Since that greedy cheapstake doesn't want this in theaters anymore, Imma pirate this because I ain't spending a single dollar on that bastard of a CEO and company.

For those wondering what the hell is going on, one of the people who worked on this film, Michael Ruocco, announced that the film will be pulled from theaters on Wednesday, erging fans to get tickets to it before its gone.

Whether this was the result of WB or its distributor Ketchup Entertainment is uncertain, but it IS certain that the future of Warner Bros., the Looney Tunes IP, and WB animation as a whole is dire. All because of a greedy fuck of a CEO who couldn't care less about screwing over animators and animation fans and costing what would've been WB's "return to form/win the crowd back" moment, especially since the classic shorts were pulled from Max not long after the film's release.

They tell us The Economy™ works driven by demand. That customer demand causes products to be made. This is not what's happening here. (This probably hasn't worked for a long time in media, but, recent events are what this post is about.) We had a show that was in demand. Also a season three was in demand. It's become so normalised already that we as the customers have to beg the companies making our things to make more things (because renewal hell and cancellations and no physical media releases aren't an OFMD specific problem, that happens to so many shows and fandoms all the time). We shouldn't have to beg. But our begging and posting and campaigning showed very clearly that the demand was never the problem. They cancelled a product where the customer base was willing to pay money just to make it known for certain that the demand was there. Nothing about this industry is about selling their products anymore. Some random rich guys decide things on whims that are completely decoupled from the success or lack thereof of the individual products their company sells. It never mattered how good our numbers were or how loud the fandom was. They cancelled us because they don't like us, because we're too queer. They don't want our money. They could have had it and they didn't want it. They just want us gone or silent. Well fuck them.

Gotta say Rooster Teeth getting shut down and maybe RWBY getting canceled by default, hopefully not, is like a damn gut punch. There was a good point in my life where RWBY being there was the only reason I stayed. I hope beyond hope RWBY gets bought by someone that cares and understands the story.

Ok so, screw Warner Brothers ceo and screw RT higher ups. I hope the rest of RT's employees will find better jobs than they had and that Dillon Goo will buy RWBY and maybe even the other shows as well (not counting on that one, but hey, hope dies last)

Still angry at warner bros though for never giving "Fables" a chance. they have 45 or more batman adaptations, a whole lotta superman movies and cartoons, a sandman adaptation, at least 4 hellblazer adaptations, but only a game adaptation for fables.

dissappointing for WB, honestly. they're missing out on a solid series, the DC Black label stuff needs to be explored a bit more.

rant over, sorry; i just love the series a lot, and it's shameful of WB to skip out on chances TWICE! at least give someone like James Gunn a chance at adapting it!

I actually can't believe WB are that shitty to not only ignore what the fans want for the snyderverse but remove henry as superman. I actually came across a petition on change.com to try and revoke this. I've signed this that it enough people sign this! and thought to see if this can be shared.

i'm still salty over warner bros. not giving "Fables" a chance to have a movie/ tv series, as of now; I would kill for a 2d animated adaptation of "the Wolf Among Us" or "Batman V.S. Bigby" in the same style as the Justice league dark films.

you can see how much i have been obsessing over this series, sorry; i just have a hyperfixtation on it RN.....
