usually when im in #pinchamayurasana i need my hands to be planted (gripping tightly) to the ground, & straight (hands lined up with my elbows) HOWEVER, my beautiful bæ @samanthalynneskinner had suggested i try holding my hands together, so theyre not only creating a triangle-but also pressing against each other..
