He more or less appeared out from no where, glaring at Maika with his arms crossed across his chest, an obvious annoyance to be found in his mocking tone - but he didn't appear hostile. "Just why do you do these things?"

"Oh come on, it was not that loud! Besides, we're supposed to be part of the distraction teams, aren't we? Or did that suddenly change on our way to our post?" All he was told to do, was to get the Shadow's attention, no matter what he had to do. So, naturally, the best way for him to do that was by performing as loudly as he could. Either that, or blaring one of his albums as loudly as he could, which the others had more so opted for. It was easier than trying to drag a guitar and amp around.

"Just a little startled.", Miran assured the little girl with a soft smile on her lips. Her glance went to the spot where an anemo slime had just been, before she sighed in relief. It was tad embarrassing to get safed by somebody so young and almost losing against something so meak.

"Those slimes are really mean. As catalyst I have no chance against them, no matter how hard I try.", she muttered more to herself rather than to the girl, but she soon turned to Klee once more, "Are you okay? Whatever you threw seemed... pretty explosive.".

Ah, yes. Ishgard, the city-state where he was tried for blasphemy of the Holy Church. The area where he saw multiple people who he would consider to be brothers almost get murdered. The very same city-state where he saw a fellow scion get drugged right before a major attempt for dragons and Ishgardians to reconcile.

He considers it to be a second home to Old Sharlayan. Simply put, he spent so much time there, that he really couldn't look at it any other way aside from it being a second home.

Icon Commissions!

Hellohello! I normally take requests for series I am already doing, but I am opening up commissions for 100x100 base icons in particular! If I can find the series, I will icon it, pretty much!

Prices? Well, here they are! Most people seem to do 5$ per 100 icons, which I think is pretty fair for manga/comic icons. Anime will be 6$ per 100, as I personally cap the series to make sure that there is a wide range of facial expressions when possible. If the series is NSFW (Both smut and gore) or it is a main character, I will be tacking on an extra 2$ per circumstance. HOWEVER, keep in mind that I do things per volume/episode, and not just per 100 icons. You can either pick a volume/episode, or I will start at the first area the character appears in, and I will try to get as many icons as possible within that section! However many icons I get by the end will be the price of the work. I also do full-volume work, as in I will icon literally everything in that volume of a series for the same prices already listed.

These icons will get publicly posted for use of others, but the credit of the people who commissioned it will be in the post as well, as a little thank you for commissioning.

prepare for an onslaught of both the most dehumanizing and hateful takes, and flood of thirst comments. you are chronically misunderstood. whether or not you're actually evil is debatable. you may be acting out for revenge, to defend someone you love, or even just to protect yourself. you're a pretty jaded person. you don't trust or even really like most people. maybe you did at one point. but that part of you is gone, and you don't go a single day without grieving it. you think a lot about what your life could have been. you're stuck in the past. you're angry and maybe you don't even want to be, but this is the only way you can see to survive. you're open, but less in a trusting way and more like a wound. you don't like to let people see you, but the hurt spills out of you before you can stop it. you're impulsive, even as you try hard to plan and prepare. maybe someday your side of the story will finally be heard. until then, you can convince yourself that being hated is safer anyway.

Kunikida couldn’t help but smile inwardly at Maika’s words. “I can understand that. I am just the same way but there are times I need to remind myself that I have friends from the agency that can help me.”

As long as Maika kept in mind that there will always be people who are willing to help her.

“Yes, I did. How about today from 5 pm to 6 pm. I have some chores to do after shopping but from 5 pm to 6 pm is when I plan to cook my dinner. I can help teach you how to cook Shabu-Shabu.” Was it a little change in his schedule? Yes but he convinced himself that it was a necessary change. He was still cooking for dinner and he was keeping a promise with a friend. “As long as you are free. If not, we can schedule a different day and time.”

"It's more a personal thing, I guess. The last thing I wanna do is become reliant on others that much. I'm still just as capable of doing what I need to to get by, and I'd rather not let that end up faltering in a way I could've prevented." She was sure he understood, or at least, she hoped. That was a way she truthfully felt about everything, after all. She felt she relied on people too much as is. . .

There should be no reason to let it get any worse than it is.

"But. . . I'll keep that in mind, thank you." It reminded her that he still seemed to care about her, even if it had been some time since they had met. Maika still didn't quite understand why, but it was definitely something she would have to remember for future reference.

But then came the reminder that he did, indeed, promise to help her learn to cook. . . Oh no. . . Blinking, she looked over at the other, self aware of just how poorly that could end up going, Espeically with a hot pot full of liquid. "Oh yeah. . . You did promise that, didn't you?"

Mercy be on wherever that they decide to do that--

"That'd be pretty nice, yeah! When would you wanna do that, then?" She still needed to get what she bought back to the apartment, at the very least, but she didn't think there was anything too important going on for the rest of her day.

@galaxy-0f-muses - Kiwi has been one of my absolute bestest friends for many years. In fact, it's been so long that I don't even remember meeting her. It's like she's just always been there. She's been someone who has always been willing to listen to me and write with me and I love playing Genshin with her and laughing with her and Raven and I wouldn't exchange her for the world and I hope she knows that.

@cosmicofdistortions - Zefir, another friend I've had for many years that I don't even remember meeting. Zefir is someone I care very deeply about and I love talking to them about our muses, our lives, genshin, and everything really. I'm glad I stuck around through your hiatus because you were worth waiting for.

@clown-demon - My FP, someone who I met a year ago by sheer accident and ended up befriending just by being myself. It makes me happy that we hit it off so well and our muses fell in love so quickly and deeply, and that we still message each other every single day.

@cpirits - Zero, yet another person I've known for ages. You've somehow stuck around through my like 1000 blogs I've had since first coming to tumblr and for that I'm very grateful. We have a lot of ships and I have a lot of fun writing with you.

"Hey! Are you going to the Starlight Celebrations?" He smiled as he ran over to catch up with Maika. He was supposed to be resting, but with the celebrations just around the corner, he felt like this was the perfect excuse to avoid the bed rest that his sister had been insisting he have for the last week or so. He was fine. She was just worrying over nothing.

"Oh and, can you maybe help me pick out a gift for the others? If I spend too much again...I'll be back on bed rest in no time...", he laughed weakly.

A TASTE OF TRAGEDY.

"I know, I know. You trust me, because you know I can't truly kill you and all that. You're not really innocent yourself, y'know? Though, we both don't wanna dive down that whole rabbit hole." As the bluenette kicked back on the old worn down sofa, he picked up one of the quantum science books that were lying around. Carefully removing the joke book stuffed inside of it, he began skimming some of the pages.

"Anyways, was there any big reason why you brought up my hands being scarred from that? Do you need me to do something different than usual?"

"Fair enough." Eliane sighs. Given the state of her wound yet. She could still accidentally cause problems for herself. Especially considering she secretly didn't take any of the potions given to her for the pain. They made her too loopy and the last thing she needs is saying weird stuff. Though, it is obvious she didn't take it because of that. She's just hoping no one overlooks that little detail. So for now, at least it's making her more inclined to take it easy.

Eliane smiled as she heard the words 'I got an idea.' come from her friend there. Even her familiar's ears perked up at the words. It wouldn't shock her so much if the little thing felt the need to run around after having not left her side this whole time. By extension, the little thing must be as restless as she was at this point.

"My body needs to recover faster." She winces as she attempts to shift around to make herself more comfortable. "You'd think my dragon blood would help with that. Recovery is boring." Eliane says after ensuring they're out of hearing range. A person can only read and lay around so much before they get a bit crazy.

She was glad to know that the only chance they were going to get into trouble for this was getting caught in the act itself, at least. Alisaie was fully aware of the fact that most of the others would chew them out for this, and they would end up spreading the word on their own to most parties that wouldn't be the happiest in the world about this decision. At least she had the excuse of at least making sure that Eliane wasn't going out on her own like this.

The Elezen was doing her damnedest to make sure that no one of note was paying any mind to this scenario. No one who would blab about it, at least. She was sure that most would assume that this was something that was allowed, given that it was the Warrior of Light, of all people.

Besides, some fresh air was always good for those that are recovering, at times.

"It'd be best if we didn't go too far." She commented, aware that she was likely wanting more of an answer than that. "If something happened and we couldn't get you back quick, they'd probably lose their minds with both of us." Though, Alisaie was sure that she could at least get her far enough away to a spot where they could just sit around for a while without anyone pestering them.

"I got an idea, though, don't worry." There was a patch of land that was hidden away with a few trees they could go to in this area. It wasn't too far but it should be enough for the other, she hoped.

Azure eyes blinked innocently.

She was unable to comprehend what the young looking man in front of her tried to say. Her gaze drifted over him, from his brown hat to his shoes and noted to herself, that the male did look like some detective that jumped right out of a movie. A smile graced her lips and her head tilted to the side, “Falling for what, sir? I’m not doing anything wrong for all I know.”.

Her hands were clasped in front of her lap as she stood on the streets, her gaze soon lingering on the busy ways on the other side. The traffic lights had gone from green back to their red color and cars passed by them. So there was no chance that she could get away from here by now.

“I'm just walking home.", she lied, "I doubt that has became illegal, hasn't it?".

Yet another bump that would be able to rouse anyone that was perhaps hoping to get a chance at rest. The familiar feeling of the twin next to him, silent yet the presence was all too obvious at the same time. Two lookalike siblings were bound to be notable, after all. But yet, the presence of the others within the carriage were also all but unknown. The man and woman on the side across from them, nothing one would think too much of most of the time.

It seemed to rouse the woman on the other side, almost as if she was snapping out of a sort of daze that caused confusion and a lack of awareness. But then the man started to speak to her since he had tried to speak to the twins to no avail. But yet, while she was speaking to him, she was moreso noting. . . Something, that seemed to catch her interest near the twins. Nothing actually being there to most, but something she could still seem to see nonetheless.

The words of the area, something that a newly arrived person of Gridania should know about the people and what had happened since the calamity. She was taking interest, sure, but her interest had been on the nothingness next to them, and then the fighting that was going on outside soon after. A look of curiousity, interest even. As if it was something that she had never quite seen before. At least, not to this degree-

". . . Interesting." She Au Ra quietly muttered to herself, lips pursing at the fighting before she could feel the carriage start to speed off with them in it. The sudden movement seemed to cause her to practically fall out of her seat, letting out a quiet noise of temporary pain from the kind of landing she had gotten just from that in of itself. She knew it wasn't intentional, but. . . Ow. . .

Instead, her gaze went back to the others, getting back up and getting the reassurance that she needed that they were alright-

". . ." The smallest, quietest sigh slipped out of the young Elezen boy's mouth as the chocobo carriage hit another bump in the Twelveswood. Having been stirred from his sleep, he opened his eyes only just enough to be able to see what all was going on around him. The young woman, the older man, the moogles floating about the carriage causing trouble as they usually did. He knew that most weren't going to be able to see them, so he said nothing of their presence.

Of course, when the Ixal attacked the carriage, he was mildly concerned. It wasn't like the beastmen to attack so close to the larger city-states, yet he had heard of it having happened multiple times on their way to the Tweleveswood. He had to wonder what was allowing to push on closer and closer, outside of the Garleans also barking at their heels.

Ah, it was nothing for them to immediately worry about. He did however note the way that the young Au'ra had fallen over when the carriage jolted forwards. That brought him to being fully awake, and likely did the same for his sister, though he didn't pay much mind to that at the moment.

"You're alright there, yes?" He hadn't planned on speaking at all during the entire ride, but the natural concern about making sure a fellow member of the Source was okay just simply. Took over.

Hello everyone! I just want to thank everyone who has followed me for another fun year. It is now the 8th year for me!

I have been roleplaying on Tumblr for a long time but then I had to take a long hiatus for personal reasons. I am super grateful to everyone who decided to follow and roleplay with me when I came back.

So thank you for following and interacting/rping with me! Thank you for being patient and thank you for all the fun times we have been through together! Thank you for helping this blog be alive!
