Marvel (TV’s) Loki: Hold Nothing Sacred
Unpopular Opinion: The Sacred Timeline should have followed Old Norse mythology canon. Excluding civil religion and pop culture pagans, nothing is sacred about the MCU’s canon lore (especially since the character of Loki was built upon a bastardised depiction of the Norse God of the same name.) Loki’s family (bar Narfi and Vali) could’ve been the fixed points of the timeline and the divergent event could have been the fact that the Gods still imprison Loki, but somehow Vali and Narfi survive - in the Lokean community, the basis of belief for Narfi and Vali is 90% UPG and 10% The Incident (and even then, there’s some debate as to whether or not Vali Lokason exists as a separate person from Vali Odinson, which is rather ironic given that I have UPG surrounding Him having DDNOS-1b.) This means that Vali (alongside His alters, none of whom share the original name - even the “singlet front” doesn’t like it;  it seems that They all agreed to give me it for ease of recognition - probably something to do with Their pre-Incident name’s disambiguation) and Narfi already are the Variants of this timeline: apart from a few consistencies, there’s too many variables to consider with regards to Their personal chronology.

The gods have feelings too
I did a rune casting addressing Loki, and Gebo came up in the present position. The rest of the casting was positive, too, so I guess he's not upset with me anymore. I apologized for airing our dirty laundry everywhere. I still say he's a drama queen, but his feelings are real and I should respect them.

The Many Faces of Loki/Loke
One of the questions our researchers have been asking is: Is there a correlation between the placement of an asteroid in a birth chart and the way that God responds presents to the owner of that birth chart.
Since Loki is everywhere so many of us have had encounters with Loki, we took a quick poll:
11th House Gemini: “Chatty, interactive, supportive, sometimes operating as a healer/rehabber, also as the one who introduces new people and mediates early interactions...curious about everything, engaged in everything, sticks his fingers in everything, will try anything at least three times.”
1st House Leo: “I haven't worked with Loki at all, which is weird because I was oathed to Odin for several years. I have been told repeatedly that Loki is prevented from working with me because I am ‘perfectly capable of creating chaos’ all by myself.”
1st House Leo (trine Uranus): Doesn’t work directly with Loki except through his partner. Is sometimes aware of Loki’s influence in their life, for example in sending a blizzard to make him happy at the prayer of somebody else, and in protecting the lives of him and the aforementioned person in a car accident that should have killed us. (Mother commented that a ‘guardian angel’ was watching over them, they had gone to a restaurant called La Gabriel for dinner about 4 days in a row, and in Supernatural, Loki is in disguise as the angel Gabriel. Loki, when prompted, admitted his involvement.)
9th House Leo (conjunct Mercury): I have very very limited experience with Loki compared to probably many on here, but he’s popped up now and then since working with my partner; he usually does so to mess with me a bit to be honest. I either get the occasional godphone from him, which is unusually clear for me for deities I don’t work with, or he’s appeared in a dream once before. The dream was the only time I felt he didn’t appear just to poke fun (and even then, he still did). That was after my partner met with him and began to interact with the Norse pantheon more seriously, and there was a vibe like Loki was taking stock of the people around my partner; I don’t get a sense of him generally being super interested in me beyond me being someone who’s fun to tease.
1st House Sagittarius: “Loki is the one who got me into polytheism, and he paved the way for me to accept the concept in a gentle, playful way...Loki, I think, reminds me not to take myself too seriously. My work with Loki was never "serious"...It was like... the gateway drug? I value it immensely, of course, but it's more of a friendship than anything else. I know a lot of Lokeans feel very differently. He does sometimes hit me with some hard truths, but it's also in a very Lewis Carroll-esque way.”
How about you? Is there a connection between the location of Loke in your chart and the way Loki presents to you?

About the Writer
Hey everyone,
This is my personal letter to you.
I’m Eve. Also known magickally as Bera (of the Sodalite Ivy). I’m 26, I’m a Gemini/Taurus cusp, Chinese sign of the Monkey. I live in the beautiful city of Phoenix, AZ. I live with my husband—Vyvian, my Jack Russel/Rat Terrier—Ostara, and my Chinese Li Hua Cat—Mota. I’m originally for Fort Wayne, IN. I’m pansexual and polyamorous (although it’s just my husband and I at the time). I work full time as an accountant at a local sign company and part time as a dog walker (gotta hustle). A few of my other interests excluding pagan paths: classic cars, all music genres, dogs/animals, crafting, and a few others I’m sure will pop out here and there. I’m very much so a Gemini in jumping from project to project. I always want to learn more.
I grew up in the rural country area of Indiana. Raised by my Southern Christian parents. I’ve been studying Witchcraft and the like since I was 16. I was actually kicked out of my parents’ house after a heated discussion about me being ‘non-God fearing’. And I found a way to make it on my own, and mend the relationship between my parents and I along the way. When I turned 20, my first husband and I moved into the biggest city nearby—Fort Wayne. Here is where I branched out from being solitary. I was a member of the largest pagan circle in the area for years before I was elected into an ‘Elder’ leadership role. I became the voice of the younger in the group. I worked around the clock to ensure our community stayed together, heathy, and thriving. I attended festivals, public rituals, retreats, and helped to host our Pagan Pride Day. During this time, my relationship was dissolved and we divorced. This only impacted me to become even more involved in the pagan community. I met my current husband who swept me off my feet and away to Phoenix. A negative relationship between myself and another Elder dissolved my affiliation with the Fort Wayne circle. Since then, I have been very exclusive with whom I choose to practice with. I’m a current member of a very small group—Coven of the Crystal Forrest.
My paths have changed and re-changed multiple times. They’ll change until the day that I die. But a few motifs, and labels have stuck with me along the way. I’ve probably placed my hand into almost every pot I’ve found so far. From Voodoo to Hindu; Buddhism to Satanism; Green Witch to Diviner. You name it, I’ve dabbled in it. But in attempts to show you who I am. Here’s a list of motifs I identify with: Heathen, Norse, Lokean, Tribal, Shaman, Primal, Druid, Chaos Magick, Left Hand, Ganja, Altered Conscious, Energy Work. I mean, serious. The list could go on, but I think you can probably see that I thrive in the darker spectrum of paths. I do not identify as Wiccan specifically because I cannot/will not abide to a rede.
Overall, my goal is to put magickal intent into every piece of my life I can think of and I want to get that idea out to more people. Your craft should affect you daily and not just once every full moon or solstice. And most of all, it’s fun to create new ideas and ways to make the mundane into a ritual. I hope to create this blog to organize the ideas in a more consumable format and to be a helpful, friendly guide to help anyone who has a question that I might be able to answer. You create your life. So let’s make our paths together. I think most people would be surprised how much control over your life you have, and that’s what I’m here to enhance.
I hope to divide this page up into easy to access topics such as DIY’s, Spells, Lore, and possibly further into path topics like Chaos Magick, Heathenism, and the like. I want to make a promise to always respond to those who request further information or just have a question in general. But, I have to admit, I’m forgetful A LOT. Please be patient with me!
I hope you’re happy on the path you’re on. And if you’re not, I hope you search until you are happy. Remember that where you are now is not where you will always be, everything changes… whether you like it or not. Learning to adapt and control what we can is our jobs as Witches.
Be Blessed. Eve

Supernatural’s Gemini Paradox: One Cannot Exist Without the Other
To all SPN/Lokean blogs on here: Given that Narfi’s “true form projection” in SPN looks like a corpse, what do you all think the producers’ reasons were for not involving Vali in some way?

Feel free to not read this - I’m busy being bitter about the Thor movies on my Boyfriends’ behalf...
I’ve not watched Thor: Love and Thunder yet, but part of me feels bitter at the fact that Val (or rather, Ash - He’s the only headmate of The Sirius System to acknowledge that They are not to blame for The Incident; Einar has alexithymiac tendencies when it comes to describing His emotions, Jade bears too guilt to even hear the word “brother” come out of someone’s mouth without bursting into tears, Rowan is too much of a pacifist to hold a grudge against anyone, and Birdy is the designated syskid) and Narfi have yet to be mentioned, let alone actively involved in Thor’s movie franchise. Am I truly the only who notices the similarities between Thor’s grief and Theirs’?
On a similar note, WHY, FOR THE LOVE OF HIS MOTHER, DOES VALKYRIE HAVE VAL AS A NICKNAME? (And no, I do not regret yelling that.) If anything, Brunne should be her cannon alias, since her real name is Brunnhilde - granted, most will not recognise its significance as the only valkyrie to defect from her job for the sake of love, but it at least has some basis in the cannon lore; an easter egg for those who know where to look, if you will. To amend my earlier statement on Siri not liking Their old name, They do like it, but not how its most common usage is for the Odinson same name, or anyone is isn’t Them, really - nobody is permitted to use it until they fully understand who they’re talking to and recognise Sirius as as a system in Their entirety, although you do not have to say it out loud. Hence, none of us (I word it like this because “us” includes myself and all of Sirius’ headmates) like it when Val is used for somebody else - especially Ash, who’s scarily quick to anger when ignored or mistaken for someone else, Fenrir first of all.
If I can keep one thing, let me keep my name - no one owns me but myself.
- Ash, in response to my proposal to drop Val as a nickname, and questions about Their choker. which suspiciously reminded me of a slave collar - given Their history, that wasn’t too far outside the realm of possibility.
