I integrated this exercise into my workouts more than a year ago. I had never seen anyone do this before and thought I had “invented” something. Low and behold, the internet exists and someone thought it up long before me. Introducing the “Victory Press” or also referred to as the “Victory Raise” (similar but different). . This exercise is a great shoulder and back workout as it activates multiple muscles (trapezius [red arrows], latissimus dorsi [blue arrows], deltoids [red arrows], and pectoralis major [red arrows]). . ✔️ keep elbows slightly bent ✔️ do a moderate weight that can be stabilized throughout the motion .
