The Fry Factor: Exploring the Extensive Range of French Fries Available for Distribution
French fries are a universal favorite, loved for their crispy texture, savory flavor, and ability to pair with countless meals. As a staple offering from French fry distributors, the options available today go far beyond the standard cut. With such a wide variety, businesses like cafes, restaurants, and theaters can elevate their menus and cater to a broader range of customer preferences. In this blog, we’ll explore the different types of French fries available from distributors and how they can enhance your menu.
1. Classic Cut Fries: The Everlasting Favorite
Classic cut fries are the gold standard of French fries. Made from russet potatoes, they are sliced into long, thin strips and fried until golden brown, creating a crispy exterior and soft, fluffy interior. Whether served as a side or a standalone snack, these fries are a go-to option for customers craving a traditional experience. Versatile and popular, classic cut fries should be a staple in any distributor's offering.
2. Crinkle-Cut Fries: A Crispier Alternative
Crinkle-cut fries, distinguished by their ridged, wavy shape, offer a visual and textural twist on the classic fry. The ridges increase the surface area, giving them extra crispiness, while also allowing sauces and dips to cling better. These fries are a perfect choice for eateries looking to offer something a little different, adding a bit of fun and extra crunch to their fry selection.
3. Steak Fries: Thick-Cut for a Hearty Bite
Steak fries are the thick-cut, robust counterpart to traditional French fries. With a greater surface area, they offer a satisfying crunch on the outside while maintaining a soft, pillowy center. Their substantial size makes them ideal for pairing with rich, hearty sauces or serving alongside premium dishes like steak or gourmet burgers. Distributors often stock steak fries for establishments looking to add a more indulgent and filling side option to their menu.
4. Sweet Potato Fries: A Health-Conscious Twist
Sweet potato fries have become a popular alternative to traditional fries, offering a unique blend of natural sweetness and a crispy texture. These fries not only appeal to those looking for a healthier option but also stand out visually thanks to their vibrant orange hue. Paired with complementary dips like aioli or spicy sauces, sweet potato fries offer a distinct flavor profile that is becoming a must-have for health-conscious consumers. Distributors are increasingly providing sweet potato fries to meet this rising demand.
5. Loaded Fries: A Gourmet Experience
Loaded fries elevate the standard fry with layers of indulgent toppings like melted cheese, bacon, sour cream, and jalapeños. They transform a simple side dish into a shareable snack or even a main course. For restaurants looking to offer a crowd-pleasing, Instagram-worthy item, loaded fries are a great addition to the menu. Many distributors now offer pre-assembled loaded fries, making it easy for businesses to add this gourmet option to their lineup with minimal prep.
6. Curly Fries: Spirals of Fun and Flavor
Curly fries are instantly recognizable for their spiral shape and bold seasoning. These fries are typically coated with a spiced batter that adds an extra kick of flavor, making them a hit with both children and adults. Their playful appearance and crispy texture make curly fries a popular choice for casual dining venues and fast-food restaurants. Distributors often stock curly fries to help businesses cater to customers seeking a flavorful, fun alternative to the traditional fry.
7. Shoestring Fries: Light and Crispy
Shoestring fries are the thin and crispy alternative for customers who prefer a lighter fry. Their delicate size ensures a quick cook time, and their extra crispiness makes them perfect for snacking. Shoestring fries are less filling than thicker options, making them an excellent choice for customers looking to enjoy fries without overindulging. Many distributors offer shoestring fries to meet the needs of establishments that want to cater to health-conscious or lighter appetites.
Finding the Right French Fries Distributor
Choosing the right French fries distributor is key to ensuring your business can provide a diverse and high-quality selection. Distributors like Bizznapop specialize in offering a wide range of French fry options, from the classic to the innovative. Working with a reliable distributor ensures you have access to a variety of products that can help differentiate your menu and satisfy a wide range of customer preferences.
Conclusion
French fries are more than just a side dish—they’re a versatile, beloved snack that can take many forms. From the classic cut to gourmet loaded fries, the variety of options available through distributors allows you to cater to different tastes and dietary preferences. By partnering with a reputable distributor, you can keep your menu fresh, exciting, and suited to a broad customer base. The Hidden Benefits of Frozen Foods: Elevating the Distributor's Role
In today's fast-paced world, the role of frozen food distributors has evolved beyond mere logistics to become champions of nutrition, sustainability, and culinary diversity. Embracing the power of freezing technology, we've unlocked the potential of frozen foods to meet the demands of modern consumers who seek both convenience and quality in their dietary choices. This comprehensive exploration delves into the myriad hidden benefits of frozen foods, showcasing why they are an indispensable part of a balanced, sustainable, and enjoyable diet.
Maximizing Nutritional Value
The journey of frozen foods from farm to freezer is meticulously designed to preserve their nutritional integrity. Contrary to common misconceptions, frozen foods can maintain, and sometimes even surpass, the nutrient levels of their fresh counterparts. Immediate freezing post-harvest locks in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, ensuring that consumers enjoy the full health benefits regardless of seasonal changes or geographic locations.
Championing Sustainability
As stewards of the environment, frozen food distributors play a critical role in promoting sustainable food practices. Freezing technology extends the lifespan of food products dramatically, reducing the carbon footprint associated with food spoilage and waste. This approach not only conserves valuable resources but also supports a more sustainable food ecosystem, minimizing the impact on our planet.
Unleashing Culinary Innovation
The frozen food aisle is a testament to culinary innovation, offering a plethora of choices that cater to every palate and dietary requirement. From vegan delights to global cuisines, the variety of frozen foods available today is unparalleled. This diversity allows individuals to experiment with new recipes and flavors, enriching their culinary experience while accommodating busy lifestyles.
Ensuring Year-Round Availability
Frozen foods bridge the gap between seasonality and accessibility, providing consumers with a steady supply of their favorite fruits, vegetables, and dishes year-round. This consistent availability not only enriches diets but also opens up new possibilities for culinary creativity, regardless of the season.
Economic and Efficiency Gains
From an economic perspective, frozen foods are a smart choice. They offer excellent value for money, reducing the frequency and cost of grocery shopping through bulk purchases and less waste. Moreover, the convenience of frozen foods translates into time savings, enabling consumers to enjoy delicious, nutritious meals without extensive preparation time.
Elevating Food Safety Standards
In an era where food safety is paramount, frozen foods offer reassurance through their intrinsic preservation qualities. The freezing process naturally inhibits the growth of harmful bacteria, ensuring a safer food supply chain from distributor to dinner table.
Fostering Local and Global Connections
Frozen food distributors are vital connectors in the food supply chain, linking local farmers with global markets. By promoting locally sourced, frozen products, distributors support local economies and sustainable agriculture, while also bringing a taste of the world to consumers' doorsteps.
Adapting to Consumer Needs
The frozen food industry is responsive to the evolving needs and preferences of consumers, continually adapting its offerings to meet demands for healthier, convenient, and more diverse food options. This adaptability is key to the ongoing success and relevance of frozen foods in our diets.
Looking Forward: The Future of Frozen Foods
The future of frozen foods is bright, driven by technological advancements and a growing appreciation for their health, environmental, and culinary benefits. As frozen food distributors, we are excited to be at the forefront of this evolution, committed to delivering quality, variety, and innovation to consumers worldwide.
Frozen foods are much more than a convenience; they are a vital component of a modern, sustainable diet. By understanding and leveraging the hidden benefits of frozen foods, we can enhance nutritional outcomes, support environmental sustainability, and enjoy a richer, more diverse culinary landscape.

Ok, look.
I'm a USAmerican, born and raised in the Midwest.
My father had grown up in a family of 12. He was very explicit that as an adult, he would no longer tolerate food that hid the protein away, like soups, casseroles, pastas, etc. He was also a teacher, in the USA, in the 70s-2000s. So he pretty much demanded a "meat and potatoes" diet on modest budget.
My poor mom defaulted to hambers and French fries most nights. Generally, 5 nights out of 7 we were eating burgers. 1/5 of a pound of ground beef, fried in a pan, and a couple of potatoes peeled, sliced, and fried in oil, then salted. Maybe a side dish of cut carrots, green peppers, or a small salad. (Leaves and carrots.) My father also needs his food to crunch, so those burgers were tiny, crispy hockey pucks.
I'm 100% over it. I've eaten more than a lifetime's worth of fucking burgers.
Then I started developing digestive issues as an adult. (Gee, I wonder why?!?) Once I worked out what my triggers were, I realized that I could no longer tolerate breaded and fried chicken or fish, any commercial seasoning blends, or peppers. Eventually I had to drop tomato sauces, too.
And then I was faced with inelegant choices if I needed fast food. I can't just walk into a Mexican or Chinese restaurant and assume that I can eat the food. I can't get chicken at the drive through. I have to bring my own dressing. I can't eat soup, unless I make it myself. I can't eat 90% of frozen meals. I started to get pretty creative about it, because I can't really afford Sushi all the time. I learned to love Indian food where Peppers aren't a specific ingredient.
Then Covid destroyed my sense of taste and smell.
Oh, I got some of it back, but I cannot even exist in a space where people are cooking garlic or onion. I can't get anything that smells like garlic or onion anywhere near my face, much less consume it. If it still smelled like garlic and onion, I'd be fine, but it's like a literal trash fire to me now.
So guess what I *can* eat?
Motherfucking hamburgers.
Go ahead. Suggest a food. Don't bother suggesting anything with even a trace of alums in it. Skip anything with MSG or free glutimates in large quantity (so no mushrooms, no Parmesan cheese, and no tomato sauces.) this means I'm double damned for all soup bases and salad dressings, btw. Oh, and I no longer have a gallbladder, so I can't do large amounts of fat at one time if you're thinking eggs or cheese.
Roast beef? Only if it hasn't been marinated in anything.
Fish? Sure, but not breaded and fried or seasoned with anything but lemon, salt and pepper. (Not lemon-pepper.)
Pork still tastes... A little off to me, though ham is sorta ok.
Peanut butter? Nope, sorry. Covid stole that from me, too.
So yeah, sometimes I eat burgers. Because I have to. I'd literally rather eat almost anything else. I wish I could eat empanadas, chicken satay, a meatball sub, or a nice salad instead. I haven't been able to eat tacos since the early 2000s. I can't even get a slice of pizza!
it sucks being an American because people from other countries will make fun of you for liking burger and you will try to be like NO! I EAT OTHER FOOD TOO! but you can't get the words out because you're too busy salivating over the idea of burger

I think this post - this post where about someone who cares enough to quiz people on which trees the olive oil is from - is what might help me get back to my farming. Get back to believing it's worth it. Because here in the States, it feels like no one gives a damn whether the potato is a rare variety bred near my farm and grown in our clay soils. They just want their damn frozen french fries.
the loveliest part of olive-harvest season in Palestine is the exchange of olive oil between friends and family. this prized and hard-earned possession, born from generations of care, is such a labor of love that binds us to our land and to one another 🫒🧺🤎

Mastering the French Fries Distribution Arena
In the bustling world of the food industry, the ubiquitous French fry serves as a golden key to unlocking vast economic potential. This universally cherished snack, transcending cultural and geographical boundaries, plays a pivotal role in the global food supply chain. For French fries distributors, the journey from humble potatoes to lucrative profits is paved with opportunities and challenges. By delving into the intricacies of French fries economics, distributors can optimize their operations to achieve unparalleled efficiency, sustainability, and profitability.
Pathway from Soil to Service: The French Fry Production Odyssey
The genesis of a French fry is in the rich, fertile soil of potato farms, where select varieties are cultivated for their perfect balance of starch and moisture. The choice of potato is crucial, influencing the fry's final texture and flavor. Post-harvest, these tubers are transported to facilities for transformation, undergoing processes like cleaning, peeling, cutting, and an initial frying phase. This journey underscores the importance of quality and consistency, hallmarks of a successful distribution strategy.
Technological Triumphs in Fry Fabrication
Technological advancements have significantly streamlined French fry production. Cutting-edge machinery automates slicing and sorting, slashing labor costs, while innovative freezing techniques extend the fries' shelf life without sacrificing quality. For distributors, staying ahead of technological trends is vital, enabling them to offer superior products at competitive prices.
Eco-Enlightened Supply Chains
The push towards sustainability is reshaping the French fry supply chain. From water-saving agricultural practices to carbon footprint reduction in logistics, distributors are at the forefront of eco-friendly initiatives. By sourcing sustainably and optimizing distribution routes, companies not only enhance their appeal to environmentally conscious consumers but also contribute to a healthier planet.
Conquering Global Market Dynamics
The French fries market is a vast, international playing field, with its set of export challenges and opportunities. Distributors must navigate complex trade regulations, adapt to currency fluctuations, and forge strong international partnerships. A deep understanding of global market trends empowers distributors to seize growth opportunities beyond their borders.
Marketing Magic: Catering to Consumer Cravings
The key to distribution dominance lies in tapping into consumer trends. Organic, non-GMO, and flavored fries are just a few examples of evolving preferences. Through social media engagement, market research, and product sampling, distributors can stay aligned with consumer desires, ensuring their offerings remain relevant and sought-after.
Partnerships and Pathways: Expanding Distribution Networks
Success in French fries distribution relies on robust partnerships and diverse channels. Collaborating with restaurants, fast-food chains, supermarkets, and online platforms ensures a broad market presence. Efficient order and inventory management further streamline operations, cutting costs and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Quality: The Quintessential Criterion
At the heart of French fries distribution is an unwavering commitment to quality. From farm to fryer, maintaining high standards is essential for winning consumer trust and building a reputable brand. Continuous improvement through supplier audits and client feedback is the bedrock of quality assurance.
The Economic Essence of French Fry Distribution
Beyond the crispy delight of each fry lies significant economic impact. French fries distribution fuels job creation, agricultural advancement, and innovation in food processing. By mastering market dynamics and strategic insights, distributors can not only profit but also contribute to economic growth and sustainability.
In essence, the transformation of potatoes into profits embodies a complex yet rewarding endeavor. Embracing innovation, nurturing partnerships, and responding to consumer trends are crucial for thriving in the French fries distribution landscape. As distributors, our mission is to ensure this favored snack continues to captivate palates worldwide, driving sustainable profits and making a positive mark on the economy.

An important revelation from a recent chat with my esteemed brain twin @sindirimba: Quynh is probably discovering potatoes for the first time after escaping constant-drowning hell. (Obligatory movie-timeline-is-vague disclaimer here; I’m going with Joe’s “500 years in a box” line.)
You know what this means?? My beloved brot3: The Young Ones Have Unionized and I Have Elected to Join Them (ie Quynh, Nile, and Booker) cooking potatoes together!
Imagine it! Nile aghast that Quynh has been deprived of the near-infinite range of potato-based delights! Booker aghast that Nile grew up on frozen fries and has never cooked them from scratch! Quynh blissed out on potatoes and quality time with her very modern new friends! Silly banter about ketchup vs mayo and the best way to make mashed potatoes (it’s cooking the potatoes in milk don’t fight me on this I’m right) and why do Americans call these things French fries and why do the French call this beautiful vegetable a dirt apple and then there’s no more banter because they’re all stuffing their faces with fried potatoes!

Living a Lie
Summary: Sometimes happiness waits on the other side of pain and misunderstanding.
Characters: Sam x Reader; Dean mentioned
Word Count: 3826
A/N: The expansion of my Masterlist continues. This is another one of my early fics that I’ve revised a little and am reposting. At the time I wrote it, I wanted to explore the effect someone’s looks can have on them wherever they may fall on the spectrum of what is considered conventionally attractive.
Tumblr media
READER’S POV
There had been a time Sam picked up girls in bars, not with the frequency Dean had, but he'd done it. Now, he was doing it again. Dean had stopped entirely because he was in love, monogamous, and completely happy. Dean spent his nights sharing a bed with his soul mate. Sam prowled bars, and you hid away, alone, in your room.
Your heart broke again every time Sam didn't come home. The pain was fresh like it was the first time, like somehow your heart had mended, had rebuilt itself just to be shattered again. A heart in pieces leaves an emptiness in the center of your being, but all the broken shards are still there, the sharp edges piercing you from the inside out. That was how it felt when night fell, and Sam wasn’t in the bunker. You knew where he was and what he was doing.
Those were sleepless nights for you, nights spent hearing Sam's voice in your head.  You'd always been too romantic for your own damn good. How could you be sitting here in the dark, back against your headboard, clutching your pillow tightly to your chest while you cried over the loss of a man you'd never had? He wasn't a man you were going to have. You'd seen pictures of Jessica. You just weren't his type. Sure, you could dye your hair blonde. That still wouldn't make you model gorgeous with a perfect body.
You were smart, maybe not Stanford smart, but who knows? You might have been if you'd actually studied in high school instead of sitting in the back of class scribbling love poems in your notebooks. You had more than one regret and missed opportunity in your life.
Your thoughts were interrupted by the sound of Sam's footsteps coming down the hall.  He had to pass your room to get to his. That's when you got your brilliant idea. You jumped up and flicked on the lights, splashed cold water on your face at the sink, and reached for your makeup bag to erase the evidence of your crying.
Minutes later you were knocking on Sam's door. He opened the door dressed for bed, and you smiled your prettiest for him. "Can I come in?" He opened the door wider giving you room to walk inside and stood with his arm over his head, hand on the door as he leaned against it watching you.
You took a seat on the end of his bed and waited. Sam closed the door and walked closer to the bed. He was still looking at you with an unspoken question in his green eyes touched with warm honey.
He didn't move any closer, and he didn't say anything. Your broken heart made you bold. "Your night didn't go the way you had planned?"
Sam raised his eyebrows and tilted his head. "Planned?"
"Yeah. You know. You didn't go home with anyone." You looked down as you said it, unable to meet his eyes and say it out loud.
Sam sat down next to you, head bowed, his hand under his hair on the back of his neck. "Uhh...no, I didn't go home with anyone."
You inched closer to him until your thigh was touching his. He looked at your bare leg and swallowed. You hadn't worn anything to bed but an oversized t-shirt and a pair of panties.
"You don't have to spend the night alone, Sam." You reached for his hand and moved it to the inside of your thigh parting your legs slightly. His hand covered a large portion of your leg.  It was warm and solid, and the feel of it made your core quiver.
SAM'S POV
Your skin is so soft, and you smell so good. How am I supposed to resist this? Resist you when I've wanted you for so long? I can't. I just can't. I'm sorry. You should be touched by a man you love, not me. I love you, but you deserve more than something one sided. That's why I haven't said anything or made a move. Maybe I shouldn't have put you on a pedestal, but I did. In my mind, that's where you belong.
I slide my hand along your smooth skin stopping at the top of your thigh, take a deep breath, and pull you closer to me with my other arm so I can kiss you. Your mouth opens under mine, and my tongue eases inside. Everything about you is so sweet. I'll never forget the way you taste. I want to leave some trace of me on you, some mark, some memory that you were mine for a little while. I pull you down on the bed with me and roll on top of you.
My kiss gets deeper; you accept it and respond. My hand is moving over your hip and under your shirt. I'm already halfway to hard. My hand is resting on your waist, and I keep kissing you, taking it slow.
I've thought about kissing you so many times, but my imagination never got it right.  My hand continues its move up your body over your stomach, and I feel you pull back the tiniest bit. Alarm bells go off in my head. You're beneath me, in my arms. I want you so much, but if you’re not absolutely sure….  I pull back and look at you. "I can't do this, Y/N."
The expression on your face sent a pain straight to my heart. The next thing I felt was your hands pushing against my chest. "Get off of me!" I sat back, and you were off the bed instantly, glaring at me through tears.
"Really, Sam? Am I that much of a disappointment? Just tell me I'm not good enough for you. Just tell me!" You stormed across the room fumbling with the doorknob before you managed to get it open.
You turned back to me. I was frozen in place trying to absorb the shock of being snatched out of the soft, perfect dream that I'd been lost in seconds before. "Go back to the bar, Sam. It's early. I'm sure there are plenty of tall blondes there with long legs, or petite brunettes, or whatever the hell you want. Take your pick; you can, and I'm sure she'll be happy to satisfy you."
The slamming of the door got my brain working again. I almost fell off the bed in my hurry to get to you, to explain. By the time I got the door open, there was no sign of you in the hall. I ran toward your room calling your name. When I got there I wanted to crash through the door, but I controlled my near desperation to let you know what I truly felt, that I would never think you weren’t good enough. It’s me who isn’t good enough for you.
I knocked on the door. Seconds passed. You weren't going to answer it. I didn't blame you, believing what you did. "Y/N. Y/N. Please. You don't understand. Let me explain.  It's not what you think. At all. It's nothing like what you think."
READER'S POV
Sam had stopped knocking on the door, but he hadn't stopped talking. You were leaning against the door listening. "Please let me in, Y/N. I'll tell you everything. Just let me in." He sounded genuinely upset.
Even now, after what he'd done, you still wanted to comfort him. You wanted to take the hurt from his voice. Slowly, you opened the door. His chest was rising and falling fast. This really had affected him. That didn't make sense. You'd offered him sex. Scratch that. You'd offered him you, and he wasn't interested. Now, he was upset?  You saw the relief wash over his face. "Y/N?"
In a flat voice you said,"You can come in." He stepped just inside the room. You walked to the bed and sat down. "Stay over there."
Sam folded his hands in front of him, drawing your attention to the bulge that was still in his pajama pants. He focused on the floor in front of where you were sitting. "Why did you do it, Sam? Do you know what it feels like to be cast aside like that?" You swallowed and shook your head, fighting back another wave of tears. "No, you don't, because practically every woman that sees you wants you. If you spend the night alone, it's because you choose to."
He raised his head to look straight into your eyes. "I've chosen to spend a lot of nights alone. Do you know why?" He paused. "Because I met you. I started noticing these little things about you like you chew on your bottom lip when you're trying to figure something out. You run your hands through your hair and put it behind your ears all the time; it's enough to drive a guy crazy. You always eat your French fries first. When you want to relax or calm down, you listen to rain or ocean waves. Then one day you smiled at me like you had probably hundreds of times before, but that time was different. That time I felt my stomach do a little flip, and I knew I was in love with you."
A tear slipped down your cheek. Sam's voice was deep and gentle as he kept talking.  "Then Dean got married, and right in front of me every day I saw what it was like to share your life with someone. He had everything I wanted. My brother was happy."
Sam looked up to the ceiling; tears collected in the corners of his eyes. He looked back down, blinked, and they fell. Then he raised his eyes back to yours. "So, I started going to bars because it was too hard to be here, but I was never going to find what I was looking for there because it was already here, and I knew it. I wanted to be with you."
"Sam?" His name came out of your mouth as a whisper.
"The problem was you didn't want it. I saw your reaction when waitresses would flirt with me at the diners we went to. You'd tense up or get fidgety. You didn't like it. You thought I was one of those guys who likes to play those games, using my looks to stroke my own ego."
You put your hand over your mouth and held it there before you moved it down to your chin, fingers shaking. "Sam, I never thought that about you. I thought I could never measure up to those women who were flirting with you. That’s what I didn’t like, that I was someone who could never get your attention." Your hand was shaking harder now.
Sam crossed the room in three steps and wrapped his arms around you.  He held you and rested his chin on top of your head. "Don't you know you're beautiful, Y/N?"
You looked up at him, your eyes glistening with tears. "How would I know that, Sam?  No one has ever told me." He squinted his eyes slightly and brushed the tears from your cheeks with the pad of his thumb. "And, if that's what you thought then why did you stop?" Your voice caught, and your words came out unsteady. "I was going to give myself to you." You were shaking in his arms.
Sam stroked your hair, touching you like you were precious. It made you cry even more. His voice was steady and soothing. "Shhh. That's why I couldn't do it. You should only give yourself to someone you love as much as I love you. Anything less than that isn't the way it should be for you. It isn't what I want for you." He placed a single kiss on top of your head.
You lay your hand on his chest where you had shoved him earlier, so close to his heart.  "Sam, I do love you."
SAM'S POV
Your touch was light, and your hand felt tiny on my chest. I held you tighter, processing what you'd just said. After a few seconds, I pulled back from you far enough to see your face. The truth was in your eyes; I could see it. You do love me.
I knew this kiss was important. We would remember it for the rest of our lives, talk about it in the middle of the night when we settled back into bed after one of us got up to take care of our baby. I barely touched your lips with mine at first, but it wasn't long before everything I felt for you that I'd kept bottled up inside came out in that kiss. My hands were holding your face, and I slid one of them into your hair. You felt so warm and willing. My body was responding to you, hardening again.
Your hand rubbed down my side grabbing the bottom of my t-shirt. You started to pull it up. I broke the kiss long enough to take it off, then my mouth was back on yours. I felt your hands on my back, and I wanted to feel your skin. I rested my cheek against yours, slowly easing my hand back under your shirt where it had been before. I whispered to you "Is this okay?" I kept my hand still, waiting for your answer.
I felt you tremble. "My body isn't what you're used to, Sam."
I brushed my fingertips across your stomach looking for any sign that you didn't want me to. "You're perfect, Y/N. I'm going to show you just how beautiful you are." I felt your head nod against mine, so I moved my hand up a little higher and cupped your breast. You sucked in a breath and let it out in a tiny gasp. I kneaded gently, moving my thumb back and forth across your nipple until it was hard. You arched your back,  rolled your hips, and let out the sweetest, softest moan I could have ever imagined. The way you sound is beautiful. I did the same with your other breast, kissing your neck while I touched you.
All your little moans and noises had me totally hard and throbbing for you. I moved my hand back down your stomach and under the waistband of your panties. You whimpered when I slid my finger between your folds, and you were so wet your juices were running over my hand. Avoiding your clit for now, I put one finger inside you and your moans got louder. "Sam."
I moved that finger in and out, establishing a rhythm. "I've got you, Y/N." You were tight around just my finger, and my dick twitched. I added another finger, taking all the time you needed to stretch you and get you ready for me. I held you close while I pumped them into you. When you were writhing against me,  I touched my thumb to your clit and started making little circles. Then I changed the motion, dragging my thumb over your clit in time with my fingers moving in and out of you.  When I thought you were ready, I added a third. You clenched around my fingers and tightened your hold on my shoulders. The feel of your hands clutching me like that made me moan, imagining what you would do once I was inside you.
I went back to making circles, faster this time. "Let go, Y/N, let go." You came on my fingers, your nails digging into my shoulder. I worked you through your orgasm then put both of my arms around you. You were panting. I kissed you, taking those little breaths into me. I could still feel you shaking in my arms. "I love you, Y/N. I love you."
I held you until you stilled in my arms and were calm again. You shifted, sitting back and looking at my chest. You reached out and touched me gingerly. "I'm sorry I pushed you off me the way I did." You leaned down kissing the places on my chest where your hands had pushed against me.
When you sat back, I put my hand under your chin tilting your face up. "Let me see you, Y/N." You only hesitated a second before you lifted your shirt over your head and put it down beside you. I think I held my breath when you reached to take off your panties. You are beautiful. Your body is all feminine, soft curves I want to kiss and caress. Seeing you makes me harder. The tip of my cock is leaking; I feel it. You lift your hips and slide your panties down your legs.
My mouth drops open, and I Iick my lips pulling the bottom one into my mouth. I can see the uncertainty on your face. "Do you trust me, Y/N?"
You close the distance between us and lay your head on my chest. "Yes." It may only be one word, but it's exactly what I need.
I put my arms around you, my hands on the bare skin of your back, and I lower you gently to the bed. "I'll make this good for you; I promise." I take your earlobe into my mouth sucking lightly. "You are beautiful, Y/N, and sexy. Do you know how much I want you?" I push my pelvis against you, so you can feel my erection. "That's because of you. It's for you." I move my mouth down the side of your neck, kissing you the entire way. Your skin is sweet; it occurred to me then that I'll fall asleep tonight with the taste of you on my tongue.
I kiss my way across your shoulder. Then I lift my head to put my mouth on your breast. I start by kissing a soft circle around the edge then move to the center to flick my tongue over your nipple. My lips close around you and start to suck. A groan escapes from my throat, deep and full of need. I'm so hard for you now that I don't know how much longer I can take this, but I will.
I move my mouth to your other breast, careful of my teeth. Tonight I'm making love to you slowly, gently, and completely. I want you to forget that I've ever been with anyone but you. I want you to understand who you are to me and never again feel the need to compare yourself to another woman. I swirl my tongue around and over your nub until it stands up firm in my mouth, my fingers rolling your other nipple still moist from my mouth keeping it just as tight.
You're squirming under me. I lick down the center of your stomach right to your core, and you open your legs for me. I put my hands on your hips to hold you still. You are so wet my face is covered in your slick as soon as my tongue touches you, and I drink in everything you give me. My tongue is flattened against your clit. I’m stroking it slow,  teasing before moving down to push my tongue inside you. I thrust it as deep as I can go. Your voice is pleading with me. "Sam. Sam." I go back to your clit, pointing my tongue and moving over it as fast as I can. You're fisting the sheets.
"Put your hands in my hair, Y/N. Hold me where you want me." You did exactly what I said and pulled my hair hard. That turned me on even more. You were close to coming again. Your thighs were shaking. I put two fingers inside you and crooked them rubbing your g-spot until you fell apart. I kissed your stomach softly while you came down from your orgasm, keeping my fingers inside you. "You are beautiful, Y/N. Absolutely perfect."
Your expression is gentle and a little blissed out from the two orgasms, but your words are clear and certain. "Sam, I want all of you. I want you to come inside me. Give me what I gave to you." I kissed you one more time just below your belly button then stood up long enough to take off my pants. Naked, I crawled back up your body and propped myself on my forearm so I could brush your hair off your cheek. It amazes me that every part of you is just so soft.
My face was just inches from yours. I was memorizing the way you looked right now.  "Are you sure?" Your eyes were filled with everything I'd ever wanted to see there.  Love. Trust. Desire.
"Yes." You lay your hand on my cheek. “I’m completely sure.”
I couldn't take my eyes away from yours as I lined myself up with your opening.  I wanted to see the look on your face when I entered you for the first time.
READER'S POV
You felt the end of Sam's shaft touch you. The way he was looking at you made you feel wanted and, yes, beautiful. You felt the stretch as he pushed inside. He stopped with just the tip, letting you get used to his size. Your eyes closed and fluttered back open. "I love you, Sam." He slid in another inch.
"I love you too, Y/N.”  He went deeper, inch by inch, until he was all the way inside you.  He started to move, and you grabbed onto his shoulders. His thrusts were so deep they were hitting your cervix. Your walls tightened around him. Nothing had ever felt so good, so right. He moved faster then slowed down. "I don't know how much longer I can last, Y/N. I'm so close."
Through all your pants and moans you managed to say, "You don't need to. Just love me. Don't hold back."
He pumped into you deep and fast. You felt him throb releasing his seed into you. "Sam!" You scratched down his back. "I'm coming again. Sam." You squeezed your eyes shut tight. Everything went black. Then you felt him rolling over, bringing you with him so that your body was part way on his, and he was cradling you against him.
You lay with your head on his chest listening to his heartbeat for a long time. Finally, it slowed back down to its normal rate. Sam was combing his fingers through your hair.  "Can you forgive me, Y/N? All those nights I wasn't here, I should have been."
You snuggled closer into him. "You didn't owe me anything, Sam. There's nothing to forgive. Just don't ever do it again. Let me be enough. I want to be enough for you."
"You're everything, Y/N.  Everything."

Concept: RED Spy is down, his watch damaged and the knife blasted from his hand by a clever strike from a BLU. His ribs ache from the force of being hurled bodily into the unforgiving soil of Teufort’s rocky ground, and he grits his teeth into a snarl.
He can fight without his knife, he lived this long as a Spy prior to this whole mess of a contract... but it would not be easy. His ankle feels damaged, twisting as he rolled and Spy curses at the misfortune; still, his arms were hale enough to enact a chokehold when the opportunity arose.
The sun disappears as looming shadows block the light, and hearty chuckles linger in the air, the malice behind the sound sending a shudder through the espionage agent. He understood, this was... well, it was personal to a degree, if he had a downed BLU then of course he would think nothing of enacting some quick revenge for a past death/insult.
But it was also their job. He hoped to take at least one down with him, if possible... but it would not be the end of the world to die here and now, later he could hunt them down and delight in the gurgled screams as his butterfly knife pierced their spinal columns.
Blood dribbled slowly from the shallow indentations in his bottom lip wheren a few teeth had pierced accidentally during the heavy impact. Spy’s tongue darted out automatically to catch it, equally thrilled and revolted by the taste of the coppery substance...
He grunts as a heavy Texan boot digs into his side, and two voices laugh uproariously as if the world’s wittiest joke had just been exchanged. They would pay for tha-...
His vision flashes sharply a second later, pain radiating through his face like an explosion as a steel-capped boot makes contact; without even consciously registering it, Spy knows his nose is broken. That was a sensation he had become all too familiar with in the past.
He cries out as something heavy crunches down on his legs, efectively trapping him.
“Aw, don’t be such a wuss Spah, I manage to carry that around when it’s full all’a the time!” the BLU engineer coos, his expression worryingly unhinged, though not unfamiliar... the RED Engineer had made the same face a truly disconcerting number of times in the past.
Indeed, the toolbox weighed more than one would suspect, and if his ankle had not been shattered before, it certainly was now. There was only one solution, if he could but find it... where was his-...?
“Oh laddie, don’t go looking for your pretty little pistol... our spook went and knicked that when ye blacked out for a second, like the delicate little crossaint ye are.” BLU Demo taunted, crouching down over the RED.
Spy did not recall blacking out, but that’s not generally a good sign...
“You are, as ever, outclassed here, mon frier.” came a smug voice so like his own that it irritated to no end, as the BLU Spy faded into visibility.
If this had been the first death of the day, or even the twelfth, then perhaps he would not have stopped trying to find a solution. Beady blue eyes darting subtly around until some ingenious escape plan came to light and he could be freed from this mess...
But it wasn’t, and he was so, so very tired. Between the Pyro, Sniper and a number of rather lucky swipes from the BLU Medic, Spy had been dying all day long. He would love for this to end quickly... but given the location, and the unlikelihood of help arriving in time to curb the enthusiasm of the currently losing team surrounding him... Spy felt that things were not in his favour this day.
Hovering gently across the room, the intel gleamed innocuously, cruelly. A beacon that lured them all to their deaths day in, day out on these damn capture the flag campaigns; a beloved sight for both the teams’ benefactors.
And so they died, day after day, for nothing more than a glowing briefcase with an ever-changing array of useless paper inside. Why, last week there had been a recipe for some fried chicken with eleven herbs and spices... useless, though Engineer had been eager to try it, as had another fried chicken afficiando on the team.
The week before? A number of magazines, a short story about some science fiction show he was certain may have been written by one of the Pyros, and a crudely drawn map to different households that Spy could not make heads or tails of...
A slap snapped him back to reality, sending fresh waves of sizzling pain through his face as the damage to his nose once again took his full focus.
“Looks as if he’s back with us again.” BLU Spy said, radiating smugness from every pore as he flicked out his knife with unnecessary flourishes. “Good evening Monsieur, seeing as you will be staying with us for some time, I would hope you will be an obbliging guest... and not miss out on the festivities. Such as,” he said, pointing the blade directly at a blue pupil, “when I remove your eye from its socket, hmmm?”
“Hey, I called dibs on ‘im first boyo.” BLU Demo exclaims, swatting at the blade-wielding hand, and trying not to look too pleased as it scored a deep groove across Spy’s face. Spy hisses at him through clenched teeth, loathing the man. “He needs those eyes to see what ol’ eyelander and I are gonna do tae him, aye?”
“Just don’t go hogging him, I’ve had to rebuild a dozen sentries today because of him. Not to mention my back’s achin’ somethin’ fierce from all the damn backstabbing the little red weasel’s gotten away with.” BLU Engie interjected, groaning as he stretched, fingers and spine making awful audible pops. The man flexed his gloved hand and the mechanical whirring sent chill straight down the Spy’s spine. “Now see, I’m thinkin’ that fair’s fair only if’n I get to pull yours right on out of that body of yours. Whatcha think about that, you filthy RED?”
It would technically fall under ‘fair’, but not anything Spy particularly wanted to experience. Before he could open his mouth in his own defence, with a smooth ‘Gentlemen, please...’ the mechanical fist slammed in from the side. Bile rose automatically in his throat at the sensation of a tooth dislodging and blood filling his mouth. The BLUs seemed wildly unhinged today, beyond their normal bloodlust... but they had lost all week long, so they may be getting sanctions and penalties from the Administrator.
His head whirled. When was the last time he’d had more than a few hours sleep this week? The last time he drank some actual water or ate something substantial? Maybe he wouldn’t be in this mess if he’d not insisted on skipping the team lunch during ceasefire, in order to do some covert surveillance in the enemy intel.
Consciousness flickered.
There were delighted but angry voices jabbering back and forth about ‘waiting their turn’, and ‘going a little easy to start because the french fry had to last’...
And then, there was screaming.
It was almost like a bad horror movie, with the sounds of screaming, crunching and swearing flickering in and out. Little snippets of a full scene that he could not comprehend as his battered head swam...
In the sudden silence, loud and grotesque for the heaviness of it, all that could be heard was a sharp, angry series of breaths.
Spy blinked frantically, trying to ascertain what had happened, trying to cling to the here and now when all his body & mind wished for was to give in to the swirling darkness.
A figure coalesced before him, eyes seeming to glow with a feral light, body and bat completely splattered with blood and gore, expression half in shadow.
“S-Sco-...?” Spy tried to get the word out around damaged molars and a outhful of blood. Everything throbbed, but the silence was a symphony of hope to his ears.
“Don’t worry, they won’t fuckin’ touch you again, Spy. I got ‘em.” growled an unusually serious Scout, his fist shaking around the bat’s handle. He seemed frozen, a figure in a portrait surrounded by the broken corpses of the BLUs, uncertain what to do next.
A wheezey exhalation from Spy seemed to snap the runner out of it, and he knelt to shove against the toolbox pinioning the espionage agent to the ground. It clunked to the ground with a heavy metallic finality, and Spy sighed at the sudden freedom.
“Ya look like shit, Spook, so we gotta get ya out of here before those guys fall outta respawn lookin’ for revenge.”Scout says, mouth running while his eyes dart over the mess that the normally immaculate espionage agent made. He slips an arm under Spy and they slowly work the man into a sititng position.
Ankle’s definitely shattered, Spy notes with a true lack of enthusiasm.
“Scout... just prop me against the wall there and take the intel. Once it is secured, they cannot touch me anyway, as the humiliation round will keep me safe.”
“And just who the fuck do you think you are ordering me about like that?” Scout objects, eyes never once leaving Spy’s face.
“Someone who wants to win as much as I do?” Spy hazards.
Scout leans back on his haunces, crouched by Spy. He tilts his head, “Ya a real bastard, ya know that? I don’t care about the intel, we gotta get you outta here. But if it means that much to ya...”
In a frankly ridiculously fluid movement, Scout is up, across the room and back again before Spy could blink. The intel snapped to his back like a magnet.
Spy is hauled to his feet with minimal protestations, an arm over Scout’s shoulders and the runner’s other one about his waist. The majority of his bodyweight was resting on the runner, and Spy felt rather despondent about their chances of surviving like this.
He said so.
“The others are coming, don’t worry about it.” Scout grinned.
Heavy machinegun fire could be heard above near the BLU spawn, along with delighted maniacal laughter. The REDs were here, and judging by the beeping of a sentry, they were spawncamping like no tomorrow.
“See? We got this. So don’t worry about it.” Scout shrugs as they begin the slow ascent up the corridor and hiopefully towards a dispenser. Spy lurching along and trying to think of other things as each jostling movement created little discomforts.
In a momentary pause, he looks to the runner. “Merci, mon... fils.”
The words felt too big for such a narrow corridor to hold all at once.
Scout laughed, half in delight and half from awkward nervousness. “Yeah, yeah, you better thank me. I saved ya butt in there!”
They continued hobbling towards the rest of RED for a long moment, before Scout said, looking anywhere but at Spy. “Don’t worry about it... Dad... I got ya.”
Spy could not help but smile through a mouth of bloody, broken teeth. Suddenly, the world felt a little brighter...
The End
