Since the official and American Disney does not care so much about Donald Duck and his family except to sell t-shirts and toys, there are European comics especially Italian comics who drew and know how to treat the most important duck and in my opinion the best Disney character ever. Yes, that's Donald Duck. And here is the cover of the Topolino comics (Italian comics) and the two showing the best duck's 90th birthday celebration with his family. One cover was drawn by Andrea Maccarini and the other by Ivan Bigarella. Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, Fethry Duck, Scrooge McDuck, Huey, Dewey and Louie Duck, and there's Gladstone Gander. In addition to the 90th anniversary of the first appearance of Donald Duck, this year also marks the 75th anniversary of the publication of Topolino comics in Italy, which has been published since 1949.

Happy 90th Birthday Donald Duck! - Donald Duck and his family and friends - Tribute to Don Rosa (Happy belated birthday to Don Rosa) - The Duck Who Never Was - My redraw - Duck comics - Duckverse

I know it's past Donald's birthday, but I don't care, because this year is a whole year dedicated to him, because this year the most popular duck is celebrating his 90th birthday this year. So if someone tells me why I'm dedicating his birthday to him now, even though it's passed, please shut up, this is definitely dedicated to the best duck in the world and I have the right to draw related to him. By the way, I drew tributes related to his birthday before, so check out my previous drawings.

By the way, even though his birthday passed a month ago, I definitely wanted to dedicate this drawing to one of my favorite comic artists and writers, Don Rosa, who celebrates his birthday on June 29th because he was born on that date in 1951. Don Rosa wrote and drew comics mostly related to Scrooge McDuck, but also dedicated something related to Donald Duck. A special comic is "The Duck Who Never Was" from June 9, 1994, which is dedicated to the 60th birthday of Donald Duck, where Donald thinks that everyone has forgotten about his birthday, so he miraculously went to another universe where he does not exist and it can be said that it doesn't work at all without it. In the end, Donald returns to his world and is surprised that his beloved family and friends threw him a great birthday party. It's one of my favorite Don Rosa comics.

Yes, I drew as a redraw those final scenes from that comic, so I drew it in my own way, and I apologize to Don Rosa, since I added some characters, and also did some of my own version of characters from the Duckverse. Daisy kisses her Donald, and besides them there are also Donald's nephews Huey, Dewey and Louie Duck, Daisy's nieces April, May and June Duck (Dutch version), Donald's uncle Scrooge McDuck, Donald's grandmother Grandma Duck (Elvira Coot), Donald's cousins ​​Gladstone Gander, Gus Goose, Fethry Duck, Donald's best friends Gyro Gearloose, Little Helper, Jose Carioca (José Zé Carioca) and Panchito Pistoles. Yes, added Fethry and the two caballeros because they somehow don't make a real Donald family without them in my opinion. And instead of the 60th birthday, I added Donald Duck's 90th birthday on the banner held by Donald's nephews and Daisy's nieces. Yes, and the 30th anniversary of this comic. Gladstone wants to use his fangs and hissing to be more intimidating without relying on his luck.

Although he doesn’t like him that much, Donald offers to teach his cousin how to properly use the famous family rage without misusing it.

Okay, I'll admit I forgot to include hissing and his fangs (I need to draw that in the future), but here's Donald teaching him to channel his rage.

Also warning, I drew these over multiple days so I'm sure they all look pretty inconsistent.

Gladstone: Look, I promise I won't use it for anything horrible. I just want to defend myself. Donald: Really?? Gladstone: Really, I swear. Donald: ...Fine.

Donald: The first part is you gotta dig deep. Gladstone: Dig deep? Donald: Yeah, then you pull the rage out. Put your whole body into it. Gladstone: My whole body? Donald: You should really feel it in your chest. Gladstone: In my chest... a-and how do I dig deep? Donald: You know! Think of things that make you angry. Sad memories can work, too. Use the rage and fear. Just let it out.

Gladstone: Sad memories? Hmm.... Gladstone goes through a ton of sad memories.

Gladstone: Nggggh...... Gladstone let's loose a loud, destructive honk.

I feel like his luck (and possible natural magic) would end up interfering and maybe enhancing whatever he does? (Or not considering it only really works when he's not trying?)

Gladstone: So, how was that? Donald, worried: Uuuh... great.

DUCK TIMELINE ACCORDING TO ME

(au? idk all of its "canon" but I'm picking and choosing and altering a lil)

•Abner is born first, then Donald and Della, Gladstones a little younger than them (like a year?) then Fethry. I think it makes sense for Abner to be the oldest since he doesn't really hang out with everyone else, maybe thats because of the age gap ya know.

•They all meet up and spend every summer at Grandmas farm. I think Abner preteen/teen stage kinda stops going, he has other things he'd rather do.

•As for everyone's relationships at this stage, Donald and Della get along fairly well, they're usually by each other sides. They have different interests tho, Donald wanting to be a sailor and Della a pilot. Gladstone and Donald are always fighting (obviously), I think Della and Gladstone have a pretty neutral relationship. Fethrys the baby and Abner doesn't want to play with the younger kids (they're lame) but probably has a soft spot for Fethry.

•I like to think Gyro and Donald knew each other as kids too. This is largely based on that one Don Rosa comic that introduces little helper (?).

•As a kid Donalds grandpa Humpsadink(?) dies. I'm not 100% on everyone's names in english, but I think thats his name.

•Donald and Della meet their uncle Scrooge once (1) and Donald kicks him for being mean to his parents. Scrooge enters rich old man isolation.

•As preteens Della and Donalds parents die and they move in with Grandma Duck permanently. In the comics I usually see Donald raised by Grandma Duck and that raises so many questions for me. Are Hortense and Quackmore dead? extremely busy? And wheres Della?? I wanted to include Donald living at Grandma Ducks farm because its canon in a lot of comics, so this is my solution.

•Some time later Gladstones parents die and Matilda & Ludwig adopt him. Not entirely sure ab this, but I'll go with it. This is based on Don Rosas plans for the family tree, he decided against it but there's nothing really contradicting it so. Here it is. I also just really want Ludwig on the tree (cause I like him), so him being married to Matilda works out.

•Donald and Della grow up and move out. Donald becomes a sailor and Della a pilot. Donald travels the world and meets José and Panchito, and his spanish(?) ex-girlfriend Donna (I don't know if everyone knows who this is but shes in a short and some comics). Basically he's living his best 20s life abroad. When hes not traveling for work, Donald lives in a little houseboat.

•At this point Donald and Della have grown apart, they've got their own lives now and don't see each other much. Still love each other obviously.

•Della gets pregnant and the father walks out on her. Donald is of course furious at this guy but Della says he's not worth it. Donald makes sure to visit more often.

•Della has Huey, Dewey and Louie. Donald sees 'em a couple of times when hes not on a ship.

•Della Amelia Earharts when HDL are like, 5. Donald races home when he hears the news and is absolutely devastated. He decides he needs to pull himself together and gets custody of HDL. He quits being a sailor and starts taking up odd jobs. Sells his houseboat and gets a real house (probably with some help from the family, excluding Scrooge cause he's still in rich old man isolation).

•HDL begin acting up, because they miss their mother, and, sure, they know unca Donald, but he's also not someone they're used to seeing. I imagine having your mom go missing and then having to live with your uncle you barely know at 5 would traumatize you a little. And Donalds trying his best, but up until now he's been a sailor traveling the world and is not equipped to deal with children. Especially when he's dealing with his own grief. (His twin is missing, presumed dead. His twin who'd always been with him. Someone he thought couldn't leave.)

•HDL join the junior woodchucks and that helps them settle a little. Donalds learning to be a parent and things are looking up. I think he starts seeing Daisy somewhere around here.

•Scrooge exits rich old man isolation by inviting Donald and the boys to christmas. (that one Carl Barks comic) (you know with the bears)

And with that I think we're up to date? I might have forgotten somethings but I'll have to add them later. Feel free to comment with your own thoughts and headcanons, and do tell me if I missed something.

Story explanation:

Kinkstreak, Oddflower and Ganderspeckle are littermates. Ganderspecke becomes mates with Opheliabite and Oddflower becomes mates with Kingwing. At some point, Ganderspeckle and Kingwing start an affair and much later down the line have a kit, Faithkit, that Opheliabite was led to believe was his. Oddflower has been suspecting the two of cheating and eventually confronts Ganderspeckle which turns violent and Ganderspeckle gets killed. Kinkstreak helps cover up the murder, then later during the vigil, Flowerpelt, who's been suspicious of and spying on his father for a while now, outs his secret affair and accuses him of killing Ganderspeckle. Kinkstreak finds this awfully convenient and lies in support of Flowerpelt to frame Kingwing. Opheliabite snaps and tackles Kingwing, who after getting free runs away and never returns to the clan.

Shortly after this, their leader and mother Coyotestar, being unable to cope with the loss of her kit, decides to step down and Kinkstreak is promoted to leader.
