- aporagender people
B- bigender people
CM- cis men
CW- cis women
D- demigender people
DB- demiboys
DG- demigirls
FAUG- faunagender people (do not remove the letter U! It won’t end well)
FLRG- floragender people
GQ- genderqueer people
GV- gendervoid people
GVA- gender variant people
GF- genderfluid, genderflux, or genderfluix people
GFID- genderfluid people
GFIX- genderfluix people
GFX- genderflux people
GFAU- genderfaun people
GFLR- genderflor or genderfloren people
I- intersex or intergender people
IS- intersex people (not a gender but I’m including it because of acronyms like IS4IS)
K- kenochoric people
M- men
MG- multigender people
N- neutral people (sometimes nonbinary people)
NB- nonbinary people
NE- neutrois people
NG- neurogender people
NBM- nonbinary men
NBW- nonbinary women
PA- pangender people
PG- polygender people
S- spectrum (multigender people). Used only for dynian orientations basically
T- trans people
TM- trans men
TR- trigender people
TW- trans women
UNB- unaligned nonbinary people
W- women
X- xenic or genderless people (sometimes nonbinary or intersex people, or used as a blank fill-in letter)
XB- xenoboys
XG- xenogirls
XE- xenogender people
XM- xenic men or xenic masculine-aligned people
XW- xenic women or xenic feminine-aligned people
ZG- zodiacgender people
2S- two-spirit people (not always considered a gender. Also note that the acronym 2SL2S is culturally considered bad and you can read more about it here)
0- zero. Can only be put after the L, and means attracted to no one
Similar terms:
AGL- All Gender Loving. Not a GLG acronym, but similar enough that I’m including it here
SGL- Same Gender Loving. Also not a GLG acronym
BU and FE- represent butch and femme. Not technically genders
Other stuff:
Most GLG identities also have names for example WLW is called sapphic. Here’s a chart full of them. They also have pretty flags!!!!
Sometimes the L is replaced with a 4 (for). An example is that TLT (trans loving trans) can also be written as T4T (trans for trans).
The acronyms aren’t always written in all caps because they’ve become popular enough that people recognize them as acronyms without needing capitalization. For example NBLW could also be written as Nblw or nblw but would be still mean nonbinary loving women.
GLG can also stand for girls loving girls and is used as an alternative to WLW.
Sometimes you’ll find orientations in the GLG format but instead of genders it’ll be other traits such as identity, orientation, gender presentation, neurotype, etc. An example is Queerian/QLQ (queer loving queer). It’s pretty common for these terms to use a 4 instead of an L and a lot of them aren’t meant to be capitalized. Examples are bi4bi (bisexual/romantic for bisexual/romantic), bu4fe (butch for femme), and auti4auti (autistic for autistic).
DNI in bio!!!

could you make flags for trinary terms such as you did xenox xenan and xipflux? since you coined trinarine

Tumblr media
Terms explanation:
trimel and trinmel : trinary sex terms; trinary equivalents to enbinmel, male, female, etc. tri-/trin- in front from trinary, with -mel at the end following the format of these nonbinary sex labels. Note: the spelling of -non and -nox reminds me of nonbinary (plus the term system was originally for nonbinary terms), and trinary isn't inherently nonbinary, so I just used -mel instead (which is based on male/female). Perhaps trinon/trinox could be for nonbinary trinary sex terms?
trian/trien and trinan/trinen : adult trinary person/people; trinary equivalents to enban/enben, man/men, woman/women, etc. tri-/trin- in front from trinary, with -an (singular) and -en (plural) endings following the way enban/enben, man/men, woman/women, etc. are spelled.
triary / triaries (triarys) : young trinary person/people; trinary equivalents to enby / enbies (enbys), boy/boys, girl/girls, etc. tri- in front and ending in -ary like trinary, the E sounding ending is to match how many other diminutive terms end in E.
The fluid, fluix, and flux terms are based off genderfluid man/boy, genderfluix man/boy, genderflux man/boy, and the matching woman/girl versions. For my trinary terms/flags though, I’m defining them more broadly, so any combination of trinary + fluid/fluix/flux works.
Butch, futch, and femme is the same. Anyone who’s butch/futch/femme and trinary, whatever that combination means to them, can use these flags.
Also, I didn’t list every possible name for the fluid, fluix, flux, butch, futch, and femme terms. You can use alt terms/names, as long as they have the same meaning.
Tumblr media
Note:
I conceptualise trinary as both an umbrella term and a standalone term, bit like how nonbinary is both an umbrella and its own gender.
Of course it would include anyone who considers their gender to fall under trinary, but surely it's possible for someone to consider their gender just trinary? Like abinary and midbinary, I think, were mainly just coined as umbrella/categorisation terms, but people can use abinary/midbinary as on its own specific gender. So I don't see why someone couldn't do that with trinary.
Tumblr media
Trinary terms+flags ^^
[ Gender Flag Sets Masterpost ]
If I going to make the terms, might as make it a whole set to match the others right?
I don't really coin terms, so I hope the spelling isn't weird.
Tumblr media
All these flags reference my trinary flag, so the main colours are blue, green, pink, purple, and grey.
For trimel and trian, I just went with a format that felt right / looked nice. Having the stripes be horizontal looked too much like orientation flags to me, so I used vertical stripes (pride flags don’t often use vertical stripes, so I think this helps make it more unique). And the second one, I felt darker and maybe just a bit of desaturated colours would fit. I still wanted them to be colourful though, since I think the opposite gives the impression of depression, which is not just what adulthood is.
Triary follows this girl flag (which has also been used for other diminutive flags, like boy and xip). I don’t know how to make symbols for it though, so I left them blank. Having symbols would help them look more unique, so if anyone wants to make symbol versions, they’re welcome to.
The fluid, fluix, and flux flags follow my formats, which are based on genderfluid man/boy, genderflux man/boy, and the matching woman/girl flags.
The butch, futch, and femme flags are based on these femme/futch/butch man flags, that's where the 3 horizontal stripes come from. For the diagonal stripes, they're meant to mimic the diagonal stripes in my trinary flag. The colours chosen for them are based on what trinary colours aren't in the horizontal stripes. Butch has green and blue, so I used pink and purple for the side stripes. Futch has blue, pink, and purple, so green was used for the side stripes there. And femme has pink and purple, so green and blue were used. All of the side stripes have grey in them, since the horizontal stripes don't. And the extra unused colour(s) gets blended into the horizontal stripes (whichever mixes best / are the most similar originally).

Outherine flags (@^◡^)
[ Gender Flag Sets Masterpost ]
Don't know what some of these terms mean (e.g. ouman)? I compiled them (and their sources) on my site [ A List Of Gender Terms ].
Tumblr media
The fluid, fluix, and flux terms are based off genderfluid man/boy, genderfluix man/boy, genderflux man/boy, and the matching woman/girl versions. For my nonbinary terms/flags though, I'm defining them more broadly, so any combination of outherine + fluid/fluix/flux works.
Butch, futch, and femme is the same. Anyone who's butch/futch/femme and outherine, whatever that combination means to them, can use these flags :)
Also, I didn't list every possible name for the fluid, fluix, flux, butch, futch, and femme terms. You can use alt terms/names, as long as they have the same meaning.
Tumblr media
All these flags use the colours from the outherine flag.
For oumel and ouman, I just went with a format that felt right / looked nice.
Oune follows this girl flag (which has also been used for other diminutive flags, like boy and xip). I don't know how to make symbols for it though, so I left them blank. Having symbols would help them look more unique, so if anyone wants to make symbol versions, they're welcome to.

I really like the original aporagender flag, but I found the colours just didn't work in this context. So instead I referenced my colours from aporine. I think green, yellow, orange, and that particular shade of red do fit aporagender pretty well.
For aporale and aporan, I just went with a format that felt right / looked nice.
