🥰🥰🥰🥰 I'm really self conscious about my writing but I'm glad I was sent this. Maybe this will help me get back into writing again.

Starting Over Verse- this will always be a favorite because it was the first fic/verse I've ever done. It's a J2 fic that I never would have written if @j2-are-eternal hadn't been my hyped man through it all.

This one starts off in the early 2000s when J2 first meet and goes on until current ish times. I don't wanna give too much away but this one has the right amount of fluff angst and everything.

From here on out we're getting into what I call bestie fic lol I wrote these as gifts for the bestie @fandom-hoarder because we are hive minded and she's extremely amazing and i love her.

What a father wouldn't do- this one is a pre series fic, do heed the warnings on this one and the others if you or anyone scrolls through them.

This one is pre series, it's got teenchesters, weirdchesters, Sam whump, protective Dean, protective/bamf John. I love it.

Sam and His Techicolor Fingernails- this one is so cute and totally gen. It's pre series Sammy and Dean, it's got supportive big brother Dean, baby brother Sammy who is into nail polish and being his true self. It's cute as hell and one of my favorites.

And last but not least is a samjess fic that was something different because I've never written samjess but me and bestie had thoughts and feelings about Stanford era Sam and this was the end product for her birthday🖤

I am working on my master thesis right now and this idea struck me:

Let's take an AU where Dean follows Sam to Stanford.

Sam has a thesis or project due and because he is Sam, he pulls one all-nighter after the other and has filled their room with post-its and crumbled notes here and there.

Dean snaps on day 3 and goes all mama mode on him. He makes him breakfast and lunch in the morning before going to work. He calls him to remind him to eat. He makes him dinner after work and tries to organize Sam's mess of notes into something resembling coherency. He pretty much force-feeds Sam his dinner and then takes away the laptop at 11pm (because Sam has a curfew all of a sudden) and makes him take a shower and lie down.

Sam realizes that he is more productive now that he gets adequate sleep and proper nutrition. And Dean becomes a master at organizing Sam's notes. So Sam starts bringing three dozen post-its and torn notebook pages and sets them down next to Dean and turns on the puppy eyes and Dean sighs but makes sense out of the hurried scribbles.

At some point, Sam starts talking excitedly about his project to Dean (in the geeky way) and Dean not only nods and acts like he's listening (like he usually does when Sam talks about something Dean doesn't understand) but he replies and makes insightful observations and Sam is looking at him all wide-eyed and confused.

"What? I had to read the notes to put them into order."

Long story short, Dean ends up as a passive law student. Sam is amused, and also super happy because Dean is learning about his special interest.

(Do I want someone to take an interesting in what I am doing for my thesis? Yes. Will I? Probably not. XD)

I gotta admit, this sent me into a little bit of a panic, checking for v's fic links and getting a 404. I had told myself I need to sit down and download everything in my ao3 history, and yet I didn't.

But I have good news!

brotherwives (aka qprbros, aka v) is ok. I had to check with them to see whether it's ok to say. 😅 They are still on tumblr, in a different fandom, rotating their blorbos; they just needed some space from the constant wank about their particular niche for SamDean. At this time, they don't know if they'll ever come back to spn fandom, but said it is nice to hear how we still think of them. 💜

It just got too disheartening to keep seeing the state of the gencest tag lately, so they deleted.

I want to write a supernatural fic where Sam still hunts while in college.

Like, hunting has always been such a big part of his life that he just can't live without it, especially when he knows other people are going to die and/or suffer if he doesn't help them.

I want Sam to be one of those students that you know never goes to any of the classes but almost always gets an A (or at the very least a passing grade) on all the exams/assignments (he both knows from experience and studies in his free time while on the road).

I want Sam to be the weird/cool guy at school that everyone theorizes about ["Do you think he has a girlfriend?" "He must be rich or something, how else can he afford to travel so much while still attending school" (he's not BTW) "I wonder who that guy that always drives him to and from classes/exams is" (that's Dean) "So he's a passenger princess" (they've never seen him drive), etc].

Everything about the show is the same (I might keep Jess alive though, IDK, like that girl who ends up having a crush on him so she's looking into him and finds out some stuff) except he's still in school and he & Dean always cover their faces/only Dean impersonates people (that work with the state/law & stuff) so that the authorities won't be able to connect things too quickly and ambush them while there's a test or something.

Sam is literally the cryptid of the school after getting his powers, like people literally see him get visions/mumble about future events in the middle of those rare lessons he comes to/exams/assignments.

After Dean becomes a demon, people start thinking he's his drug dealer and that they're a part of some Mafia group that needs a new lawyer/future new lawyer (hence why Sam is learning law) after they keep hearing hushed conversations where Sam practically begs this Dean guy to "Just please give it to me, please Dean I don't think I can take it much longer" (assuming "it" probably means like heroin or some other type of drug. Also how they finally found out Dean's name) and Dean begrudgingly handing him a small red vial and telling him he'll give him more, sometimes directly from the source (his wrist), later. Sam also starts bringing a second, smaller, steel water bottle to school after those interactions start but almost nobody notices (or they do and there are a thousand and one new conspiracies about it and what it means, after all, it could just be coffee for all they know, they can't be sure though, and they're too scared to ask whenever they do see him and he actually stays in school for a little longer instead of instantly leaving to go somewhere. So they don't really get the chance to ask him even if they want to).

They see him "give a random girl hickeys" in the alley right beside the school (he's actually drinking Ruby's blood after she got her throat slashed/slashed her own throat just a little bit so that they won't look too suspicious) and they think that's his GF. And then some other students see him doing the same to his drug dealer's (Dean's) wrist a few days later and they don't know what to think anymore [he was desperate (read; needed a boost before a stressful exam/lesson/finals week), okay? He wasn't thinking straight and all three thought it was at least somewhat okay as long as they were being careful].

One day, during a lesson because the others know he won't answer during an exam, Bobby (because he still isn't talking to John, fuck you John) is calling him, saying it's an emergency and that they need him there ASAP. He doesn't remember to control his reaction in front of the class and now everyone further believes that he's in the Mafia and that was his boss talking to him [they vaguely remember hearing him, quietly whisper, if they need him to bring his extra guns at the start of the conversation/if he needs to kill someone/if anybody died towards the end of it (all said somewhat casually, considering the situation, mind you)].

I imagine Gabriel coming over to fuck with him one day at the school and people thinking he's part of a rival group/family (that may or may not have joined Sam's own after betraying said family, depending on the timeline) based on their interactions. On that same note, I want Castiel to be like the boss's right hand/messenger and that their boss's name/title is God/the lord (if I was in that situation, I would think their boss is very narcissistic, but I won't say anything about it because crime and I don't want to die yet). And then when Godstiel comes around, Dean, who at this point knows way more than Sam about these rumors (because unlike Sam he's actually been around), makes him seem like their new boss (he might just use it to help him get laid, like in that one episode, but IDK).

I really want to write it, and I might just do it, I just need to finish the series first so that I'll be characterizing them correctly (these are all characters I already somewhat know about/saw) so we'll see if I remember it by then.

Feel free to use this idea but also I want credit/link to the story (mainly a link) if you do use it, since I want to read it regardless of whether or not I actually write this (knowing myself, I probably will. Like 78% will).

HEAR ME OUT i know a lot of people on here love this too but it just really gets me!! dean is sam's motherfatherbrother but john is their dad so what else is sammy supposed to call him?? i picture this as mostly s1/s2 sam and dean,, but also like late-seasons bunker samdean would be so good...especially after mary dies again. like omg im foaming at the mouth

maybe it starts off as just a mistake,, sam getting injured on a hunt and dean needs to take care of him. after dean gets him stitched and cleaned up, sam gets all tired and teary eyed and curls up next to dean on one of the queen beds in their motel room because he's just so exhausted from the days activities. dean doesn't mind having sam so close because he knows he needs the comfort,, and dean'd never admit it out loud but he secretly loves to cuddle with his sammy.

sam's all cozy on the bed in a pair of boxers and one of dean's old zeppelin shirts and he's half asleep when he says, "y' always take s'ch good care a' me, dean" and dean's whispers back "course i do sammy, it's my job" as he always does,, looking fondly down at sam and pushing his hair behind his ear and scratching at the nape of his neck..

"'s not just that..." his sentence trails off and for a minute dean thinks he's finally fallen asleep.

sam doesn't even realize that he says it; he's already basically passed out and as comfy as he's ever been, essentially piled onto dean's lap.

"g'night, mommy"

dean's breathe catches and he's unsure if he's heard right. sammy lets out the tiniest sigh and his breathing evens out. dean is far from falling asleep because what the fuck did sam just say and why the fuck did dean's stomach flip when he said it.

dean doesn't sleep that night.

okay and then later this develops into a conscious thing that they both love and dean gets to fulfill his role of caretaker and sam gets to be taken care of because that's what they're there for. little sammy needs his mommy obv because of course mary isn't gonna do shit

Sam wanted cigarettes because they reminded him of Dean, of sweet, smoky kisses and long day weathered hugs. So now he lays on the floor in his empty house after running away to Stanford, on a bare mattress. Folding open a pack of stolen cigarettes, he breathes in the memory of his brother's lips.
