In Nightfall when everyone was all paired up for Atlantis trips to try and find Vespera's symbol I just know Biana was spoiling her friends

Not only can she buy them a million little gifts and knickknacks while taking them to her favorite shops

BUT SHE'S PAYING WITH ALVAR'S STUPID CUBE WALLET

Yeah, thats right. Biana Vacker is draining her big bother's birth fund and he deserves it. She'd do it too. Who's gonna stop her? Fitz? Nope, he's turning a blind eye to that. Not his brother, not his problem.

Biana didn't let anyone pay for anything while in Atlantis. She kept saying "it's on me" while fully just paying with Alvar's money.

After kidnapping and torturing her best friends, trying to kill the gnomes, and much much more. Alvar can break the bank a little (a lot) for the multiple clothes shopping trips, the cafe visits, the trinket finding, the random gadget parts, more clothes shopping (the boots were totally Dex's style and you can't blame her if that tunic matched Tam's silver bangs), the rapidly increasing amount of furniture (Dex said the triplets broke his desk leg, it's not like she couldn't not buy it), and so much more.

6. A gorgeous accordion that I hope goes to a good home

7. - 10. This incredible handmade dragon who came home with me! They had so much character I was completely charmed and could tell they were made with love. Thanks to all their chips I got them at a discount 😅

All of these were from a Central Florida goodwill.

Slightly related; Has anyone else heard of goodwill removing their dressing rooms? My friend and I found out when we were attempting to try on clothes. I'm flabbergasted and annoyed quite frankly.

This one would also have been published in colour but I don’t have the file. BUT OH HOW COOL THIS LOOKS? Them all looking directly at the camera (with a united goal, the same determination, and dramatic flair) but in an EVEN diagonal across the page. How Lava Lamp is in the center, taking charge of the plot (and how his plot and character arc is only one presently unresolved, and thus the new core of the narrative). But also Fai and Kurogane only showing one eye each because they MATCH now. Together they make a united pair - they are each one half of a whole, and they visibly balance out the page between them. 

It almost makes Lava Lamp look lonely by comparison, especially since he used to have a similar parallel with Syaoran, but not anymore, and no-one knows for sure where either of the Sakuras are. 

Also ngl I love that it’s referred to as the Kingdom of Clow here but the title of the chapter called it the Kingdom of Sand instead. Mostly because it’s hilarious, but also because it thematically treats their destination with the same unknown sense of mystery as every other world. It wouldn’t have an unknown quality to it if this was THEIR Kingdom of Clow, but it’s not THEIR Kingdom of Clow that we’re going to, is it?

my take on the lamps thing is that a) phil absolutely went for a dan gift bc dan is the only person he can calll out like that and b) the lamp thing probably did annoy him a little bit but its definitely not the worst gift he's ever recieved. worst gift DAN has even given him? maybe. which i'm sure is exactly where his brain went

real!! i feel like definitely he has a real answer that's like. some ugly shit his family member gave him. and i'm also confident that dan already knows that answer 💀
