Three generations. My mom held it down and still does what she can for us. My baby holds it down in school and realizes for now that is her focus. So for now everything I do is for the betterment and wellbeing of them. I saw on the news this week that as women (this may not apply to all women) that we focus so much on the financial security of now that we have no real savings put away for the future (must do my own research more on this) and we live longer. So what happens when retirement comes along we either only have enough for a while or none at all. That hit home for me and I decided to make it my Business to step up. So whatever I have to do to secure our future I am ready to put in the work.
