Accidental picture setting up the camera this morning for a podcast chat with @rtaglej from @thehumanlabcl. I look concentrated right? 2 days of yoga and already feeling a difference in my breathing, feeling more mindful, more aware of my body, more relaxed and more an overall feeling of happiness throughout the day. So far a success! As we age the proprioception and stability in our feet declines and as a result our balance goes, hence here I am doing tree pose working on my balance in body and mind. When is the best time to work on your balance..? Right now. Don’t wait until later when it may cause issues that can take much longer to heal. Practice standing on one foot in your yoga practice, at work, even brushing your teeth. It’s great training for the brain.
