When the lawyer leaves the room, you remember that there’s someone important that you haven’t called and who will be suffering as much as you when she knows that Anne is dead. 

But so many things happened yesterday that you completely forgot to call your other best friend. 

“Heeeeeeey, how’s my favorite writer doing?” Gabby says, and the background noises make you guess that she is at a Starbucks at the moment. 

“Gabrielle, can you go to a quieter place?” You tell her, sitting down and bracing yourself for what’s about to happen. 

“Holy shit, that serious? Okay, okay, let me go to my car.” It only takes her a few seconds, but it feels like a lifetime. “Okay, in the car already. Tell me what’s wrong.” 

“Luke and Anne got into a car accident yesterday, they died, and they wanted me and Jake to be Emma’s legal guardians in case something happened to them, but Jake’s work is really dangerous, and I’m ‘too young’ to be a single mother, so the only way we can get Emma’s custody is by getting married, and I can’t get married to fucking Hangman, Gabby, I can’t!”  You let it all out before you even realize that you’re just rambling and rambling, and that probably Gabby hasn’t understood a thing and she’s going to freak out. 

“Luke and Anne are… dead?” 

“Yeah… they’re gone.” 

She starts sobbing, and you want to punch yourself for the way in which you delivered the news. “Send me your location, I’ll go get you.” 

“Don’t worry, Matt is here with me. I’ll go to your house.” 

“I’m… I’m staying at Anne’s.” You clarify, wincing when you hear her swearing with a shaky breath. 

“Of course you are, Emma needs all the stuff that’s in that house. I’ll see you in 20.”

Just wait until she finds out that you two cannot get Emma from CPS until you accept to be her legal guardians... and you can only do that when you get married. 

“....And Hangman just went to get a marriage license because apparently it's faster and easier if you’re a member of the military.” You finish the story, watching how Gabs' knuckles tighten when she grabs the mug with force. 

“Man, life couldn’t get more complicated even if it tried.” She sighs, wiping her face with a tissue. “How are you holding up? We all  were best friends, but you’ve known her all your life, honey… And now you have to take her place, and raise her daughter.” 

You nod, eyes unfocused as you drift away, remembering a conversation from a few weeks ago, in which you told Anne that you ‘envied the life she had’. A life that now was yours. 

Yesterday, when you woke up, you were a single writer who had just published a new novel. You had good friends, you had a good life, a good house, a good car. It was everything you ever wanted, and you worked so damn hard to make it happen. 

When you wake up tomorrow, you are going to be a married woman and a mother. You’re going to have to give up your car and your house. You’re going to have to reschedule all your promotions and the release of your new book. It’s going to take a few months before you settle down and manage to find time for yourself and time to write again. 

How much can a life change in one day, huh.

“With a man I hate. This feels like shitty fanfiction written by a teenager.” You scoff, letting your head hit the back of the sofa while you close your eyes. 

“Honey, you started with shitty fanfiction written as a teenager.” Gabby  says, making you chuckle. 

“I hope that nobody ever finds them.” 

The main door opens, and you see Jake, followed by all the members of his squad. “Hey, Gabby.” He greets your friend. 

Gabby only answers with a nod, turning her head towards the rest of the aviators, noticing that Nat is between them. Gabby may or may not have a tiny crush on her. But she knows that this is not the time to be a teenager with a crush. 

“You got the license?” You ask Jake when he sits next to you, taking a deep breath and nodding. 

“Yeah, it was easy. I called the squad to act as witnesses; I thought Gabby was in Texas working on her next movie.” 

“We’re switching locations, and they gave me a few days off. I have to call them and let them know that I have to attend a service.” She grabs her phone and goes to the kitchen, probably to call her agent. 

Sometimes you forget that you met Gabby a few years ago, when one of your first books was turned into a movie, and you went to the studio every day to help Anne, who was the director. Gabby was cast as the main actress, and soon the three of you turned into the bestest friends. 

Gabby and Anne were always ready to listen to your craziest ideas and plots for upcoming books, even if that meant staying up until 3 AM and chatting on a video call. Anne used to prepare her pitches with you and Gabby, so it was perfect whenever she had to meet the producers or studio executives. Gabby prepared her scripts with you two, getting ready for her next audition. 

It was the perfect team. You wrote. Gabby performed. Anne directed. 

The three of you were preparing to work together soon, as you had written your first screenplay not long ago. Anne insisted on you giving it a try, because your books ‘felt like movies most of the time, so it’s not that different’. And you did, finding that it was funny and really entertaining. Auditions are being made at the moment, and the only thing you know is that Gabby was the hilarious best friend of the main character. 

It made you sad, though. The amount of times she had performed that role over the years... And even after she won not only a Grammy but was nominated for another one! Why is she still getting these roles? Gabby said that, in this film, she felt more connected to that character than to the main one, so she was not mad about it. 

But you’re getting tired of Hollywood’s hypocrite ass. They always talk about inclusivity and giving more opportunities to other actors, but you don’t usually see a black actress in the main role of a big movie. That’s Hollywood for you. 

“I guess we’re going to the courthouse now.” You question, observing as all the members of the squad, some of whom you can consider friends but others whom you don’t know as well, are standing in their dress uniforms. 

“In a bit.” Jake clears his throat. “Look, we only have to pretend until the caseworker approves us. Then it’s all over.” 

“Oh, so you want me to get a divorce as soon as we get a seal of approval?” You retort, turning your body in his direction. 

“What, you want to be my wife?” He scoffs, looking at Javy, who is shaking his head, as if he was telling him to stop with the jokes. 

Jake should listen to Javy sometimes. 

“I’m a public figure, Jake. Once I get married, everybody will know! And if I get a divorce in three months, right after CPS gives us their blessing, people will know too!” 

“What do you mean? Do I have to play the doting husband for the rest of my life?” He raises his voice, and you can see from the corner of your eye how Rooster takes a step in your direction, but Bob and Payback stop him. 

“This was your idea, Jake. Don’t yell at me.” 

“Then tell me, what was I supposed to do? Let a bunch of strangers take my goddaughter away?” You can see the unshed tears in his bloodshot eyes. He had been crying, too. Probably even more than you and Gabby. 

There’s a different level of connection between people who risk their lives together. It’s unsimilar to everything you've seen. The stronger the connection, the bigger the loss. 

“I think that you took the only option we had. But we’re gonna have to fake being in a marriage for longer than you initially thought.” You get up from the sofa, moving to the kitchen, only pausing midway when he asks his next question. 

“How long?” 

How long? Well, that’s a good question. Long enough for them not to suspect. Long enough so they forget about you two. 

How long is that?

“A year.” You proclaim, feeling as if your words echo all over the house. 

“Do you have any cute dresses in your suitcase?” Gabby says, rummaging through the small suitcase you packed for the three days you were supposed to stay away from the city. 

“No, I don’t have anything appropriate for a fake wedding.” You groan, sitting on the bed. 

“Maybe we can go buy something before we get to the courthouse?” 

“I don’t think we have time for that, Gabs.” 

A soft knock on the door makes you tear your gaze away from your friend, waiting for the newcomer. Nat’s head pops up from the other side, eyes closed. “Are you girls visible?” 

“Yeah, we’re trying to find a dress.” Gabby says, checking her reflection in the mirror before Nat opens her eyes. 

Rolling your eyes, you see that the pilot has a bag in her hands. “What’s that?”

“On my way here,” Nat starts, walking into the room and handing you the bag. “I thought that maybe you didn’t have anything to wear. So I bought you this.” 

You get the dress out of the bag. It has a vintage air to it, and it’s white. The skirt stops over the ankles. It’s the kind of wedding dress that was used for civil weddings. Just like yours. 

“It’s beautiful, Nat. Thank you. You didn’t have to.” You hug her, trying to understand how a beautiful soul like hers is friends with Jake. 

“Me and Bob will take you to the courthouse. Take as much time as you need.” She nods in Gabby’s direction and leaves the room. 

You start crying as soon as you realize that your best friend will not be attending your wedding. 

The ceremony isn’t long, and you’re grateful for that. Because you’re not sure how much time you can hold Jake’s hands on yours, while faking to be madly in love. Jake plays the part like a champ, even telling the officiant that he didn’t want to rush this wedding, but he’s going to be deployed soon and wants to marry the love of his life before he has to leave for a few months. 

It takes all your strength not to take off your high-heels and throw them at his head. But the shoes are Anne’s, and you don’t want to damage them. It’s something borrowed. The sapphire earrings are an heirloom given to you by your grandma. It’s something old, and something blue. And the dress, bought for you by Nat, is something new. 

You didn’t care about these small traditions because this wedding wasn’t real, but if you’re going to be married to this idiot for a year, at least you’re going to do it right. 

“The future promises many happy days ahead,” says the officiant, making you take a deep breath to avoid laughing at his face. No, there are no happy days ahead for you. “filled with unique opportunities, adventures, and challenges. It is through trust, love, and the unfailing support of each other that you will meet these inevitable ups and downs.”

You and Jake look at each other, feeling the weight of the words on your shoulders. There will be adventures and challenges, and as much as you hate to admit it, the only way you are going to survive this year, is by supporting each other. 

“Do you, Jacob Seresin, take Y/n L/n to be your spouse and to live together as partners, to treat them her love and respect, and to build a marriage that grows stronger and more loving as time passes?”

Jake doesn’t even blink when he answers. “Yes, I do.” 

“And do you, Y/n L/n, take Jacob Seresin to be your spouse and to live together as partners, to treat him with love and respect, and to build a marriage that grows stronger and more loving as time passes?” The officiant repeats the same words, but they don’t feel as the ones he said to Jake. They feel heavy. Like a doom. 

“Yes, I do.” 

“The wedding ring represents the promises and potential of marriage. It has no beginning and no end, and is a timeless symbol of the love and commitment you have pledged. As you wear your ring, let it remind you of the love you feel here today.”

Love. The only thing that you don’t feel towards your soon-to-be husband.

“Jacob, place the ring on Y/n’s finger and repeat after me.”

Javy gives Jake the ring, that is soon placed on your finger. It’s cold. A coldness that burns your skin. 

I give you this ring as a symbol of my love and devotion, as we join our lives together, today, tomorrow, and for as long as our love shall last.

Those are the words that Jake and you have to repeat, each of them damaging your soul and leaving behind small crecives that you hope time can heal. 

The officiant’s next words make you cry, but he believes that you’re just an ‘emotional bride’. 

True marriage is more than just a ceremony or a piece of paper – it is a lasting bond that joins two lives and two hearts. 

You don’t want him near your heart. 

Marriage is love.

You don’t love him.

Companionship.

He will spend most of his time away.

Trust.

You don’t trust him.

And Respect.

The only thing you respect is his job and his dedication to Emma.

May you always find strength in each other, laugh with each other, and find safety and comfort in each other’s words and company.

What strength? What laugh? 

May you celebrate many joyful seasons together, support each other when days are difficult, and continue to learn and grow closer together with each passing year. 

Only four seasons with him. Nothing more. 

“You may kiss!” 

And when he kisses you, Jake doesn’t know if the saltiness in his lips is because of his tears or yours.

omg what if gabby and ryan have a perfect night together…a date at a nice restaurant ice cream after they are intimate…it seems like she’s staying the night but in the middle of the night she gets up leaves a note and leaves………..like leaves campus to go see will but she doesn’t tell anyone about it but her family and they promised not to tell ryan anything ??

omg ryan would be so freaked out to wake up without his girl in his arms. especially to that note.

and then will is so shocked to see her in san jose when he wakes up. when he opens the door and sees her, the first thing he says, "does ry know that your here?"

"i left a note. and my parents know i was coming. i just needed to see you will. i miss you so much."

he sighs, seeing his girlfriend so sad, and pulls her into his chest and holds her close. she melts into his touch and hugs him back. he brings her inside and will brings her back to bed. she cuddles into him and he says, "baby, you know we have to call ry right?"

"i know. he's gonna be so mad at me."

"no he's not. he's probably just worried because you weren't there when he woke up and you know how he gets." will reasons softly. he kisses her forehead and rubs her back. she nods, "i know. can we call him later? i'm tired and wanna sleep."

"how about this, you get some sleep and i will call ryan. ok?" will offers. ryan is more inclined to be calm if will calls him anyways. because somehow will ended up as the voice of reason in their relationship. gabby nods, "ok."

she closes her eyes and falls asleep pretty quickly. once will knows that she's asleep, he calls ryan. he hears the phone pick up on the other side, and then a panicked ryan say, "is she there will? please tell me that she's there."

"she's here and she's ok. she's asleep right now." he explains calmly.

ryan lets out a sigh of relief, "thank god. i was so worried when i woke up without her and then saw the note that she flew out to you."

will smiles, "i can imagine. but she's ok, i got her for now. she's asleep right now but i'll figure out a plan with her when she gets up to get her back to boston."

ryan nods and then realizes that will can't see him so he says, "ok." he changes it to a facetime without warning to will. he smiles when will accepts, "god, you are a sight for sore eyes."

will smiles and a blush forces it's way onto his cheeks. he uses the hand not holding his phone to run his fingers through his hair to try to tame his bed head. when he does that ry says, "damn. i wish she brought me with her."

"me too. i miss you too ryan. a lot. this is harder than i thought it would be. being away from you guys." will says to ryan. ryan sighs, "it's hard being away from you too. we thought we would be able to do it, since we both have each other but it's hard. and i can only imagine how you feel."

"yea, it's not easy. you should probably get going to class. i'll get this figured out with her. you need to tell coach something."

"i know. i'll figure it out. try to get him to go easy on her." he says quietly, not wanting to face coach. will nods and says, "ok. and ry?"

"yea?"

"i love you." will says with a smile. it makes ryan smile too.

"i love you too will." ryan says and hangs up.

will puts his phone done and sighs trying to figure out what the hell to do. he never thought or expected gabby to just hop a flight to san jose to see him and he does not wanna know the consequences of her missing classes and practice today. he decides to let her sleep for another hour before waking her up and figuring out what they are gonna do and how to get her back to boston.

for now, he just lets her sleep and plays with her hair until he has to wake her up.

I HATE HOW SHIPS ARE TREATED ON DCAS

Starting with the MLM ships, ALMOST EVERYONE IS INVOLVED IN A LOVE TRIANGLE, the only one who isn't involved was Jaiden, even I don't know if it counts since Aiden is also in a love triangle.

The jakextomxaiden thing was completely unnecessary, we already have a miscommunication problem with Jake and Tom, the love triangle wasn't necessary (Also, that unfinished and hasty closure they gave to jakextom... ugh)

But ok, it's okay, we can let it go. BUT THEN WE HAVE TREVEK VS KRYSTALXDEREK WHO IS ALSO A FREAKING LOVE TRIANGLE AAAAA

THE wlw ship, yeah, SHIP WITHOUT A S, is gabellie. I LOVE that they didn't ruin them as Jakextom and actually managed to solve their problems, but GOD, they time of screen time is SO low. Specifically in Piggyback that it was supposed to be their song, but NO, let's give that screen time to Tomden.

I remember people saying theorizing a love triangle between Tess, Gabby and Ellie. THANK GOD IT DIDN'T HAPPEN (NO HATE TO THE TESSGABBY, TESSELLIE OR TESSGABBYELLIE! Your ships are valid!)

Oh! Speaking of love triangles and yuri, why don't we talk about Huntessally. After S2, it was implied that the three of them were going to end up in a polyamorous relationship, but no, onc seems to be afraid of that and we only have HunterAlly. But ok, maybe they were preparing polyamory for S3

...

So far, 07/21/2024, nothing has happened.

The thing that bothered me the most was that after Hunter left there were Tessally scenes, which came to nothing.

Speaking of the straight ships. only ONE of them isn't toxic and it's the one with less screen time in the series, exactly, AshleyWill. All the other ones are toxic or just part of a love triangle.

The DerekKristal thing is not that bad, they don't have the fault that Trevor falled in love with Derek... THE PROBLEM IS THE LOVE TRIANGLE

Now on to our last love triangle, Connor and Alec with Riya... The most unnecessary thing in the world. (Again, not hate to the Riya x Alec shippers. This hate goes to the writing)

Oh! And Grett x Yul... I will be honest, I still don't understand how Yul passed from loving Grett to treat her like shit. But meh, Yul is an asshole, the probabilities of that ship going well were really low

My writing take? Not using love triangles, with jakextomxaiden was enough (and not even that because it was annoying). Huntessally canon, more Gabellie screen time and probably a non toxic straight ship on AS

The Gator boys & the Moon Witch~ Ch 1

It had been a fairly quiet week for Esther, or Sybil now. How long had she been going by that name? A few years at least, since she had gotten away from that awful Rexite priest… but she’d rather not remember. The whole traveling cabaret act treated her well. As well as it could at least, considering the nature of showbiz. Common sense told her she should probably be finding a place to settle down by now but she enjoyed floating from place to place. (Even when she didn’t need to) It’s not like this was her only source of income though. She was a witch after all, so it wasn’t difficult to make money on the side selling glamor potions or ready-made spell scrolls.

She slowed her broom as she took in the scenery around her. Cypress trees, cat tails, the smell of autumn in the air, it had been a while since she had traveled along the countryside. She halted her broom to read the wooden sign that marked her destination. “Welcome to Lilloway, Home of the Silverben Swamps” “Huh Quaint little place..” she muttered to herself. She decided to finish her journey on foot. Bella had woken from her nap and was getting ancy in her basket, besides after flying all day a walk would do Esther some good. It was surprising that such a small town like this would even have a nightclub, even more so that they invited her to perform. “Must be pretty short on entertainment if they invited a few old washups like us huh Belle?” The small dog gave an enthusiastic yip in response.

Not that she was complaining, a town like Lilloway was a pleasant change of pace from Akahn, with all its hustle and bustle. Something her college self would’ve loved, with all its trade and new-fangled gadgets. Oh goodness it had to be fifteen years now she was out of school. The woman leashed up her little friend and the two set into town. The once peaceful countryside soon melted into the stirrings of a village. As they approached the village square a corkboard with a plethora of fliers caught her eye. Thinking there might be a map among them Esther approached, Bella in tow. Hmmm Fall festival, Gabby’s Glamour spells, (Got enough of those as is) Oh! A freshly posted flier caught her eye. “Madam Sybil Dupree The Songbird of the South Performing at the Silverben Saloon!”. “Hmmm Guess we ain’t so washed up after all ey Belle?” Esther smiled leaning down to pet the black cavalier as it yipped excitedly. When suddenly Esther's attention was drawn to a set of large black boots that were approaching her.

“Howdy Ma’am.” Spoke the owner of the boots, in a deep husky voice. Esther stood up taking Bella with her as she faced the man. He was a tall muscular fellow with copper hair & beard. His arms marred with scars from what had to be his previous tussles. That and his serious demeanor told Esther this man wasn’t to be trifled with, nevertheless she had been brought up to give everyone a fair chance regardless. It’s what Earl would’ve done. “Well Hello there.” Esther responded warmly, Bella snugly in her arms. “Names Warren.” The burly man introduced, offering his hand as a sign of good will. Esther returned the gesture noting the rugged texture of his hand. A working man. “And you must be the famous Madam Dupree, if my eyes don’t deceive me.” Warren remarked, offering a kind smile while giving Bella a gentle pat on the head. “I don’t know if I’d call it that exactly!” Esther laughed, setting Bella down once more. “No need to be so humble! You’re all the town’s been talking about lately, well’sides them swap freaks runnin amuck.” The man remarked, ripping a bounty flier off the board.

Esther’s eyes were drawn to the flier, it depicted a terrible alligator-like beast with a hefty bounty listed at the bottom. Her chestnut eyes flicked from the flier to Warren, who had picked up on her curiosity. “Them beasts nothin ta worry bout Ma’am. Just a couple a wild half bloods runnin down the property value. Me an my men will have ‘em taken care of soon enough.” The man added in a vague attempt to “comfort” the women next to him. In truth Esther felt bad for those poor souls. Sure they looked a little different, acted a little different, but they didn’t ask to be that way. In the end they were just people trying to live their lives. Why should they be treated so horribly? “ So you’re a bounty hunter then?” Esther added dryly. If Warren was the kind of man to hunt down innocent people for sport then she wanted no part of him, but she had to be subtle about it. If word got around that she was some halfblood-sympathizing radical, she’d be run outta town faster than the half bloods themselves. “Looks like Warren caught a live one!” Shouted a woman from across the way.

She and another young fellow approached. Friends of Warren couldn’t be good company. Best to keep subtle for now though. “Aw hush up Andy. I was just greeting this lovely young lady to our town. It ain’t too often we get celebrities down here.” At this the younger blonde headed man perched up. “You’re Madam Dupree then! The one that’s ’s singing at the saloon?” The lad piped up. “Of course you would know Vernon! There’s hardly an’evenin you don’t spend at the saloon!” At this the two began to bicker before a calm yet stern hand gesture from Warren signaled the two to stop. “If you children are done I do believe Madam Dupree here needs some direction to the Inn.” Warren implored looking at Esther with a knowing glint in his emerald eyes. “Oh! Yes actually.” She responded “Then I reckon we should show you the way so you can get all settled an’ready for the show tonight!” Warren offered, the warm smile returning. “I’d like that.” And with that they were off to the Inn, little Bella in tow wagging her tail all the way.

This is Rose, Gabby and Sophie's daughter. She loves Halloween and often gets into spooky antics with her best friend Augustus Wonder who goes by the nickname Auggie (Auggie is Skid and Pump's adopted son). She tends to question Auggie but trusts in his decisions as they haven't gotten them killed or possessed yet. She's friends with the Hatz polycule kids and Lizzie's twin children too, but her best friend out of all of them is Auggie. She is 7 years old.

This is Auggie. He has a nasty habit of summoning demons and other supernatural beings with his grandpa's old occult stuff that Skid just won't throw away despite being the one who's often possessed by the things his son summons. Auggie has heard the stories of his dads' old adventures when they were his age and wants to make memories like that with his friends and often takes things into his own hands to make sure those memories happen. His fathers don't mind him doing this, but they want him to stop summoning things in their house. Auggie is 8 years old.

This is Ollie, Charlie and Hannah's son. His cousins babysit him regularly but often likes being held by Rose because she smells like flowers and he finds that comforting. He is only a few months old but it is clear that he likes spooky things like his parents because when given the choice, he will choose the bat onsie that his dad bought for him. He's calm and doesn't really cry unless his cousins, Auggie and Rose are all freaking out or he's hungry.

This is Maya, Ember and Felix. Maya is the bio child of Roy and Sally but they and the rest of their siblings will refer to Robert, Ross, Roy, Sam and Sally as their parents. Maya is 13 and goes by They/Them pronouns. Maya had a worse gender crisis than Roy did when they were trying to figure out what they were. Maya is often relaxed and goofs off often but can be serious when they want to be. Ember is Sam and Sally's bio daughter and is 12 years old. Ember is the most charismatic of her siblings and was quite the troublemaker when she was little, Ember does have a temper that as inherited from Sam but she rarely gets mad because she's very patient. Felix is Roy and Ross' bio son and is 11 years old but looks way younger because he was cursed with Roy's shortness. Felix is the most quiet child in the family but had his moments where he's quite loud.

This is Edmund, Faith and Aiden. Edmund is the bio son of Roy and Robert and is 9 years old. Edmund has the nicknames of Eddie and Ed, his full name is only used when his siblings or parents need to get his attention. Edmund is also the most chill out of his siblings. Faith is the bio daughter of Sam and Ross and is 6 years old. Faith doesn't talk much and when she does it's blunt and straight to the point, she's also going through a picky eater phase. Aiden is the bio son of Sam and Robert and is 4 years old. Aiden is a troublemaker but is also responsible when he wants to be.

This is Wilhelmina and Octavian, but they prefer Billie and Otto. They were named by their father, their mother Lizzie didn't like their names at first but grew to like them as time went on. Billie loves fantasy and often gets called a fantasy nerd by Otto. Billie can and will be dramatic. Billie isn't the smartest person but she can have her moments of brilliance when push comes to shove. Otto is a horror nerd, in particular he likes clown related horror, hence his costume. Otto likes seeing things go down hill if it doesn't hurt him, his friends or his family. Otto is quite smart for his age, often the one making the action plan for capturing whatever Auggie summons if it breaks loose and posseses someone (which it often does). Otto holds the title of scariest kid in the friend group. Billie and Otto are both 7 years old.

Jay- Wedding Day

Jay and I planed the wedding together for 6 months time. Of course the only thing he hasn't had input in is my wedding dress. I smooth down my dress as Natalie places my vail in my hair

"You look beautiful YN" Erin gushes

"Thank you, but so do you girls" I look at Erin through the mirror in front of me

"Ready?" Kim asks

"Yeah" I smile turning around to see her

"I'll go let your dad know" she says leaving the room. A few minutes later my dad knocks the door with his hand over his eyes

"We're all decent dad you can come in" I tell him. He takes his hand away and I can already see the tears in his eyes "don't cry because you'll make me cry"

"I'm sorry. It's just... my only child is getting married"

"Ok no smudging the makeup" Gabby my maid of honour says stopping both me and my dad from crying

"I think Jay is waiting" Kim places her hands on her hips

"Your right. Come on" dad holds his arm out for me to take.

As I wait for the doors to open to reveal Jay I start fidgeting

"Don't be nervous"

"I'm not. I'm excited" I smile at my dad. Finally the doors open and in walk Gabby and Will, my maid of honour and Jays best man. Then in walk my bridesmaids and finally me and dad. Dad walks me to Jay who's stood at the end of the aisle looks so freaking good. I notice he's got a tear running down his smiling face which cause me to cry a little. Dad gives Jay my hand then kisses my cheek before taking his seat next to my mom

"Wellcome" the priest starts "today we are here to whiteness the marriage and bond between YN and Jay. Are you prepared, as you follow the path of marriage, to love and honor each other for as long as you both shall live?"

"I do"

"I do" we both respond

"Before we start. Is there anyone here who has reason that these two should not marry?" Thankfully neither Jay or I have to be nervous about anyone standing up "since it is your intention to enter the covenant of Holy Matrimony, join your right hands, and declare your consent before God and his Church" Jay and I hold hands

"I, take you , to be my wife. I promise to be faithful to you, in good times and in bad, in sickness and in health, to love you and to honor you all the days of my life" Jay says looking into my eyes. I repeat what he says

"May the Lord in his kindness strengthen the consent you have declared before the Church and graciously bring to fulfillment his blessings within you. What God has joined, let no one put asunder. May the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, the God of Jacob, the God who joined together our first parents in paradise, strength and bless in Christ the consent you have declared before the Church, so that what God joins together, no one may put asunder. receive this ring as a sign of my love and fidelity. In the name of the father, and the son, and the Holy Spirit. Who has the rings?" The priest asks. Will steps forward with both of our rings. Jay then takes my left hand

"Receive this ring as a sign of my love and fidelity. In the name of the father, and the son, and the Holy Spirit" Jay then places the ring on my finger. I repeat

"Now let us humbly invoke God's blessing upon this bride and groom, that in his kindness he may favor with his help those on whom he has bestowed the Sacrament of Matrimony. In the sight of God and these witnesses, I now pronounce you husband and wife! You may now kiss" the room is filled with applause while Jay and I share a kiss.

It's now the after party and I've changed into something a little more comfortable so I can dance in. Jay and I had our first dance then I had the father daughter dance while Jay danced with my mom. Now I'm stood chatting with the girls

"So are you doing to tell us where your honeymoon is?" Gabby asks me as she hands me a drink

"We're going to the Bahamas for two weeks"

"I'm so jealous" Kim whines

"I'll let Kevin know to take you" I laugh

"Can I have everyone's attention" Will says in front of a microphone. I make my way over to Jay who's holding two glasses of champagne "I'd like to raise a toast to my brother and now sister in-law Jay and YN. I knew YN was the one for you Jay the moment she came to the hospital after you had the car crash. I told you that day not to let her go and for the first time you listened to my advice" we all chuckle at Will's joke "in all seriousness though, I saw the way YN looked at you and the way you looked at her. It's a love I've never seen you have before. I can't wait to see where life takes you both, and I'm really looking forward to being an uncle, hint hint" again this makes everyone laugh "thank you YN for making my brother one happy man" he raises his glass in the air "to YN and Jay"

"To YN and Jay" everyone shouts before we all take a sip of the champagne. I turn to Jay and look up at him

"I love you"

"I love you too" he leans down and kisses my lips.

CALLUM'S THOUGHTS ON DA DIALTOWN DLC!!!!!

OK SO FIRST THINGS FIRST, THE SPRITES ARE INCREDIBLE! I love how Roger carries his stupid lil briefcase around with him everywhere. Roger is so autistic coded and nobody can take that away from me. Also this route made me love Rogergingi more than I already did so :P

Peter is the guy ever. I love that despite how grumpy he is, he genuinely does care about Roger and wants to see him succeed. Also I wanna see what his wife looks like cuz he mentions her a lot. May or may not have a design for her but yk.....

JOEEEEEEE ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️i love him so much im actually screaming, i missed him so much. he was one of my favorite characters from the franchise we do not speak of and I'm so glad I can love him again w/o it being associated with that!!!

I got all the endings, with my 2 favorites being the good ending and the good ending and the one where the green civilian shows up

IM ACTUALLY SO HAPPY THAT THE GREEN CIVILIAN HAS A NAME NOW BUT I AM. NOT CALLING HIM THAT!!!!!!!

The good ending was so fucking sweet, dude. The music being a quiet, calm version of the funfair literally made me cry, and then Roger showed up and he went with Gingi and UGHHGSJDFKDSF

with that being said, I'm a lil confused about Peter in the good ending?? Why was he suddenly like "HHAHA I TRICKED YOU TO TAKE OVER THE FACTORY!!!"???? I didn't see it coming at all, and it's not like a good twist imo. It feels so out of nowhere. Peter is Roger's best friend, the whole thing was wanting his friend to succeed, why did he suddenly switch to some 'master manipulator' who' tricked Roger into handing the plant over to him'? Idk if I'm just bad at processing things and I missed something, but I'm so confused abt that

but other than that THE GOOD ENDING MADE ME UGLY SOB, ROGER DESERVES EVERYTHING. Coming from someone with experience with that shit, Roger is such a good rep of how constant berating and basically verbal abuse hurts someone and changes how you think and act. ALSO HIS TALK WITH GINGI. OH MY FUCKING GOD.
