more thoughts on the pecco of it all tbh. like yeah for bezz if my mentor said that about a coworker i also would get scared and fold immediately. cut and dry. hes on my ass comical cartoon banana peel slipping sound. but pecco has a lot more direct responsibility to beat marc (future teammate and as such equal machinery, defending champ, vale) and frankly i think one of the most promising avenues he has for potentially DOING that is his massive amount of input and experience on the bike compared to marc so far, AND his ability to really out-think his opponents in high pressure situations. marc is smart (VERY smart) but he is a creature more of instinct and talent than pecco is... cant quite keep himself from reaching for the obviously cursed gem kinda guy. low impulse control in the face of a trophy.... and you CAN get results against marc by exploiting that ! dovi has ! vale has ! pecco honestly has i think ! but idk if pecco knows that. and idk if he wants to win like that. like i think VALE wanted to beat marc on determination and talent alone (and. he couldnt lol. you have to bite HARDER. okay what happens when he bites back hm ?) and hes advising pecco on how to do that and win that way. but i DO fear it is unwise counsel...
