you giggle at the sight of umemiya furiously trying to blow pieces of his hair out of his face. he grumbles then turns to you with a pout and slightly tinted cheeks. he looks so cute when he’s flustered!

“need a hand, ume?” you stand up from your spot before walking over with a smirk. his pout deepens and you chuckle as you crouch down beside him, surrounded by all his plants. “don’t laugh at me…” ume whines and tilts his head to you, making it easier for you to fix his bangs. your fingers make deft work against the top of his head, swift movements swiping and tucking his hair out of his face. just as he thinks you’re done, you cup his cheeks with both of your hands and lightly kiss the scar on his left eyebrow. “there.”

ume freezes before looking up at you with both hearts and stars in his eyes. “one more, please.” he says then shamelessly puckers his lips. you can’t help but laugh, then giving him a kiss on his soft lips, to which he excitedly reciprocates.

“happy?” you say as you pull back to look at his visage under the sun. no matter how bright the blue sky may be, ume shines the brightest in your eyes. “soooooo happy!,” he grins. “thank you baby.”
